Fixed points of a certain class of mappings in uniformly convex banach spaces

  • In this paper, we prove in p-uniforlmy convex space a fixed point theorem for a class of mappings T satsfying: for each x, y in the domain and for n = 1, 2, 3, $\cdots$, $$ \left\$\mid$ T^n x - T^n y \right\$\mid$ \leq a \cdot \left\$\mid$ x - y \right\$\mid$ + b(\left\$\mid$ x - T^n x \right\$\mid$ + \left\$\mid$ y - T^n y \right\$\mid$) + c(\left\$\mid$ c - T^n y \right\$\mid$ + \left\$\mid$ y - T^n x \right\$\mid$, $$ where a, b, c are nonnegative constants satisfying certain conditions. Further we establish some fixed point theorems for these mappings in a Hilbert space, in $L^p$ spaces, in Hardy spaces $H^p$ and in Sobolev spaces $H^{p,k}$ for 1 < p < $\infty$ and k $\leq$ 0. As a consequence of our main result, we also the results of Goebel and Kirk [7], Lim [8], Lifshitz [12], Xu [20] and others.

스위칭 손실을 줄인 1700 V 4H-SiC Double Trench MOSFET 구조 (A Novel 1700V 4H-SiC Double Trench MOSFET Structure for Low Switching Loss)

  • 본 논문에서는 CDT(Conventional Double Trench) MOSFET보다 스위칭 시간과 손실이 적은 1700 V EPDT(Extended P+ shielding floating gate Double Trench) MOSFET 구조를 제안하였다. 제안한 EPDT MOSFET 구조는 CDT MOSFET에서 소스 Trench의 P+ shielding 영역을 늘리고 게이트를 N+와 플로팅 P- 폴리실리콘 게이트로 나누었다. Sentaurus TCAD 시뮬레이션을 통해 두 구조를 비교한 결과 온 저항은 거의 차이가 없었으나 Crss(게이트-드레인 간 커패시턴스)는 게이트에 0 V 인가 시에는 CDT MOSFET 대비 32.54 % 줄었고 7 V 인가 시에는 65.5 % 감소하였다. 결과적으로 스위칭 시간 및 손실은 각각 45 %, 32.6 % 줄어 스위칭 특성이 크게 개선되었다.

정수처리에서 염수요구량 및 반응거동에 관한 연구 (Evaluation of Chlorine Demand and Chlorine Decay Kinetics for Drinking Water)

  • This aim of the work presented in this paper is to investigate the factors that affcet chlorine decay and to develop functional relationships that can be used to enhance the durability of network models. predictive relationships were established that correlated the rate of chlorine decay to the various water conditions such as DOC, N $H_3$-N, initial chlorine, contact time, temperature and pH values. Free chlorine residual decreased with increasing temperature, DOC, N $H_3$-N, reaction time and chlorine dose. At 2$0^{\circ}C$, pH 7, The initial chlorine demand per mg as DOC/L and mg as N $H_3$-N/L was about 0.43, 2.69 mg/$\ell$ respectively at 180 minutes contact time. The Reaction between chlorine and humic acids was lasted intil 48hr, but the reaction between chlorine and N $H_3$-N was almost completed in 180 min. When the temperature is raised by 1$0^{\circ}C$, chlorine is more consumed about 0.25 mg/$\ell$ in the absence of organic substances and it is more consumed about 3.4 mg/$\ell$ in the presence of humic acid (5 mg/$\ell$) in water at pH 7 for 180 min. Regression Analysis created the resulting prediction equation for the chlorine decay in a SPSS package of the computer system. The model is as follows; $C_{t}$=1.239+0.707(Co)-0.000529(Time)-0.0112(Temp)+0.02227(pH)-0.42(DOC)-2.132(N $H_3$-N).).

P2P 구조에 기반한 인터넷 방송 시스템 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Internet Broadcasting System based on P2P Architecture)

  • 클라이언트-서버 구조의 스트리밍 시스템은 서버의 가용 능력에 따라 클라이언트의 개수가 제한되는 단점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 방송 시스템의 확장성과 안정성을 지원하기 위해 P2P에 기반한 모델을 제시한 후, 프로토타입 시스템을 구현한 사례를 소개한다. 본 논문에서 구현한 시스템인 OmniCast264는 실시간으로 H.264 비디오 스트림을 제공하는 인코딩 서버, 스트림을 네트워크에 분배하는 스트리ald 서버, 비디오의 재생 및 분배를 담당하는 피어 노드, 그리고 P2P 네트워크에 노드를 동적으로 배치시키는 프록시 서버로 구성된다. P2P에기반한 OmniCast264은 스트리밍 부하의 분산화, 실시간 재생, 에러 발생에 따른 강건함, 계층의 모듈화 등의 개념을 가지고 있기 때문에 대용량의 인터넷 방송에 적합하다고 할 수 있다. 마지막으로 12 대의 PC들을 병렬 및 직렬 구조의 P2P로 구성한 후, OmniCast264의 성능을 평가하여 실시간 재생이 가능함을 검증하였다.

