The IPTV which was commercialized and is being serviced to customers at present has a complicated GUI (Graphical User Interface) to provide two-way services and a remote control containing more than 40 buttons unlike the conventional TV. Accordingly, the remote control becomes one of the causes that make the usability of the IPTV worsen. In this paper, we suggest a LED button guide system as a solution to improve a usability of the IPTV, and analyze the effects of the interface obtained from the user evaluation on the user action.

In spite of continuous increase of electric power demand and new generation plants, it is very difficult to install new transmission line. Therefore, it comes to be difficult to operate the power system stable, so it is required to find another way to get new transmission capacity. Because HVDC transmission system installation is the one of the best option for us, we have undertake the HVDC project in mainland. Buckdangjin-Goduck HVDC project(500kV, 3GW) is currently under construction and Eastern Power HVDC project(500kV, 8GW) is under the study for technical specification. Both of them have the Run-up SPS function for taking action of 765kV Transmission line fault. The Run-up SPS function increases the active power output of the HVDC rapidly when the transmission line between the power plant and network is tripped, thereby preventing the generator from overspeed and improving the power system stability. In this paper, we propose MEAC(Modified Equal Area Criteria) method based on traditional EAC method to quantitatively evaluate the effect of the HVDC run-up SPS function on the power system stability improvement.

If we consider the cubism, which newly attempted the avant-garde movement in the mid-19th century, was an experimental movement to feel the space through the human action and observation from various viewpoints at the fixed three-dimensional world, then the futurism was an innovative movement that obtained an ion from continual motions. However, the study about meaning and emotion that correspond with the dis-structuralization era could not have been continuing. Therefore, the goal of this study is to construct an emotional theory and grope a possibility of the way to do through some theoretical investigations and experimental analysis about body movement and emotional expression. For the study method, experiment and analysis have been proceeded based on Miyauji study(1992) which was based on P. Thiel theory that is about direct recognition and empirical study for identical existence or experimentation. As a result of the study, it reached several conclusions. The first, body movement as an emotion that makes meaning is related to the space. The second is that the space is related to the background as an object of body. The last is that body as a creature which becomes the one with spirit in the space makes meaning. We look forward to a possibility of emotional study through the body movement.

Objective : Generally speaking Reverting yin disease pattern(厥陰病) is the last step in cold damage(傷寒). Therefore recognized Yin cold disease(陰寒病) is increasing, and resist action One Yang qi(一陽) began to creep into body. But Ke Qin(柯琴) have a different way of thinking that Reverting yin disease pattern connected with the loss of Liver's function. Liver qi depression(肝鬱) make a ministerial fire(相火), and it make a nutrient and blood insufficiency(營血不足). Method : I will try to describe the Sanghanlun's Reverting yin disease pattern through the Ke-qin's JueyinbingJie(厥陰病解), and I would like to point out that the exact meaning of Reverting yin(厥陰) is connected with Liver's ministerial fire. Result : Ke Qin's JueyinbingJie explained the Reverting yin disease pattern was connected with Liver(肝), and according to Six qi theory(六氣學說) connected with ministerial fire, and according to meridian and Collateral theory(經絡學說) connected with closing referring to inward actions(闔) among the Opening closing and pivot(關闔樞). Conclusion : Ke Qin was recognized that Reverting yin disease pattern have relevance to the loss of Liver's function. In other world, It is connect with soothe the liver and purge fire(疏肝瀉火) and nutrient and blood insufficiency(營血不足).

The behavior of walking involves our action of seeing things. It is the intention of this research that the cognitive process of perceiving things along the path can affect the way we sense the length of the journey. The theory generally accepted in this line of thought is the 'feature accumulation theory'. It assumes that if the journey includes many objects or memorable features, then our memory recalls that journey much farther than it really was. This study set up a real-life experiment by asking university students about their mental memory of the two different routes in the campus. One is a longer path that has not much to look at except trees and the other a shorter path yet with many buildings, sign boards and street furnitures. The subjects processed their mental image in the brain based on their experience. They showed a strong tendency that the path with more features were remembered longer while that with less features shorter. More interestingly, it was found that as their experience increases, they become more accurate about the exact length of the questioned paths. The result corroborates the theory that human perception of space is based on the topological understanding of surroundings rather than geometric understanding.

