공간정보의 탐색과정에 나타난 시각정보획득특성에 관한 연구 - 지하철 홀 공간의 주시실험을 대상으로 - (A Study on the Features of Visual-Information Acquirement Shown at Searching of Spatial Information - With the Experiment of Observing the Space of Hall in Subway Station -)

  • This study has analyzed the meaning of observation time in the course of acquiring the information of subjects who observed the space of hall in subway stations to figure out the process of spatial information excluded and the features of intensive searching. The followings are the results from the analysis of searching process with the interpretation of the process for information acquirement through the interpretation of observation area and time. First, based on the general definition of observation time, the reason for analyzing the features of acquiring spatial information according to the subjects' observation time has been established. The feature of decreased analysis data reflected that of observation time in the process of perceiving and recognizing spatial information, which showed that the observation was focused on the enter of the space during the time spent in the process of observing the space and the spent time with considerable exclusion of bottom end (in particular, right bottom end). Second, while the subjects were observing the space of hall in subway stations, they focused on the top of the left center and the signs on the right exit the most, which was followed by the focus on the both side horizontally and the clock on the top. Third, the analysis of consecutive observation frequency enabled the comparison of the changes to the observation concentration by area. The difference of time by area produced the data with which the change to the contents of spatial searching in the process of searching space could be known. Fourth, as the observation frequency in the area of I changed [three times -> six times -> 9 times], the observation time included in the area increased, which showed the process for the change from perception to recognition of information with the concentration of attention through visual information. It makes it possible to understand that more time was spent on the information to be acquired with the exclusion of the unnecessary information around.

공간주시특성의 유형화를 위한 시간범위설정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the set-up of Time Range for Typology of Space Observation Characters)

  • This study is for the analysis to which element of space the users observing the lobby at a public space pay more attention for their visual perception. It is focused on the typology process of observation characters. The subjects, in the observation process, came to be interested in the circumstantial clues for space perception and the detailed characters drawing their interest. I could analyze the observation characters of the subjects observing the space by the comprehension and typology of their observation characters. First, from the viewpoint of successive 9 times of observations, each subject observed for 0.32 second to get the visual perception in the applied space, but spent another 0.39 second for the exploration of another observation object or the space roaming. The observation character of the subjects at the lobby of the public space selected for this experiment was that they spent more time on space exploration than on concentration on a point in the space. Second, I analyzed the typology process through the time range. Since the subjects' frequency varied depending on the way to set up the time range, the necessity was proposed that the time range for the analysis of observation characters should be set up more objectively. Third, in case of analyzing the observation characters by 10-second-unit time range, the concentration in the beginning and the middle was 25%, and that in the beginning and the final 41.7%, which showed that 75% of the subjects concentrated in the beginning of the observation time when the concentration in the beginning is added to it. Fourth, the type 3 categorized as "concentration in the beginning and the middle" is the group 47.1 percent of the subjects belong to, and each subject concentrated 1.1 times in the beginning and 2.1 times in the final, which showed that the concentration in the final was 1.75 times as high as that in the beginning.

동작관찰이 뇌졸중 환자의 환측 상지 기민성에 미치는 영향 : 단일사례연구 (The Effect of Action Observation Training on Affected Side Upper Limb Dexterity in Stroke Patient : Single-subject research design)

  • Purpose : The purpose of present study was to determine effects of action observation training on upper limb function after stroke. Training was progressed to imitation and intensive training after observation to required action in ADL. Methods : Among the single case study was used to ABA design. pre base line(A) was only collected participant information without intervention in 5 times. action observation intervention(B) was carried out 10 times and 5 times to base lime(A) after intervention. Results : Results indicated that 10-second test, box and block test, manual function test was increased when compared action observation intervention(B) to pre base line(A). Conclusion : To stroke action observation training was evaluated gross manipulation, dexterity and upper limb function in related with ADL. action observation training benefits were maintained after intervention(B) and showed improvement on upper limb function of stroke.

초등학교 학급 운영의 일환으로서 식물 관찰 활동의 효과 (Effects of Plant Observation Activities as a Strategy for Classroom Management in the Elementary School)

  • 본 연구는 초등학교 3학년 학급에서 학급 운영의 일환으로 식물 관찰 활동을 1년 동안 진행하며 학생들에게 미친 효과가 무엇인지 탐색한 연구이다. 식물 관찰 활동의 효과를 살펴보기 위해 식물 관찰 활동을 시간적인 순서에 따라 기술하며 관찰 유형을 분석하였고, 학생들이 느낀 인식적 정서를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 꾸준한 식물 관찰 활동은 학생들의 관찰 유형에 의미 있는 변화를 일으켰다. 둘째, 식물 관찰 활동은 학생들이 긍정적인 정서를 가지고 참여하도록 유도하였다. 즉, 꾸준한 식물 관찰 활동은 학생들이 다양한 감각을 활용하여 관찰하도록 하였고, 흥미를 높이고 호기심을 키우며 재밌게 참여한 후에는 만족을 주는 배움을 이끌어냈다.

