대학생의 낙관성과 행복추구경향이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Optimism and Orientations to Happiness on Psychological Well-Being of College Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate college students' psychological well-being influenced by optimism and orientations to happiness. The participants were 412 college students aged from 20 to 28. Data were analyzed using Cronbach's alpha, frequencies, percentiles, means, standard deviations, two-way ANOVAs and hierarchical regression analyses. The major findings were as follows. 1) In optimism, there were no significant differences in gender and the year of study in college. In orientations to happiness, male students pursued engagement in happiness more than female students and the seniors reported a significantly higher level of pursuit of happiness than freshmen did. In terms of psychological well-being, seniors scored significantly higher psychological well-being than freshmen. 2) Optimism and orientations to happiness were significant predictors of the psychological well-being of college students. With circumstances and optimism controlled, orientations to happiness still showed 13% variance in psychological well-being.

종교지향과 주관적 웰빙의 관계에 대한 종교적 원리주의의 조절효과 (The Moderate Effect of the Religious Fundamentalism on Religious Orientations and Subjective Well-being)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 종교지향과 종교적 원리주의가 주관적 웰빙과 어떤 관계가 있는지와, 웰빙에 대한 종교지향과 종교적 원리주의의 상호작용을 탐색하는 것이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 서울시에 위치한 한 대학에 재학하고 있는 374명의 대학생들이었으며, 그들의 평균 연령은 22.54(SD=4.79)세였다. 본 연구에서 사용된 심리검사는 I/E-R 종교지향척도, 종교적 원리주의척도, 영적안녕척도, 정서빈도검사, 삶의 만족척도, 주관적 행복척도, 삶의 동기척도 및 삶의 기대척도이다. 분석 결과, 종교를 가진 대학생은 그렇지 않은 대학생보다 종교적 안녕을 더 경험하고 있었지만 주관적 웰빙 수준은 더 높지 않았다. 대학생의 종교지향은 영적 안녕은 물론, 삶의 만족, 주관적 행복, 긍정정서 등과 같은 웰빙 변인과 관계가 있었다. 하지만 종교지향이 주관적 웰빙 변인과 공변하는 부분은 4~6%가량 밖에 되지 않았다. 종교적 원리주의는 영적 안녕이나 삶의 만족과는 정적 상관이 있었지만, 삶의 동기와는 부적 상관을 보였다. 한편, 대부분의 주관적 웰빙 변인과 종교지향의 관계에서 종교적 원리주의의 조절효과가 발견되었다. 단순주효과 분석결과, 종교적 원리주의 성향이 약한 대학생의 경우 종교지향이 수준에 따라 주관적 웰빙 수준에 큰 차이가 없었지만, 종교적 원리주의 성향이 강한 경우 종교지향이 수준이 강하면 그렇지 않은 것보다 실존적 안녕 수준이 높고 긍정정서나 행복감을 더 느끼고 삶을 만족하고 있었는데, 특히 미래의 삶에 대한 동기와 기대 수준이 매우 높았다. 이런 결과는 종교 관련 변인들이 상호작용하며 주관적 웰빙에 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 것을 시사한다.

  • This study attempted to develop integrated family policy. For this purpose, a delphi survey was conducted twice among 15 professionals regarding the general contents of family policy, the goals and outcomes of president Roh's administration, the direction and plan of action for future family policy. The results of this study are as follows: Firstly, the main results of president Roh's administration were the creation of the Ministry of Women and Families, and the Healthy Families Law. Nevertheless, that government had no long-term vision or action programs. Secondly, there are two aspects of family policy which one is family members based and the other is family life cycle based. Accordingly the subjects of this study insist that family policy has to cover people's whole life, all families regardless of family structure, and has to integrate the plans and programs which have been served to individuals, for example, women, child, youth, and elderly. Thirdly, the orientations of future family policy are to be toward happiness, health, equality, coexistence, harmony, growth, generosity, diversity, self-control, and a sustainable society. So the concept of the integrated family policy has to cover all aspects of the family and the diversity of family life. Therefore, the service delivery system for family policy has to converge into the Healthy Family Center.

한국인 강점 척도의 개발 및 타당화 (The Development and Validation of the Korean Strength Scale)

  • 본 연구는 한국인에게 맞는 강점 척도의 개발과 타당화를 목적으로 한다. 연구 참여자는 남녀 성인 355명이었으며, 측정도구는 HEXACO 성격 검사, 삶의 만족도 척도, 긍정적 부정적 정서 척도, 행복추구경향 척도를 사용하였다. 탐색적 요인 분석 결과, 25개의 하위 영역은 4개의 상위 요인 구조를 보였다. 한국인 강점 척도는 높은 내적일치 신뢰도를 보였고, 각각의 하위영역와 개념적으로 유사하기 때문에 높은 상관을 나타내리라고 기대하였던 관련 측정치들과 예상대로 높은 상관을 보였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 한국인 강점 척도는 신뢰롭고 타당한 측정 도구로 평가되었으며, 개인의 대표강점의 발견과 활용에 관한 임상적 실제, 연구 및 교육에 효과적으로 이용 가능할 것이다.

