This study is to investigate the characteristics of space constitution by analyzing the Jungja in the Gasa (an old form of Korean verse) literature area. These Jungja architectures were composed at Damyang-gun and all over Mt. Moodeung in Chosun dynasty. It can be found several characteristics through 10 Jungja architectures. As a result of analysis, the conclusion of research is as follows. 1. There is a spatial function of Byulsu where the daily life can be managed. 2. The development of introduction part induces a concept of private space. 3. It has structures with openings that can form the various constitution of space. 4. There are heating facilities that people can spend their time in four seasons.

This research examined he effects on preschool children's recognition of and attitude towards earth's nature of an early childhood environmental education program using children's literature. The subjects were 36 four-to six-year old children. The education program lasted for 8 weeks. Children were interviewed and surveyed about earth's nature, and the meanings of children's writings about nature were analyzed. The children who participated in this research showed a positive recognition of and attitudes towards the nature of the earth. Participants became keen observers of the world around them, examined the concept of change in nature, acquired knowledge about the earth through firsthand experiences, and developed caring attitudes for the natural world of the earth.

Narratives are the old stories handed down for a long time, which are not personal creations but common ones for ages. They were formed from the public consciousness, passed orally and recorded in letters. There have been lots of studies on narratives about characters, whereas there have been poor in the studies on the great doctors. The author examined the narratives about great doctors in literature for successive generations, and made researches on world view and consciousness of reality reflected on the age directly or indirectly. The author inquired into the descriptions and constructions of the narratives separately, and classified the great doctors in literature into the miraculous doctors, eccentric doctors and righteous doctors. Therefore truly great doctor is the one who treats not only personal diseases but also social problems, and who tries to harmonize with human beings and nature.

본 논문에서는 예전 논문의 기득권 현상을 해결하기 위해 한 논문이 현재 다른 논문들로부터 받은 참조뿐만 아니라, 해당 논문의 잠재적인 참조도 함께 고려하는 랭킹 방안을 제안한다. 더 나아가, 논문의 정확한 랭킹 측정을 위해 두 논문 간의 내용 연관성도 함께 고려하는 랭킹 방안을 제안한다. 마지막으로, 실제 논문 데이터를 이용한 다양한 실험들을 통해, 제안 방안의 우수성을 입증한다.

A 42-year-old woman with intravenous leiomomatosis that extended into the inferior vena cava and the right atrium is reported. A review of the literature with special comments on the surgical treatment of this rare condition is presented.

Reported here is a 18-day old infant who had sufferred from congenital left Bochdalek hernia associated with malrotation of stomach, spleen, portions of colon and small intestine. Surgical treatment was successful. The review of the literature was done.

A case of lingual thyroid in 10 years old girl is presented with the use of radioactive iodine ($^{113}I$) and the scintigram for the diagnostic evaluation. A brief review of literature on the incidence, etiology and-development, symptomatology, diagnosis, and treatment of the lingual thyroid was done.

The purpose of this study was to develop an integrated music activity model based on musical concepts for 2-year-old children in order to include music in whole personality education in a rapidly changing society with increasing need for toddler care. Research methods were review of literature and survey. Subjects were 185 teachers in B city. They were asked to record their thoughts and needs during the process of musical activities with toddlers. Research concluded that an integrated music activity model for toddlers requires statement of purpose, contents based on musical concepts, and appropriate teaching methods which can be extended to arts education in general. Discussion further suggested diverse expression through singing, listening, body movement and combining with other arts.

The lipomatous of the mediastinum are fairly uncommon tumors. Since 1971, two patients with proven mediastinal lipoma and one primary liposarcoma of the mediastinum have been treated at the Seoul National University Hospital. This report reviews our experience with the review of literature. Case 1.: A 3 year old body revealed a huge round homogenous mass density in the posterior mediastinum in routine chest X-ray. The tumor mass, lipoma, was successfully removed and postoperative course was uneventful. Cases 2.: An asymptomatic 24 year old male was operated on with the preoperative diagnosis of mediastinal lipoma. His preoperative chest X-ray and CT films showed a huge anterior to middle mediastinal tumor, right, with fat density. There is no postoperative problem after successful removal of the tumor mass. Case 3. : A 24 year old female was hospitalized with the complaints of cough and chest pain. A mediastinal mass was removed, which proved to be a liposarcoma on pathologic examination. About one year later, she was found to have recurrent liposarcoma in the right chest area at the OPD follow-up. She was lost to follow-up since then.

Cerebellar pilocytic astrocytomas (PAs) are benign gliomas predominantly found in the pediatric population. Intracranial hemorrhages are extremely rare in initial presentations of cerebellar PAs. There are no reports in the medical literature of adult cerebellar PA cases presenting with intratumoral hemorrhage. We report 2 cases of adult cerebellar pilocytic astrocytomas with intratumoral hemorrhage. The first case is a 37-year-old woman presenting with severe headache, nausea, and vomitting. Computed tomography demonstrated an acute hemorrhage adjacent to the right cerebellar hemisphere and hydrocephalus. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) revealed a cerebellar vermian tumor with the hemorrhage as a mixed isoin-tense area in the T2-weighted image, and as a mixed hyperintense area in the contrast-enhanced T1-weighted image. The second case is a 53-year-old man presenting with headache for 3 weeks. MRI revealed a cerebellar hemispheric tumor with the hemorrhage as a mixed hyperintense area. It had a cystic mass with a heterogeneous enhanced mural nodule in the gadolinium-enhanced T1-weighted image and a fluid-fluid level within the cyst in the T2-weighted image. Both of them underwent radical resections of their respective lesions. Histological examination of the specimens revealed typical astrocytoma, including a hemorrhagic portion. Both patients recovered postoperatively and continue to do well at present. The medical literature on hemorrhagic cerebellar PAs is also reviewed.
