조직공정성과 임파워먼트가 고객지향성에 미치는 영향 -중소언론사 종사자를 대상으로- (The Effect of Organizational Justice and Empowerment on Customer Orientation -For Small and Medium-sized Journalists-)

  • 본 연구는 중소 언론사에 근무하고 있는 종사자들을 대상으로 하여 조직공정성과 임파워먼트가 고객지향성에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 고객지향성에 미치는 영향요인으로 조직공정성의 하위변수는 분배공정성, 절차공정성, 상호공정성으로 설정하였고, 임파워먼트의 하위 변수는 의미성, 역량, 자기결정력, 영향력으로 설정하였다. 분석 결과, 조직공정성의 분배공정성, 절차공정성, 상호공정성은 고객지향성에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 분석되었고, 임파워먼트의 역량, 자기결정력, 영향력 요인은 고객지향성에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 분석되었다. 그러나 임파워먼트의 의미성 요인은 고객지향성에 영향을 미치지 않는 요인으로 나타났다. 중소 언론사들의 근무환경은 인터넷 환경에서 시간과 공간에 대한 제약 없이 업무를 수행하고 있다. 이러한 환경은 종전에는 경험해 보지 못했던 디지털 환경이다. 그러나 조직의 공정성이나 임파워먼트 요인들은 선행 연구결과와 같은 관점에서 종전과 같이 고객지향성에 중요한 영향으로 분석되었다.

  • 본 연구는 초등학교 수학에서 공간 감각 중 공간 방향 요인과 요소를 살펴보고, 이를 바탕으로 우리나라, 싱가포르, 일본, 중국, 홍콩, 핀란드, 독일, 미국의 교육과정과 교과서에서 다루고 있는 공간 방향과 관련된 내용을 비교 분석함으로써 앞으로 우리나라 초등학교 수학에서 공간 방향 지도를 위한 시사점을 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 이론적 고찰을 통해 공간 방향 요인과 요소를 알아보고, 이를 기초로 지도 학년과 학년별 내용, 위치, 방향, 좌표, 경로, 거리의 공간 방향 요소와 요소별 내용과 현실 맥락을 중심으로 국가별 교육과정과 교과서를 분석하였다. 이론적 고찰과 교과서 비교 분석 결과 공간 방향 지도를 위한 시사점으로 교육과정에 공간 방향 내용과 기간 확장 및 고학년의 공간 방향 지도 강화, 공간 방향 내용 요소에 대한 기본적인 경험 제공, 학생들 주변의 친숙하고 현실적인 맥락 활용을 제안하였다.

지향계와 공간정향성의 관계양상 연구 (A Study on the Aspects of Spatial Orientation and Intentional System)

  • The purpose of this study is to set a relationship between intentional system and spatial orientation, and with space model in the human world to orient yourself is to present the basic spatial concepts. This is composed of parts of intentional system and spatial orientation on the research. Through the study of intentional system which is based on the orientation with Daniel Dennett's, it suggests the space-model that composed with aspects of intentionality and spatial elements. With space-model and judgement of spatial types, it makes relationship confirm between them. Through this process, following the results of this study were derived. First, intentional stance of space is the key for building knowledge and memories about space, and for identifying external environment images which are experienced in the senses of human. Second, changing the meaning from space to place makes horizons of space broader and creates a new sense of space with put the intentional orientation into the space. Third, this study can make confirm what the aspect of the space-schema-elements for orientation in space, serves as the presentation elements. This study leaps an old-view of the architectural customs about spatial orientation, and creates an opportunity to refine the newer concept of space. This concept of space is a basic essential for 'site-selection' and 'spot-catching' as an intentional system for spatial orientation and to establish a relationship with human beings in the world of his own orientation to the concept of space.

호텔기업 종업원의 감성지능이 고객지향성과 CRM성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Emotional Intelligence on the Customer Orientation and Customer Relationship Management Performance of Hotel Employees)

