Miller Assessment for Preschoolers(MAP)의 국내 적용을 위한 번역 연구 (Translation Study of Miller Assessment of Preschoolers (MAP) for Using in Korea)

  • 목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 국내에 Miller Assessment for Preschoolers(MAP)을 사용하기 위해 필요한 번역, 역번역, 문항수정을 실시하고, 내용타당도를 검증하는 것이다. 연구방법 : 연구는 작업치료(학)과 교수, 번역가, 또는 작업치료사들을 대상으로 번역, 비교 통합 I, 역번역, 비교 통합 II, 이해도검증, 문항수정의 절차를 거쳤다. 자료 분석은 Microsoft office의 Excel을 이용하여 Content Validity Indices(CVI)를 구하였다. 결과 : 원본 MAP를 번역하여 교수 집단을 대상으로 내용타당도 검증시 평균 $3.66{\pm}0.40$점이었고 item-level CVI(I-CVI) 0.94, overal scale CVI(S-CVI) 0.83으로 나타났다. 원본 MAP과 영어로 역번역한 MAP의 내용타당도를 살펴본 결과는 평균 3.14점으로 나타났고 오류내용은 생략 13회, 용어오류 11회, 대체 6회, 순서오류 6회, 추가 3회로 나타났다. 치료사 9명을 대상으로 이해도 검증을 한 결과, 평균 $3.66{\pm}0.27$점이었고 I-CVI 0.93, S-CVI 0.58로 나타났다. 결론 : MAP의 국내 사용을 위하여 동시타당도, 구성타당도, 검사-재검사신뢰도, 검사자간신뢰도, 내적일치도 연구 등의 연구가 추가적으로 필요하다.

Genetic radiation risks: a neglected topic in the low dose debate

  • Objectives To investigate the accuracy and scientific validity of the current very low risk factor for hereditary diseases in humans following exposures to ionizing radiation adopted by the United Nations Scientific Committee on the Effects of Atomic Radiation and the International Commission on Radiological Protection. The value is based on experiments on mice due to reportedly absent effects in the Japanese atomic bomb (A-bomb) survivors. Methods To review the published evidence for heritable effects after ionising radiation exposures particularly, but not restricted to, populations exposed to contamination from the Chernobyl accident and from atmospheric nuclear test fallout. To make a compilation of findings about early deaths, congenital malformations, Down's syndrome, cancer and other genetic effects observed in humans after the exposure of the parents. To also examine more closely the evidence from the Japanese A-bomb epidemiology and discuss its scientific validity. Results Nearly all types of hereditary defects were found at doses as low as one to 10 mSv. We discuss the clash between the current risk model and these observations on the basis of biological mechanism and assumptions about linear relationships between dose and effect in neonatal and foetal epidemiology. The evidence supports a dose response relationship which is non-linear and is either biphasic or supralinear (hogs-back) and largely either saturates or falls above 10 mSv. Conclusions We conclude that the current risk model for heritable effects of radiation is unsafe. The dose response relationship is non-linear with the greatest effects at the lowest doses. Using Chernobyl data we derive an excess relative risk for all malformations of 1.0 per 10 mSv cumulative dose. The safety of the Japanese A-bomb epidemiology is argued to be both scientifically and philosophically questionable owing to errors in the choice of control groups, omission of internal exposure effects and assumptions about linear dose response.

시판 토화젓의 정미성분에 관한 연구 (The Taste Compounds in Commercial Toha-jeot)

  • 전남지방의 전통 수산발효식품인 토하젓의 인지도 향상 및 국가경쟁력을 갖춘 지역특산품으로 발전시키기 위한 일련의 연구로써, 식품학적 기초자료를 얻기위하여 숙성기간이 다른 시판 토하젓을 구입하여 정미성분을 분석.검토하였다. 저온(5$\pm$2$^{\circ}C$)에서 90일간숙성시킨 토하젓의 전체 유리아미노산 함량은 건물당 1873.0mg/100g)보다 2배이상 많았다. 한편 숙성된 토하젓의 주요 유리아미노산(719.4mg/100g) 보다 2배 이상 많았다. 한편 숙성된 토하젓의 주요 유리아미노산은 glutamic acid, alanine, leucine, valine 및 phenylalanine으로 전체 유리아미노산에 대해 58.6%를 차지하였다. 핵산 관련물질은 담금 직후 및 숙성된 토하젓 모두 hypoxanthine의 함량이 월등히 많았으며, 그 다음으로 AMP 및 IMP순이였다. 그리고 숙성된 토하젓은 담금 직후의 토하젓과 비교해서 AMP 및 IMP는 적었으나, hypoxanthine의 함량은 많았다. 불휘발성 유기산을 GC분석한 결과, 담금 직후 및 숙성된 제품 모두에 lactic acid가 가장 많아 각각 건물당 389.3mg/100g 및 752.3mg/100g이였고, succinic acid는 미량 함유되어 있었다. 90일간 숙성된 TMAO, betaine 및 total creatinine 함량은 건물량 기준으로 각각 63.6mg/100g, 179.1mg/100g 및 123.7mg/100g이었다. Omission test를 이용하여 각정미성분을 관능검사한 결과, 유리아미노산 및 불휘발성 유기산이 토하젓의 맛에 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 밝혀졌으며, 핵산 관련물질은 그다지 맛에 대한 기여도가 높지 않았다. 따라서 시판 토하젓의 맛에는 유리 아미노산 및 불휘발성 유기산이 중요한 역할을 하며, 핵산 관련물질이나 TMAO, betaine 및 total creatinine은 보조적인 역할을 할 것으로 생각된다.