부모-영아 놀이 상호작용 관찰척도 개발을 위한 연구 (Developing the Parent Play Interaction Observation Scale (PPIOS) for Toddlers)

  • Objective: This study aimed to develop a parent play interaction observation scale (PPIOS-Toddler) and analyze it in terms of item discrimination, reliability, and validity. Methods: The subjects of the study were 97 toddlers and mothers. This scale consisted of three categories, six domains and 22 items on a 5-point scale. For the item discrimination of the observation scale, an independent standard t-test was conducted to analyze the significant difference in average between the upper and lower groups for each item. The reliability of the observation scale was calculated by Cronbach's α, the intra-item agreement, and the validity was examined through content validity, the correlation between subdomains and total scores, and official validity using PICCOLO. Results: In item discrimination analysis, all items exhibited differences between upper and lower groups. The overall internal agreement for the observation scale was 0.95, with factor-specific internal agreement ranging from 0.83 to 0.95. The observation scale demonstrated notable correlations between total scores and sub-factors (0.45 to 0.93) and significant correlations with PICCOLO total scores (0.66 to 0.86). Conclusion/Implications: The study successfully verified the item discrimination, reliability, and validity of the Parent Play Interaction Observation Scale (PPIOS-Toddler).

CFD 모델을 이용한 도시지역 지상바람 관측환경 평가 (Assessment of Observation Environment for Surface Wind in Urban Areas Using a CFD model)

  • Effects of buildings and topography on observation environment of surface wind in central regions of urban areas are investigated using a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model. In order to reflect the characteristics of buildings and topography in urban areas, geographic information system (GIS) data are used to construct surface boundary input data. For each observation station, 16 cases with different inflow directions are considered to evaluate effects of buildings and topography on wind speed and direction around the observation station. The results show that flow patterns are very complicated due to the buildings and topography. The simulated wind speed and direction at the location of each observation station are compared with those of inflow. As a whole, wind speed at observation stations decreases due to the drag effect of buildings. The decrease rate of wind speed is strongly related with total volume of buildings which are located in the upwind direction. It is concluded that the CFD model is a very useful tool to evaluate location of observation station suitability. And it is expected to help produce wind observation data that represent local scale excluding the effects of buildings and topography in urban areas.

한국형수치예보모델 자료동화에서 위성 복사자료 관측오차 진단 및 영향 평가 (Diagnostics of Observation Error of Satellite Radiance Data in Korean Integrated Model (KIM) Data Assimilation System)

  • The observation error of satellite radiation data that assimilated into the Korean Integrated Model (KIM) was diagnosed by applying the Hollingsworth and Lönnberg and Desrozier techniques commonly used. The magnitude and correlation of the observation error, and the degree of contribution for the satellite radiance data were calculated. The observation errors of the similar device, such as Advanced Technology Microwave Sounder (ATMS) and Advanced Microwave Sounding Unit-A shows different characteristics. The model resolution accounts for only 1% of the observation error, and seasonal variation is not significant factor, either. The observation error used in the KIM is amplified by 3-8 times compared to the diagnosed value or standard deviation of first-guess departures. The new inflation value was calculated based on the correlation between channels and the ratio of background error and observation error. As a result of performing the model sensitivity evaluation by applying the newly inflated observation error of ATMS, the error of temperature and water vapor analysis field were decreased. And temperature and water vapor forecast field have been significantly improved, so the accuracy of precipitation prediction has also been increased by 1.7% on average in Asia especially.

중량식 원형 적설판 개발에 관한 연구 (Development of Weight Type Rounded Snow Plate)

  • We need water equivalent unit data of snowfall for the purpose of forecast and hydrology related research area. This study developed new method of automatic recording snowfall as weight unit with circle type plate using stain-gauge loadcell. Field test of instrument carried out at Daegwallyeong Obs. Station from 20 to 23 Jan. 2008 during heavy snowfall. There is 74.2cm snow depth and 54.6mm precipitation by Daegwallyeong Obs. Station. But the instrument of this study recorded 71.0mm of precipitation amount. Because of different observation method can cause more 15.4mm than Daegwallyeong Obs. Station. But this study gives the possibility of observation of new snow fall measurement under freezing conditions of snow. From the observation data the density of snowfall calculated from 0.09 to $1015g/cm_3$ from the observation period. And have a good relations between manual observation and automatic observation data from this study instrument with slope of 1.35 to 1.39.

  • 연구의 목적은 아동평가 중 관찰의 유형과 기능에 대해 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 다른 분야와 마찬가지로 아동의 평가에는 관찰, 면담, 표준화된 평가 방식들이 다양하게 이용된다. 감각통합 치료접근을 사용하는 치료사들의 경우, 아동 평가 중 특히 초기평가에서 기본적으로 관찰법을 이용한다. 명확한 관찰은 평가의 신뢰성과 타당성을 높이는 근간이 된다. 따라서 관찰의 기본적인 방법들과 요소에 대해 알아봄으로써, 향후 치료사의 관찰능력을 제고하는데 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

$\cdot$중학생의 관찰, 예상, 가설의 이해 (Elementary and Middle School Students' Understanding of Observation, Prediction, and Hypothesis)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the elementary and middle school students' understanding of observation, prediction, and hypothesis in everyday and science educational contexts. The questionnaires for testing understanding of three categories were developed, which obtained Cronbach alpha .91. It was consisted of 40 questions of 10 items related to observation, prediction, and hypothesis. Thy test was administrated to 868 subjects from grade 3 to grade 9. The results showed that the each level of their understanding of observation, prediction, and hypothesis ranged between $29{\~}58\%$, $43{\~}53\%$, and $10{\~}25\%$. The level of understanding of observation and prediction showed tendency to promote increasingly from grade 3 to grade 9, but the level of hypothesis did not.
