계획된 행위이론에 근거한 대학생의 헌혈의도 및 헌혈행위 예측요인 (Predictive Factors on Blood donation Intention and Behavior in College Students: Base on the Theory of Planned Behavior)

  • 본 연구는 Ajzen의 계획된 행위이론(TPB)에 근거하여 대학생의 헌혈의도와 헌혈행위에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 G시에 위치한 일개 대학 대학생 258명으로 하였으며, 자료 수집은 2013년 6월 3일부터 14일까지의 기간에 구조화된 자기기입식 설문조사로 하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS/WIN 19.0을 이용하였고, 대학생의 헌혈의도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 단계별 중회귀 분석을, 헌혈행위에 영향을 미치는 요인은 로지스틱 회귀분석을 시행하였다. 대학생의 헌혈의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인한 결과 헌혈에 대한 지각된 행위통제, 헌혈에 대한 태도, 헌혈에 대한 주관적 규범순이었으며, 65.6%의 영향력이 있었다. 또한, 헌혈행위에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인한 결과 헌혈의도(OR=1.129, p=.010)만이 유의하였으며, 헌혈에 대한 지각된 행위통제는 헌혈행위에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 추후 대학생의 헌혈의도를 증가시키기 위한 프로그램에서 지각된 행위통제, 태도 및 주관적 규범을 강화하는 것은 헌혈의도를 높이고 이로써 헌혈행위를 증가시킬 수 있을 것으로 본다.

착시 국그릇으로 유도한 시각적 착오가 음식섭취량과 포만도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Visual Perception on Food Consumption and Satiety Levels Using a Modified Soup Bowl)

  • We examined whether visual perception related to consumption norms could influence food consumption and satiety by using modified soup bowls with elevated bottoms. Twenty-six healthy women (BMI 19.9 $kg/m^2$ Age 24 yr) participated in the study once a week for 2 weeks. The subjects were served beef shank soup in one of two soup bowls (180 g soup in the modified bowl or 250 g soup in the normal bowl). The results showed that subjects who ate from the modified soup bowl consumed less soup (135.3 kcal vs 180.0 kcal, P<0.001) and had lower total energy intake (390.6 kcal vs 438.1 kcal, P<0.01) than those who ate from the normal soup bowl. However, despite consuming fewer calories, satiety levels of those who ate from the modifed soup bowl were not significantly different from those using the normal soup bowl. In conclusion, these results indicate that the modified soup bowl which created a distorted visual perception ot the amount of soup in the bowl leads to decreased soup intake and total energy intake without altering satiety. The reduced amount of soup in the modified soup bowl may also implicitly suggest what might be interpreted as an appropriate amount to consume, and also in essence suggest reduced consumption norm.

견정혈(肩井穴) 황련해독탕약침(黃連解毒湯藥鍼)이 심박변이율(HRV)에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Hwangryunhaedoktang Herbal-acupuncture at G21(Kyonjong: 肩井) on the Heart Rate Variability)

  • Objective : In this study, we investigated the effects of Hwangryunhaedoktang Herbal-acupuncture(HHT) at a acupoint, $G_{21}$(Kyonjong) on the Heart Rate Variability(HRV) in adults, as well as we tried to observe how HHT affects on the balance of the autonomic nervous system. Methods : The subject were comprised of 20 healthy adults, who didn't take any drugs which affected on the autonomic nervous system and had normal sinus rhythm in electrocardiogram. The control group was comprised of 9 subjects, who were injected normal saline at $G_{21}$(Kyonjong). The experiment group consisted of 10 subjects, who were injected HHT at $G_{21}$(Kyonjong). We measured HRV by CANS 3000 on three times : before, immediately after, and 20 minutes after injection. The SPSS 10.0 for windows was used to analyze the date and the Wilcoxon signed rank test (in group) and Mann-Whitney U-test(between two groups) were used to verify the results. Results : The following results were obtained ; 1. In each group, Mean-HRV and Mean-RR showed a significant change during 20 minutes after injection. But there were no significant difference between two groups(p>0.05). 2. In experiment group, 20 minutes after injection, norm LF and LHR showed a significant decrease and norm HF showed a significant increase. There were significant difference between two groups(p<0.05). Conclusions : The findings suggest that HHT at $G_{21}$(Kyonjong) in adults relatively activate parasympathetic nervous system and inactivate sympathetic nervous system.

