Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of health perception, body image and sexual function on depression according to the menopausal stage in Korean middle aged women. Methods: Subjects were 182 perimenopausal and postmenopausal women who had not received hormonal replacement therapy. A five-item General HealthShort Form (SF-36) Health Survey Questionnaire (Ware & Sherbourne, 1992) was used to measure health perception. Body image was measured Semantic Differential scale, CES-D was used to measure the level of depression, and sexual function was measured by FSFI. Results: The subjects rated their health as 'moderate', their body image as 'moderate, and level of depression as 'high'. However, there were no significant differences in health perception, body image, and depression between perimenopasual and postmenopausal women. Postmenopausal women experienced lower levels of sexual function than perimenopausal women in sexual arousal, lubrication, orgasm, satisfaction, and pain. In stepwise regression analysis, 21.7% of variance in depression was shown to be perceived health and body image in postmenopausal women. However, in perimenopausal women, perceived health and sexual function explained 34.5% of variance in depression. Conclusion: These findings indicate that nurses must consider the menopasusal stage when counseling their patients.
Purpose - The purpose of this study is to elucidate the perception differences between CEOs and employees, and to derive a plan for improving performance by using theory of planned behavior (TPB) to enhance the competitiveness of SMEs exposed to various difficulties until recently. Research design, data and methodology - A total of 238 valid questionnaires were collected for CEOs and members of SMEs. In order to clarify the difference of perception, independent sample t-test and multi-group analysis using AMOS were conducted. Simple regression analysis and structural equation were used to confirm whether the theory of planned behavior was applied at the level of SME. Results - The CEO group is more aware of company's ethical responsibility activities and organizational support than the group of employees, and collectivism contributes more to organizational development than individualism tendency. Also, the theory of planned behavior is applied to the SME level as well. Conclusion - This study suggest that CEOs need to accept the pluralism of their members for the development of SMEs. In addition, it is necessary to form a consensus on ethical responsibility activities that corporations are performing by supporting diverse strategies and members' participation in management decision-making.
This study aims to investigate perception of kindergarten directors regarding prerequisites for inclusive education and its improvement plans, and to establish basic data required for future implementation of inclusive education in kindergartens. This study was carried out oriented to 116 kindergarten directors and inquired into the differences in background characteristics of age, education level, operation career, major, special/inclusive education training and operation of inclusive classes, based on SPSS 1.5 for Window, independent sample t-test and Chi-square test. The research results of this study are as follows: Firstly, as for the perception of kindergarten directors as prerequisite of inclusive education, they show active supports for inclusive education and recognize that classes composed of the same age and same ability are the advisable forms of inclusive education. As for class operations, they perceive that inclusive classes based on small group activities and full inclusive classes are suitable. Moreover, as qualified teachers for inclusive classes, they manifest that teachers who completed special/inclusive education training are appropriate. Secondly, as for the perception of kindergarten directors regarding improvement plans for inclusive education, this study suggests that they prioritize the training operation regarding inclusive education oriented to general infants and parents. As for vitalization of inclusive education, they find that financial supports at the national level and administrative supports for facilities are indispensable.
Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate perception and satisfaction with Health Education for elementary school students in grade 5 and 6, using data on national health education gathered since March, 2009. Methods: Data were collected by way of a questionnaire, from 475 elementary school students in grades 5 and 6 from February 1~15, 2010. Statistical analysis of collected data was performed using frequency, t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis, using SPSS 18.0 software. Result: Levels of health promoting behavior, interest, importance, and satisfaction were relatively high, respectively, and those of students in grade 5 were higher than those of students in grade 6. Levels of Satisfaction with frequency and educational environment were relatively low. Among the factors found to influence satisfaction with health education, interest in health education was found to be the most influential(grade 5:${\beta}$=.279, p<.001, grade 6:${\beta}$=.306, p<.001). Conclusion: Students expressed a high level of satisfaction with regular health education. Expansion of health education frequency and health education-only-classrooms is needed. To improve the effect of health education, constant acquisition of knowledge of subjects' perception and satisfaction is needed. In addition, contents and teaching methods that showed low level of satisfaction should be reformed.
This study examined the effects of consumers' usefulness and the hedonic perception of their willingness to provide information and cooperation intention in the use of location-context based mobile product recommendation services for fashion stores. We examined the influence of consumers' beliefs regarding marketer's information practices on their perceptions of provided services. In addition, the moderating effects of consumers' epistemic curiosity and information control level were investigated. A total of 400 smartphone users were included as participants for the present study. The results showed that consumers who perceived information services as more hedonic and useful are more likely to provide personal information and cooperate with marketers. The findings of the study suggest that fashion retailers who plan to introduce mobile product recommendation services should pay attention to the hedonic aspects of the services. In addition, the effects of usefulness and hedonic perception of the two dependent variables were different according to the level of epistemic curiosity and information control.
The present study aimed to examine participants' perception regarding improvements in education for their return to a mountain village, based on "satisfaction, motivation's achievement, and effectiveness." Survey was conducted with 80 participants in 2017, of which 64 valid responses were used for statistical analysis. SPSS 21.0 program was used to conduct descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The major findings were that a higher level of "satisfaction regarding the instructor and teaching materials" resulted in a higher level of motivation's achievement of technology skills, social skills and effectiveness in interpersonal exchange. The findings also revealed that if "the content of education" were satisfactory, there was effective self development. In addition, the higher the motivation's achievement of social skill, the higher the perception in effectiveness of self development and interpersonal exchange. The study can contribute to provide baseline data for improvement of education on return of people to their mountain villages, which are collaborating with civic groups, governments, research institutions and enterprises.

Students of the study consisted of 48 college students who took Practical English Grammar at a university in Kyung-Gi area and were divided into two groups based on grammar scores. The students were asked to take two grammar tasks and grammar tests and complete a survey including questions on grammar strategy and input processing. The results of the study are as follows. First, learners' grammar level has an effect on use of grammar attack strategy including asking teachers, using grammar books and given contexts whereas there was no significant difference between groups in the planning strategies, Among memory strategies, using grammar exercise and linking with already known structure demonstrated a significant difference between groups. Second, with regard to input processing, high level students got higher score on how much they understood the structured grammar input compared with low level students. Third, explicit implicit instruction added to input processing seems more comprehensible and more available than structured input only, Finally, it showed that there is positive relationship between perception and score of input processing tasks and grammar tests. Especially, learners' perception of input processing correlated more with final tests and tasks. Therefore, it suggests that the more input processing task need to develop and utilize in order to facilitate learners' intake.
