Analysis of Current Use Smartphone of 3 to 5 Years old Children and Parents' Perception

  • 본 연구는 유아교육기관에서 영유아의 스마트폰 과의존 예방교육을 위한 부모교육프로그램 개발을 위한 기초데이터 수집의 목적으로 하였다. 연구자료는 한국정보화진흥원에서 실시한 '2019 스마트폰 과의존 실태조사'의 원데이터 중 3~5세에 해당하는 909명의 자료가 활용되었다. 연구결과 3~5세 영유아는 하루 평균 1시간 이상 스마트폰을 사용하고 있었으며 주로 동영상 서비스와 게임, 음악듣기, 검색서비스 교육콘텐츠 등의 순으로 스마트폰을 이용하는 것으로 나타났다. 부모들은 자녀의 스마트폰 이용시간과 의존도에 대해 허용적인 것으로 나타났다. 특히 대부분의 영유아가 스마트폰을 이용하여 동영상 시청과 게임 콘텐츠를 이용하고 있음에도 불구하고 우려하지 않고 있다는 점에서 영유아기 자녀의 스마트폰 이용에 대한 부모교육 콘텐츠는 미디어 사용에 대한 포괄적 내용이 포함될 필요가 있다.

성희롱/성폭력 예방교육 프로그램 및 CD-ROM개발 - 유아(3~6세)용 - (The Development of a CD-ROM and an Educational Program for the Prevention Sexual Harassment and Sexual Violence in Preschool Children)

  • This study was to developed to create a CD-ROM and an educational program for the prevention of sexual harassment and violence and to contribute to the perception and add to the coping of the victims of sexual harassment and violence as well as the child, parents, and teachers. Method: The study's methods were literature reviews, surveys, and assessments of the negotiation process for educational needs of sexual harassed and abused children. Result: The sexual harassment and violence prevention program will contain four subjects : 1) sexual development of a preschool child, 2) characteristics of sexual harassment and violence of a preschool child, 3) safe sex, early detection of sexual violence syndrome, and coping strategies. The CD-RON was composed from three sites. The first was a child site, the second was a parent/teacher site, and the third was a game site for evaluations. The child site consisted of 10 possible scenarios of sexual harassment and violence that a child could experience. The parent/teacher site consisted of knowledge and information for prevention and coping strategies for sexual harassment and violence. At the end of each situation question and answer sections that were used for formative evaluation. Also, the game site could be a summative evaluation. Conclusion: The effects of this program and the CD-ROM were based of the promotion of reverence for humanity and gender equality for preschool childen. Eventually, children, parents, and teachers will have prevention and coping ability that will reduce the occurrence of sexual harassment and violence in Korea

정상분만 초산모의 무통분만 실시 여부에 따른 분만관련 요인 비교 (Comparison Study about Effects of Painless Delivery on Primiparae)

  • The purpose of this study was to recognize and compare the concrete factors(perception of painless delivery, Strength of labor pain, the time of labor, APGAR score, satisfaction of painless delivery) on primiparae with and without painless delivery. The subjects were 100 primipara with painless delivery and 100 without painless delivery who had delivered at K university's general hospital in Daegu city. The data that were collected from May. 20, 1998 to July. 30 analysed by the SPSS program. The results of the study were summarized as follow; 1) As a result of the perspective of the painless labor, the mean of primiparae with painless labor was higher than primiparae without painless labor. It was statistically significant(t=-2.63, p=0.0093). 2) As a result of the strength of labor pain, the mean of primiparae without painless labor was higher than primiparae with painless labor. And it was statistically significant(t=17.074, p=0.000). 3) As a result of comparison to the time of labor, In the 1st stage, Without painless labor group was higher than the other (t=256, p=0.0114). In the 2nd stage, with painless labor group was higher than the other(t=-2.13, p=0.0346). But in the 3rd stage, there was no significant differences between two groups. 4) As a result of measuring APGAR score, there was no significant differences. 5) As a result of measuring the satisfaction of painless labor in painless labor group, 'satisfied with painless labor' is 77%, but 'unsatisfied with explanation from health care giver' was 33%. On the basis of above findings, the following is suggested ; It is needed a extended study which are designed for multiparae. And also we suggested that independent nursing-intervention program has to be developed for controlling the labor pain that must lead to positive labor experiences.

