This is the first report of Aulotrachichthys prosthemius (Jordan and Fowler), belonging to the family Trachichthyidae, collected in Korea. One specimens (74.8 mm in standard length) were caught in the coastal waters of Jeju Island by using the bottom trawl. This species was characterized by the following morphological traits: V, 13 dorsal fins; III, 9 anal fins; the striated area along the ventral side of the body reaches to the tip of last anal rays and the post-temporal spine is sharp, pointed and with serrated edge. We propose a new Korean name, "Eeun-jool-geum-nun-dom-sok" and "Eeun-jool-geum-nun-dom" for the genus and species, respectively.

A taxonomic study of the family Macrouridae was conducted using fish collections deposited in the Department of Biology, Chonbuk National University, Chonju, Korea and the East Sea Fisheries Research Institute, Korea. Among these collections were specimens of four species belonging to the genera Coryphaenoides and Coelorinchus: Coryphaenoides marginatus, C. microps, Coelorinchus (Abyssicola) macrochir, and C. formosanus. These specimens represent the first records of the species from Korean waters and from the East Sea (Japan Sea). Only four species (Coelorinchus longissimus, C. multispinulosus, C. japonicus, and C. parallelus) had previously been recorded from the East Sea. The Korean names "Keun-nun-gin-ga-si-min-te" (for Coryphaenoides marginatus), "Jak-eun-nun-gin-ga-si-min-te" (for C. microps), "Gin-pal-kko-ri-min-te" (for Coelorinchus macrochir), and "Ta-i-wan-kko-ri-min-te" (for Coelorinchus formosanus) are herein given to these species.

본 논문은 2500V급 planar type의 NPT(Nun-Punch Through)형 IGBT설계 및 제작에 앞서 IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor)소자가 갖는 구조적 변수가 전기적 특성 (Breakdown Voltage, Turnoff Time, Saturation Voltage, 등)결과에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 IGBT 소자가 갖는 구조적 손실을 최적화 하는데 목표를 두었다. 최적화의 진행은 공정 시뮬레이터인 Tsuprem4와 디바이스 분석 시뮬레이터인 MEDICI를 이용하여 소자가 갖는 각각의 parameter값이 전기적 특성에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로 진행 되어졌으며, 향후 고속철 등과 같은 대용량 산업에 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

One specimen of the percophid fish, Pteropsaron evolans Jordan and Snyder and two specimens of the labrid fish, Xyrichtys verrens (Jordan and Evermann) were newly collected from Jeju Island of Korea. P. evolans is characterized by having one pair of spines at snout, cheek without scales, and elongated first dorsal fin in male. X. verrens is easily distinguished by having tip of pectoral fin black, many rows of scales on cheek, and an elongated pelvic fin. We describe as new to Korean fish fauna and propose new Korean names, "Sil-nun-tung-i" for the former and "Jang-mi-ok-du-nol-rae-gi" for the latter.

Bei der vorliegenden Arbeit geht es in erster Linie urn die Frage, ob das Kooprationsprinzip und die Konversationsmaximen von Grice als universale Prinzipien angenommen werden $k\"{o}nnen$. Diese Fragestellung $erw\"{a}chst$ aus der Beobachtung, $da{\ss}$ Grices Prinzipien in manchen $F\"{a}llen$ des Sprachgebrauches nicht als universal geltend erscheinen. Solche $F\"{a}lle$ finden sich vor allem in der Werbesprache, beim geschlechtsunterschied1ich betrachteten Sprachgebrauch und im Bereich der sozio-kulturell bedingten Kontexte des Sprachgebrauchs. In derartigen $F\"{a}llen\;haben\;n\"{a}mlich$ die konkreten Zwecke des Sprachgebrauches $Priorit\"{a}t$ vor sprachtheoretischen Prinzipien. Die $\"{U}berlegungen$ der vorliegenden Abhandlung zeigen nun, dass wir es dabei im Einzelfall zwar mit sehr unterschiedlichen und fallspezifischen Spracherscheinungen zu tun haben, dass diese sich aber mit Hilfe von ethnolinguistischen Untersuchungen $schlie{\ss}lich$ dennoch als Parameter unter universalen Prinzipien $erkl\"{a}ren$ lassen.

