This paper presents the theoretical development of a complete navigation problem of a nonholonomic mobile robot by using ultrasonic sensors. To solve this problem, a new method to computer a fuzzy perception of the environment is presented, dealing with the uncertainties and imprecision from the sensory system and taking into account nonholonomic constranits of the robot. Fuzzy perception, fuzzy controller are applied, both in the design of each reactive behavior and solving the problem of behavior combination, to implement a fuzzy behavior-based control architecture. The performance of the proposed obstacle avoidance robot controller in order to determine the exact dynamic system modeling system that uncertainty is difficult for nomadic controlled robot direction angle by ultrasonic sensors throughout controlled performance tests. In additionally, this study is an in different ways than the self-driving simulator in the development of ultrasonci sensors and unmanned remote control techniques used by the self-driving robot controlled driving through an unmanned remote controlled unmanned realize the performance of factory antomation.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between thought systems of post-structuralism by Deleuze and digital culture which is the core topic of social and cultural discussion. And this study also aims to grasp the diversity and movable thinking shown in fashion illustration from the aesthetic thought systems of post-structuralism theory by Deleuze. Furthermore, this study intends to ascertain the concrete representation characteristics and its significance of fashion illustration by analyzing works on the basis of the above-mentioned theory. What are discussed in this paper can be summarized as follows First, this study examined the post-structuralism which supplies the theoretic basis for figuring out the principles of diversity and movable thinking. Second, this study examined the relationship between the open structure and movable individuality of Deleuze who is a representative scholar of post- structuralism. Third, this study analyzed the representative characteristics and aesthetic value to which the principles of post-structuralism, derived from the aesthetic theory of Deleuze, was applied.

최근 전 세계적으로 5G 이동통신 표준화 및 연구개발이 시작되었다. 기존의 4세대까지의 이동통신은 주로 가정, 사무실 등 보행자 중심의 Nomadic 환경에 최적화된 형태이고 120km/h 이상의 고속환경에서는 통신접속이 끊어지지 않는 정도의 서비스에 한정되었다. 최근에는 스마트폰 중심의 모바일 데이터 서비스 사용량이 매년 가파른 증가세를 보이며 보행자 중심의 저속환경뿐만 아니라 지하철, 고속철 등 그룹이동체 내에서의 서비스도 점차 중요해지고 있다. 이동 중인 차량 내에서 일반 사용자들은 차량외부의 이동통신망을 통해 직접 서비스를 받을 수도 있고 이동무선백홀과 결합된 WLAN 혹은 펨토셀과 같은 차량내 이동 핫스팟 네트워크(MHN)형태로 서비스를 받을 수 있다. 최근 5G 이동통신에서는 고속환경(최대 500km/hr)에서도 최적의 서비스 품질을 유지하도록 요구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 그룹이동체 내의 이동소형셀의 지원을 위한 이동무선백홀 기술의 동향을 분석하고 향후 수 Gbps급 이상의 데이터 전송속도를 지원할 수 있는 밀리미터파 기반의 MHN 이동무선백홀 기술을 소개한다.

Ultra Wide Bandwidth (UWB) spread-spectrum techniques will playa key role in short range wireless connectivity supporting high bit rates availability and low power consumption. UWB can be used in the design of wireless local and personal area networks providing advanced integrated multimedia services to nomadic users within hot-spot areas. Thus the assessment of the possible interference caused by UWB devices on already existing narrowband and wideband systems is fundamental to ensure nonconflicting coexistence and, therefore, to guarantee acceptance of UWB technology worldwide. In this paper, we study the coexistence issues between an indoor UWB-based system (hot-spot) and outdoor point to point (PP) links and Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) systems operating in the 3.5 - 5.0 GHz frequency range. We consider a realistic UWB master/slave system architecture and we show through computer simulation, that in all practical cases UWB system can coexist with PP and FWA without causing any dangerous interference.

Jini는 네트워크를 통해 사람이나, 기기, 프로그램이 특정 자원을 찾거나 사용하고자 할 때, 관리자의 개입 없이 유연하게 동작하게 하는 분산 미들웨어의 하나이다. 기존의 Jini 서비스는 Lookup Service 데몬(Httpd, Reggie. Rmid)이 실행되어 Discovery, Join, Lookup, Service Invocation의 과정을 통해 이루어지는데, 데몬 fault 발생 시 어떠한 해결점이 없다는 것이 문제점이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 Jini 서비스 데몬 손실로 인한 Jini 서비스의 Fault 문제를 해결하기 위해 Grid환경 하에서 그리드 서비스를 사용하여 Jini 서비스에 Fault Tolerance를 제공하는 시스템의 구조와 방법을 제시한다.

최근 단순한 이동수단의 목적인 자동차에서 IT기술을 접목시킨 스마트 자동차로의 패러다임 변환을 시도하고 있다. 이러한 ITS(Intelligent Transportation System)기반 스마트 자동차에는 기본적으로 차량 통신 네트워크 기술인 V2X(Vehicle-to-Infra/Vehicle/Nomadic)가 통신기술부분으로 이용되고 있다. V2X는 차량과 차량, 인프라, 모바일간의 통신을 도로차량에 적용한 모든 형태의 통신방식을 지칭하는 용어를 의미한다. 이러한 V2X 통신기술을 사용하기 위해서는 각 통신기술마다 주파수가 필요하며 ITU-R에서는 관련 주파수를 권고하고 있다. 하지만 국내 ITS 서비스용으로 할당된 주파수가 ITU-R의 권고사항 및 국외 현황과 상이하여 국내 차량 간 통신 기술 표준화가 보류 상태에 있으며 기술개발이 늦어지고 있는 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 국내외 ITS 주파수 할당 현황을 비교하였고, 해외 ITS 산업 동향 및 기술개발동향에 대해서도 살펴보았다. 본 연구 결과는 국내 ITS 주파수 재분배 혹은 추가 할당에 대한 정책 결정시 참고가 될 수 있을 것이다.

