This study demonstrates some major traits of digital contents as information, playfulness, individuality, perceived recognition as perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, relationship quality as satisfaction and commitment, user behavior as use intention. To make an empirical analysis the study, it is hypothesized that traits of digital contents and perceived recognition, traits of digital contents and relationship quality, perceived recognition and relationship quality, relationship quality and user behavior. Proposed theoretical model was based on TAM and was tested by the structure equation model for validity, credibility, goodness of fit. The major finding of this study can be summarized as follows, traits of digital contents are positively affected by perceived recognition, satisfaction in relationship quality and use intention via perceived recognition. Theoretical implication of this study are as follows. First, users wanted to choice only needed information. Second, users recognized digital contents as a part of life. So, user's ability is very important in this environment. According to this, business related with or interested in digital contents must have developed digital contents in variety aspect. Users must have concerned using digital contents, also.
A survey on the status of sanitary education and recognition and perceived performance of cooking operations related to sanitation for cooks at nine deluxe hotels in the Seoul area was conducted. The frequency of a food sanitary training program inside the hotel was 94.0%, and the frequency of training was 'once a month' at 68.5%. The program was taught by a hygienist in the hotel (62.7%), and 64.2% of cooks always attended. Cooks' recognition of HACCP was 3.52, and the importance of education on HACCP was higher at 3.77. Cook's' level of sanitary management was satisfactory with an average of 3.83 out of 5 in a Likert scale. The results showed a high average (4.08) for importance of personal hygiene during cooking, but satisfaction of personal hygiene was rather low at 3.92. Cooks' recognition of food sanitation in work field was very high at 4.15. The average scale of recognition on personal hygiene was 4.36, and out of 10 items related to personal hygiene, 'maintaining hand hygiene' showed the highest recognition (4.43). In a performance scale, the average was 4.24, and 'performing annual health examination' was the highest at 4.38. Perceived recognition of 18 items related to food sanitation had an average of 4.41, whereas the average for performance was lower at 4.31. Perceived recognition of 12 items related to cooking equipments had an average of 4.39, and average scale of performance was 4.28. Therefore, cooks' high recognition of food sanitation but rather low recognition of satisfaction of personal hygiene and perceived performance indicated that systematic sanitation management monitoring tools are necessary for higher performance.
It has been important for retailers to create and maintain strong brand image and brand loyalty in highly competitive markets. The purpose of the study is to investigate the effect of VMD(Visual Merchandising) image and brand recognition on consumers' perceived risk, brand image and brand loyalty. A 2(VMD image: positive vs. negative) $\times$ 2(brand recognition: high vs. low) between-subjects factorial design experiment was conducted. College students(n=308) participated in the experiment. The results of this study revealed: (1) Positive VMD image reduced perceived risk and increased positive brand image and brand loyalty compared to low VMD image; (2) High brand recognition had a negative impact on perceived risk and positive effects on brand image and brand loyalty; (3) The less risk and the more positive brand image were perceived, the higher brand loyalty were generated. The study provided theoretical and practical implications and future research regarding VMD, brand recognition, and brand loyalty.
This study has collected 322 clinical dental hygienists working in Daegu and around Daegu, in order to investigate perceived value of work among dental hygienists and extent of organizational attitude and find relationship between these, and we can finds these conclusions as follows; 1. The total average point of perceived value of work is 3.36(5 is a full mark), and we could gain each points as follows; vision realizability 3.53, process efficiency 3.42, product usefulness 3.32, job significance 3.31, social recognition 3.23. 2. The total average point of organizational attitude is 3.13, and job satisfaction, organizational commitment are 3.14, 3.12 respectively. 3. Variables of perceived value of work related job satisfaction are social recognition, vision realizability, process efficiency,(Social recognition is the most effective variable, and next vision realizability, process efficiency are effective in the order named.)($R^2$=.24) and we could find that job satisfaction is proportion to perceived value of work, according to relationship of these variables. Variables of perceived value of work related to organizational commitment are also vision realizability, social recognition, process efficiency,(Vision realizability is the most effective variable, and next social recognition, process efficiency are effective in the order named.)($R^2$=.32) and we could find that organizational commitment is proportion to perceived value of work, according to relationship of these variables. According to these result, perceived value of work and organization attitude(job satisfaction, organizational commitment) of dental hygienists are affirmative. but to make their attitudes be more affirmative, the research about improving perceived value of work is needed. Especially, vision realizability and social satisfaction are very important variables at perceived value of work of dental hygienists.
