One-layer solar radiation(GWNU; Gangneung-Wonju National University) model is developed in order to resolve the lack of vertical observations and fast calculation with high resolution. GWNU model is based on IQBAL(Iqbal, 1983) and NREL(National Renewable Energy Laboratory) methods and corrected by precise multi-layer LBL(Line-by-line) model. Input data were used 42 atmospheric profiles from Garand et al.(2001) for calculation of global radiation by the Multi-layer and one-layer solar radiation models. GWNU model has error of about -0.10% compared with LBL model while IQBAL and NREL models have errors of about -3.92 and -2.57%, respectively. Global solar radiation was calculated by corrected GWNU solar model with satellites(MODIS, OMI and MTSAT-1R), RDPS model prediction data in Korea peninsula in 2009, and the results were compared to surface solar radiation observed by 22 KMA solar sites. All models have correlation($R^2$) of 0.91 with the observed hourly solar radiation, and root mean square errors of IQBAL, NREL and GWNU models are 69.16, 69.74 and $67.53W/m^2$, respectively.

In this paper, Static load models are developed using measurement based approach which is fundamental for on-line load modeling. The measurement data can be acquired from PMU(phasor measurement units). On the assumption that we have on-line measurement data, a scheme which is for Static load model capable to apply SCADA/EMS is developed. The Least Squares criterion is used for minimizing between measured and simulated data. In this manner, On-line Static load modeling algorithm can be developed. In this paper, a scheme that simple Static load model is applied for On-line load modeling is studied.

본 연구에서는 온라인 게임의 구조 분석을 통하여 한국의 온라인 게임 기업이 글로벌 시장에 진출하는 과정에 필요한 효율성 높은 정책적 지원 플랫폼 및 성과 평가 모델을 발굴한다. 온라인 게임 기업의 해외 지원을 위해 다양한 방법으로 정부의 정책 및 게임 회사의 노력이 시도되었으나 온라인 게임이라는 콘텐츠만이 갖는 고유한 특성과 환경으로 인해 온라인 게임의 글로벌 지원에 특화된 성공적인 비즈니스 모델을 갖지 못하고 있었다. 그동안 국내 온라인 게임 지원 정책은 글로벌 서비스 플랫폼(Global Service Platfotm: GSP) 지원 사업과 국제게임대회, 현지화, 홍보 등 다양한 사업을 중심으로 국산 온라인 게임업체를 지원하고 국내 온라인 게임에 대한 해외 경쟁력을 높이려고 해왔다. 하지만 그 투자와 노력에 비해 GSP 등 일부 사업을 제외하고는 좋은 결실을 맺지 못하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 2004년 이후 10년간 추진 중인, 온라인게임 육성의 유일한 성공 정책이라 할 수 있는 GSP 사업 모델에 대한 다각적 접근 방법과 참여 업계의 설문 분석을 통해 정책 수행 결과에 대한 효과를 검증하고 시사점을 도출하였다. GSP의 성과 평가를 위해 새로운 정책 지원 및 평가 모델인 글로벌 온라인 게임 지원 모델(Global online game Supporting Chain Model: GoGSCM)을 제시하였으며, 적합성, 효율성, 효과성, 지속성의 4가지 측면에서 GSP 모델을 평가, 검증하였다.

This paper presents a power system decomposition technique for digital simulation of large power system. To decompose power system, distributed transmission line model is used. But this model can be used only for long transmission lines. In this paper, capacitor compensation method is proposed to use distributed transmission line model for short transmission line. And case study shows proposed method can be used for effective power system decompositon in digital simulation of large power system.

This paper presents 3D line segment extraction method, which can be used in generating 3D rooftop model. The core of our method is that 3D line segment is extracted by using line fitting of elevation data on 2D line coordinates of ortho-image. In order to use elevations in line fitting, the elevations should be reliable. To measure the reliability of elevation, in this paper, we employ the concept of self-consistency. We test the effectiveness of the proposed method with a quantitative accuracy analysis using synthetic images generated from Avenches data set of Ascona aerial images. Experimental results indicate that the proposed method shows average 30 line errors of .16 - .30 meters, which are about $10\%$ of the conventional area-based method.

