비대면 시대 미술관 학교 연계 온라인 교육프로그램 사용자 경험 연구 (A Study on User Experience of Online Education Programs with Elementary Schools and Art Museums in Non-Face-to-Face Era)

  • 본 연구는 비대면 시대에 따른 미술관과 초등학교 연계 온라인 교육프로그램을 중심으로 디지털 기술기반의 더 나은 교육 환경 조성을 위한 사용자 경험 유도 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 이에 국내외 실시하고 있는 미술관 온라인 교육프로그램 현황을 분석하고 사용자 경험을 측정하기 위해 참여한 어린이와 학급 교사를 대상으로 1차 온라인 설문을 진행하였으며, 2차로는 전문가를 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 시행하였다. 연구 결과, 디지털 미디어를 활용한 학교 연계 교육프로그램의 장단점이 존재했다. 이에 부정적인 의견을 토대로 사용자의 만족도를 높이려는 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 디지털 기술기반의 온라인 교육을 활성화하는 데 의의가 있다. 이 연구가 향후 초등학교에서 진행되는 비대면 온라인 미술 교육프로그램 사용자 경험에 대한 자료로 활용되고 나아가 실질적 활성화 방안을 논의하는 데 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

  • 전 세계적으로 코로나 19(COVID-19)의 범유행 장기화는 전 산업에 걸쳐 큰 영향을 주었다. 특히 교육분야에서 온라인 수업(비대면)은 학습 준비 부족과 학습자의 수업 불만 등 온라인 수업에 부정적인 인식이 일부 존재했다. 2020년 실태 조사에 따르면 비대면 수업에 비중은 약 56%이고, 수업 형태가 스트리밍 실시간 수업과 영상 콘텐츠 기반 수업이 대부분을 차지했다. 본 연구는 2020~021년 설문 조사(소프트웨어 활용 실습수업 대학생)를 통해 온라인 수업이 해결해야 할 문제점을 실증 분석하고, 세부 프로그램과 개발 방안(구현 결과)에 대하여 설명한다. 본 연구는 코로나 사태 종식 이후 각 교육기관의 온라인 학습 개발의 발전에 이바지하고자 한다.

Designing an Integrated Online-guide for Overseas Applicants Seeking to Teach English in Korea: Focus on Job and Visa Application

  • This study suggests an effective online guide for foreign teachers who want to teach English in Korean schools. When designing this guide for overseas applicants, there should be a consistent analysis to reflect the process of the system. Thus, this paper provides an analysis and results for an integrated online guide to increase the efficiency based on the pedagogical framework for analysis of the 'ADDIE' model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The number of job applicants who wish to teach English in Korea is growing rapidly because Korea is one of the fastest growing economies in the world and the 'Korean Wave' has especially been experiencing significant changes with the development of social network services and digital technologies. As a result, overseas applicants' expectations regarding Korea when they are seeking information and applying is very high, but the aspects of the procedure provided by the government are somewhat disappointing. The paper presents customer needs and specific recommendation for each step of the application process to improve the guide's effectiveness.

대학도서관의 온라인 튜터리얼 분석과 개선방향 (The Analysis and Direction for Improvement of University Library Online Tutorial)

  • 본 연구는 Y세대 대학생의 정보활용능력 교육을 위하여 이들의 세대적 특성을 이해하고, 관련기준과 교육모형의 비교분석을 통하여 국내 대학도서관의 온라인 튜터리얼 개발과 교육에 있어 개선해야 할 사항을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 구체적으로 정착단계에 있는 미국의 온라인 튜터리얼과 일본의 교육내용을 국내의 그것과 비교분석하고 재구성하여 국내 대학도서관의 Y세대를 위한 온라인 튜터리얼 교수-학습에 필수적인 콘텐츠를 제안하고 개선방안을 제시하였다.

Personalizing Information Using Users' Online Social Networks: A Case Study of CiteULike

  • This paper aims to assess the feasibility of a new and less-focused type of online sociability (the watching network) as a useful information source for personalized recommendations. In this paper, we recommend scientific articles of interests by using the shared interests between target users and their watching connections. Our recommendations are based on one typical social bookmarking system, CiteULike. The watching network-based recommendations, which use a much smaller size of user data, produces suggestions that are as good as the conventional Collaborative Filtering technique. The results demonstrate that the watching network is a useful information source and a feasible foundation for information personalization. Furthermore, the watching network is substitutable for anonymous peers of the Collaborative Filtering recommendations. This study shows the expandability of social network-based recommendations to the new type of online social networks.