Arbitration agreement is an agreement by the parties to submit to arbitration all or certain disputes which have arisen or which may arise between them in respect of defined legal relationship, whether contractual or not. Arbitration has become increasingly popular in settling international and domestic commercial disputes nowadays. The importance of arbitration agreement cannot be overemphasized. It is the most reasonable way to settle commercial disputes. There are two types in arbitration agreement. one is arbitration clause, the other is submission agreement. The arbitration agreement must be made in writing, in addition, other communication instruments shall be considered as effective arbitration agreement if they are properly documented. Over the past few decades, a considerable number of studies have been conducted on the legal property of arbitration agreement in Germany and Japan. Its legal property is aspect of substantial law contract. The basis of arbitration agreement is the principle of party autonomy. The important effect of arbitration agreement is to preclude jurisdiction from national court. The respondent shall raise a plea not later than when submitting his first defense on the merits of the action. As positive effect of arbitration agreement, the court must support the conduct of arbitral proceedings and arbitrator can be appointed upon request of a party.

A simple process of fabricating micropillar structure and its influence upon enhancing electrochemical biosensor response were studied in this work. Conducting polymer PEDOT was used as a base material in formulating a composite with PVA. Micro porous PC membrane filter was used as a template for the micropillar of the composite on ITO electrode. This structure could provide plenty of encapsulating space for enzyme species. After dosing enzyme solution into this space, Nafion film tent was cast over the pillar structure to complete the micropillar cavity structure. In this way, the encapsulation of enzyme could be accomplished without any chemical modification. The amount of enzyme species was easily controllable by varying the concentration of the dosing solution. The more amount of enzyme is stored in the sensor, the higher the electrochemical response is produced. One more reason for the sensitivity improvement comes from the large surface area of the micropillar structure. Application of 0.7 V produced the best current response under the condition of pH 7.4. This biosensor showed linear response to the glucose in 0.1~1 mM range with the average sensitivity of $14.06{\mu}A/mMcm^2$. Detection limit was 0.01 mM based on S/N = 3.

In cold forming processes, due to high working pressure action on the die surface, failure mechanics must be considered before die design. One of the main reasons of die failure in industrial application of metal forming technologies is wear. Die wear affects the tolerances of formed parts, metal flow and costs of process etc. The only way to control these failures into devlop methods which allow prediction of die wear and which are suited to be used in the design state in order to optimize the process. In this paper, the forming propcesses that involve cold forward extrusion and wire drawing were simulated by rigid plastic finite element method and its output were used for predicting die wear by Archard wear model. The simulation results were compared with the measured worn dies.

Such effects would be paid off in the right way only when management of the firms perform marketing activities focusing on long term effectiveness, which would drive company profits up and keep them for long. Demands of customers are being changed and varied. In this result with the advantage of mass marketing and database marketing have been drawing attentions from company. To fulfill these demands of customer, they need a concept of eCRM(Web based Customer Relationship Management), and go from selling products and services, or gathering customer requests, up to the phase of solving customer's problem by real time or previous action. With the help of internet, the frequency and speed of the problem solving has improved greatly. For these purposes, we try to determine the most important and most urgent factors in eCRM: utilization by using SN Ratio Decision making, one of the Multi-criteria decision-making methods SN Ratio Decision making is widely used for determining relative magnitude per evaluation item, i. e. priority on problems and is expected to make more systematic and objective evaluations than conventional methods do. Even in the present situation where any general criterion on eCRM dose not exist, utilization of eCRM is expected to be actively continued, which will cause many problems. In this regard, evaluating eCRM counts.

Emotion is one of the elements of the game that will help the user interaction. The way to express the emotions and personality of the character was taken into account severity of reaction to action or a specific graphics in the game so far. However recently structured for the interest in the study of emotion increases and to utilize a variety of feelings in the game is needed. In the field of autonomous agents, studies of the possibility of the use of emotion, defined 12 different emotion rules. In this paper, we dilate by defining the terms used in the game rules of emotion made the rules of the emotion of the game. And, we analyzed emotions in actual game character used Game Emotions Rule. As a result, it was possible to see the rules of the game feeling separate from that being used for game genre similar.
