The development of ICT has promoted the infusion of 'social,' which is not only 'personal,' but also strengthens social connection and communication; and SNS lies in the center of the infusion. Although SNS has been positioning itself as a significant domain in our lives based on the developed technologies, such as openness, extendibility and real-time, it has caused social concerns due to unexpected side effects. Therefore, this study aims to identify the stressors causing SNS stress and the factors influencing discontinuance of SNS. As a result, 5 factors including 'techno-overload,' 'techno-invasion,' 'techno-insecurity,' 'techno-complexity' and 'pace of change' were found to be SNS stressors. It is thought that this study would provide an academic implication for the future studies of stress and discontinuance related to SNS and a guideline for establishing practical strategies.

One of the main challenges in personal communication services(PCS ) Is to locate many mobile terminals that nay move from place to place frequently. This kind of system operation is called location management. This task entails sophisticated signaling traffic and database queries. Several strategies have been proposed to improve the efficiency of location management. These strategies use location register databases to store the current locations of mobile terminals, and are vulnerable to failure of the location register databases. In this paper, we propose a fault-tolerant pointer forwarding scheme with distributed home location register in order to tolerate the failure of location registers. The performance of the proposed scheme is evaluated analytically by simulation, and Is compared with Biaz's bypass forwarding strategy and two-path forwarding strategy.

Due to the rapidly ageing population and low birth rates, most countries have faced with the problems of an ageing population. As a result, research into aging and the means to support an aging population has therefore become a priority for many governments around the world. Ambient Assisted Living(AAL) approach is the way to guarantee better life conditions for the aged and for monitoring their health conditions by the development of innovative technologies and services. AAL technologies can provide more safety for the elderly, offering emergency response mechanisms and fall detection solutions. Since the information transmitted in AAL systems is very personal, however, the security and privacy of such data are becoming important issues that must be dealt with. In this paper, we propose a Chameleon hash-based secure authentication protocol for AAL systems. The proposed authentication protocol not only supports several important security requirements needed by the AAL systems, but can also withstand various types of attacks. In addition, the security analysis results show that the proposed authentication protocol is more efficient and secure than the existing authentication protocols.

As disease and aging increased on the map of nuclear families, the interests in protecting individual privancy and u-Healthcare has increased as well. Until now, the health management of individual medical institutions have limited their researches on the future of offline diagnostics and treatment works, time and space only to medical services. However, in the future, healthcare through mobile medical devices to real-time online personality, mobility, and bulwark where patients can receive personal health statues anywhere seems inevitable. Therefore, in this paper, the PDA based on the each individual elderly and patients that updates their physical health statues through the signal meter management system can notify both the individual and the hospital when a medical emergency occurs. Additionally, it provides relevant information on the results of measurements monitoring system.

In-depth interview research and qualitative methodology were used to find changes in the experiences of family volunteer activities through the use of the Health Family Support Center. Ultimately, 143 items as sub-concepts, 42 items as sub-categories, and 10 items as subjects were found. I will also suggest alternative basic and primary data. First, using 10 subjects, the following points were evaluated in detail. I looked at what kind of changes in the volunteer activities these subjects experienced after working at the Health Family Support Center, and what the specific underlying reasons were for the changes in their family volunteer experience. These included 'community solidarity', 'family community', 'leisure and culture for the family', 'communication', 'personal relations', 'coping skills', 'growth', 'sympathy', 'positive thinking', 'future plans'. Second, families experienced a feeling of belonging as community members and the family realized the importance of their life, learned communication methods and coping skills. Third, families came to have new opportunities to grow as humans and learned a feeling of sympathy for others. Fourth, families found new paradigms to think positively about their daily life and to establish future plans. We will need more effort to empower family experiences of family volunteer activities that use the Health Family Support Center as well as supporting its staff. The following specific factors were the main mediating factors for using such a facility: family volunteer education, family volunteer service agency consulting, program planning, and managing family volunteers and other services.

Due to the development of communication technology, a conventional major business through PC, laptop or Tablet PC can be performed via a smartphone and it is increasing the user's convenience. At this point, the user prefers to connect to the Internet using the wireless network because it occurs an additional charge according to the amount of data to be transmitted when using a data communication through 3G or 4G. However, when using a wireless network, there is a possibility of several attacks such as easily steal or modulate the information from the outside or to gain access to personal information stored in the user's smartphone with man-in-the-middle attacks by using the fake AP. IIn this paper, we describe how you can detect the AP when you use LAN of the smartphone, were analyzed for this vulnerability, has not been approved. Furthermore, Also, we discuss ways which can enhance the security when user the access to the internet services (i.e., internet, public/private cloud service, etc.) via wireless network in smartphone.

