동적계획법에 의한 원유도입량의 최적화 (Optimiging the Delivery Quantity of Crude Oil by Dynamic Programming)

  • The continuous increase of crude oil consumption has struck great impact into the world economy, When we consider disadvantageous articles in contract for oil import, it would be desirable to import in batch the total quantity of crude oil contracted, but which is not available under the present situation which has many constraints This paper treats of the ways to deliver the crude oil in a given period so as to maximize the profit derived from the sales of oil products, To do this we should consider the prices of crude oil and oil products, inventory cost, transportation cost, oil refinement cost, and fluctuations of these parameters in a given period. The case of Korea Oil Corporation is treated in this paper to generalize the problem of crude oil transportation from Middle East and formulated in a mathematical programming. This programming is transformed into Dynamic Programming through specifing states, stages, payoffs, and recursive function. To clarify these procedure and methods, the case of Korea Oil Corporation is dealt with again and demonstrated in detail.

  • In these days, oil cost is about 70 US dollars, but, on the day of July. 2008, it was over 140 US dollars. This coast led fisheries industry to increasement of operating coast and made public problems such as non-operation of fishing boats and lockout of the related factories. Thus this paper studies the way to use cheap fuel in order to reduce the fuel cost. Normally fishing boat use Marine Gas Oil. this study explains to use blended oil such as MF 60, 100, 180 instead of MGO.

A Study on Economic Operation for Liner-Fleet by Fluctuation of Fuel Oil Price - Focusing on the Case of 'H' Shipping Company -

  • For container shipping company, fuel oil prise is a considerable expense. Since 2008, fuel oil prises have risen dramatically. An increasing fuel oil price in container shipping, in the short term, is only partially compensated through surcharges and may affect earnings negatively. This study discusses the impact of an increasing fuel oil price and capital costs for vessels on the Asia-Europe trade of 'H' Shipping Company. According to the result of 'H' carrier's operation in 2008, there were no cost differences between 8 and 9 vessels operations in case of fuel oil price with USD 169/tons while adopting USD 31,818 as a fixed cost. We can expect that the fuel oil price will not go lower than USD 200/Ton on the basis of current high oil price phenomenon. When the fuel oil price is over USD 200/ton, 9 vessel operation is more economic than 8 vessel operation even if the fixed cost is over USD 35,000.

한 도시 사업체 에너지 수급의 최적화 방안 연구 - 대기오염지수와 경제성 평가를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Pro-Environmental Energy Supply Program of Urban Enterprises on the concept of BAT(Best Available Technology): Application of Air Environmental Indices and Benefit-Cost Analysis Based)

  • The purpose of this study is to seek AEI(Air Environmental Indices), PSI(Pollutant Standard Index) and the urban air quality control goal(the best available alternative energy program) by assessing the best ratio of energy types used in urban enterprises, based on harmful health effect and air quality standard and costs. This study is focused on an urban area(Puchun), where area sourcees are associated with heavy traffic, large population, and its industrial sources with large emissions. In the first step, air modeling, estimation of AEI and PSI, and benefit-cost analysis were carried out. In the second step, we assessed that 660 scenarios about the ratio of B-C oil, light oil and LNG used in urban enterprises with regard to air quality and cost. In the third step, the best available alternative energy program was selected for the ratio of energy species(B-C oil, light oil and LNG) by using the lexicographic method. From the emission analysis, main source of $NO_2$ is identified as industries and air quality is evaluated according to the ratio of B-C oil, light oil and LNG used in urban enterprise. The modeling data of TSP, $SO_2$, $NO_2$, CO, $O_3$, by ISC3 and PBM are respectively $118{\mu}g/m^3$, 0.027ppm, 0.025ppm, 2.0ppm, 0.55ppm in indurstrial area. That data are close to Environmental Air Quality Standard. By means of sensitivity analysis, we obtained the difference in concentration between the areas(Nae-dong, Joong-dong) according to the ratio of B-C oil, light oil and LNG used in the industries. From the result of alternatives assessment the lowest AEI value and cost, the ratio of B-C oil, light oil and LNG are 2.5%, 20%, 77.5%, respectively.

  • It was attempted to analyze the sensitivity of the oil prospect place named MARIA which placed inside Gulf of Alaska. For the analysis, P6031090, ECOANA( computer) which installed in the head office, Shell Oil Co was used and the data needed for computer programming were 1) Unit of Production data 2) Production Schedule 3) Total Gross Yearly Expenses and 4) Total Gross Capital and so on. The important data among the computer output 1) PVPAT (Present Value After Tax): $1,167,077,500 2) Payout After Tax: 3.14 Years (256,284,810 BBL Production) 3) Earning Power: 42% (After Tax) 4) PVPAT/BBL : $1.22 5) Capital/BBL : $2.00. On the other hand, the effect acted upon PVPAT with varying the Platform cost, Facility cost, Pipeline cost and Well cost was observed in comparion with the basic for range from 50% to 200%. Resultantly, the order was 1) Pipeline cost 2) Facility cost 3) Well cost 4) Platform cost for range form 100% to 200%. This project was completed by the contract with Shell Oil Co., and the geological data needed for this analysis were given by the head office and the development project started from Jan. 1976.

