It was conducted according to the systematic review guidelines of PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis), and 44 articles were used in the final analysis. In order to measure job satisfaction, ten measuring tools were used. All the measuring tool were developed overseas and they were modified. As a result of the literature analysis, the higher the job satisfaction, the more negative correlation was found between turnover intention and job stress, and positive correlation was found between organizational commitment and professional occupation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between job satisfaction and various variables and to investigate the improvement of job satisfaction of dental hygienist based on the results of this study.

The method of this study is to 150 copies of the entire survey data were distributed and 135 copies were collected, showing a collection rate of 90%. In order to ensure the reliability of the questionnaire items, Cronbach's Alpha was used to test reliability, and exploratory factor analysis was conducted to determine the convergence of various items. In order to grasp the convergence of various items, exploratory factor analysis was performed. The results of exploratory factor analysis were used to analyze the correlations between variables that were proven to have a single dimensionality before calculating factor loadings and regression analysis by Orthogonal Rotation by Varimax method Results. The results of this study, first, the system quality of the hospital information system has a statistically significant effect on user satisfaction. Second, the information quality of hospital information system is statistically significant for user satisfaction, indicating that information quality improves user satisfaction. Third, service quality of hospital information system was statistically significant in user satisfaction. Finally, the higher the satisfaction of the users who use the hospital information system, the higher the accomplishment of the organization Conclusions. • Recently security related attacks occur in very diverse ways, aiming at people who operate the system rather than the system itself by exploiting vulnerabilities of the system. However, to the our best knowledge, there has been very few works to analyze and strategically to deal with the risks of social engineering attacks targeting people. In this paper, in order to access risks of social engineering attacks we analyze those attacks in terms of attack routes, attack means, attack steps, attack tools, attack goals. Then, with the purpose of accessing the organizational risks we consider the characteristics and environments of the organizations because the impacts of attacks on the organizations obviously depend on the characteristics and environments of the organizations. In addition, we analyze general attack risk assessment methods such as CVSS, CWSS, and OWASP Risk Rating Methodolog. Finally, we propose the risk access scheme of social engineering attacks for the organizations. The proposed scheme allows each organization to take its own proper actions to address social engineering attacks according to the changes of its environments.

  • Public institutions invest about half of the information protection budget annually to introduce information security products and information protection services in order to prevent cyber terrorism and establish organizational security. However, research on whether introduced information security products has a positive influence on improving the information security level of the actual institution is in an incomplete state, and accordingly, There are problems such as the measurement of the investment effect of the information security product introduced in the organization and the difficulty in selecting the optimum information security product that the agency actually needs. In this paper, prior research will conduct research on the influence of the introduction of information security products on the improvement of information security level of organization through analysis of operational data of inadequate information security products, and based on the research results, It would be useful to use it for information security practices such as optimal product selection and internal security policy formulation through validation of the introduction of information security products of public institutions.

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to find out what kind of change in death rate when job stress is solved by calculating job stress relieve coefficient. Methods: This study used the data of the fourth working condition survey. Regression analysis was used to determine the relationship between health effects recognition and Death rate per 10,000 workers. After that the recognizing and non - recognizing groups were categorized by health effects recognition, and the differences between the two groups were confirmed by cross tabulation analysis. Results: Regress analysis P-value is 0.011 and $R^2$ is 0.979. Death rate per 10,000 worker increased with the increase in the number of non - health impact recognizing group. The relieve factors were (1) work culture(2.859) (2) physical environment(2.184), (3) improper reward (1,839), (4) relationship conflict(1.646), (5) job requirement(1.613), (6) job autonomy(1.354), (7) job instability(1.334), And (8) organizational system(1.201). The higher the relieve coefficient is, the higher the probability of belonging to the non - health impact recognizing group when there is no job stress factor. Conclusions: When job stress is resolved, there is a high probability that the health impact recognition is reduced, which can lead to an increase in death rate. but according to previous studies, Job stress can cause accidents by reducing the safety behavior of accidents. The job stress management plan should simultaneously consider reducing job stress and increasing health impact recognition.

  • 98.8% of accidents occurring in domestic companies are concentrated in small-sized workplaces with fewer than 50 employees. Therefore, this study developed a disaster safety program that can be implemented by small and medium-sized enterprises by comparing and analyzing the safety management system actively used with the laws and regulations related to industrial safety and facilities. The disaster and safety program included the scope of application, organizational structure, risk assessment, emergency response system, education and training, safety equipment provision and program evaluation, and detailed preparation methods and procedures for each item. In addition, items to be aware of when operating a disaster safety program and operational strategies were presented. After that, it was proposed to introduce the research results into the Occupational Safety and Health Act.

Also, symptoms of oral mucosa, temporomandibular joint disorder, and dry mouth were high in the areas of job insecurity and organizational injustice. As the occupational risk factors and occupational stress of workers increased, the risk of oral symptoms increased. In the future, this study can be used as basic data for improving oral health policies to better the oral health of hospital facility workers.

The participants were interviewed by selecting 10 persons who agreed to participate in the research through SNS in the workplace with the cooperation of the hospital. The collected data were analyzed using Colaizzi's phenomenological method. As a result of the study, Tae-um in the hospital organization of clinical nurses was divided into 4 categories(Taking the terrible first step, A series of hardships that never end, Hang on to myself, Wings flight of for adaptation) and 16 It was derived from themes. In conclusion, it was confirmed that Tae-um, not only new nurses, but even nurses who have accumulated careers, are still in progress, so they are adapting to the difficult hospital organization. Therefore, if a psychological support program for nurses is introduced, it will contribute to solving the Tae-um problem and establishing an organizational culture where nurses are respected.