  • Purpose - This study aimed to (a) investigate the effects of emotional intelligence on customer orientation, (b) examine the impact of customer orientation on customer relationship management (CRM) performance (including CRM-related variables such as 'relationship commitment,' 'image of corporation,' and 'customer loyalty'), and (c) identify the conceptual framework of emotional intelligence. Research design, data, and methodology - The data were collected using a questionnaire given to a sample of employees of luxury hotels in the metropolitan area. To test the hypotheses, AMOS were conducted for the 271 respondents of the sample using the SPSS Win 17.0 software. The concept of emotional intelligence (EI) has been on the radar of many leaders and managers over the past few decades. Emotional intelligence is generally accepted to be a combination of emotional and interpersonal competencies that influence behavior, thoughts, and interactions with others. Emotional intelligence consists of four factors: understanding the self's emotion, understanding other people's emotions, emotion utilization, and emotion control. Understanding the self's emotion means to understand of my own emotions. Understanding other people's emotions is to understand of the emotions of the people around me and to know how my friends feel based on their behavior. The concept of emotion utilization means to set goals for myself and then try to achieve them, encouraging myself to do my best. The concept of emotion control means I can control my temper, handle difficult situations rationally, and calm down quickly when I am very angry. Results - As a result of the analysis, three factors (understanding the self's emotion, understanding of other people's emotions, and emotion utilization) were shown to have a significant effect on customer orientation. Emotion control had an insignificant effect on customer orientation. Only emotion control makes it difficult to solve customers' problems because it is a passive behavior. In order to solve the customers' problems, hotel employees have to show a positive attitude. Second, customer orientation had a significant effect on customer relationship management performance (customer relationship commitment, corporate image, and customer loyalty). In other words, customer orientation increases commitment to customer relationships. For example, employees who have a customer-orientated perspective provide good service to their customers, while employees who don't have a customer-orientated perspective can't satisfy their customers. Customer orientation can also generate a good image among customers, because they evaluate the image of a hotel through the behavior of hotel employees. So it is very important for employees to show excellent customer orientation. Conclusions - It is very important for hotel CEOs to manage their employees' emotional intelligence. In order to increase their employees' emotional intelligence abilities, CEOs have to manage the overall corporate culture and reward programs to achieve what they want. This is because the system can lead to a customer-orientated mind-set and CRM performance among employees. As a result, the hotel CEO has to pay attention to the emotional intelligence of employees to achieve strong CRM performance. The sentence as originally written was a bit unclear. 네 점이 한 원 위에 있을 조건에 관한 교육적 고찰 (An Educational Consideration on the Condition that Four Points lie on a Circle)

  • In this study, we extracted the background meaning of the condition that four points lie on a circle, analyzed textbooks critically and proposed the orientation to improve the content in the textbook. As results, the condition has a realistic background meaning which is 'mathematical modeling of finding a fair location'. The condition has a mathematical background meanings which are 'a first complex situation distinguished from two points and three points', 'the condition described in the perspective of side and angle in order to overcome the disadvantages of the perpendicular bisectors context' and 'being possible to transfer more than five points'. However it is difficult to understand the reason why the condition is on four points in the current textbook. In addition, it is difficult to recognize the connectivity of a circumcenter of triangle. To overcome these problems, we proposed five orientations to improve the content in the textbook.

중년기 생의 의미에 미치는 영향요인 (The Factors Influencing the Meaning in Life in Middle-aged Adult)

  • 본 연구는 중년기의 사회적지지, 자아존중감, 내재적 종교지향성, 희망, 영성 및 생의 의미의 정도를 확인하고 이들 변수간의 관계를 파악하여 생의 의미에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 부산시, 울산시, 양산시, 포항시에 거주하고 있는 중년성인을 대상으로 2014년 09월 20일에서 10월 31일까지 자료를 수집한 자료 중 196부를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 빈도와 백분율, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Cronbach's alpha 계수, Pearson's correlation coefficient 및 multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 사회적 지지는 5점 만점에 평균 3.94점, 자아존중감 3.32점, 내재적 종교지향성 3.54점, 희망 3.64점, 영성 3.59점, 생의 의미 점수는 3.82점이었다. 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 생의 의미 수준은 종교생활의 중요성(p<.001), 인지된 경제적 상태(p<.001)에 따라 차이가 있었다. 대상자의 생의 의미는 사회적지지(p<.001), 자아존중감(p<.001), 내재적 종교지향성(p<.001), 희망(p<.001)과 영성(p<.001)에 유의한 양적 상관관계를 보였다. 대상자의 생의 의미에 영향을 미치는 요인은 희망, 종교생활의 중요성, 영성과 유의하였고, 이중 희망이 43%로 가장 큰 영향력을 미쳤으며, 전체 설명력은 49%였다. 따라서 희망, 종교생활의 중요성, 영성은 생의 의미에 밀접한 관련성이 있으며, 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 요인임을 확인하였기에 중년기의 삶의 질 향상과 행복을 위한 전략 개발에 이 변인들을 높이는 전략이 고려되어야할 것으로 사료된다.

