배수구역의 유달오염부하량이 소양호 유역에 미치는 기여율 평가 (Evaluation of the Contribution Ratio that the Pollution Loads of the Drainage Areas Affect Soyang-lake)

  • 본 논문은 소양호 유역을 대상으로 배수구역의 유달오염부하량을 산정하여 유황 및 계절변화에 따른 소양호 유역에 미치는 기여율을 평가 하였다. 유황변화에 따른 배수구역의 기여율을 보면 인북천 유역의 SS와 T-P 항목이 평수량 이상과 저수량 기간에서 46%와 51%의 기여율을 T-P는 평수량 49.5%, 저수량 기간은 48.5%의 기여율을 보였다. 다음으로 계절 변화에 따른 기여율을 관찰한 결과, 인북천 SS 항목이 전 계절 동안 39.6%에서 44.3%를 T-P는 53.8%로 다른 배수구역에 비하여 높은 기여율을 보였다. T-N은 전 계절에서 내린천 유역이 39.6%에서 44.3%의 기여율을 보였다. 전체적으로 인북천 유역의 SS와 T-P 항목, 내린천의 T-N이 소양호 유역의 오염물질 유출에 높은 기여율을 보였다.

  • 일반적으로 사람들은 주변에서 일어나는 어떤 현상을 눈으로 보고 그것에 대해 각자 어떤 방식으로든 반응한다. 그리고 보여 지는 것이 무엇인가에 따라 아주 다양한 순차적 행동이 이어진다. 육체적, 지적인 능력과 경험적 교육에 대한 큰 장애가 없는 사람일수록 스스로의 행동에 대해 외부의 물리적 힘에 의한 행위의 교정보다는 보고, 듣고, 느낌에 의해 자발적으로 행동을 규제하는 쪽을 선호한다. 다른 한편으로 우리들이 일상생활에서 편리하게 사용하고 있는 도구들일지라도 사용자 스스로 행동을 규제해야 하는 기능들이 상황에 따라 빈번히 요구된다. 그렇지 않으면 사용자 측면에서 별로 의식하지 않고 사용하고 있으나 무언가 필요성을 느끼면서도 뚜렷한 대안을 찾지 못한 채 현재의 기능에 적응하고 있는 경우일 것이다. 구체적인 예를 들자면 가정에서 요리나 설거지, 혹은 세면이나 목욕 시에 수도꼭지를 틀지만 계몽적인 측면에서 익히 접해온 절약이란 말과 안이한 행동사이를 오가면서 스스로를 제어하지 못한다. 이런 점에서 흐르는 물의 양을 작업 공간내에서 시각적으로 바로 확인 할 수 있는 부가적인 기능을 갖춘 도구가 있다면, 모두에서 언급하였듯이 사용자가 자발적으로 자신의 행위를 조절 할 수 있으며, 또한 정확한 물의 양을 측정함으로써. 여러 가지 후속적인 행동에 아주 요긴하게 이용될 수 있을 것이다. 이와 같이 작업공간에서의 유량측정이 가능한 수전금구는 시대적 조류와 더불어 디지털의 기술을 적용한 유량측정센서를 수도꼭지에 부착하고 부피를 최소화함으로써 구조나 형태를 최적화하는 조형 작업을 통해 시대 조류에 부응하는 제품으로 업그레이드 될 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 일상생활에서 꼭 필요로 하는 수전금구에 대해 사회적, 환경적 요구에 부합하며, 이종 기술이 적용된 새로운 개념의 제품을 기능적, 구조적, 조형적 측면에서 연구함으로써 향후 이와 관련된 유사한 제품개발의 참고 자료를 마련 하고자 하였다.

선택취수에 의한 2차원 밀도류의 흐름특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study on the Velocity Structure of 2-D Density Current Induced by Selective Withdrawal)

  • A series of laboratory experiments has been performed to investigate the flow characteristics of 2-dimensional density currents induced by selective withdrawal, which is commonly suggested as a measure for removal of high turbid water from reservoirs. Saltwater has been used to simulate the density stratification over depth and PIV(Particel Image Velocimetry) for observing the velocity structure. Experimental conditions have been established according to Richardson number, which is the dimensionless number that expresses the ratio of potential to kinetic energy. From the experiments, the patterns of longitudinal decay of centerline axial velocity induced by the withdrawal have been distinguished from other experimental cases. The rate of longitudinal decay increase as the Richardson number increases. The variations of volumetric and momentum flux along the longitudinal axis have also shown to be dependent on Richardson number.

