일개 대학병원 간호사의 상사신뢰, 조직신뢰와 공유가치 인식도가 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of a University Hospital Nurse's Trust in Supervisor, Organizational Trust and Perception on the Shared Value on Innovative Behavior)

  • The research was to investigate the effect of trust in supervisor, organizational trust and perception on the shared value on innovative behavior. The data were collected from 334 nurses from University hospital of G city. Data were analyzed with frequency, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient and hierarchical regression, equipped with SPSS 21.0. The results showed that there was correlation among trust in supervisor, organizational trust and perception, and innovative behavior. Therefore, it is considered that the study is the basis to improve innovative behavior of nurses by providing alternatives for achieving trust in supervisor, organizational trust and perception, for sake of efficient management of human resource of nurse of University hospital. 공유가치창출(Creating Shared Value)에 대한 소비자인식 및 수용과정에 따른 소비자혜택과 참여의도에 관한 연구 (Consumer Benefit and Intention to Participate in Creating Shared Value(CSV) Based on Consumer Perception)

  • 공유가치창출은 기업의 수익과 경쟁중심적 전략에서 벗어나 기업의 활동이 사회적 가치에 연결될 수 있도록 방향을 전환하는 경영전략이다. 본 연구는 이러한 기업의 공유가치창출활동에 대한 소비자의 인식이 어떠하며 이러한 기업활동에 참여하고자 하는 의도는 어떠한지를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공유가치창출전략의 실천가능성에 대해 소비자들은 전반적으로 긍정적인 인식을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 소비자의 실천가능성인식, 혜택인지가 소비자의 공유가치창출활동 참여의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위하여 구조방정식모형으로 분석한 결과, 공유가치창출활동의 실천가능성에 대한 긍정적 인식은 기업혜택인지의 수준을 높이고 이것이 다시 소비자혜택으로 이어지는 매개효과가 직접효과에 비해 더 큰 영향력을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 기업혜택과 소비자혜택에 대한 인지수준이 소비자의 참여의도에 미치는 영향을 구체적으로 살펴본 결과, 기업측면에서의 실용적인 성과를 높게 인지할 때, 그리고 이러한 기업혜택이 소비자혜택으로 연결된다고 여겨질 때 참여의도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다.

  • This study is to explore the meaning and role of "Shared Universities" as perceived by college students. Currently, shared universities are being promoted as an important innovative strategy to overcome the decline in the college-age population and enhance the quality of education by sharing human and material resources among individual universities. This study aims to examine the meaning and value of "shared universities" as perceived by college students who actually participate in shared university programs from the perspective of the demand side. Specifically, the study seeks to explore what students feel and experience through shared university education in order to derive implications for future shared university operations.

초기 치매환자 가족 돌봄제공자의 공유 의사결정에 대한 인식: 질적 내용분석 연구 (Perception about Shared Decision Making of Family Caregivers of Early Dementia Patients: A Qualitative Content Analysis Study)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 초기 치매환자 가족 돌봄제공자의 공유 의사결정에 대한 인식을 탐색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 서울시 3개 치매지원센터에 등록된 초기 치매환자를 돌보는 가족 돌봄제공자 12명(여성 8명, 평균연령=$71.4{\pm}10.4$세)을 대상으로 반 구조화된 개별 심층면담을 이용하여 수집된 자료에 대해 질적 내용분석을 시행하였다. 본 연구를 내용 분석한 결과 6개 범주, 17개의 하위 범주가 도출되었는데 구체적인 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 초기 치매환자 가족 돌봄제공자의 공유 의사결정에 관한 인식은 치매환자와의 의사소통 촉진 수단과 치매환자의 자율성 보장 수단, 치료 촉진 기회, 가족 돌봄제공자의 부담감 증가 원인, 치매환자와의 관계 악화 원인, 우선순위 변화에 따른 선택 사항의 여섯 가지 범주로 나타났다. 또한, 공유 의사결정의 상황과 시기 및 공유 의사결정에 대한 인식이 가족 돌봄제공자의 경험을 통해 만들어졌다는 점을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 치매 관련 교육 시 간접경험을 통해 공유 의사결정을 선택 사항으로 생각하는 가족 돌봄제공자들에게 공유 의사결정을 경험할 수 있는 기회 등을 제공하는 것이 공유 의사결정에 대한 인식 제고에 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 이상 결과에 근거하여 초기 치매환자의 자기결정권 존중과 가족 돌봄제공자들의 부담감을 감소시키기 위해 공유 의사결정을 성공적으로 할 수 있는 실제적이고 총체적인 교육 프로그램의 개발 및 평가 연구를 제언한다.

