Recently, online commerces are becoming more common due to factors such as mobile technology development and smart device dissemination, and online review has a big influence on potential buyer's purchase decision. This study presents a set of analytical methodologies for understanding the meaning of customer reviews of products in online transaction. Using techniques currently developed in deep learning are implemented Hierarchical Attention Network for analyze meaning in online reviews. By using these techniques, we could solve time consuming pre-data analysis time problem and multiple topic problems. To this end, this study analyzes customer reviews of laptops sold in domestic online shopping malls. Our result successfully demonstrates over 90% classification accuracy. Therefore, this study classified the unstructured text data in the semantic analysis and confirmed the practical application possibility of the review analysis process.

This study explored the public's response to an incident involving publicity about how physicians broke bad news to a terminal cancer patient by analyzing 1,960 comments from three online news websites that reported on this event using Braun and Clarke's theme analysis methods. Three themes and 10 subthemes emerged from the public's responses to the way the physicians broke the bad news. Theme 1 (a physician is a person who tells the facts) contained the following subthemes: physicians are responsible for delivering facts, but it is a matter of consideration for patients to deliver bad news to them, empathy and consolation should be expected from people other than physicians, and physicians who say what patients want to hear are cheaters. Theme 2 (there is a problem with physicians) included the following subthemes: the physicians' empathy or personality and problems with their communication methods. Theme 3 (there are obstacles to communication with dying patients) had the following subthemes: physicians become emotionally dull and find it very stressful to break bad news, giving hope to dying patients can lead to medical disputes, and empathy and consolation are also costly. When breaking bad news, the physicians delivered factual information, but they did so inappropriately, and emotional support for the patient was insufficient. In medical communication education, it is necessary to emphasize training in emotional support. In the medical field, an environment should be created where physicians can communicate as they have learned.

The purpose of this study is to develop online educational contents and verify its effectiveness in order to strengthen the learning capabilities of college students. The theme of mind map online education contents is a mind map series for effective learning arrangement, and has been developed into a total of six contents. Each contents consisted of 20-30 minutes, and the details consisted of the concept, principle, learning case, how to write a mind map, and how to use a digital mind map. The results of the study are as follows. First, it was confirmed that the higher thinking ability of college students who took the mind map online education contents was improved. Second, it was confirmed that the self-directed learning attitude of college students improved after taking the mind map online education contents. Third, the reason why students' higher thinking ability and self-directed learning attitudes improved in this study is that they were developed in consideration of the composition of contents and appropriate video time. Therefore, in order to increase the effectiveness of online educational contents, it is necessary to examine specific cases using concepts from conceptual approaches to specific topics, and to faithfully reflect the procedure in which each learner can actually use the concept.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the online extracurricular program operated by the university. The program contents applied in the study included learning strategies such as time management, goal setting, note taking, and memorization methods. The program used in the study was operated in an online environment, and the content was developed between 27 and 29 minutes. The developed contents can be taken using the learning management system. The variables selected to analyze the effects of this program were learning strategies and learning flow, and satisfaction was also included to examine the responses of program participants. The results of the study are as follows. First, learning strategies and learning flow showed statistically significant differences. This result is because the content was composed of meaningful sub-topics by selecting the elements necessary for learning activities. Second, as a result of program satisfaction analysis, it was confirmed that the average for all questions was high. Among them, the average of the item that the theme and contents of the program were useful was the highest. Third, open responses were analyzed by classifying them into cognitive and affective domains. In the cognitive domain, meanings such as knowledge, understanding, and application were presented as keywords, and in the affective domain, a number of keywords for motivation and attitude change were presented. This study is significant in that it provided practical programs necessary for university freshmen and analyzed their effects.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of online home learning in connection with extracurricular activities for lifelong education for the disabled in university on the cooking aids skills of cafeterias for the job search persons with developmental disabilities. Three people with job search developmental disabilities who have been in a state of unemployment for three years after graduating from a special high school course participated in the experiment. In order to verify the meaningful functional relationship between independent variables and dependent variables, multiple probe design across subjects, one of the main techniques of a single object study, was used. The experimental conditions according to the research design consisted of the steps of baseline, intervention, maintenance, and generalization. The dependent variable of this study is the restaurant cooking aid skills in the cafeteria, and three subskills such as side dish arrangement, sink arrangement, and dish washing were combined by task analysis. And the independent variable of this study was composed of procedures and methods to teach the environment, tools and materials related to the performance of dependent variables to the developmental disabled people at home by using real-time image technique through zoom service, and the contents of the performance by stages of task analysis. In addition, independent variables were applied to the subjects in the course of the extracurricular activities with the theme and contents of lifelong education for the disabled at university. Students who completed the above extracurricular activities practiced the intervention scene of the researcher through the screen sharing of zoom service. As a result, the subjects with developmental disabilities effectively acquired and maintained the positive response performance of dependent variables through independent variables. The subjects also showed high positive responses to generalization tests conducted in kitchens in cafeterias located elsewhere in the same university.

This study is to analyze the current state, trend, and preference of the three chrysanthemum festivals representing South Korea that are hosted by local governments, and it is to be used as the basic data for preparing effective plans for the chrysanthemum festivals. The study was conducted from April 20, 2013 to November 25, 2017, and literature review, online search, interviews with persons in charge, field survey, and questionnaire survey were performed. As a result of the field survey, all three festivals had their space structures divided, themes decided and space images depicted based on chrysanthemum sculptures. The landmarks of the city, cultural assets, or great figures were selected to the main theme of the major chrysanthemum sculptures. The sculptures were decorated realistically for users to easily recognize the image. The main chrysanthemum sculptures tended to be introduced repeatedly. As results of the current state of visit and preference, it was found that the number of visitors has increased every year, along with revisits. The satisfaction and the preference for the festival were evaluated positively, and the chrysanthemum festival has become a local festival representing autumn, and a resource for vitalization of the regional economy. However, as a result of the survey, insufficient parking space and resting place, change of image of the sculptures, experience programs, and food shall be improved in order to increase the users satisfaction.

