Linking Knowledge Sharing to Innovative Work Behaviour: The Role of Psychological Empowerment

  • The purpose of the study is to explore the psychological empowerment of the worker as a moderator to explain the link between knowledge sharing and innovative work behaviour within the telecommunication sector of Saudi Arabia. This study is based on a quantitative approach, having collected data through a series of questionnaires developed on previous studies. This study has applied Smart-Partial Least Squares (PLS) for the data analysis. The results revealed that there is a positive and significant relationship between knowledge sharing and innovative work behaviour. The knowledge sharing increases the competencies of the workers, bringing about more creativeness and perfection. Furthermore, this study elaborates that psychological empowerment plays an important role as a moderator in making a strong relationship between knowledge sharing and innovative work behaviour. This study concluded that the innovative work behaviour in any organisation depends on the practice, experience, and capabilities of the workers and, most importantly, the interdepartmental knowledge shared amongst them. The sharing of knowledge psychologically empowers the worker to bring creativity, modernization and excellence in the work that affects the marginal productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction at a great extent. These factors provide long-run sustainability to business in a highly competitive market environment.

ATM망에서 두 개의 임계값을 갖는 PBS 기법에 관한 연구 (A Study on PBS Mechanism with Two-Threshold in ATM Networks)

  • ATM 망에서는 과밀 현상을 제어하는 방식으로서 셀 헤더내의 CLP 비트를 사용하여 다양한 트래픽에 두단계의 우선 순위를 부여하는 우선 순위 제어 방식이 수해되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 ATM 셀 헤더의 CLP 비트와 Res. 비트를 합한 2비트를 이용하여 세단계의 우선 순위를 제공하기 위한 2개의 임계값을 갖는 PBS(partial buffer sharing) 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법을 성능 분석한 결과 두단계 우선 순위를 갖는 기존의 기법들에 비해 다양한 서비스 품질에 관한 요구사항을 충족시키는 데 보다 나은 유연성을 제공함을 확인하였다.

MEROMORPHIC FUNCTION PARTIALLY SHARES SMALL FUNCTIONS OR VALUES WITH ITS LINEAR c-SHIFT OPERATOR

  • In this paper, we have studied on the uniqueness problems of meromorphic functions with its linear c-shift operator in the light of partial sharing. Our two results improve and generalize two very recent results of Noulorvang-Pham [Bull. Korean Math. Soc. 57 (2020), no. 5, 1083-1094] in some sense. In addition, our other results have improved and generalized a series of results due to Lü-Lü [Comput. Methods Funct. Theo. 17 (2017), no. 3, 395-403], Zhen [J. Contemp. Math. Anal. 54 (2019), no. 5, 296-301] and Banerjee-Bhattacharyya [Adv. Differ. Equ. 509 (2019), 1-23]. We have exhibited a number of examples to show that some conditions used in our results are essential.

의료기관 감정환경이 조직몰입 및 조직성과에 미치는 영향 : 상사와 감정공유의 매개효과 (The Effects of Hospital's Affect Climate on Organizational Commitment and Organizational Performance: Mediating Effect of Emotional Sharing to Leader)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the relation among affect climate, organizational commitment and organizational performance. Methodology: The survey was conducted through online questionnaires from April 28 to May 1, 2020 for workers in medical institutions. Multiple regression analysis and mediating effects test were performed to identify the influence relationship. Findings: The results, based on a sample of 344 workers in medical institutions, indicate that Positive display climate, Positive experiential climate and Authentic experiential climate are positively related to both organizational commitment and organizational performance. We also found that the lemotional sharing has a partial mediation effect in the relationship that positive display climate, positive experiential climate, and authentic experiential climate affect affective organizational commitment. Practical Implications: Emotional sharing is encouraged for hospital's workers, and the authentic experiential climate contributes to improving work efficiency as well as organizational performance.

  • 고품질 음성, 고속의 데이터 및 영상 등과 같은 멀티미디어 서비스는 통신망에서 기존에 제공하는 서비스에 부가될 것이다. 이와같은 서비스는 통신망에 대해서 새로운 요구를 발생시킨다. 우선순위 제어 메카니즘은 많은 통신 시스템에서 발생된 멀티미디어 서비스를 제어하는데 사용될 수 있다. 우선순위 메카니즘은 서비스 품질에 따라 발생된 정보에 우선순위를 부여하는 트래픽 제어 방식중의 하나로서 우선순위의 할당은 손실 민감도와 지연 민감도등과 같은 트래픽 특성에 대한 우선순위 기준에 의해서 나누어질 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 손실을 줄이는 트래픽 제어로서 부분버퍼 공유(PBS:Partial Buffer Sharing)방식을 이용하고 Markov Chain을 이용한 해석 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 해석 방법을 검증하기 위해서 시뮬레이션 전용 언어인 SIMSCRIPT 11.5를 이용해서 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 제안한 해석방법이 타당함을 검증하였다. 또한 ATM 망에 결과를 적용했을때 ATM 망의 셀(CELL) 손실 확률을 구하였다.