FIXED POINTS OF A CERTAIN CLASS OF ASYMPTOTICALLY REGULAR MAPPINGS

  • In this paper, we study in Banach spaces the existence of fixed points of asymptotically regular mapping T satisfying: for each x, y in the domain and for n=1, 2,…, $$\parallelT^nx-T^ny\parallel\leq$\leq$a_n\parallelx-y\parallel+b_n (\parallelx-T^nx\parallel+\parallely-T^ny\parallely)$$ where $a_n,\; b_n,\; C_n$ are nonnegative constants satisfying certain conditions. We also establish some fixed point theorems for these mappings in a Hibert space, in L(sup)p spaces, in Hardy space H(sup)p, and in Soboleve space $H^{k,p} for 1<\rho<\infty \; and \; k\geq0$. We extend results from papers [10], [11], and others.

산성환경 중에서 구상흑연주철재의 마멸-부식거동에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Wear-Corrosion Behavior of Ductile Cast Iron in the Acidic Environment)

  • This paper reports the studies on the wear-corrosion behavior of ductile cast iron in the acidic environment. In atmosphere and variety of pH solution, specific wear rate and wear-corrosion characteristics of GCD 60 with various sliding speed and distance were investigated. And electrochemical polarization test of GCD 60 was examined in the environment of various pH values. The main results are as following : As the contact pressure increases, the critical velocity of specific wear rate becomes transient at low sliding speed. As pH value becomes low, wear-corrosion loss increases in the aqueous solution. As the corrosion environment is acidified, corrosion potential of GCD 60 becomes noble and corrosion current density increases.

  • Cane molasses, the most widely used carbon source for the industrial fermentation of L-lysine, usually contains a high concentration of calcium ions which tend to cause scaling problem in the recovery process. To remove the calcium ions, cane molasses was pretrea ted with sulfuric acid by adjusting the pH to 2.5-3.5. When the pretreated solution was directly heat-sterilized and used in the fermentation, a significant reduction in L-lysine production was observed. In this paper, we proved that sucrose is a superior substrate for L-lysine fermentation to that of glucose or fructose and that the above-mentioned decrease of L-lysine production was caused by the hydrolysis of sucrose in the molasses when the molasses was heat-sterilized at a low pH. The problem was overcome by adjusting the pH of molasses to neutral before sterilization.

  • New artificial fishing reefs are developed using modified sulfur concrete. Modified sulfur concrete, which is made of by-product aggregates and modified sulfur binder, has good properties, including high density, less water absorption, high strength, high salt resistance, and good affinity for living organisms. This paper shows the mechanical properties of modified sulfur concrete and its field tests under the sea. We have found that the pH-neutral materials attach microalgae and seaweed more readily, compared to the pH-high materials.

연시첨가가 김치의 발효와 기호성에 미치는 영향 (An Effect of Red-ripe Persimmon on Fermentation and Sensory Characteristics of Kimchi)

  • This paper presents an investigation of chemical and sensory properties of Kimchi with red-ripe persimmon. Kimchi with different levels(0, 5, 10, 15%) of real-ripe persimmon was fermented at 4$^{\circ}C$ for 20days. During the fermentation, pH decreased in all Kimchi samples and pH of Kimchi with red-ripe persimmon was a little lower than that of Kimchi without red-ripe persimmon. Acidity increaased continuously and saltiness was maintained at 1.2∼2.2% levels during fermentation. The reducing sugar of Kimchi with red-ripe persimmon was relatively higher than that of the other sample without red-ripe persimmon. Total vitamin C(Vit. C) in Kimchi added red-ripe persimmon increased in the early stage of fermentation and reduced gradually after 4days of fermentation. In the sensory evolution, Kimchi with 10% red-ripe persimmon recorded high scores in taste, flavor, texture and overall acceptability during all fermentation period.

  • In this paper, we presented the packaging technologies of CMOS ISFET(Ion Sensitive Field Effect Transistor) pH sensor using post-CMOS process and MCP(Multi Chip Packaging). We have proposed and developed two types of packaging technology. one is one chip, which sensing layer is deposited on the gate metal of standard CMOS ISFET, the other is two chip type, which sensing layer is separated from CMOS ISFET and connected by bonding wire. These proposed packaging technologies would make it easy to fabricate CMOS ISFET pH sensor and to make variety types of pH sensor.
