The use of digital information according to the development of information and communication technology and the 4th industrial revolution is continuously increasing and diversifying, and in proportion to this, crimes using digital information are also increasing. However, there are few cases of establishing an environment for processing and analysis of digital evidence in Korea. The budget allocated for each organization is different and the digital forensics laboratory built without solving the chronic problem of securing space has a problem in that there is no standard that can be referenced from the initial configuration stage. Based on this awareness of the problem, this thesis conducted an exploratory study focusing on tools and equipment necessary for building a digital forensics laboratory. As a research method, focus group interviews were conducted with 15 experts with extensive practical experience in the digital forensic laboratory or digital forensics field and experts' opinions were collected on the following 9 areas: network configuration, analyst computer, personal tools·equipment, imaging devices, dedicated software, open source software, common tools/equipment, accessories, and other considerations. As a result, a list of tools and equipment for digital forensic laboratories was derived.

This study was conducted to identify the operation status of Dobong-gu public libraries in order to establish a mid- to long-term development plan for Dobong-gu libraries, and to analyze local residents' perceptions of libraries by factors through user surveys to suggest specific development plans for Dobong-gu libraries. Overall, the satisfaction level of Dobong-gu residents with library services was found to be high, and all libraries were analyzed to be providing high-quality services. From this, the following operational strategies for the mid- to long-term development plan of Dobong-gu public libraries can be derived. First, libraries need to continue to collect and provide books that meet the quantitative and qualitative levels to satisfy the needs of the community and users. Electronic and online materials, including e-books and audiobooks, as well as subject-specific materials should be expanded to provide relevant programs. Second, although Dobong-gu is an aging city, a wide range of age live there, so there is a need to promote communication and understanding between generations and promote integration of the community through a generational empathy program. Third, it is necessary to remodel and improve the space of aging libraries by organizing library facilities and environments into open spaces and creating makerspaces and multicultural spaces for direct experience and practice, reflecting the latest trends in library space organization.
This study aims to conduct the classification of Government as a Platform (GaaP) in a situation where the concept of GaaP can be diversely recognized. This is because inclusiveness and ambiguity in the concept of GaaP can hinder policy enforcement by working-level officials in the public sector. It drew the criteria for classification for GaaP based on literature and cases for GaaP. In the technical aspect, considering data as an overarching factor, the integrated system platform integrating the information system or websites of the public sector and the data platform as a single portal for open data to external stakeholders were sorted. In the governance aspect considering stakeholder as an overarching factor, the communication platform utilized for interaction between public and private sectors and the co-creation platform that encourages public-private partnership to create innovative outcomes were sorted. It suggested an actual implementation case and the policy implication according to each type of GaaP. Additionally, according to the classification of GaaP, it conducted contents analysis as to which type of GaaP the domestic Digital Platform Government belongs to based on its detailed assignment. Based on the classification of GaaP, it drew balanced implementation for various types of GaaP, plan for promoting the participation and collaboration of stakeholders, and necessity of restructuring and reinventing of the public sector as policy implications for the domestic digital platform government.

The mission of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education is to become a catalyst for positive changes in higher education and the formation of a culture of its quality. The strategic goals of the National Agency are implemented in three main areas: the quality of educational services, recognition of the quality of scientific results, ensuring the systemic impact of the National Agency. The National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education exercises various powers, which can be divided into: regulatory, analytical, accreditation, control, communication.The effectiveness of the work of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education for 2020 has been proved. The results of a survey conducted by 183 higher education institutions of Ukraine conducted by the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education are shown. Emphasis was placed on the development of "Recommendations of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education regarding the introduction of an internal quality assurance system." The international activity and international recognition of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education are shown.

This study aimed to establish a systematic and comprehensive operational plan for the library to be constructed in the Gwacheon Knowledge Information Town. To achieve this, a survey on the demand for library operations was conducted among actual users of the Gwacheon City Public Library, and plans for the library collection development, user services, and methods to revitalize use were formulated based on the survey results. The findings are as follows. First, the library's construction/space analysis results suggest the need for a multifunctional cultural space accessible to everyone, serving as both a relaxation area and venue for a free information exchange and communication, allowing for a certain level of noise to facilitate an open atmosphere for users. Second, the analysis of the preferred types and forms of library materials revealed that printed materials ranked first, followed by web resources in the second place, and e-books/e-journals in the third. Additionally, there was a high preference for subjects such as literature and history. Third, a high preference was observed for cultural and arts programs, indicating the need for the future Gwacheon Knowledge Information Town Library to strengthen and implement programs focusing on cultural and artistic themes.