  • 연료유 비용은 컨테이너 해운 선사에 있어 상당한 비용을 차지한다. 지난 3년 간, 연료유 가격은 상당하게 증가하여 왔다. 컨테이너 해운에서 단기간에 계속적으로 증가하는 연료유 가격의 일부만이 운임애 대한 할증료를 통해서 보완되고 있다. 따라서 수익(earnings)에는 상당한 부정적인 영향을 주게 된다. 본 연구에서는 H선사의 AEX 항로에 대한 유가 및 선박 관련 자본비용에 대한 경제성 분석을 하였다. H선사의 2008년 DAYLY 척당 평균 고정비 31,818 USD 적용 시 연료유 가격이 169.35$/TON 일 때 8척 운항과 9척 운항의 항차당 운영비용이 동일하였다. 현제의 고유가 상황을 고려할 때 연료유 가격이 200$/TON이하로 형성되기 어려울 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 200$/TON이상 일 때 고정비(용선료)가 35,000$이 넘어서더라도 8척 운항 시 보다 9척 운항이 경제성이 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 기선권현망 멸치어업의 유류비 변동에 대한 영향을 분석하는 데 있다. 연구의 분석 방법으로, 우선 최대지속적어획량(MSY)을 추정하기 위하여 지수잉여 생산모형을 이용한다. 다음으로, 자유어업하에서의 유류비 변동에 대한 기선권현망어업의 생산자 잉여를 추정하기 위하여 생물경제모형을 적용한다. 본 연구의 분석 결과, 면세유 미지급으로 인한 유류비 상승은 기선권현망어업의 멸치 공급에 대한 생산자 잉여에 부정적 영향을 초래하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 기선권현망 멸치어업의 유류비 상승이 경영 상태가 좋지 못한 어업인의 퇴출을 유도함으로써 상기 어업의 어획노력량을 최대지속적어획량 수준의 어획노력량($F_{MSY}$) 이하로 감소시켜 멸치 자원의 회복과 더불어 잔존 어업자의 생산자 잉여를 개선시키는 효과를 유인하는 것으로 나타났다.

  • This study has been conducted under the background of the high rocketed international oil price in the mid of the 2008 year. Korean logistics industry then suffered from a harsh labor strike which paralyzed temporarily Korean exports and imports activities mainly due to the rising motor fuel prices. The theme of this study started from the highly practical question: what would be the impact of the soaring crude oil price on the cost structure of the Korean logistics industry? For this practical question this study conducted an input-output analysis utilizing the 2003 year benchmark input-output table, published by the Bank of Korea in 2007.

석유 탐사 및 개발이 석유 수입관세의 동태적 부과구조에 미치는 영향: OPEC의 경우 (The Impact of Oil Exploration and Development on the Dynamic Structure of Tariff Imposed by Oil Importing Country: The Case of OPEC)

  • 본 연구는 시장지배력을 가진 OPEC이 탐사 및 개발을 통해 석유 매장량을 증대시키는 경우에 석유 수입국이 부과할 석유 수입관세의 동태적 부과구조에 대한 분석을 시도하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 Stackelberg differential 게임모형을 설정하고, 둘째, 석유 수출국의 채굴비용이 석유 매장량의 영향을 받는 경우와 받지 않는 경우를 분리하여 분석하였으며, 셋째, 석유 수출국이 생산된 석유의 일정량을 국내 소비에 사용하는 경우와 전량 수출하는 경우를 각각 상정하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 분석 결과에 의하면 석유 수출국의 채굴비용이 석유 매장량의 영향을 받는 경우에 석유 수입국은 수입된 석유의 소비로 인한 자국의 경제적 잉여를 극대화하기 위해 동태적으로 비일관적(dynamically inconsistent)인 관세를 부과하고, 석유 매장량의 영향을 받지 않는 경우에는 동태적으로 일관성(dynamically consistent)있는 관세를 부과할 것을 제안하고 있다. 아울러 본 연구는 석유 수출국이 생산된 석유의 일정량을 자국의 소비에 사용하는지의 여부는 본 연구가 제안하는 석유 수입관세의 동태적 부과구조에 영향을 미치지 않는다는 사실을 보이고 있다.