강화도의 지질별 지하수 중 자연방사성 물질의 특성 (Characteristics of Naturally Occurring Radioactive Materials in Groundwater from Aquifers Composed of Different Geological Settings in Ganghwa Island)

  • 인천시 강화도의 지질별(중생대 화강암, 선캠브리아 편마암, 편암) 지하수의 자연방사성 물질과 수리지화학 성분의 특성을 연구하였다. 이 연구를 위하여, 8년 동안 69개 관정에서 지하수 시료를 채수하였다. 통계 분석을 이용하여 지하수의 수리지화학 성분과 자연방사성 물질의 관계를 분석하였다. 연구 지역 지하수의 수질유형은 $Ca(Na)-HCO_3$ 형으로 나타났다. 우라늄은 3 개 지하수 시료에서 US EPA의 MCL(최대 오염 물질 수준)인 30 ug/L을 초과하였다. 라돈은 28개 지하수 시료에서 US EPA의 제안치인 AMCL(대체 최대 오염 물질 수준)인 4,000 pCi/L을 초과하였다. 모든 지하수 시료의 전알파(Gross-alpha)는 US EPA MCL인 15 pCi/L를 초과하지 않았다. 지하수에서의 우라늄과 라돈의 평균농도는 화강암에서 가장 높고, 그 다음으로 편마암, 편암의 순이다. 편암 지역의 라돈은 $HCO_3$와 -0.40, 우라늄은 $SO_4$과 0.54의 상관계수를 보였고, 편마암 지역의 경우 라돈은 우라늄과 0.55, 우라늄은 $SO_4$과 0.41의 상관계수를 보였다. 요인분석에 의하면, 지질별로 각각 다른 거동특성을 가진다. 전체 지하수의 통계 분석 결과, 우라늄과 라돈 그리고 지화학 성분들 간에는 대체로 특이한 상관성을 나타내지 않았다. 자연방사성 물질의 거동과 운명을 보다 명확하게 이해하기 위해서는 자연방사성 물질의 수리지질학적, 지구화학적, 지질학적 특성에 대한 보다 상세한 연구가 요구된다.

일본 소비자의 혁신성과 신제품 소스에 대한 소비 행동 분석 (Consumer Innovativeness and Consumption Behavior of New Sauce Products for the Japanese Consumer)

  • Objectives: This study analyzed Japanese consumers on their sauce consumption, and assessed the relationship between consumer innovativeness and consumption behavior for new sauce products. Methods: The survey was completed by local consumers visiting Korean restaurants in Osaka, Japan, in September 2018. The demographic characteristics, consumption of sauce, consumer innovativeness, and factors of theory of planned behavior were evaluated. Totally, 150 collected data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 Program (IBM SPSS INC, Armonk, NY, USA). Results: Results of the survey indicate that Japanese consumers purchase a sauce by considering the taste and food utilization. Sauce purchases were maximum at mega markets and supermarkets. The consumer innovativeness for Japanese consumers was based on 3 factors: 'Purchasing adventurous products (3.51 ± 0.96)', 'Active information seeking (4.36 ± 1.11)', and 'Interactive information seeking (4.33 ± 1.02)', where the tendency of 'Active information seeking' was the highest innovativeness factor. Furthermore, higher values of perceived behavior control (4.68 ± 1.21), attitude (4.66 ± 1.41) and subjective norm (4.39 ± 1.28) were revealed, when assessing for theory of planned behavior factors. Correlating the variables of consumer innovation and factors of planning behavior theory, 'Active information seeking' is a positive attribute for attitude (p<0.016), subjective norm (p<0.001), and perceived behavior control (p<0.002). These 3 factors also had significantly positive effects on purchase intention for new sauce product (p<0.000, p<0.000, and p<0.002, respectively). Attitude was determined to be another very influential variable for purchase intention of a new sauce product (B=0.484, t=6.881). Conclusions: The results of this study determine the consumption patterns of sauce for the Japanese consumer, and the relationship between consumer innovativeness and consumption behavior for Korean traditional sauces. We believe the data generated from this study will help determine a marketing strategy to enter the Japanese market.