Due to COVID-19, domestic Duty-free shops have been severely impacted, and with the expansion of the untact market, the proportion of mobile shopping has increased. So far, mobile duty-free shop AR shopping is not active, and related research is scarce. Therefore, we aims to enhance Duty-free Shopping APPs with AR technology by researching the needs of foreign users. First, in the mobile duty-free shop app, the AR shopping interface must be in a prominent position to be open and easy to use. Second, there should be an explanation or help for location and function so that all users can easily recognize the AR shopping interface. Third, when wearing duty-free items in the AR shopping interface or adding them to the storage and shopping cart of interest, the interface must be simple and flexible, making it convenient to use and operate. Fourth, technical improvements must be made to prevent errors. We expect that the research will help develop AR shopping technology and domestic duty-free shop AR shopping technology and revitalize online and offline duty-free shops.
Purpose of Research : Since ChatGPT's 2022 release, the educational sector faces mixed reactions to generative AI, sparking innovation but raising concerns about student cognition and communication. While Christian colleges employ AI reflecting their values, secular institutions stress ethical usage. This study explores ethical AI use in these settings, aiming to integrate findings into educational practices. Research content and method : Analyzing AI use and ethics guidelines from 50 domestic and international universities, differences between Christian and secular institutions were explored. Data was categorized, conceptualized via open coding, and components were identified through axial coding. The importance of components for Christian colleges' AI guides was assessed based on the initial data and previous research, leading to the development of tailored AI utilization components for Christian universities. Conclusion : Studies revealed secular institutions have six AI guide components, while Christian colleges found seven in both utilization and ethics guides, focusing on truthfulness, responsibility, and diversity. Emphasizing the need for ethical AI use in Christian colleges, the findings advocate developing AI ethics guidelines to aid marginalized groups and establish a new educational paradigm through further research.

This study conducted an analysis of the regional status and characteristics of Uiwang City, library status, and other library vision analysis, major strategy SWOT analysis, civic discussions, library experts, and staff meetings to explore and present management strategies for the development of the Libraries in Uiwang City. The analysis results led to the establishment of the vision "Uiwang, which connects books and life, citizens who become happy in the library," and provided sufficient library infrastructure to citizens along with the core values of growth, togetherness, daily life, companionship, inclusiveness, and communication. The policy goals were set to provide customized knowledge information activities and support the realization of Uiwang City as a prestigious city. Expansion of library infrastructure, innovation to open the future, improvement of library service level, strengthening of cooperation with the local community, promotion of reading culture and promotion of 'Book Reading Uiwang', five Uiwang promotion strategies that continue the tradition of Hangeul, revision of library-related ordinances, library management Twenty-nine detailed tasks were presented, including system improvement and expansion of reading services for the information-underprivileged. In order to establish a comprehensive library development plan and ensure the effectiveness of its implementation, it was proposed that local governments disclose their library development plans and that city areas with a population of 500,000 or more and offices of education be required to establish comprehensive library development plans.
In this article, Channel 4 in Britain is the main theme since its alternative broadcasting system can shed the light to the Korean case. Korea is getting into the era of multimedia and including webcastings there are over thousands channels are available. However the infra-structure fur the broadcasting contents never seems to be matured to match its need. Instead Korean production system is rather vertically integrated into the Networks(KBS, MBC and SBS) which oligopolise the broadcasting in terms of supply. Even though 'Program Quota Regulation' has been established under the new Broadcasting Art(1999), the old habits die hard and still the independent producers have the unfair relationships with the Networks. Under this circumstance, Channel 4 can be the good example to show how well the alternative system can serve to the diversity of broadcasting and the taste of the minority. Channel 4 took almost 20 years to establish since there were enormous amount of debates about its public missions, ideal broadcasting system, whom it should serve for, etc. between all the social sectors including the independent producers. The social agreement was reached on the point that the new broadcaster should not produce but publish and it is called the 'publishing broadcaster'. In this sense, it can be managed effectively with comparatively little fund and at the same time, it can always have all different sorts of contents as well as genres very freely through 'commissioning process' or buying programs from even the most innovative producers. The 'commissioning process' is one of the key points which makes the Channel 4 so unique. The commissioning process is literally open to anybody, in particular, to the small scale producers with much innovative ideas. Channel 4 will support financially as well as with facilities and human resource to produce the program once after their program idea is accepted by the commissioning editor. Even better side of Channel 4 is about their financial success. From the beginning, the 'funding formula' helped in great deal to make the Channel 4 doing all sorts of innovative experiments. The history of 'funding formula' and its contribution are explained in the article, too. With all this effort, the article is hoped to bring discussion about the alternative broadcasting system which might help to prepare the new era of broadcasting.
This study examines the regulatory issues and introduction problems of TV-betting data broadcasts in Korea by in-depth interview with a panel group. TV-betting data broadcast services of card games and horse racing games are widely in use in Europe and other parts of the world. In order to carry out the study, a demo program of TV-betting data broadcast in the OCAP(OpenCableTM Application Platform Specification) system environment, which is the data broadcasting standard for digital cable broadcasts in Korea was exposed to the panel group and then they were interviewed after watching and using the program. The results could be summarized as below. First of all, while TV-betting data broadcasts have many elements of entertainment, the respondents thought that it would be difficult to introduce TV-betting in data broadcasts as in overseas countries largely due to social factors. In addition, in order to introduce TV-betting data broadcasts, they suggested that excessive speculativeness must be suppressed through a series of regulatory system devices, such as by guaranteeing credibility of the media based on safe security systems for transactions, scheduling programs with effective time constraints to prevent the games from running too frequently, limiting the betting values, and by prohibiting access to games through set-top boxes of other data broadcast subscribers. The general consensus was that TV-betting could be considered for gradual introduction within the governmental laws and regulations that would minimize its ill effects. Therefore, the government should formulate long-term regulations and policies for data broadcasts. Once the groundwork is laid for safe introduction of TV-betting on data broadcasts within the boundary of laws and regulations, interactive TV games are expected to be introduced in Korea not only for added functionality of entertainment but also for far-ranging development of data broadcast and new media industries.