기업의 CSV활동 인식이 비정규직 근로자의 직무만족에 미치는 영향 : 조직몰입의 매개효과와 자기효능감의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Perception of Creating Shared Value (CSV) Activity on Job Satisfaction of Non-permanent (Part-time) Employees: Analysis of the Mediating Effect of Organizational Commitment and the Moderating Effect of Self-Efficacy)

  • 본 연구는 기업에 근무하는 비정규직(시간제) 근로자를 대상으로 기업의 CSV 활동에 대한 인식이 조직 몰입과 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 기업의 CSV활동의 중요성에 대한 시사점을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 설문 조사는 국내 대기업에서 시간제 근로자로 근무하고 있는 구성원을 대상으로 실시하였고, 회수된 설문지 중 총 559부가 사용되었으며, 통계분석 방법은 SPSS 25.0 통계패키지를 사용하였다. 연구결과 기업의 CSV활동에 대한 인식은 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 특히, CSV활동 인식과 조직몰입, 그리고 조직몰입과 직무만족의 관계에서도 각각 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 조직몰입의 매개효과와 자기효능감의 조절효과 역시 각각 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구가 함의하는 바는 기업의 CSV활동에 대한 인식이 중요하게 작용하는 바, 향후 기업에서는 다양한 영역에서 CSV활동을 진행하고, 비 정규직 조직 구성원이 적극적으로 참여하는 제도와 조직문화를 조성하는 것이 필요하다는 결과를 보이고 있다.

지역 임산물의 공유가치창출에 대한 소비자의 인식에 따른 지역 임산물의 구매행동에 관한 연구 - 정읍시를 중심으로 - (Effect of Consumers' Perceived Creating Shared Value on Purchasing Behavior of Non-timber Forest Products in Jeongeup City, Korea)

  • Local non-timber forest products can be easily accessed by tourists. These also provide opportunities for tourists to experience the local culture. Many local governments are paying constant attention to the development of non-timber forest product brands to revitalize the local economy and increase the profits of local farmers. Although there are many forest products and tourism resources in each region of Korea, there is no local specialized strategy to sell non-timber forest products and promote consumers' purchase intentions. In this study, we aimed to explore the consumers' perceived creating shared value (CSV) and its association with purchasing behavior of non-timber forest products in Jeongeup city, Korea. Data were collected from 1,066 consumers who had purchased non-timber forest products. Purchasing patterns of local specialty products differed depending on consumers' perceived CSV levels. In addition, consumers with higher levels of perceived CSV showed higher awareness and familiarity with Jeongeup city and experienced Jeongeup city's non-timber forest products. Our findings suggest that improving consumer perception towards CSV of non-timber forest products can be used as a marketing strategy for local non-timber forest products to revitalize the local economy.

밀레니얼 세대의 Babywearing 제품에 대한 인식: 텍스트 분석 접근 (Millennial parents' perception of babywearing products: A text analysis approach)

  • The baby-tech industry, which combines IT with existing parenting product, is attracting increasing amounts of attention. Consequently various types of baby products incorporating functionality and design are being launched. In recent years, particularly as the market segments increases for babywearing products, parenting products that account for the child's comfort and parents' convenience are required. Therefore, this study examines the characteristics and consumer perception of babywear products, which are important for the emotional stability, development, and rearing of children. The study utilizes text mining and a network analysis by collecting unstructured text data. An examination of the network, based on the frequency of keywords for each babywear product and the degree of the connection to the centering index, revealed that consumers value convenience and price when purchasing products. The consumer perception and consideration factors that appear individually according to the product were also identified. In addition, studying body parts with high TF-IDF values revealed a difference in the body parts considered by consumers for each product. Lastly, through the visualization data based on the keywords that appeared in public, commonly appearing keywords, and those that appeared individually were examined. Through SNS, product characteristics as well as a new parenting culture that shared child-rearing routines were confirmed. This study suggests planning and marketing directions for the development of babywear products that meet consumer needs.

CSV(공유가치창출)의 진정성이 정당성 지각을 통해 종업원 직무만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Study on the Effect of CSV(Creating Shared Value) Authenticity on Employee's Job Satisfaction Mediated by the Perception of Legitimacy)

  • 본 연구는 CSV의 진정성이 사회공헌활동에 의해서 종업원의 직무만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 주는지와, 그 동안 CSV에 대한 연구에서 등한시 되던 조직 동일시를 조절변수로 하여 그 영향이 직무만족도에 긍정적으로 미치는가를 확인하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 이를 위하여 대기업에 재직 중인 회사원과 일부 중견기업 및 중소기업의 직원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 연구를 위해서 도출된 사회공헌활동은 공익활동과 기업이익활동으로 분류하고, 그 기저에 내포되어 있는 사회공헌활동에 대한 종업원의 정당성 인지를 도덕적 정당성 지각과 실용적 정당성 지각으로 나누어서 4가지의 변인이 제시되었으며, 제시된 변인이 종업원 직무만족도에 긍정적 영향을 주는지와, 조절변구인 조직 동일시는 조절효과가 있는지를 검증해 보았다. 그 결과는 첫째, CSV의 진정성은 공익활동에 긍정적 영향을 주어서 종업원의 도덕적 정당성 지각에 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으나, 종업원의 직무만족도에는 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 이로 인하여 도덕적 정당성 지각과 직무만족도 사이의 조절효과를 검증할 수 없었다. 둘째, CSV의 진정성은 기업이익 활동에 긍정적 영향을 주어서 종업원의 실용적 정당성 지각에 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 이로 인하여 종업원의 직무만족에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 조절변수인 조직 동일시는 실용적정당성 지각과 직무만족도 사이에서 조절효과가 있는 것으로 검증되었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 공익활동에 의한 종업원 직무만족도 제고를 위해서는, 공익활동은 기업이 추구하는 전략적 목표라는 인식을 직원들에게 각인시켜줄 수 있는 기업문화의 정착이 필요하다는 것을 알 수 있다.