영유아기 외상사고에 대한 부모대처: Q 방법론적 접근 (Perception on Parental Coping on Unintentional Injury of Their Early Infants and Toddlers: Q Methodological Approach)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify parental coping strategies in the face of early infant and toddler injury, and to provide basic data for a parental education program and the most desirable directions it should take. Methods: A Q-methodology to analyze the subjectivity of each item was used. Thirty-four Q-statements were derived from a literature review and interviews. Forty-seven parents were classified into a shape of normal distribution using a 9-point scale. Collected data were analyzed by the pc-QUANL program. Results: Five types of parental coping in early infant and toddler injury were identified. Type I was "hospital treatment focused", type II was "Improving the safety of the child's environment", type III was "expression of negative emotion", type IV was "taking the lead in problem solving", and type V was "Interrogating the person in charge of the situation in which the injury occurred". Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that different approaches to educational programs can be used for parents in early childhood injury.

한국 아동의 행복감척도 개발연구 (Development of a Happiness Scale for School-aged Korean Children(HSSKC))

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a "Happiness Scale for School-aged Korean Children" (HSSKC). Participants consisted of 2,528 children who were chosen from six places, namely: Seoul, Gyeonggi, Chungnam, Jeonnam, Gyeongnam, and Gangwon. The province of Jeju-do was not included. The study assessed children's perception of happiness in six areas of life. For data analysis, the study employed the following methods: descriptive statistics, factor analysis, correlation, and Cronbach's $\alpha$. Initially, the study used an original scale composed of 32 items, but these were later reduced to 29 through exploratory factor analysis. The study identified six factors which influenced the happiness of school-aged children: (1) self-esteem, (2) parent-child relationship, (3) school life, (4) after-school activities, (5) general living environment, and (6) satisfaction of needs. Validity was determined through correlating the sub-factors. Using Cronbach' $\alpha$ to measure the reliability of factors, the result ranged from .60 to 81.

관악구 생활과학교실의 과학학습에서 나타난 부모의 역할 (The Roles of Parents in Science Learning at the Everyday Science Classroom in Gwanak-gu)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 관악구 생활과학교실의 과학학습에서 나타나는 부모의 역할을 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 생활과학교실에 참여한 부모와 아동 중 연구에 자발적으로 참여한 20쌍을 대상으로 총 75개의 수업을 녹음하였으며 이를 전사하여 분석하였다. 또한, 생활과학교실에 참여하는 모든 부모와 아동을 대상으로 사전, 사후 설문조사를 실시하여, 관악구 생활과학교실에 대한 의견을 알아보았다. 연구 결과, 부모는 학습안내자로서 아동의 학습을 안내하는 역할 뿐만 아니라 부모 자신이 학습자로서 참여한 것으로 나타났다. 학습안내자로서의 역할을 좀더 세부적으로 범주화하면 '실험 과정 안내자', '인지적 촉진자', '참여적 환경 조성자', '권위적 조절자'로 구별할 수 있었다. 학습자로서 부모의 역할은 '적극적 학습자', '상호 협력하는 동료 학습자', '권위적인 선도 학습자'로 좀더 세분화 될 수 있었다. 이러한 7개의 범주화된 부모의 역할들이 실제 수업에서는 어느 정도로 나타나고 있는지 분석한 결과, '실험 과정 안내자'가 34.5%로 가장 자주 나타났고, 뒤이어 '인지적 촉진자' (21.3%), '적극적인 학습자' (16.5%), '상호 협력하는 동료 학습자' (15.1%), '참여적 환경 조성자' (8.7%), '권위적인 선도 학습자' (2.7%), '권위적 조절자' (1.6%)의 순서로 나타났다. 본 연구는 관악구 생활과학교실의 과학학습에서 나타난 부모의 역할과 부모와 아동 사이의 상호작용에 대한 기본적인 정보를 제공하고 있다. 추후 프로그램의 개발에 부모의 참여가 미치는 긍정적인 측면은 강조한다면 생활과학교실을 통한 부모들과 아동들의 과학에 대한 이해를 더욱 촉진시킬 수 있을 것이다.