삼생음(三生飮)이 실험동물(實驗動物)의 심혈관계(心血管系) 및 혈류장애개선(血流障碍改善)에 미치는 효과(效果) (Effects of Samsaengyeum on the Cardiovascular System in the Experimental Animal)

  • The present experiments were designed to investigate the effects of Samsaengyeum. water extracts on the Cardiovascular System in the Experimental Animals. Thus, the changes of blood pressure and heart rate were measured after oral administration. Measurement of Mortality rate was observed for measuring the effect of Samsaengyeum water extract Samsaengyeum water extract against pulmonary thromboembolism induced by collagen the mixture(0.1me/10g, 2mg/kg B.W) plus serotonin(5mg/kg B.W) in mouse. The effect of Samsaengyeiim water extract was examined by observing the change of collagen-induced platelet aggregation, coagulation activity, ex vivo and in vitro fibrinolytic activity of euglobulin fraction in rats. The results were summarized as followings. 1. Samsaengyeum dropped the blood pressure in spontaneous hypertensive rat. 2. The drug increased the auricular blood flow in rabbit. 3. The drug relaxed the artery contraction by pretreated norepinephrine in rat. 4. The drug inhibited the death rate of mouse which was led to thromboembolism by serotonin and collagen. 5. The drug inhibited the platelet aggregation in rat. 6. The drug prolonged the prothrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time on the test of plasma coagulation factor activity in rat, but was not valuable. 7. The drug reduced the fibrinogen lyses time and increased the lyses area of rat. 8. Samsaengyeum reduced fibrinogen lyses time of rat in vitro assay. According to the above mentioned results, Samsaengyeum increased the blood flow and dropped the blood pressure by the dilation of blood vessel. And the drug inhibited the platelet aggregation.

  • Despite the increasing importance of manufacturing and application R&D for ultrapure deionized water and electrolyzed ion water, various and systematic studies have not been conducted until now. In this study, the electrostatic discharge (ESD) behavior of electrolyzed ion water using a proton exchange membrane(PEM) was evaluated according to the type, flow rate, and bubble of electrolyzed ion water. In addition, by observing that Oxidation Reduction Potential (ORP) value returns to the unique value of electrolyzed ion water after electrostatic discharge, the possibility of two types of ions participating in electrostatic discharge ((H2O)n+ (assumed)) and ions for maintaining the characteristics of electrolyzed water could be inferred. In order to confirm the chemical structure and characteristics of the cations, in-depth research related to water molecular orbital energy or band gap should be followed.

폐기물 매립시설의 배수층 및 보호층으로서의 Geo-Multicell-Composite(GMC)의 적합성에 관한 연구 (A Feasibility Study on GMC (Geo-Multicell-Composite) of the Leachate Collection System in Landfill)

  • 폐기물 매립시설은 침출수의 발생 및 누출로 인하여 인근 지표수나 지하수의 오염을 초래할 수 있기 때문에 각별한 관리가 요구된다. 침출수는 차수층의 설치로 인하여 외부로 누출되지 않으나, 매립 중 날카로운 폐기물이나 매립장비로부터 차수층이 손상 받을 우려가 있기 때문에 차수층을 보호할 수 있는 시설이 필요하다. 국내에서는 1999년에 폐기물관리법이 개정되면서 폐기물 매립시설 사면부 위 토목합성수지라이너를 보호하고 침출수를 원활하게 배수시키기 위한 보호 및 배수층의 설치를 의무화하였으며, 차수층을 보호하는 동시에 침출수를 신속히 배수시켜 줄 수 있는 기술들이 연구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 배수망에 투수성이 우수한 충진재를 삽입하는 방법을 착안하여 폐기물 매립시설 사면부 차수층 위에서 침출수 집배수 및 보호층(Leachate Collection Removal and Protection System, LCRPs)으로서 Geo-Multicell-Composite(GMC)의 적용가능성을 알아보기 위하여 침출수의 배수기능과 차수층의 보호기능에 대하여 연구하고자 한다. GMC의 수평투과능계수를 측정한 결과 $8.0{\times}10^{-4}m^2/s$로 법적기준을 만족시켰다. 또한 GMC의 충진재로 사용된 쇄석은 수직투수계수가 5.0cm/s, 꿰뚫림강도는 140.2kgf로 매우 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. GMC 모형시실에서 인공강우를 통한 강우배출실험 결과, 최대유량인 1120L/hr로 살포시에도 표면 유출수 없이 약 92 ~ 97%가 침투되었다. 추후에는 충진재로 사용된 쇄석 대신 재활용골재 등을 사용하여 재활용골재의 활용성 증가와 그로 인한 시공비용 절감의 효과에 대한 연구가 기대된다.