남북한 자녀가치관의 고찰 (The Value of Children in South and North Korea)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the value of children in South and North Korea and to identify the similarities and differences in value orientations related to children and curriculum in child-care and education. The secondary data including 2013 research report on the South Korean consciousness and values, the Familial Law Act and the Child Welfare Act of South Korea, the Familial Law Act and the Law of Nursing and Upbringing of Children in North Korea, and a series of Choson-yeosung magazines in North Korea were analyzed. Results showed that first, it was common that both of social and psychological values of children were found, but the psychological values were more prevalent in the South and the social values were more dominant in the North. Second, parents in both cultures publically agreed that parenting should promote the development of the whole child. However, parents in the South were inclined to support happiness and personal achievement of children, whilst parents in the North were likely to reinforce ideology education producing a pillar for socialism. Third, it was common that both parents of the South and the North were primarily responsible for child-rearing, but the role of government in child-rearing was more emphasized in the North. Lastly, supporting daily routine activities, communication skills, and art activities were included in child-care and education programs in both cultures. However, communication skills and social relationship were emphasized in programs of the South, whilst ideology education was the most important components in program of the North. The strategies for understanding differences in the value of children between the South and the North after unification were discussed.

대도시에 거주하는 한국인 성인의 죽음정위 (Death Orientation of the Korean Adult - Data was focused on residents who were living in urban area -)

  • Death and dying of human being is a comprehensive system, and death orientation, the subjective meaning related to every component of the death system is developed throughout life. This study was designed and carried out to identify, describe and classify the orientations of Korean adult towards the death system. In an attempt to measure the subjective meaning of death and dying, unstructured Q-methodology was used. The 65 Q-statements developed by Kim(1994), used by Kim(1994) and Park(1996) were adopted as Q-population and 39 Q-statements were selected by the three researchers for Q-items for this study. Thirty-three P-samples were sampled from P-population of literate Korean men and women, 35 and 55 years of age, lived in urban Korea for the last 10 years. Sortings of the 39 Q-items according to the level of personal agreement, and a forced normal distribution into the 9 levels were carried out by the P-samples. The Z-scores of the Q-sort data were computed, and the principal components factor analysis by PC-QUANL Program were carried out. The demographic, socio-cultural and health-related attributes of the P-samples were descriptively analysed. Eight types of death orientation were identified ; Type I ; 'naturalist'. Six P-samples. Death is a natural phenomena, to be accepted as it is and to follow its natural course. Prefer to be informed of all facts and possibilities concernig the course of dying and death to occur to self. Type II ; 'life-after-life negator'. Three P-samples. Time and process of death is the destiny of each person. Death means 'darkness' and 'end to every thing, the absolute end'. Yet, wish physical integrity at the dying and after death. Type III ; 'life-after-life believer'. Six P-samples. Men are travellers passing by this life bound to the life-after-life. Priority concerns are on the activities to prepare self for the eternal life ahead. Disregard premature and sudden death. Type IV ; 'here-now believer' Five P-samples. Positive regard to the cremation of the body and donation of the organs on death. Regard religious and customary post-motem rituals meaningless. Negate life-after life. Type V; 'believer of rituals'. Five P-samples. Death being accepted as a part of, a natural end to, and destiny of human life. Concerned to ensure a dignified end to personal life and dignified post-mortem rituals. Type VI ; 'Realist'(derived from Type I). Two P-samples. Life and death as universal reality. The abrupt death at golden age at the peak of happiness is favored to avoid inevitable physical and mental distress of self and the family. Agreed to the cremation of the body. Disregard rituals. Type VII : 'Fatalist' (derived from Type II). Five P-samples. Not favored, yet, all man are destined to death, the inevitable end of all living beings. To ensure dignified end by personal consummation, information on one's dying and imminent death are to be shared. Type VIII ; 'reality avoider'(derived from Type III). One P-sample. Negative to longevity, artificial prolongation of, meaningless and distressful life. Highly positive to postmortem organ donation.

사회복지법 관련 헌법재판소 판례 분석 : $1987{\sim}2004$년 헌법판례 현황과 내용을 중심으로 (Analysis on the Constitutional Judicial Precedents concerning the Social Welfare Law)

  • 본 연구는 1987년 헌법재판소 출범이후 청구된 사회복지법 관련 헌법판례를 분석함으로써, 사회복지제도의 실시와 관련되어 어떠한 법생활적 갈등이 제기되고 있으며, 판결결과에서 나타난 헌법의 적용과 해석이 어떠하였는지를 고찰하고자 하였다. 분석에 활용된 헌법판례는 총 62건이었으며, 이 중 요건미충족 등으로 각하된 40건을 제외한 22건의 판례에 대해 내용분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과 22건의 헌법재판 판례는 국민건강보험법 9건, 산업재해보상보험법 6건, 국민연금법 4건, 국민기초생활보장법 2건, 사외복지사업법 1건이었다. 판례의 주된 내용으로, 내용적 측면에서는 제도의 운영원리와 적용대상, 급여의 수준 및 급여수급 제한조건 사외복지서비스조직과 재정에 관련된 법률 규정들이 재산권과 평등권, 행복추구권 인간다운 생활 보장권 등의 기본권 침해와 관련된 판례가 주를 이루었다. 또한 절차적 측면에서는 권리구제절차 등이 재판청구권, 위임입법의 한계 등을 위배했는지의 여부를 심사하는 판례였다. 한편, 판결결과를 통해서 사외복지법과 관련된 우리나라의 헌법은 사회연대를 통한 복지국가주의와, 사회적 시장경제주의를 기본원리로 하여 사외복지제도의 시행을 제도보장으로 하고 있는 한편, 구체적인 제도시행의 내용에 있어서는 입법부와 행정부의 광범위한 재량을 인정하는 경향을 발견할 수 있었다.