부모교육 참여집단과 비참여집단 자폐아동의 행동병리 및 발달기능에 대한 비교연구 (CHANGES OF PSYCHOPATHOLOGY AND DEVELOPMENT IN AUTISTIC CHILDREN THROUGH PARENT EDUCATION PROGRAM)

  • 본 연구는 부모가 부모교육에 참여한 자폐아동 집단과 비참여집단 자폐아동의 행동병리 및 발달기능을 비교해 보고자 총 30명의 자폐아동을 대상으로 Schopler의 PEP를 이용하여 관찰 측정하였는데 결과 부모교육 참여군 자폐아동이 교육후 정동, 언어의 행동영역에서 보다 적절한 행동이 늘어났고 지각, 소근육운동, 대근육운동, $눈{\cdot}손협응,$ 인지수행, 인지언어 등 여러 발달기능영역에서 유의한 증진을 보였으며 또한 비참여군 자폐아동보다 모방, 대근육운동, $눈{\cdot}손협응에서$ 유의하게 높은 발달변화를 보였다. 물론 부모교육 참여군 자폐아동이나 비참여군 자폐아동 모두가 행동병리 및 발달기능에서 성숙에 의한 변화를 보이기는 했으나 참여군 자폐아동이 더 여러 영역에서 발달변화를 보였고 두 집단간에 유의하게 높은 차이를 보이는 영역이 있다는 것은 부모교육 프로그램이 자폐아동에 대한 이해를 돕고 일상속에서의 모방학습, 신체적 접촉이나 대근육운동 등을 이용한 감각통합기능 증진, 언어발달, 적절한 행동의 증진에 효과적이었다고 말할 수 있다. 앞으로 더욱 구체적이고 적극적인 교육방법을 도입함으로써 보다 많은 적절한 행동의 증진과 발달을 가져올 수 있을 것이다.

유아의 구강건강증진을 위한 보호자의 구강건강 인식도 조사 (A Survey of Parent's Oral Health Perception for the Oral Health Promotion of the Preschool Children)

  • 유아의 구강건강증진을 위한 보호자의 구강건강 인식도 조사대상은 인천광역시 동구관내 유치원 및 어린이집 25곳을 방문하여 아동으로부터의 결과는 아동의 보호자 360명 이었다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 유치원(어린이집)에서 구강보건교육 실시여부 유치원 및 어린이집에서 구강보건교육을 실시했는지 묻는 설문에 실시했다고 응답한 사람이 254명(74.5%)이고 실시하지 않았다라고 응답한 사람이 87명(25.5%)으로 나타났다. 유치원 및 어린이집 이외에서 구강보건교육을 실시한 경험이 있는지 묻는 설문에 경험이 있다고 응답한 사람이 70명(20.5%)이고 경험이 없다고 응답한 사람이 271명(79.5%)으로 나타났다. 2. 자녀의 구강건강행동 및 태도 관찰여부 치과방문경험이 있는지 묻는 설문에 249명(73.0%)이 경험이 있다고 응답하였고 92명(27.0%)이 경험이 없다고 응답하였다. 자녀의 칫솔질 방법을 관찰하는지 묻는 설문에 321명(94.1%)이 관찰한다고 응답하였고 20명(5.9%)이 관찰하지 않는다고 응답하였다. 3. 모친의 취업여부에 따른 구강보건교육 실시여부 모친의 취업유무에 따른 구강보건교육 실시여부는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있게 나타났다(p < .01). 4. 구강보건교육 인지도 및 사전경험에 따른 구강보건교육 실시여부 구강보건교육 인지여부에 따른 구강보건교육 실시여부는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있게 나타났다(p < .001). 5. 자녀의 구강건강행동 및 태도에 따른 구강보건교육 실시여부 치과방문 경험유무, 자녀의 칫솔질방법 관찰여부, 자녀의 치아 관찰여부에 따른 구강보건교육 실시여부는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있게 나타났다(p < .01, p < .001). 자녀의 치아건강관심에 따른 구강보건교육실시여부는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없게 나타났다.