다리에 힘이 없는 환자에서 효과적인 운동 유발전위 파형 측정에 대한 고찰 (Effective Motor Evoked Potential Waveforms in Patients with Lower Extremity Weakness)

  • Motor evoked potential of spinal surgery is known to cause damage due to the movement path of the continuous scan operation and surgery can be performed with minimized disability after surgery. However, if it is not at all formed at the wave motion evoked potential can occur during surgery and, in some cases the size of the waveform to be measured is very small and intermittent. In this case, the surgery cannot provide information about whether there is neurological damage. Increased intensity of the wave-induced motion of the dislocation does not occur if it appears in a very small amplitude stimulus, but changing the inspection area that electrical stimulation of the waveform changes could not be found. However, stimulation of a wide area in the cerebral cortex was found to occur with a waveform in the patients who underwent examination. Through this study, we propose a useful motor evoked potential test. From November to December 2015 three spine surgery patients visited Samsung Medical Center as neurosurgery patients with omission discomfort, gait disturbance, and no symptom of strength before surgery. In spine surgery patients with motor grade weakness, when motor evoked potential waveform has not been measured, in examination of the site of electrical stimulation of the cerebral cortex from entering the C3+C5/C4+C6 or C3+C1/C4+C2 if by the activity of more motor neuron unit, it was found that the waveform is better formed.

오분자기의 정미성분 (Taste Compounds of Abalone, Haliotis diversicolor japonica)

  • 오분자기의 정미성분에 관한 자료를 얻고자 핵산관연물질, 유리아미노산, TMAO, TMA 및 총creatinine을 분석하였다. 핵산관련물중 AMP가 가장 많아서 $2.21{\mu}mole/g$이었으며 IMP와 inosine은 흔적량이었다. 유리아미노산중 함양이 많은 것은 taurine, arginine 및glycine으로 이들 3종 아미노산이 전유리아미노산의 $79.3\%$를 차지하였으며 tyrosine과 phenyl alanine은 흔적량이었다. TMAO, TMA 및 총 creatinine의 사양은 각각 $5.4mg\%,\;1.0mg\%$, 그리고 $5.0mg\%$ 였다. Omission test 결과 오분자기의 정미성분은 유리아미노산이 그 주체를 이루고 여기에 유기산과 핵산관련물질이 보조적인 역할을 하는 것으로 생각된다.

집합 기반 POI 검색을 이용한 문장 유사도 측정 기법 (Sentence Similarity Measurement Method Using a Set-based POI Data Search)

  • 최근 논문 표절 논란과 지능형 텍스트 검색서비스에 대한 관심이 증가하면서 문장 유사도 측정의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. n-gram, 편집거리, LSA 등 기존의 다양한 방향으로 선행 연구가 있었지만 각 기법마다 장단점이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 집합 기반 POI 검색 기법을 이용한 새로운 방향의 문장 유사도 측정 기법을 제안한다. 집합 기반 POI 검색 기법은 하드매칭에 비해 단어의 도치, 누락, 삽입, 변경에 현저한 성능 향상을 보인다. 이 기법을 이용하면 보다 정확하고 빠른 문장 유사도 측정이 가능하다. 제안하는 기법은 기존 집합 기반 POI 검색 기법의 데이터 로딩 알고리즘과 텍스트 검색 알고리즘을 변형하고 어절 연산 알고리즘을 추가하여 두 문장의 유사도를 백분율로 표현한다. 실험을 통해 본 논문에서 제시하는 기법이 정확도와 속도에서 n-gram과 기존 집합 기반 POI 검색 기법에 비해 우수함을 확인하였다.