Due tothe popularity of personal web-casting 'Food Web Casting' program, the present study aims to examine its effects on real life. The study conducted a survey with Korean college students. Results from a survey of 256 participants showed that first, the most salient reason for watching 'Food Web Casting' was gratification for killing time and gratifications for food entertainment, information, vicarious, and para social interaction are followed. Second, vicarious gratification, killing time gratification, and vicarious gourmandism gratification had a positive effect on Food Wed Casting programs viewing time, while it is not found for effects of gratifications for information and pro-social interaction. Third, it is found that Food Wed Casting programs viewing had effects on viewing happiness and negative perception of fat people. However, it did not have an effect on frequency of food delivery service. Based on these findings,implication, limitations, and topics for future research are discussed.

In the era of the 4th industrial revolution symbolized by the Internet of Things, big data and artificial intelligence, various embedded devices are increasing exponentially. These devices have communication functions despite their low specifications, so the possibility of personal information leakage is increasing, and security threats are also increasing. Embedded devices can have security issues at most levels, from hardware to services over the network. In addition, it is difficult to apply general security techniques because it has characteristics of resource constraints such as low specifications and low power, and the related technology has not been standardized. In this study, we present vulnerabilities and possible problems and considerations in applying SDN to embedded devices in consideration of structural characteristics and real-world discovered cases. This study presents vulnerabilities and possible problems and considerations when applying SDN to embedded devices. From a hardware perspective, we consider the problems of Wi-Fi chips and Bluetooth, the problems of open flow implementation, SDN controllers, and examples of structural properties. SDN separates the data plane and the control plane, and provides a standardized interface between the two, enabling efficient communication control. It can respond to the security limitations of existing network technologies that are difficult to respond to rapid changes.

With the development of SNS, companies and individuals are actively marketing through social media to develop their own products. It is also important to post posts promoting on simple SNS or to show a lot of exposure using algorithms, but customers upload reviews or proof shots of the product on their own, naturally increasing the exposure of the product and increasing the purchasing power of potential customers. As the number of products that users want to purchase through SNS is increasing, they want to access and purchase not only tangible products such as goods and food, but also intangible services through SNS. In this paper, we would like to study exhibitions that have both tangible and intangible characteristics. SNS accounts that mainly introduce these products by searching for reviews have been created while spending leisure time such as exhibitions and fairs, reducing the hassle of searching for personal interests on search engines, and providing prices and reviews from the exhibition's schedule, lowering entry barriers and increasing purchasing power. Using this point, many exhibitions not only display works, but also open various experience centers, and create a photo zone or a unique exhibition hall atmosphere to attract many customers. In this study, we study the impact of SNS on the leisure culture of exhibition. The marketing direction in the situation where SNS marketing is becoming the mainstream is presented, and the change in the form of exhibition is described and presented as an academic approach.

Purpose: Live commerce is a new type of electronic commerce in combination with live streaming services. It is expected to increase virtual presence in the context of online shopping by overcoming a lack of social interactions between sellers and buyers which have been raised as a limitation in electronic commerce. Drawing on the studies of communication media, this study examines how live commerce contributes to the increase of virtual presence which consists of telepresence and social presence. Telepresence refers to a buyer's perception that he or she is present at the physical shopping mall during live shopping streaming whereas social presence refers to a buyer's perception of social interaction with a seller which is human warm, social, sensitive, and personal. In this study, we verify key determinants of virtual presence and its consequences. More specifically, this study proposes virtual presence contributes to the increase of buyers' trust in products and further purchase intentions. Furthermore, we verify influential factors of virtual presence from the technical and influencer perspectives of live commerce. Design/methodology/approach: To test the proposed hypotheses, the partial least squares (PLS) analysis is conducted with a total of 250 data collected on users with experience in the TaoBao live streaming shopping platform. Findings: The results show that first, telepresence and social presence are increased by visibility, media richness and attractiveness in the context of live shopping streaming. Second, buyers' trust in product trust and purchase intentions are positively influenced by telepresence and social presence. Finally, buyers' trust in product has a direct, positve effect on their purchase intentions. Overall, the findings offer new insights into the studies of electronic commerce by introducting the concepts of virtual presence and media richness from the literature of communication media in the field of live commerce.
