A survey was conducted from September 9 to November 2, 2013, on 277 teachers in 10 different elementary schools to find out about their awareness of school dental clinics and preventive oral health programs. The schools were selected by convenience sampling from the city of Gunsan, North Jeolla Province. Out of the teachers, 133 teachers worked in five elementary schools equipped with school dental clinics, and 144 teachers worked in the other five elementary schools that weren't equipped with school dental clinics. As for data analysis, an IBM SPSS 21.0 was utilized as well. As a result of analyzing their opinions on the top priority of oral health programs, the teachers from the schools equipped with school dental clinics placed the most importance on application of fluorides and oral health education (71.1%), and the teachers from the schools without school dental clinics gave top priority to oral health education (76.5%). The 87.0% of the former replied that there was improvement in the oral health status of the students. The 74.4% of the latter answered they had never heard about school oral health programs, but 85.8% expected the introduction of school oral health programs to be of use for the improvement of the oral health state of the students. The 57.7% of the teachers from the schools with school dental clinics didn't think there were sufficient human resources who could be responsible for preventive oral health programs. As the successful performance of oral health programs by school dental clinics exerts a huge influence on not only the oral health promotion of school organizational members but that of community members, schools that aren't yet equipped with dental clinics should be informed about the necessity of school dental clinics, and the government should put more efforts into publicity activities about school dental clinics.
This study which was started to identify the factors that change the security level of military organizations, analyzed the data collected from articles written by the active officers in the Defense Daily Journal hoping to improve the military security level by the qualitative research method called Grounded Theory, and establish causal relationship how organizational members respond to insider security threats. As a result of the analysis, the causal condition is 'the security threat of the insider', the contextual condition is 'the specificity of the military organization', the central phenomenon is 'the conflict of values as a soldier', the arbitrary condition is 'the security consciousness', Strategy is 'the responds to security threats', and the result was 'security level change'. The core categories can be presented as 'the degree of conflict of values on insider security threats' and two hypotheses have been derived. First, the members of the military organization strongly felt the conflict of values about security threat as the tendency to emphasize security was strong, and they helped to develop the security level of organization by responding strongly. Second, the stronger the tendency to focus on colleagues, respond weakly to security threats. And it undermines the security level of the organization. Finally, in order to improve the security level of the organization, it is necessary to establish a solid security consciousness and to make institutional development to support it.

In addition, the mediating role of learning agility and sub-components of learning agility was empirically analyzed. For empirical analysis, a survey was conducted with a total of 252 team leaders and team members working in multinational companies (142 in Korea, 110 in the US). The results of this study are as follows. Issue leadership was analyzed to have a positive (+) effect on the innovative behavior of employees. Learning agility was found to play a mediating role between issue leadership and innovative behavior. On the other hand, the mediating effect was tested for each of the sub-components of learning agility, such as feedback seeking, information seeking, reflecting, experimenting, agility. As a result, all five sub-components were found to play a mediating role between issue leadership and innovative behavior. In particular, it was analyzed that the mediating effect of agility was the largest. Next, information seeking appeared to be large. Although there are some studies that have identified the mediating role of learning agility between issue leadership and innovative behavior, this study is considered to have academic implication as there are few cases of subdivided study. At the practical level, it is expected to provide implications for where to focus more when trying to improve an organization's learning agility and innovation behavior
Employees' innovative behavior is crucial for organizations to maintain competitiveness and foster growth. Empowering leadership coaching styles, which delegate authority and responsibility to organizational members while respecting their autonomy, create opportunities for members to solve problems and present innovative ideas. Drawing on signal theory, this study aims to clarify the process through which political skill influences employees' work innovative behavior, mediated by empowering leadership. Additionally, we examine whether the leader's implicit followership prototype moderates the relationship between employees' political skills and empowering leadership. Survey data were collected in two rounds with a two-week lag from 180 employees in a manufacturing company in South Korea. The results revealed that political skill was related to empowering leadership and subsequent work innovative behavior. Furthermore, the leaders' implicit followership prototype strengthened the relationship between political skill and empowering leadership. This study provides meaningful theoretical and practical insights into empowering coaching styles.