초등학교 고학년 학생이 인식하는 생명과 삶의 의미 내용분석 (Contents Analysis of Meaning in Life of Higher Grade Elementary School Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore and understand life and meaning in life of elementary school students. Methods: Data from 1,790 higher grade elementary school students were analyzed for content of meaning in life. Results: The students described the following: 1) Meanings of living existence included, 'living things', 'importance', 'human life', 'family', 'event', 'eternity', 'origin of life', 'disease', and, 'protection'. 2) Four categories were found for reasons why human life is important, 'solitary', 'limitation', 'valuables', and 'living'. 3) Things that one can do to protect the value of human life were, 'doing safely', 'keep things well', 'altruistic behavior', 'doing sound activity', 'preservation & development', and 'devotion of oneself'. 4) Meaning of life included 'to accomplish plans', and 'to do things' 5) Cases when students felt life had meaning were 'perform meaningful behavior', 'comfortable emotionally', and 'receiving help from others'. 6) The methods by which to live a meaningful life were 'working diligently', 'serving', and 'doing rightly'. Conclusion: These results suggest that students recognize the meaning of life in a most positive way and with a relatively wide scope, but as a few students had a negative orientation, age-appropriate and more systematic education programs are needed.

레스토랑 종사원의 감정노동이 고객지향성 및 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Employees' Emotional Labor on Customer Orientation and Business Performance in Restaurants)

  • The recent increase in the percentage of services industries has dominated in the entire industry. Emotional feeling of service workers is consequently indispensable in service industries in order to facilitate the progression of the service delivery process. In most circumstances, the emotional labor of service in service industries has been increasingly recognized. Although many studies related to emotional labor have been conducted, a precedent study will be needed to find positive factors such as customer orientation and business performance of restaurant employees accompanying emotional labor. This study attempted to practical meaning to food service companies by inquiring into such as positive effects of employee's emotional labor on the customer orientation and business performance. For this purpose, this study established hypotheses and deduced results using literature research and empirical analyses, and found implications to the service companies. The results of this study showed that the higher the emotional labor of the restaurant employees gets, the lower customer-orientation becomes, and the higher the customer-orientation of restaurant employees gets, the higher the performance of the company becomes.

외식업체 조리사의 임파워먼트가 직무만족, 조직몰입, 고객지향성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 부산지역을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Influence of Empowerment of Restaurant Cooks on Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, and Customer Orientation - Centering on Busan -)

  • 본 연구는 외식업체 조리사들의 임파워먼트가 직무만족, 조직몰입, 고객지향성에 미치는 영향에 관계를 확인하기 위하여 부산지역 외식업체 조리사 260명을 대상으로 통계 프로그램 SPSS 18.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, 요인 및 신뢰도분석, 다중(단순)회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과를 보면 임파워먼트는 3개의 요인(자기권한, 의미성, 역량성)으로 분석되었으며, 직무만족과 조직몰입, 고객지향성은 각각 1개의 요인으로 분석되었다. 가설검정을 변수들의 구조를 파악하기 위한 상관관계분석에서는 모든 요인들이 정(+)의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 가설검정을 위한 다중(단순)회귀분석에서는 임파워먼트 하위요인들은 자기권한(${\beta}$=.372, p<.001), 의미성(${\beta}$=.451, p<.001),역량성(${\beta}$=.240, p<.001)으로 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 채택되었다. 임파워먼트 하위요인들은 자기권한(${\beta}$=.433, p<.001), 의미성(${\beta}$=.473, p<.001), 역량성(${\beta}$=.302, p<.001)으로 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 채택되었다. 직무만족은 (${\beta}$=.775, p<.001)으로 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 채택되었으며, 직무만족은(${\beta}$=.467, p<.001)으로 고객지향성 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 채택되었고, 조직몰입${\beta}$=.567, p<.001)으로 고객지향성에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 채택되었다.

학습전략과 심층학습 (Learning strategies and deep learning)

  • Learning strategies are defined as behaviors and thoughts that a learner engages in during learning and that are intended to influence the learner's encoding process. Today, demands for teaching how to learn increase, because there is a lot of complex material which is delivered to students. But learning strategies shouldn't be identified as tricks of students for achieving high scores in exams. Cognitive researchers and theorists assume that learning strategies are related to two types of learning processing, which are described as 'surface learning' and 'deep learning'. In addition learning strategies are associated with learning motivation. Students with 'meaning orientation' who struggle for deep learning, are intrinsically motivated, whereas students with 'reproduction orientation' or 'achieving orientation' are extrinsically motivated. Therefore, to foster active learning and intrinsic motivation of students, it isn't enough to just teach how to learn. Changes of curriculum and assessment methods, that stimulate deep learning and curiosity of students are needed with educators and learners working cooperatively.