Die Erscheinung van den elektrischen Schriften und Hypertexte, die $\"{u}ber$ raum-zeitlichen Dimensionen und linearen Charakter der traditionellen Texte $\"{u}berschreiten,\;pr\"{a}gt$ gerade unsere postmoderne bzw. nomadische Gesellschaft. Also der Zeitalter der Mediapolis ist schon da. In diesem Zusammenhang sollte die Textwissenschaft nicht nur auf die traditionelle Analyse der Sprachsystemen, sondern eher auf die semiotische Ambiente und ihre erkenntnistheoretische Folgen Aufmerksamkeit lenken. Daher mochte ich hier bisherige Begriffskategorien der traditionellen Textlinguistik wie Zentrum vs. Paripherie, hierarchische Struktur, $Linearit\"{a}t\;\"{u}berwinden:$ Stattdessen $l\"{a}{\ss}t$ sich die Eigenschaft der Hypertexte wie Schreiben und Plagiate, Link und Knote usw. als eine holistische $Verarbeitungs­modalit\"{a}t$ betonen. In diesem $Proze\ss$ spielen nun die medientechnischen Evolutionen $f\"{u}r$ Entwicklung der Medienhandlungs-schernata zwischen den Kommunikationspartner eine entscheidende Rolle. Bei unserer aktuellen Ph\"{a}nomenologie$ geht es nicht um reine Sprache, sondern eher um synkretisches Zeichen: nicht Text, sondern Hypertext steht im Mittelpunkt der Interesse. Allerdings, Hypertext bleibt auch als eine mogliche Alternative, bis eine andere Alternative in Erscheinung tritt.

The purpose of this study nun to obtain basic information about the state of the physically disabled due to neurological impairments in order to provide precise data for planning and evaluating the Community Based Rehabilitation in Uiwang. The results were 1) the total number of registered disabled adults with cerebral vascular accident in this city consulted was 80 and the Prevalence rate was 1.0575 of total disabled Persons, 2) under 100 of the score of activity of daily living(ADL) with the subjects was 41.245 as Functional Independence Measure(FIM) and 3) ender 20 of the score of motor ability with the subjects was $45.1\%$ as Motor Assessment Scale(MAS). This results show that rehabilitation program for community based rehabilitation(CBR) should set up for each level of motor ability and ADL.

TORT is employed for fast neutron fluence calculation at the reactor pressure vessel. KORI Unit 1 reactor at cycle 1 is modeled for this calculation. Three-dimensional cycle averaged assembly power distributions for KORI Vnit 1 at cycle 1 are calculated by using the core physics code, NESTLE 5.0. The root mean square error is within 4.3% compared with NDR (Nuclear Design Report) far all burnup steps. The C/E (Calculated/Experimental) values for the in-vessel dosimeters distribute between 0.98 and 1.36. The most updated cross-section library. BUGLE-96 based on ENDF/B-VI is used for the neutron fluence calculation. The makimum fast neutron nun calculated on reactor pressure vessel for KORI Unit 1 operated for 411.41 effgctive full power days is 1.784x10$^{18}$ n/$\textrm{cm}^2$. The position of the maximum neutron fluence in RPV wall 1/4 T is nearby 60cm below the midplane at zero degree.

Information structure can be conveyed by prosodic structure (Poser 1984 for Japanese; Inkelas and Leben 1990 for Hausa; Cho 1990 for Korean; Hayes and Lahiri 1991 for Bengali; Selkirk and Shen 1990 for Shanghai Chinese). Different subfields of linguistics and different theoretical perspectives suggest many distinct types of information structure: topic vs. comment, focus vs. background. old vs. new information, etc. The purpose of this paper is to investigate phonetic realizations of focus and topic among these information structures in Korean. For this purpose, we conduct a phonetic experiment where we examine duration, pitch and dephrasing in focus and topic structures. We make four findings through this study. First, duration of 'nun' varies depending on the information structure of the following constituent. Second, the degree of accentual phrase-initial rising is larger in contrastive topic and focused phrases than in neutral phrases. Third, a contrastive topic phrase always constitutes an Intonation Phrase on its own. Fourth, dephrasing occurs variously depending on gender and the number of the syllables within a phrase.