주의력결핍과잉행동장애 아동과 자폐스펙트럼장애 아동에서 얼굴 표정 정서 인식과 구별의 차이 (Difference of Facial Emotion Recognition and Discrimination between Children with Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Autism Spectrum Disorder)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the differences in the facial emotion recognition and discrimination ability between children with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Methods: Fifty-three children aged 7 to 11 years participated in this study. Among them, 43 were diagnosed with ADHD and 10 with ASD. The parents of the participants completed the Korean version of the Child Behavior Checklist, ADHD Rating Scale and Conner's scale. The participants completed the Korean Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children-fourth edition and Advanced Test of Attention (ATA), Penn Emotion Recognition Task and Penn Emotion Discrimination Task. The group differences in the facial emotion recognition and discrimination ability were analyzed by using analysis of covariance for the purpose of controlling the visual omission error index of ATA. Results: The children with ADHD showed better recognition of happy and sad faces and less false positive neutral responses than those with ASD. Also, the children with ADHD recognized emotions better than those with ASD on female faces and in extreme facial expressions, but not on male faces or in mild facial expressions. We found no differences in the facial emotion discrimination between the children with ADHD and ASD. Conclusion: Our results suggest that children with ADHD recognize facial emotions better than children with ASD, but they still have deficits. Interventions which consider their different emotion recognition and discrimination abilities are needed.

가다랑어 자숙엑스분의 항산화성 (Antioxidative Activities of Skipjack Meat Extract)

  • 가다랑어통조림 제조시 부산물로 얻어지는 가다랑어 자숙엑스분의 천연항산화성물질로서 효능을 검토하기 위하여 이의 지질산화억제효과 및 항산화성인자에 대하여 실험하였다. 가다랑어 자수엑스분의 아미노질소량은 15.3mg/100g 이었으며, methyl linoleate에 대해 뚜렷한 산화억제 작용을 나타내었고 가수분해 정도가 클수록 항산화력은 약간씩 저하하였다. 가다랑어엑스분을 증류수 중에서 투석시켰을때 투석내액은 상당한 항산화효과를 나타낸 반면, 투석내액은 거의 효과가 없었다. 가다랑어엑스분의 항산화성인자로서 anserine, carnosine, histidine 및 alanine 등가 같은 아미노산의 역할이 컸으며, AMP, hypoxanthine 등의 핵산관련물질도 항상화성에 보조적 역할을 하였다.

주의력결핍 과잉행동장애 아동청소년의 Korean Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children-Fourth Edition 프로파일 : 후향적 의무기록 분석 (Korean Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children-Fourth Edition Profiles in Child and Adolescent with Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder : Retrospective Study)

  • Objectives : The aim of this study was to investigate Korean Wechsler Intelligence profiles and specific abilities related to attention problem of children with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Methods : The Korean Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children-fourth edition (K-WISC-IV) and Advanced Test of Attention (ATA) were administered to 91 children and adolescents (age $8.5{\pm}2.6$ years, 73 boys) with ADHD. Pearson correlation and independent t-tests were used. Results : The means of Working Memory Index (WMI) and Processing Speed Index (PSI) showed a score of low average in K-WISC-IV. WMI scores for the K-WISC-IV showed clinically significant correlations with omission errors, commission errors, and response time variability on auditory ATA. PSI scores also showed significant correlations with response time and variability on visual ATA. In addition, significantly lower digit span backward scores were observed in hyperactive-impulsive/combined subtypes compared to inattentive subtype (t=3.60, p<.001). Conclusion : Children with ADHD showed significantly lower scores in WMI and PSI which were clinically correlated with ATA scores, and hyperactive-impulsive/combined subtypes showed poorer working memory functions in WMI. Follow-up studies are proposed.

양돈산업에 있어서 유비쿼터스 환경에서 온도 및 하중 센서에 의한 자동 분만 알림 시스템 개발 (Auto Dispatch Device of Parturition Beginning Signal by Temperature and a Load Sensor at Ubiquitous Circumstance in Pig Industry)

  • This study tried to develop the system (device) that automatically notify a manager of condition just before and after farrowing to extend ubiquitous-based technology and to increase efficiency of delivery care and productivity by reducing human labor and time on standby when farrowing management is done in the difficult and hard working environment of farrowing such as night or holidays in field sand especially in pig industry. In this test, selected 10 gilts were executed timed artificial insemination and were set up each temperature sensor and load sensor to them 3 days before the estimated farrowing day and were observed the farrowing situation. This study was embodied the NESPOT-based (KT Corporation) monitoring system, the system to transmit data in real time by utilization of wireless LAN and the sensor module to apply the ubiquitous environment to them. And this study was observed the situation to automatically notify situations of 10 gilts that first bore just before and after farrowing. The result obtained the farrowing situations of them in real time by setup of the NESPOT-based monitoring system to check farrowing situation directly is as follow. The average time of the automatic notice about situation just before farrowing by the temperature sensor was 27.5 minutes before the beginning of farrowing (the expulsion time of a piglet). 6 of 8 pregnant gilts that first bore automatically were notified situations just before farrowing and the temperature sensors inserted into 2 ones before farrowing were omitted. (The automatic notice rate 75%) The average time of the automatic notice of situation just after farrowing by the load sensor was taken 46.5 minutes after the beginning of farrowing (the expulsion time of a first piglet). The average gestation period of 8 ones that first bore and were tested by the automatic notice of farrowing situation was 115.6 days. This result found that the automatic farrowing notice system by the temperature sensor is more efficient than the load sensor as the automatic farrowing alarm device and sanitary treatment and improvement of the omission rate were required.
