수분 및 머지의 첨가에 따른 절연유의 대전경향 (Electrification Tendency of Oil Adding Moisture and Dust)

  • This paper presents the effect of moisture and dust on streaming electrification in transformer oil, in order to investigate the electrification tendency of oil adding moisture an dust. Authors designed series electrification device to analyse streaming electrification phenomena easily. Experimental results show that the streaming current is linearly increased with oil velocity and it has a peak value at about a 50 [%]. Adding of moisture and dust in oil decreased charging level and it was dominant in case of moisture.

  • In this paper, a novel power management structure for an energy harvesting pervasive system is proposed. The system considers the power state of each subsystem to assign proper power sources. The switch matrix structure utilizes each power source to reduce the peak current of the battery. The power management structure can be interfaced to an embedded system power supply without significant design change.

  • Photo leakage characteristics of a-Si:H TFT were obtained for the illuminations from various backlight sources and the results were compared and analyzed in terms of the photoelectric properties of light. The analysis shows that the photocurrents are related to the wavelengths of the peak intensities of the spectrums of light sources.

  • An improved series-parallel resonant converter using auxiliary winding of resonant is presented. The conventional series-parallel resonan converter and newly developed converter are compared for high voltage application. This proposed converter gives several merits such a wide load ranges, small circulating current, low peak voltage at no load. Two experimental results for the proposed converter and conventional one are presented for conventional LCC type converter and the proposed one.

  • 병렬 공진회로를 부하로 하는 브리지 인버어터를 해석하였다. 본 논문에서는 실제 회로설계에 필요한 트리거주파수의 한계, SCR 턴-오프 시간의 제한 범위 및 콘덴서의 최대 전압과 트리거속도에 따른 부하전류값을 구하였다.

  • Determination of effective EDM parameters is significant to increase productivity. However, With the complexity of EDM phenomena, a universal selection method of EDM parameters has not been established yet. Moreover, No attempt has been tried before to suggest a logical method in determining essential machining parameters for effective electrical discharge machining. Peak current, one of the most significant factors in EDM, is proportional to EDM area. This paper presents a method that can be Z-map modeling from CMM data, and calculate EDM area using Z-map.

  • The main drawback of parallel type active power filters (APF) is the large capacity required for harmonic compensation. This paper evaluates the APF capacity requirement of harmonic/reactive power compensation for thyristor converter load. Theoretically achievable maximum power factor under partial load is evaluated. And it is shown that the APF capacity can be considerably reduced while slightly sacrificing the filtering performance by deliberately limiting the peak current of the APF.

  • In power transistor switching circuit have shunt snubber(dv/dt limiting capacitor) and series snubber (di/dt limiting inductor). The shunt snubber is used to reduce the turn-off switching loss and the series snubber is used to reduce the turn-on switching loss. Design procedures are derived for selecting the capacitance, inductor and resistance to limit the peak voltage and current values. The action of snubber is analyzed and applied to the design for safety PWM inverter.

  • In the microwave heating system, a ferroresonant transformer is used to regulate the magnetron power fluctuation. For the simplification, nonlinear characteristics of the transformer and the magnetron are idealized to be piecewise linear. Dipped peak shape of the magnetron current is explained qualitatively by considering the fundamental and third harmonic frequency components in the circuit. Design equations providing the values of the leakage inductance, turn ratio of the transformer and the capacitance are derived analytically by cosnidering the fundamental frequency component only. The ferroresonant transformer is designed to obtain a required regulation and high input power factor from the derived design equations, and analytical calculations are compared with experimental measurements.

  • 본 논문에서는 피크 전류 모드 제어를 적용한 플라이백 컨버터의 정확한 Control-to-Output Transfer Function을 제시한다. 기존 저주파 극점만으로 간략화 된 모델은 실제 디스크리트 모델(Discrete Model)과 소신호 해석에서 많은 차이를 보인다. 본 논문에서는 정확한 저주파 극점을 유도하고, PSIM을 통한 모의실험을 통해 제안된 모델에 대한 정확성을 검증한다.