온라인 거래에서, 투명성은 전자상거래에 대한 과세나 고객의 권리를 위한 주요 요소이다. 오프라인에서 거래에 대한 신뢰성은 금전등록기 개념을 사용해서 이루어지고 있는 것처럼, 우리는 거래의 투명성을 위한 온라인 개념의 거래 등록기 모델을 연구하였다. 비록 온라인 거래 등록기가 전자상거래법과 관련되어서 사용될 수 있지만, 여기서는 등록기의 메카니즘에 대한 연구만을 고려하였다. 거래 등록기는 디지털 영수증을 발행하며, 영수증은 본 논문에서 개발한 모델로 진위가 판별될 수 있다.

본 연구에서 온라인 소비자들이 재방문단계(revisit stage)와 구매의사결정 단계(decision-making stage)에서 어떤 방문행동 특성상의 차이를 보이고 있는가를 파악하기 위한 목적을 가지고 있다. 인터넷 쇼핑몰 시장에서 어떤 방문행동특성을 가진 온라인 소비자들이 지속적으로 같은 사이트를 방문하고, 구매행동을 하는지에 관한 정보는 사이트 관리자의 입장에서 볼 때 수익성 제고 측면에서 공헌하는 바가크다. 특히 본 연구에서는 2단계 Mixture Model 율 이용하여 온라인 소비자들의 방문행동 특성을 파악함으로써 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 경쟁력을 강화활 수 있는 세분시장 결정방법을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 사이트 재방문단계 (revisit stage) 와 구매의사결정 단계 (decision-making stage) 훌 통한 온라인 소비자들의 방문 행동 특성 정보는 사이트 경쟁력 강화를 위한 전략적 시사점율 제공해줄 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구는 온라인 소비자들의 구매의사결정이 재밤문단계 (revisit stage) 와 구매단계 (purchase stage) 라고 하는 2단계 의사결정과정을 거치고 있음을 보여주는 실증분석을 통해 온라인 소비자들의 방문행동 특성을 파악하여 이에 적합한 대응전략을 전개할 수 있음을 논의함으로써 온라인 소비자들의 방문행동 특성을 사이트 밀착도 및 항해유형에 따라 파악할 수 있다는 학문적 공헌점을 제시 하고 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 하천의 홍수저감을 목적으로 설치하는 하천변 저류지의 홍수저감특성을 분석하기 위한 모형의 개발에 있다. 하천에 홍수가 발생하였을 경우에 하천변 저류지는 하천의 홍수첨두 일부를 분담하는 기능을 갖으며, 이는 제방의 일부를 낮춘 월류제를 통한 범람으로 가능하게 되며, 또한 범람된 물은 저류지 내에서 저류 하게 된다. 이러한 저류지가 갖는 홍수저감특성은 하천 홍수위, 월류제 제원(높이, 위치, 길이 등), 저류지의 수리거동 등에 의해 좌우되게 되므로, 본 연구에서는 이러한 일련의 물의 거동을 재현하기 위해서 1차원 하천부정류 모델, 월류제 상의 월류량 산정 모델 및 제내지 홍수범람 모델을 연계한 통합모형을 개발 하였다. 이상에서 개발된 연계 모형을 가상하도 및 실제하도에 적용하여 월류제가 갖는 기하적 특성이 홍수경감에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하였으며, 이를 통해 향후 개선하여야 할 시사점에 대해 기술하였다.

In this study, two stage transfer line with limited repair capability is modeled to formulate optimal dynamic repair priority policy. The method of Markov Chains is used to analyze the analytical model of this line. An efficient algorithm is developed, utilizing the block tridiagonal structure of the transition probability matrix, to obtain the steady state probabilities and system performance measures, such as the steady state production rate of the line and the average in-process inventory in the interstage buffer.