양육행동 및 형제관계와 아동의 자존감과의 관계 연구 : - 자존감에 대한 양육행동 및 형제관계의 독립적 기여와 상호작용 효과 - (Parental Childrearing, Behavior, Children's Sibling Relationships and Children's Self-Esteem)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate how parental childrearing behavior and children's sibling relationships are related to children's self-esteem. 440 middle class families consisting of two children and their parents were the subjects of this study. The research instruments included a childrearing behavior questionnaire, the Sibling Relationships Questionnaire (Furman & Buhrmester, 1985), and the Self-Perception Profile for Children (Harter, 1985). Analyses of the data included correlation analysis, canonical correlation, regression, stepwise multiple regression, and MANOVA with stepwise discriminant analysis as the follow-up test. The most powerful predictors of children's self-esteem were the Warmth-Acceptance of childrearing behavior and the Warmth-Closeness of sibling relationships. The self-esteem dimension was best predicted by parental childrearing behavior and by children's sibling relationships was Global Self-Worth. Behavioral Conduct was best predicted by the Rejection-Restriction factor of childrearing, and by Conflict (for boys) and Rivalry (for girls) factors of sibling relationships. Children's self-esteem was related more strongly to the Warmth-Acceptance and the Rejection-Restriction of opposite-sex parents. The effects of Permissiveness-Nonintervention were stronger in same-sex parent-child dyads. Parental childrearing behaviors accounted for boy's self-esteem better than girl's with the exception of Behavioral Conduct. Sibling relationships accounted for girl's self-esteem better than boy's. The $2{\times}2$ MANOVA revealed interaction effects of parental childrearing behaviors and sibling relationships on children's self-esteem. Two factors of Rivalry and Conflict in sibling relationships and all three factors of childrearing behaviors showed significant interaction effects, The childrearing factor of Permissiveness-Nonintervention and the sibling factor of Rivalry, which were relatively weak predictors of self-esteem when acting alone, gained power in explaining children's self-esteem within the interactional context.

초등학생 학부모들의 자녀 간식 및 식생활 교육에 대한 실태 및 인식 (Parent's Behavior and Perception of Their Kids' Snacking Behavior and Dietary Life Education)

  • The objective of this study was to investigate parents' behavior and attitudes regarding their kids' snacking and dietary life education. A survey was conducted with the parents (N=412) of elementary students from seven provinces, includeing Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Kwangju, Gyungnam, Chungnam, and Kangwon. Kids' snacks consisted mainly of purchased foods rather than homemade foods. Parents' main concerns regarding kids' snacks were nutrition (44.9%), taste (24.3%), and safety (23.5%). Over 50% of parents checked food labels, especially expiration date (96.4%), food ingredients (49.5%), and food additives (33.5%). The snack items frequently provided to kids were fruits (62.8%), milk (55.5%), bread (47.1%), and snack items (23.3%). Parents responded that the amount of their kids' snacking was adequate (47.8%), small (33.7%), or large (18.2%). The results show that more research is needed regarding the adequacy of kids' snacking, considering that 15.7% and 22.4% of the children ate more and less, respectively, than their daily energy requirement. 76.5% of the parents performed home education regarding their kids' dietary habits, especially on the topics of 'balanced diet' (83.9%), 'healthful food' (53.7%), and 'eating three meals a day' (40.2%). Parents obtained dietary information from TV (65.2%), internet (12.0%), and newspapers (7.0%). From this study, we found that parents perceived their kids' snacking behavior correctly, and considered home-education for their kids' dietary habits positively. However, the information resources were limited, which makes it necessary to develop parents' education programs.