A New Semantic Kernel Function for Online Anomaly Detection of Software

  • In this letter, a new online anomaly detection approach for software systems is proposed. The novelty of the proposed approach is to apply a new semantic kernel function for a support vector machine (SVM) classifier to detect fault-suspicious execution paths at runtime in a reasonable amount of time. The kernel uses a new sequence matching algorithm to measure similarities among program execution paths in a customized feature space whose dimensions represent the largest common subpaths among the execution paths. To increase the precision of the SVM classifier, each common subpath is given weights according to its ability to discern executions as correct or anomalous. Experiment results show that compared with the known kernels, the proposed SVM kernel will improve the time overhead of online anomaly detection by up to 170%, while improving the precision of anomaly alerts by up to 140%.

  • 온라인상에서 교육 내용의 전달은 많은 방법들이 개발되어 있지만 컴퓨터 언어 및 알고리즘의 e-learning과 실습은 웹상에서 프로그램 실습의 어려움으로 인하여 이론과 실습이 병행되지 못하여 왔다. 본 논문에서는 알고리즘을 검색하고 관리할 수 있는 뱅크를 구축하고 실행 인터페이스를 만들어, 학생들이 직접 웹상에서 각각의 프로그램들을 실행시킬 뿐 아니라 프로그램을 수정하여 실행할 수 있도록 하였다. 웹상에서 실습을 통한 알고리즘 뱅크 시스템은 실습 환경 구축과 적응에 대한 어려움을 없앰으로써 컴퓨터 알고리즘 학습에 대한 거리감을 없애는 효과가 있다.

패션제품에 대한 모바일 쇼핑 사이트 유형별 커머스 전략 연구 (A Study on Commerce Strategies by Mobile Shopping Site Types for Fashion Products)

  • This study analyzed consumers' online fashion shopping site usage by site type and analyzed how product information search and product purchase differ. In addition, by comparing and analyzing preference and selection factors of PC and mobile shopping, we tried to provide basic data of effective mobile commerce operation strategy according to expansion of mobile market in fashion industry. We surveyed the use of 6 types of online sites (portal site, open market, general shopping mall, social commerce shopping mall, brand shopping mall and non-brand shopping mall) to understand the usage of mobile shopping site for consumers' fashion products. Consumer survey subjects were 373 college students in their early 20s who had the most mobile shopping experiences. The questionnaire consisted of online fashion site usage items, internet and mobile fashion shopping preference (6 items), internet and mobile shopping choice behavior (10 items), and purchase intention (3 items) .Data were analyzed using SPSS 14.0 program. The high preference of portal sites, open market, social commerce, and non-brand shopping malls in shopping online fashion products is a result of the perceptual changes of major distribution channels and the trends of consumers' value consumption tendency. Therefore, it is necessary for fashion companies to actively cope with fashion product distribution competition with huge shopping sites of current online market by well understanding consumers' preference trends and factors of online sites.

디지털상품 관점의 연구성과물 온라인 공표제도 - 사회과학 분야 학술연구성과를 중심으로 - (Online Publication System of Academic Research Paper:From the Viewpoint of Digital Goods in Case of Social Science Field)

  • It is high time to prepare the online publication system of academic research paper. Online publications like digital research paper, e-Book, etc. are increased day by day as the information technology(IT) is developing continually. But, the legal aspect of publication system of academic research paper in Korea is not prepared yet. The purposes of this study are to examine the problems on the publication system of academic research paper in the context of digital goods and to frame a policy of legal proceedings in relation to the social science. The methodology used in this paper is theoretical analysis which is examining the case of academic research system and scientific journal in Korea. As a result of this study, following measures are suggested: (1) Legal provisions on the online publication system, that is, "Research Promotion Law of Korea" controlled by KRF(Korea Research Foundation) and MOE(Ministry of Education) should be revised. (2) Solution like software program and DB system proceeding the data on academic research paper should be prepared newly. (3) From the viewpoint of digital goods, both protecting the intellectual property right and settling the reliance upon online publication system should also be considered simultaneously.

온라인 학습환경에서 학습참여동기와 협력적 자기효능감이 지식공유행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Learning Participation Motivation and Self-Efficacy for Group Work on Knowledge Sharing Behavior in Online Learning Environment)

  • This study analyzed the effects of learning participation motivation and collaborative self-efficacy on knowledge sharing behavior in an online learning environment. Collaborative learning in the online learning environment took the initiative in team formation, learning topic selection, learning planning and execution, and reflection. Collaborative learning was operated as an extracurricular program, and a survey was conducted targeting students who finally completed all learning activities. The results of the study are as follows. First, goal-oriented motivation and self-Efficacy for group work, showed significant influence on knowledge sharing behavior. Second, activity-oriented motivation did not show a statistically significant effect relationship. Interpreting the analysis results, it can be judged that the higher the goal-oriented motivation and self-Efficacy for group work of students who performed collaborative learning in an online learning environment, the higher the willingness to share knowledge, skills, and information they know. This study explored the outcomes of collaborative learning conducted in an online learning environment. It is meaningful that the learner's learning participation motivation was identified and the effect of self-Efficacy for group work, which can be expressed in collaborative learning situations, on knowledge sharing behavior, which is a necessary behavior for group performance, is significant.