모니터링 기능에 대한 인식이 효과적인 BPMS 도입에 미치는 영향 (An Empirical Study on the Impact of the Perception of the Monitoring Function on Effective BPMS Adoption)

  • Recently, there is a substantial interest in implementing Business Process Management System(BPMS) among enterprises with the purpose of business process innovation. BPMS redesigns and coordinates business processes in terms of both automated steps and human involvement in order to maximize the value of both involved people and systems. The reason why BPMS is getting attention from top managers is that it has the possibility to optimize the business processes by cycling the process of modeling, execution, monitoring, evaluation, and redesigning work processes. Thus, it has created high expectations about not only productivity improvement but also business process innovation. However. having an innovative nature, which is used for process innovation, BPMS implementation has great potential to stir up employee resistance. The analysis and the discussion about the prevention of the resistance against IS(Information Systems) is important because IS change the way people work and also alter the power structure within the organization, in general. The purpose of this study is to investigate factors that have an impact on the effective adoption of BPMS at the enterprise level. To find out these factors, this study considers two characteristics of BPMS: First. BPMS shares some characteristics with other enterprise-wide IS such as ERP. Second, it has special BPMS-specific characteristics. Due to the lack of previous research on BPMS adoption, interviews were carried out with IT-consultants and CIOs who conducted BPMS projects previously to find out BPMS-specific features that would make BPMS unique when compared to other enterprise-wide IS. As a result, the monitoring function was chosen as the main BPMS-specific factor. Thus, this paper reviewed studies both on enterprise-wide IS adoptions, which applied Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and secondly on computer based monitoring to find out factors that would influence the employees' perception on the monitoring function of BPMS. Based on the literature review, the study suggested three factors that would have an impact on the employee's perception of the monitoring function: fairness of enterprise evaluation system, fairness of the boss, and self-efficacy of their work. Three factors that would impact the enterprise-wide IS adoption were also set: the shared belief in the benefit of BPMS, training, and communication. Then, these factors were integrated with TAM. Structural equation modeling was used to test hypotheses, out factors that would impact the employees' perception on the monitoring function of BPMS. Based on the literature review the study suggested three factors that would have an impact on the employee's perception of the monitoring function: fairness of enterprise evaluation system, fairness of the boss, and self-efficacy of their work. Three factors that would impact the enterprise-wide IS adoption were also set: the shared belief in the benefit of BPMS, training, and communication. Then, these factors were integrated with TAM. Structural equation modeling was used to test hypotheses. The data analysis results showed that two among three monitoring function related factors - enterprise evaluation system and fairness of the boss - were significant. This implies that employees would worry less about the BPMS implementation as long as they perceive the monitoring results will be used fairly for their performance evaluation. However, employees' high self-efficacy on their job was not a significant factor in their perception of the usefulness of BPMS. This is related to cases that showed employees resisted against the information systems because they automated their works (Markus, 1983). One specific case was an electronic company, where the accounting department workers were requested to redefine their job because their working processes were automated due to BPMS implementation.

Untold story about why King Sejong invented the Korean alphabet

  • HunMinJeongEum, meaning "the right sound to teach the people," was created in 1443 CE by King Sejong the Great, the fourth king of the Joseon Dynasty. In today's modern language, this letter, called Hangeul, is internationally recognized for its linguistic science. However, it is hard to find a comprehensive study on the fact that King Sejong himself created Hangeul, the Confucian perspective on natural disasters and democracy revealed in the process of writing, the independent efforts emphasized from a certain period, and the achievements of King Sejong, who shared the sorrow of the people and carried out national policies despite the extreme opposition of the nobility. Accordingly, I analyzed the consonants of HunMinJeongEum and looked at the essence of humanity and oriental philosophy (Yin-Yang Five Elements, Sangsu Philosophy, Hado). Surprisingly, different meanings from previous studies and interpretations were found, and King Sejong's "Da Vinci Code," which was left behind in the process of making the consonant, is reinterpreted and revealed. King Sejong's achievements were all connected as one. This is the root of democracy in the Republic of Korea today, and this is why King Sejong was selected as the most beloved and respected historical figure by the Korean people. This study will start with more people's understanding of the fundamental perception and philosophy of the world in Asia, including Korea, to reinterpret and reveal the hardships and great achievements experienced by a leader of a country in the process of creating korean alphabet, and to emphasize democracy, which is an important value for Asians and Westerners' mutual respect and co-prosperity.