최근 정부의 창조과학의 일환으로 과학교육의 활성화를 위한 정책을 추진하고 있지만 과학전시는 인프라의 부족과 예산 및 인력의 부족으로 많은 어려움을 겪고 있는 현실이다. 과거의 과학관은 현장학습 체험의 대표적인 장소이자 유청소년들의 호기심의 장소였다. 그러나 현대에는 과학관의 경쟁상대는 테마파크나 온라인 게임들이 경쟁의 대상으로 부각되어지면서 체험과 교육이라는 두 가지 목표를 달성하기 위한 과학체험 전시기기의 변화가 요구되어진다. 해외 선진 과학관의 사례를 살펴보면 과학관이 단순한 과학교육 체험의 장이 아닌 하나의 문화공간으로서 휴식과 엔터테인먼트를 제공하고 있으며, 과학이외에도 주변 생활을 다양한 장르의 예술이나 패션 등과 결합하여 전시를 기획하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재의 획일화 되어진 전시기기의 설명 패널을 디지로그 북을 이용한 설명 패널로 교체하여 관람객의 연령과 학년에 맞춘 서비스를 제공함으로서 과학지식에 대한 지적 호기심 유발과 관람객의 만족도를 높일 수 있는 방안을 제시 하고자 한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to describe women's concern for pregnancy and child birth in the internet community. Methods: One representative in the internet community was selected and questions regarding pregnancy and child birth were collected for 2 weeks in October 2019. A total of 8,005 questions were analyzed by frequency and proportion after categorizing theme into pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum care. Results: The most frequent questions were on preparedness for pregnancy (26.2%), followed by questions on infertility (23.3%), and on postpartum care (20.2%). Among the questions on preparedness for pregnancy, the most frequent questions were related to the follicle and ovulation. More than half of the questions on infertility (68.3%) were about diagnosis and treatment. Questions on abortion included symptoms, abortion procedure, post abortion care, and the support system. Among the questions on delivery, the most were about the delivery method (67.2%). Finally, questions on postpartum care were related to the physical changes/symptoms, daily life after delivery, postpartum care support, etc. Conclusion: As these results reflect women's need for information and support, it is suggested that more specific and targeted nursing practices for pregnancy and child birth should be developed.

박지성 선수의 2005년 맨체스터 유나이티드 FC 입단 이후로, 국내에서 프로축구 유니폼 시장이 본격적으로 성장하기 시작했다. 이후, 국내 선수들의 해외 리그에서 활약이 계속되면서 국내에서도 잉글랜드 프리미어리그에 대한 대중의 관심이 지속되고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 본 연구는 국내 프로축구 팬들의 유니폼 소비에 전반적인 소비자 인식을 알아보고, 선수의 영입에 따른 소비자 인식 변화를 비교하고자 했다. EPL의 토트넘에서 활동하고 있는 손흥민 선수의 영입 전후를 중심으로 소셜 미디어에 나타난 프로축구 팬들의 소비자 인식과 구매 요인을 알아보았다. 'EPL 유니폼'을 키워드로, 국내 포털사이트와 소셜 미디어의 게시글을 수집하고, 텍스트 마이닝, SNA, 회귀분석을 사용하여 분석했다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 선수의 소속 팀, 실적, 포지션과 구단의 실적, 순위, 리그의 우승 여부가 프로축구 유니폼의 구매와 탐색에 있어 주요 요인으로 확인되었다. 가격, 디자인, 사이즈, 로고 등과 같은 항목보다 유니폼의 형태, 마킹, 정품 여부, 스폰서와 더 중요하게 작용하고 있었다. 둘째, 구조적 등위성 분석과 군집분석을 통해 국내 프로축구 팬들 사이에서 유니폼과 관련되어 언급되고 있는 주요 주제를 알아본 결과, EPL에 소속된 구단과 유명 선수들이 가장 핵심적인 주제로 나타났다. 셋째, 프로축구 유니폼에 대한 시기별 주제는 월드컵과 EPL 리그에 대한 관심에서 EPL에서 활동하는 다양한 국내외 선수들에 대한 관심으로, 2015년 이후에는 유니폼 자체에 대한 것으로 주제가 변화했다. 이를 통해, 선수들의 이적에 따라 선수가 소속된 해당 구단의 유니폼이 관심을 받고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 넷째, 남녀 소비자 모두 손흥민에 대한 관심이 증가함에 따라서 토트넘이 소속된 리그인 EPL에 대한 관심도 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 여성의 경우 손흥민에 대한 관심이 증가함에 따라 축구 유니폼에 대해서도 관심을 가지는 것으로 나타난 반면, 남성의 경우 손흥민 선수에 대한 관심과 축구 유니폼에 대한 관심 사이의 관계가 유의하게 나타나지 않았다. 각 구단은 선수와 구단의 성적과 이미지 관리, 스폰서 브랜드 관리에 집중하고, 선수의 이적이 결정되면 선수의 자국에 해당 물량의 공급을 늘리며, 인기를 끌고 있는 선수의 등번호가 부착된 유니폼의 경우에는 여성을 위한 다양한 사이즈를 제공해야 할 필요가 있다.
