The purpose of this research is to accomplish the goal of science education based in the seventh science course of study by suggesting the plan for development of executable method in the learning process of Earth Science education and establishing a practical model to evaluate its achievement. Furthermore, the idea of this research is to recognize a way of using and consideration at practical use of the model. Since the purpose of the educational evaluation is to maximize the efficiency of school studying, there are some negative aspects in our current method of evaluation to achieve the purpose. New system has been introduced into the educational evaluation to resolve such a critical issue. Despite some positive aspects in the system, it could not be escaped from the multiple choice and pens examination. This could be caused by in various limitations, especially the insufficiency of teachers' awareness and the data about the Performance assessment. This research is to develop and use the practical model for the Performance assessment in consideration of current educational circumstances of Junior and High school. The model of the Performance assessment in this research is to sufficiently evaluate student's ability and skill in the learning process of Earth Science education. Hence, it is dedicated to the education for human being and improve quality in the learning process of the Earth Science education among the modern society, which is characterized globalization and information. Furthermore, it may promote the growth of various character of students and increase creativity and skill for the problem solving.

In this paper, the state-space representation of generalized complimentary filter is proposed. Complementary filter has the suitable structure to merge information from sensors whose frequency regions are complementary. First, the basic concept and structure of complementary filter is introduced. And then the structure of the generalized filter and its state-space representation are proposed. The state-space representation of complementary filter is able to design the complementary filter by applying modern filtering techniques like Kalman filter and $H_{\infty}$ filter. To show the usability of the proposed state-space representation, the design of Inertial Navigation System(INS) vertical channel damping loop using Global Positioning System(GPS) is described. The proposed GPS/INS damping loop lends the structure of Baro/INS(Barometer/INS) vertical channel damping loop that is an application of complementary filter. GPS altitude error has the non-stationary statistics although GPS offers navigation information which is insensitive to time and place. Therefore, $H_{\infty}$ filtering technique is selected for adding robustness to the loop. First, the state-space representation of GPS/INS damping loop is acquired. And next the weighted $H_{\infty}$ norm proposed in order to suitably consider characteristics of sensor errors is used for getting filter gains. Simulation results show that the proposed filter provides better performance than the conventional vertical channel loop design schemes even when error statistics are unknown.

본 기업 경쟁력 향상의 새로운 척도로 디자인의 중요성이 부각되면서 종합적인 관점에서 디자인을 진단해주는 디자인컨설팅에 관한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 그러나 대기업에 비해 중소기업은 디자인을 접할 기회가 부족하여 디자인의 중요성을 간과하는 경우가 많고 중요성을 알고 있다 해도 실제로 디자인에 투자할 자금력이 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 논문은 2012년 부산디자인센터의 산업단지 중소기업 디자인지원 사업을 통해 산업단지 중소기업의 디자인 현황과 디자인컨설팅 성과를 분석하고 디자인컨설팅이 중소기업의 경쟁력 향상과 디자인 인식 개선에 어떤 영향을 주었는지 분석해보았다. 그 결과 대부분의 기업이 현재 자사 디자인에 만족하지 않고 있음에도 디자인에 대해 투자를 하지 않거나 뒤로 미루는 경우가 많았다. 그러나 컨설팅 이후 디자인의 중요성을 깨달은 65.6%의 중소기업이 디자인 개발을 진행했으며 그들 기업은 개선된 기업이미지와 제품 이미지를 통해 매출 상승효과를 가져왔다. 이는 디자인컨설팅이 중소기업의 경쟁력 향상과 디자인 인식 개선의 중요한 매개체 역할을 한 것으로 판단된다. 앞으로 중소기업에 직접적인 도움을 줄 수 있는 보다 심화된 디자인 진단 프로세스가 필요하며 국가사업 및 디자인 전문 업체와의 연계 등 꾸준한 사후관리를 통해 실질적인 디자인 개발 프로그램이 마련되는 디자인 컨설팅 지원 사업이 되기를 기대해본다.