The government and enterprises have interest in the green IT products, therefore this study focus on the green IT products. First, we study the effects on the purchase intention of the green IT products by perceived value, perceived quality, and perceived trust. Second, we consider the environmental characteristics such as environmental concern, green recognition, and environmental knowledge. Third, we study the moderating effects of environmental characteristics. The proposed model was empirically tested using data collected from users having the purchase intention of the Green IT products. The major results of this study are as follows. First, perceived value and perceived trust had a positive effect on purchase intention of the green IT products. Second, environmental concern, green recognition, and environmental knowledge had moderating effects between perceived value and purchase intention of the green IT products. Third, environmental concern and green recognition had moderating effects between perceived trust and purchase intention of the green IT products. This study can provide many implications for government and businesses considering green IT products.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the degree of recognition, perceived usefulness, and intention to accept the Internet of Things (IoT) in healthcare among nursing students, as well as to determine related factors. Through this study, we wanted to develop the basic research for the education related to the IoT in healthcare. In this study, data were collected from 348 nursing students using self-report online questionnaires, Naverform, and analyzed using the independent sample t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and Pearson correlation coefficients in SPSS version 26.0. The results of the study show that recognition of the IoT was correlated with its perceived usefulness (r=0.37; p<.001) and intention to accept the IoT (r=0.23 (p<.001). The strongest correlation was found between perceived usefulness of the IoT and intention to accept (r=0.67; p<.001). In conclusion, recognition of the IoT in healthcare affected its perceived usefulness, and a significant correlation was found between perceived usefulness of the IoT and intention to accept it. This study analyzed how much recognition, perceived usefulness, and intention to accept IoT in healthcare nursing students have. Based on these findings, we suggest that education related to the IoT in healthcare should be incorporated into the nursing curriculum.
Seven constructs of sanitary management were evaluated in order to examine perceived performance of sanitary management and sanitary recognition for school food service managers in the Kyunggido area. In order to protect from foodborne illness, 331 (58.4%) responded that the most important aspects were sanitary conditions and stability upon food delivery, and the greatest obstacle was limited availability of facilities and equipment (182, 32.2%). The total mean score for the perceived performance of sanitary management was $4.16{\pm}0.445$ (5-point Likert scale). Among three sectors, personal hygiene management was generally well-conducted with a subtotal mean score of $4.52{\pm}0.458$; however temperature management scored lowest with a subtotal mean of $3.71{\pm}0.630$. Chi-square tests were performed according to general characteristics on the two lowest perceived sanitary management performance areas. In temperature management, there was a significant difference in 5 sectors according to age, and the ages $20{\sim}29$ showed the best perceived performance in all sectors. For serving management, a significant difference (p<0.01) was shown in all sectors. In conclusion, foodservice managers perceive that sanitary management is well-executed. However, the combination of proper equipments and facilities would lead to better perceived management.
The CDP in Korea has been enforced for conserving resources and reducing environmental pollution since March, 1999. Therefore this thesis aims to investigate the degrees of consumer participation(CP), recognition and support, and to analysis of demographic variables, consumers' psychology, and attitudes which may influence the degrees of CP recognition, and support for the CDP. The results were as follows: First, the time of surrey was found to be statistically significant in consumer recognition and support. The degree of recognition was the lowest in first time. And the degree of consumer support was the highest in first time. Second, education, employment status and house shape were found to be statistically significant. The degree of consumer recognition was the highest among junior college graduates. The employed group was found to be the highest in the degree of participation. Third, the significant factors which influenced the degree of recognition was the time of survey, the perceived difficulty, effectiveness of the Consumer Deposit Program. The perceived difficulty, the time of survey were found to be related with the degree of consumer support. The most influential variables which influenced the degree of consumer participation were house shape, the perceived effectiveness, the degree of resource recycling, job and the degree of consumer recognition.
The purpose of this study is to analyze elementary and secondary school teachers' recognition about engineering education in elementary and secondary school. For this, we surveyed elementary and secondary school teachers. The result of this study is as follow. First, most teachers perceived that engineering positively affect national competitiveness and development. They also found that engineering education helps student to select natural science and engineering field career. Moreover, they perceived that engineering contents are not applied in elementary and secondary schools curriculums, hence it does not stimulate interest in engineering. Therefore, they perceived that if engineering education contents are systematically applied in formal curriculum, it will have a positive effect on current engineering education. Second, most teachers perceived that roles of engineering education are to make students learn creative design and problem solving process and inform about the engineering field career. They perceived that the best grade to start engineering education is 4~6 grade in elementary school and the best way to apply engineering education is through distributing engineering education contents to related subjects. They also perceived that technology subject has the most relation to engineering education and science subjects; mathematics subject follow after.
Stress has been associated with poor eating behavior and diet quality. Yet, the relationship between nutrient and food intake and perceived stress in Korean female adults has not been validated. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between nutrient and food intake and perceived stress in Korean female adults. This is a cross-sectional study based on the 2014-2015 Korean National Health and Nutritional Examination Survey data. This study investigated 2,010 female adults age 19~64. In this study, according to subjects' perceived stress, we classified subjects into very low-stress recognition group (VLSRG) (n=211), low-stress recognition group (VSRG) (n=1,223), high-stress recognition group (HSRG) (n=488) and very high-stress recognition group (VHSRG) (n=88). Daily nutrients and food group intake, food groups consumed (Dietary Diversity Score, DDS) were analyzed using data from the 24-recall method. The VHSRG had a larger proportion of subjects that were younger (p<0.0001), single (p<0.0001) and smokers (p<0.0001) compared to the VLSRG. Energy and food intake did not differ between the four groups. Percentage of subjects with protein (p=0.0322), vitamin A (p=0.0364) and vitamin C (p=0.0115) intake lower than the EAR (estimated average requirement) in the VHSRG were significantly lowest in the four groups. Also, food intake percentage from fruits and seaweed groups in the VHSRG were lower than other groups (p=0.0034, p=0.0015). DDS in the VHSRG (3.87) was significantly lowest in the four groups (p=0.0022). Results suggest that perceived stress in Korean female adults may by significant to consider in nutritional education programs.
