Development of Update Methods for Configuration Data of NETCONF Protocol considering Multiple Network Administrators (다수 네트워크 관리자를 고려한 NETCONF 프로토콜의 설정 데이터 갱신 기법 개발)

  • Currently a number of managers exist to manage heterogeneous networks, in this situation, the NETCONF protocol for efficient network management has been proposed as a new protocol. However, the standard NETCONF protocol stack continuous improvement since the establishment but in four layers still have some problems. Especially in situations where there are multiple administrators, problems are more highlighted in operation layer. In this paper, we focus on these issues and the Operation layer has improved the efficiency and flexibility of operations among NETCONF four layers. Additionally, for the inefficiency of updates improved the device settings based on improved operation techniques. In addition, standard protocol NETCONF did not proposed content layer data structure and we propose standard technique of content layer that can generate configuration structure of devices. Improved the three techniques are applied appropriately to the NETCONF, the proposed method and the existing NETCONF was performed experiment to compare with experimental four factors. Compare key factor are four kind as maintaining the probability of network function, the reaction performance about command, the number of control packets, performance of data creation in content layer. Such factors after performing the experiment, the proposed method in this paper is superior to the existing NETCONF and there was confirmed by analysis Experimental results.

Suggestion of Challenges and Improvement Direction for the Degree-Linked High-Skilled Professional Course in Accordance with the Full Expansion of the Work-Study Combination PBL (일학습병행 PBL 확대에 따른 학위연계형 고숙련마이스터 과정의 과제와 개선방향 제안)

  • After the work-study combination PBL method was first introduced into the P-Tech type in 2018, it was introduced into the degree-linked high-skilled professional course in operation as a pilot project in 2020, and ever since each department has reorganized the standard completion system to meet the PBL operation regulations and developed and operated PBL-based learning and training courses accordingly. With the expansion of the work-study combination PBL in 2021, the operating regulations were revised more elaborately. This paper examined the characteristics of the work-study combination PBL, the PBL operation regulations for each degree-linked high-skilled professional course, and the most recently implemented PBL operation regulations in detail through literature research. Based on this research, it introduced the development process and the result of the PBL-based standard completion system by the IT Convergence SW Engineering Department of KOREATECH and the result of the survey conducted to verify the suitability of the standard completion system after an operation and presented the challenges and improvements required for the degree-linked high-skilled professional course in relation to the changing operation regulations for the work-study combination PBL. This study is expected to provide universities with a reference to the development of training courses to smoothly apply the work-study combination PBL. It is also expected to contribute to the establishment and steady expansion of a unique PBL system that reflects the characteristics of work-study combination by presenting discourses on how the work-study combination PBL should develop, including high-skilled professional courses.

Implementation of Software Radio System for IEEE 802.15.4 Physical Layer Using USRP and GNU Radio (USRP와 GNU Radio를 이용한 IEEE 802.15.4 물리 계층 소프트웨어 라디오 시스템 구현)

  • In this paper, a software radio system, supporting the physical layer of IEEE 802.15.4 standard, has been developed using USRP(Universal Software Radio Peripheral) board and GNU Radio package of an open source development kit for software radio. The software radio system supports the standards of BPSK and OQPSK modulations for 868/915 MHz band and OQPSK modulation for 2.45 GHz band. To verify the operation of the developed system, it has been tested under the standard signals according to the frequency band and packet structures for the transmitting and receiving operation. At 2.4 GHz, the Smart RF EV board and CC2430 modules are used to check the proper operation of the software radio system. The system performance test shows that the emission power spectrum, the eye-pattern, and PER(Packet Error Rate) meet the standard. It has been confirmed that the developed system supports the PHY layer of IEEE 802.15.4.

  • This paper analysed the characteristic of Power consumption at many type of Inverter controlled Elevator. Especially, this paper proposed the standard value of full load currents. For this propose, it was classified by the passenger capacity and manufacture company. As a result, it is found that (i) the value is between -3[A] and 7[A] in case of elevator. That means the full load currents was smaller than the standard value of conventional operation type (ii) the value is between 0.5[kVA] and 3[kVA] in case of Power transformer. That means the transformer capacity was smaller than the standard value of conventional operation type. it was classified by the passenger capacity at inverter controlled elevator in apartment Also, to guarantee the operation stop of inverter controlled elevator, this paper proposed the redundancy method of electrical installations. the redundancy method is (i) 2 line service system and (ii) 2 distribution line system.

  • Since many resources are put into the work of changing the railway operation within limited time, it is important to have a specific work plan and safety management. For this reason, the work schedule is shared in advance, and parallel work is being carried out simultaneously by rail system, such as tracks, trolly wires, and signals. However, due to the nature of the transfer work, the work is carried out at night when the railway operation is finished, and many resources are put into the limited area of the operating line, so the risk of safety accidents and failure to change the operating line is recognized as high. Nevertheless, there is still not enough research done in korea regarding the operation line change construction. Therefore, this study is conducted a survey on the track exchange work of railroad for working people, and analyzed the results of the survey. Finally, a standard work process was suggested to reduce the risk of track exchange work.

  • In the case of river facilities, the management of this information differs depending on national and regional rivers, therefore, there is no integrated management in place. There is concern about the loss of facility information owing to the insufficient accumulation of information during their design and construction stages. Additionally, as a result, the utilization level of facility information during the maintenance and operation stages is insufficient. To ensure effective maintenance and operation of river facilities, it is necessary to secure data consistency and increase efficiency by organizing facility information according to a standardized classification system. This study proposes a strategy for implementing the BIM standard classification system in the river sector, considering facility characteristics. The goal is to introduce a BIM information model for 3D-based river facilities, and enable efficient maintenance and operation conversion.

  • This paper focuses on the reverse blocking busbar protection scheme with aim to improve the speed of its operation and at the same time to increase operational reliability, flexibility and stability of the protection during external and internal faults by implementation of the extended functionality provided by the IEC61850 standard-based protective Intelligent Electronic Devices (IEDs). The practical implementation of the scheme by the use of IEC 61850 standard communication protocol is investigated. The proposed scheme is designed for a radial type of a distribution network and is modeled and simulated in the DigSILENT software environment for various faults on the busbar and its outgoing feeders. A laboratory test bench is built using three ABB IEDs 670 series that are compliant with the IEC 61850 standard, CMC 356 Omicron test injection device, PC, MOXA switch, and a DC power supplier. Two types of the reverse blocking signals between the IEDs in the test bench are considered: hard wired and Ethernet communication by using IEC 61850 standard GOOSE messages. Comparative experimental study of the operational trip response speeds of the two implementations for various traffic conditions of the communication network shows that the performance of the protection scheme for the case of Ethernet IEC 61850 standard-based communication is better.

  • This paper presents a review guideline for evaluating SERPs(standard emergency response procedure) in rail accidents. In order to develope it, design elements of the SERPs, that impact the performance of emergency responding personnel, were identified. Then several review guidelines and standards, being used in other industries including nuclear domain, were surveyed. Finally, the review guides and criteria corresponding to those elements were derived from the survey.

In particular, the significant of this study is that it established AHP operation evaluation analysis process, the design of questionnaire, and the hierarchical structure of operation evaluation model standard, focusing on the development of ISM Code operation evaluation module.
