  • Over a ring R, let $P_R$ be a finitely generated projective right R-module. Then we define the G-injector (G-projector) if $P_R$ preservers Gorenstein injective modules (Gorenstein projective modules), the Gflator if $P_R$ preservers Gorenstein flat modules. G-injector (G-flator) and G-injector are characterized focus primarily on the cases where R is a Gorenstein ring, and under this condition we also study the relations between the injector (projector, flator) and the G-injector (G-projector, G-flator). Over any ring we also give the characteristics of G-injector (G-flator) by the Gorenstein injective (Gorenstein flat) dimensions of modules.

  • The aim of the Paper is to Obtain information about the flat covers and minimal flat resolutions of Artinian modules over a Noetherian ring. Let R be a commutative Noetherian ring and let A be an Artinian R-module. We prove that the flat cover of a is of the form $\prod_{p\epsilonAtt_R(A)}T-p$, where $Tp$ is the completion of a free R$_{p}$-module. Also, we construct a minimal flat resolution for R/xR-module 0: $_AX$ from a given minimal flat resolution of A, when n is a non-unit and non-zero divisor of R such that A = $\chiA$. This result leads to a description of the structure of a minimal flat resolution for ${H^n}_{\underline{m}}(R)$, nth local cohomology module of R with respect to the ideal $\underline{m}$, over a local Cohen-Macaulay ring (R, $\underline{m}$) of dimension n.

  • Printed electronics is an emerging technology to realize various microelectronic devices via a cost-effective method. Here we demonstrated a high performance of p-channel and n-channel top-gate/bottom contact polymer field-effect transistors (FETs), and applications to elementary organic complementary inverter and ring oscillator circuits by inkjet processing. We could obtained high field-effect mobility more than $0.4\;cm^2/Vs$ for both of p-channel and n-channel FETs, and successfully measured inkjet-printed polymer inverters. The performance of devices highly depends on the selection of dielectrics, printing condition and device architecture. Optimized CMOS ring oscillators with p-type and n-type polymer transistors showed as high as 50 kHz operation frequency. This research was financially supported by development of next generation RFID technology for item level applications (2008-F052-01) funded by the ministry of knowledge economy (MKE).

  • Zinc-Borosilicate is used as a side insulator wall to make high breakdown voltage with one Field Limiting Ring in a power p-n junction device in simulation. It is known that surface charge density can be yield at the interface of Zinc-Borosilicate glass / silicon system. When the glass is used as a side insulator wall, surface charge varied potential distribution and breakdown voltage is improved 1090 V under the same structure. The breakdown voltage under varying the surface charge density has a limit value. When the epitaxial thickness is varied, the position of FLR doesn't influence to the breakdown characteristic not only under non punch-through structure but also under punch-through structure. • Phenyl group migration within protonated 1,2-diphenyl hydrazines has been studied theoretically using the semi-empirical AM1 method. This reaction proceeds through a 3-membered cyclic transition state and requires high activation energy. In the reactant, there was no resonance stabilization for the moving Z-ring, however, hammett $p_Z^+$ values are large due to the direct involvement of the Z-ring inthe reaction, and the development of a negative charge on the reaction center gives them a posifive value. In the case of the non-moving ring, $p_Y^+$ values are small and negative owing to the smaller positive charge increase in the reaction center. The cross-interaction constant, $p_YZ^+$, was obtained from the activation enthalpies, using the multipe linear regression methdo, and the interaction between two substituents, Y and Z, is examined.

  • The principal aim of this paper is to study the connection between the structure of a quotient ring R/P and the behavior of special additive mappings of R. More precisely, we characterize the commutativity of R/P using derivations (generalized derivations) of R satisfying algebraic identities involving the prime ideal P. Furthermore, we provide examples to show that the various restrictions imposed in the hypothesis of our theorems are not superfluous.

  • Let R be a ring and P be a prime ideal of R. A mapping d : R → R is called a multiplicative derivation if d(xy) = d(x)y + xd(y) for all x, y ∈ R. In this paper, our main motive is to obtain the well-known theorem due to Posner in the ring R/P for generalized derivations associated with a multiplicative derivation defined by an additive mapping F : R → R such that F(xy) = F(x)y + xd(y), where d : R → R is a multiplicative derivation not necessarily additive. This article discusses the use of generalized derivations associated with a multiplicative derivation to investigate the commutativity of the quotient ring R/P.

  • In this paper, we study a special class of linear codes, called skew cyclic codes, over the ring $R=F_p+vF_p$, where $p$ is a prime number and $v^2=v$. We investigate the structural properties of skew polynomial ring $R[x,{\theta}]$ and the set $R[x,{\theta}]/(x^n-1)$. Our results show that these codes are equivalent to either cyclic codes or quasi-cyclic codes. Based on this fact, we give the enumeration of distinct skew cyclic codes over R.

  • In this paper, we present a method of characterizing minimal polynomials on the ring 𝐙p of p-adic integers in terms of their coefficients for an arbitrary prime p. We first revisit and provide alternative proofs of the known minimality criteria given by Larin [11] for p = 2 and Durand and Paccaut [6] for p = 3, and then we show that for any prime p ≥ 5, the proposed method enables us to classify all possible minimal polynomials on 𝐙p in terms of their coefficients, provided that two prescribed prerequisites for minimality are satisfied.