A Nexus among Strategic Orientation, Social Network, Knowledge Sharing, Organizational Innovation, and MSMEs Performance

  • This study wants to test the nexus among resource orientation, market orientation, social network, and knowledge sharing toward organizational innovation, and the nexus between organizational innovation and MSMEs performance. Questionnaires and interviews are conducted with some MSMEs actors in Central Java Province, Indonesia, in Klaten Regency and Pekalongan City. These two areas have creative MSMEs, especially Batik MSMEs that have been very large and known worldwide. The sampling technique is done purposively with certain criteria for the respondents. The data analysis technique is done using Partial Least Square. This study provides recommendations about strategic practice and policy (resource and market), social network, and knowledge sharing in increasing organizational innovation, and the impact of organizational innovation toward MSMEs performance. It also offers a comprehensive model of the determinant factor of organizational innovation by considering the aspect of strategic orientation, social network, and knowledge sharing. Other unique aspects that are also important to consider are social network and the importance of knowledge sharing in improving MSMEs Performance. The respondents are still limited in two areas, namely, Pekalongan and Klaten, so it still cannot represent the whole population. These areas also have different orientation of production process approach, namely, synthetic and natural dyes.

Knowledge Sharing Behavior in Indonesia: An Application of Planned Behaviour Theory

  • The objective of this research is to empirically study public servant knowledge sharing intention by implementing the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The researcher proposes an extended TPB combined with a perceived environmental concern variable as a determinant of behavioral intention. A total of 150 questionnaires were distributed among civil society and the public sector at the district level in the Central Kalimantan Province of Indonesia. Collectively, 126 inquiries were received. A Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis was applied to analyze and test the research model and hypothesis. The results show that all of the components of the TPB significantly influenced perceived SDG realization. The findings also partially show that knowledge sharing intention mediated the effect of attitude, perceived behavioral control, and perceived environmental concern on SDG realization. This study confirms that perspectives that affect knowledge sharing intention among public sectors could be approached based on the offered model. Hence, the local government can implement the suggestion offered in this research. The originality of this paper lies in the fact that this study discloses factors affecting knowledge sharing among public servants.

국내 주파수 공동사용 활성화를 위한 정책 도입방안 연구 (Study on the Introduction of Spectrum Policy to Revitalize the Domestic Spectrum Sharing)

  • 본 논문은 미국의 도심형 주파수 공동사용 서비스인 CBRS(Citizens Broadband Radio Service)에 대한 최근의 법제도 개정 추진현황 및 영국의 주파수 공동사용 프레임워크(framework for spectrum sharing)를 기반으로 진행되고 있는 3.8~4.2 GHz 대역에 대한 주파수 공동사용 도입방안에 대해 소개하였다. 이를 통해 다계층 사용자 구조를 갖는 주파수 공동사용 서비스 체계에서의 무선국 면허 부여 방식, 지역적 주파수 할당 방식, 적용가능 서비스 종류에 대한 최근의 논의사항을 살펴보았으며, 향후 국내에서의 주파수 공동사용 도입 시, 관련 산업 활성화를 위해 고려해야 될 것으로 판단되는 공동사용 후보채널 선정방안을 제안하였다. 이와 함께 주파수 공동사용을 위한 무선국 면허제도 도입방안을 비롯하여, 인센티브 경매 도입방안, 주파수 공동사용 적용가능 서비스에 대해 제안하였다.

공유경제서비스의 이용경험과 사회적 상호작용의 조절효과: 자전거공유서비스를 중심으로 (Users' Experience of Sharing Economy Service and Moderating Effect of Social Interaction: Focused on Bicycle-Sharing Service)

  • Purpose The main purpose of this study is to examine whether the expectations and outcomes of the bicycle-sharing service significantly influence users' expectation disconfirmation, satisfaction, and continuous intention to use. In addition, we will verify the moderating effect of social interaction in bicycle-sharing service on the relationship between satisfaction and continuous intention to use. Design/methodology/approach Based on previous studies dealing with determinants of bicycle use, users' expectations and outcomes of the bicycle-sharing service were measured by three variables; accessibility, convenience, and safety. To collect the data, we conducted a survey of undergraduates at a university located in Seoul for three weeks, beginning March 6. Participants completed the first questionnaire, which measured expectations of the bicycle-sharing service based on the attributes and social interaction before using the BSS. After a few weeks, the same participants completed the second questionnaire, which measured outcomes of the outcome, disconfirmation, satisfaction, and continuous intention to use the BSS. Only participants who completed both surveys received monetary compensation. In order to test hypothesis, the Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) modeling technique was applied. Findings In terms of main effects, based on the expectation disconfirmation theory, the results indicated that there were significant relationship among expectation, performance, disconfirmation, and satisfaction. In particular, it was verified that disconfirmation completely plays a mediating role between performance and satisfaction. In addition, the moderating effect of social interaction was examined. There was a significant interaction effects of social interaction and satisfaction on the continuous intention to use for leisure purpose. Finally, this study is expected to contribute to the study of resource sharing in the field of tourism and provide baseline information for future research.

공유리더십이 조직신뢰, 지식공유 및 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Shared Leadership on Organizational Trust, Knowledge Sharing and Innovative Behavior)

  • 본 연구에서는 공유리더십이 조직신뢰, 지식공유, 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 공유리더십과 혁신행동의 관계에 있어서 조직신뢰와 지식공유의 매개역할을 검증하였다. 울산과 경주지역의 제조업 종사자 348명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 빈도분석과 탐색적 요인분석을 위해 SPSS 22를 사용하였다. 변수의 타당성을 확인하기 위한 확인적 요인분석과 연구가설을 검증하고자 공분산 구조분석을 위해 AMOS 22를 사용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공유리더십은 조직신뢰, 지식공유, 혁신행동에 모두 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조직신뢰는 지식공유와 혁신행동에 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지식공유는 혁신행동에 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 공유리더십과 혁신행동 간의 관계에서 조직신뢰와 지식공유가 부분매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과에 의하면 조직구성원의 혁신행동을 높이기 위해서 공유리더십을 통한 조직신뢰와 지식공유를 강화시켜야 함을 시사하고 있다.