융합 시대의 계획된 행위이론에 근거한 COVID-19 예방접종 행위의도 관련요인 (Factors Related to COVID-19 Vaccination Intention Based on Theory of Planned Behavior in Convergence Era)

  • 본 연구는 성인을 대상으로 COVID-19 예방접종 행위의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위한 서술적 상관 관계 연구이다. 본 연구 참여에 자발적인 동의를 받은 K도 지역의 성인 232명을 대상으로 자가설문지를 통하여 2021년 4월 한 달간 자료수집을 하였다. 자료분석은 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, Hierarchical analysis을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 COVID-19 예방접종 행위의도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인은 지각된 행위 통제(β=.39, p<.001), COVID-19 예방행위에 대한 태도(β=.24, p<.001), 주관적 규범(β=.24, p<.001)의 순이었다. 이에 대한 설명력은 56.8% 이었다. COVID-19 백신은 COVID-19 판데믹 종식에 중요한 수단이며 COVID-19 감염이나 중증화를 방지하고 주위 사람을 보호하는데 도움이 된다. 포스트 COVID-19 상황 속에서 COVID-19 예방접종 행위의도를 향상시키기 위하여 적극적인 방안 및 전략이 필요하다. COVID-19 예방접종이 전국적으로 보급되고 있는 이 시점에서 COVID-19 예방접종 행위의도가 코로나19 예방접종 행동으로 이어지길 기대한다.

계획행위이론에 근거한 대학생의 조혈모세포 기증희망 등록의도 (The Intetions of University Students Regarding Donating Hematopoietic Stem Cells Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior)

  • Purpose: This study aims to identify the effect of university students' intention to donate hematopoietic stem cells based on the theory of planned behavior. Methods: The subjects include university students who visited the campaign for the registration of hematopoietic stem cell donation held at H university on September 28, 2019 and October 2, 2019. Results: The intention to register for hematopoietic stem cell donation and empirical attitude (r=.72, p<.001), instrumental attitude (r=.64, p<.001), directive norm (r=.53, p<.001), technical norms (r=.55, p<.001) and self-efficacy (r=.86, p<.001) showed a significant positive correlation. The multiple regression analysis revealed that self-efficacy (β=.66) and empirical attitude (β=.23) were the most influential factors. Conclusion: Educational and promotional programs to increase the intention to register for hematopoietic stem cell donation need to be developed to help increase students' self-efficacy and help them develop a positive experiential attitude. In addition, further research is needed to determine whether the intention to register in hematopoietic stem cell donation among university students can lead to actual registration and donation after registration.

Women Infant and Children program participants' beliefs and consumption of soy milk : Application of the Theory of Planned Behavior

  • The purpose of this study was to determine if Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) variables predict soy milk intake in a sample of WIC participants in 2 Illinois counties (n = 380). A cross-sectional survey was used, which examined soy foods intake, behavioral beliefs, subjective norms, motivation, and intention. Soy product intake was low at both sites, and many participants (40%) did not know that soy milk was WIC approved. Most (> 70%) wanted to comply with their health care providers, but didn't know their opinions about soy milk (50-66%). Intention was significantly correlated with intake (0.507, P ${\leq}$ 0.01; 0.308, P ${\leq}$ 0.05). Environmental beliefs (0.282 and 0.410, P ${\leq}$ 0.01) and expectancy beliefs (0.490 and 0.636, P ${\leq}$ 0.01) were correlated with intention. At site 1, 30% of the variance in intention to consume soy milk was explained by expectancy beliefs and subjective norm beliefs (P < 0.0001); at site 2, 40% of the variance in intention was explained by expectancy beliefs. The TPB variables of expectancy beliefs predicted intention to consume soy milk in WIC participants. Therefore, knowing more about the health benefits of soy and how to cook with soy milk would increase WIC participants' intention to consume soy milk. Positive messages about soy milk from health care providers could influence intake.