널리 보급된 컴퓨터와 인터넷 그리고 모바일기기의 발달은 우리사회에 큰 변화를 주었다. 이는 이동성을 제공하면서 휴대 인터넷을 사용할 수 있는 서비스를 절실히 필요로 하게 되었고 그러한 요구에 부응하여 WiBro가 탄생하였다. 본 논문에서는 WiBro의 Downlink(DL)와 Uplink(UL)의 속도를 다양한 환경에서 현재 시판중인 WiBro 모뎀으로 성능을 평가해 보았고, 그 결과 WiBro에서 추구하는 DL:UL의 비율과 비슷하게 나옴을 확인하였다. 하지만 서비스 지역의 건물 내에서 WiBro의 서비스를 원활하게 받지 못하는 문제점을 발견하였고, 그 해결책으로 Fixed RS, Nomadic RS, 그리고 Mobile RS 3가지 방식을 제안하였다. 특히 건물의 경우는 Fixed RS(Relay Station)에서 Broadcast message 방식과 Wake-up 방식을 사용하도록 제안하였다.

In Mongolia which consists of nomadic populations, horse has been loved by nomads and considered most important transportation means. Horses have been used when they were making long journey looking for new plain ground for grazing. Therefore, horse is closely connected with Mongolian nomadic culture. In Korea, too, horses had been considered one of most important means for transportation and military. The symbolism of horse that is represented in both Mongolia and Korea is Heavenly Horse which communicates with the God and it was sanctified as a Sacrificing Horse which was sent to God for sacrifice, and it was even worshiped as Divine Horse, the diety. As is the case of two of Mongolian customs associated with Mongolian language are 'the ceremony of horse's giving birth her young' and 'the ceremony of letting the mare go where it was before', all the cases are related with cattle's milk. The ceremony of 'horse's giving birth her young' is the ceremony where people hope that they would see the young can grow well which were born in early summer thus increasing the numbers of horse. To go with this, they perform a ceremony of Chachal in which they sprinkle the best quality white milk which is the symbol of good luck and hope they would produce plentiful of dairy products. The ceremony of 'letting the mare go where it was before' is also the ceremony where people hope to have many new born young horses thus produce more dairy products and Airag for the next year as milking is no more available for that you. Since the unified Silla Era, Koreans have performed a sacrifice rituals to horse in auspicious day. It's purpose is to see their horses get no disease and bear as many youngs as possible. The Back Ins Je, one of well blown festivals in Jeju Island, was originated from people's wish to prosper in stock farming. It can be said that the custom of Korea and Mongolia related with horse's giving birth was originated from the wishes to god for fertility and fecundity. On top of that, while Mongolians sprinkled horse's milk both on the ground and to the air hoping they would have increased houses and, thus, secure many dairy products, Koreans wish that they would see the increased number of horses and their healthy conditions through heavenly rituals.

The purpose of this study is to attempt to interpret golf courses as event-generating spaces with consideration given to the time factor. Through a golf game, a variety of events such as the tee shot, second shot, putt, and hole out are generated. These events have been connected to a series of events after hole out such as birdie, par, bogey and so on. The series of events do not always occur in the same way. They reveal unexpected changes over time. These unexpected changes cause changes in the spatial characteristics and offer unforgettable memories for golfers. Gilles Deleuze mentioned the spatial characteristics as striated space and smooth space. Striated space can be defined as sedentary space. It is distant vision-optical space that has dimensional, metric and centered characteristics, whereas smooth space is defined as nomadic, close vision-haptic space that has directional and acentered characteristics. This study focused on the analysis of spatial characteristics according to striated space and smooth space. Golf courses generally show the characteristics of striated space before beginning the game. As soon as the game begins, however, the golf courses are converted into an event-generating space. The characteristics of striated space are transformed into smooth space, a nomadic space that amplifies the dynamic, changeable, de-scaled and non-metric system. Through the whole game, this transformation is dramatically repeated. On the other hand, the golfer, the subject of the game, senses the phenomenological experience in the process of orientation, center, definition, and domestication.

While the Internet keeps its permeation into every aspect of human life, two things stand out. One is the requirement for high quality of services to support multimedia data service.'The other is the desire for ubiquitous network connection. Combining the two things makes the Internet possible in supporting multimedia communications for nomadic users on the locomotion. To support QoS communication for mobile users by applying RSVP to Mobile IP, RSVP Tunnel, which specifies building separately a RSVP session between the home agent and the foreign agent, was proposed. However, the RSVP Tunnel method breeds bandwidth overhead and association problems in tunnel because of duplicated RSVP messages use. To resolve these problems, in this paper, we propose the new encapsulation method, the RSVP-in-IP Encapsulation (RIPE) that can support QoS guaranteed service efficicntly in Mobile IP networks. The proposed method supports RSVP mobility to Mobile If tunneling mechanism efficiently without any additional session as the RSVP Tunnel scheme. Moreover it removes the critical problems of bandwidth overhead in a tunnel and association by duplicated messages. We compared the performance of our proposed scheme with RSVP Tunnel scheme in term of mean delay, mean data rate and bandwidth overhead in tunnel.
