업무시간 외 SNS를 통해 업무전달이 직무성과에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Work Delivery using SNS out of Duty Hours on Job Performance)

  • 중국 직장에서는 소위 '신형 야간근무'라 불리는 WeChat이나 QQ와 같은 SNS를 사용한 업무전달이 보편화되는 있다. 본 연구는 업무시간 외 SNS를 통한 업무전달이 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 실증분석하는 것이다. 중국 직장인 310명을 대상으로 설문조사 하여 가설들을 검증하기 위해 구조방정식모형분석을 활용하였다. 분석결과, 근무시간 외에 SNS를 통해 빈번하게 업무전달 연락을 받게 되면 직무스트레스가 커지고, 일-가정 간 갈등을 심화시켜 업무에 대한 열정을 감소시켜 그 결과 직무성과 마저 저하되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 업무시간 외 SNS 활용이 직무성과에 긍정적인 효과를 가져온다는 기존연구결과와는 다른 견해를 제공해 관련 이론정립에 시사점을 제공한다. 또한 향후 연구에서는 이러한 상반된 견해를 융합하는데 조절효과의 영향에 대한 분석이 필요할 것이다.

The Effects of Logistics Technology Acceptance in the Fourth Industrial Revolution on Logistics Safety Performance: The Moderated Mediating Effect of Logistics Safety Behavior through Safety Culture

  • Purpose - This study aims to examine the relationships between the acceptance of the 4th industrial revolution logistics technology, logistics safety behavior, and logistics safety performance, as well as the moderated mediating effects of logistics safety behavior through safety culture in Korea. Design/methodology - Research models and hypotheses were established based on prior research related to the 4th industrial revolution logistics technology, logistics safety, and logistics performance. The survey was conducted on the employees of logistics companies, and reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, discriminant validity analysis, structural equation model analysis, and mediating effect analysis were performed. In addition, the moderated mediating effect analysis applying SPSS Process Model No. 7 was conducted. Findings - Usefulness and sociality of the acceptance of the 4th industrial revolution logistics technology had a significant effect on logistics safety behavior. Ease of use, sociality, and efficiency had meaningful effect on logistics safety performance. And in the relationships between the acceptance of logistics technology and logistics safety performance, logistics safety behavior had a significant mediating effect. But the moderated mediating effect of safety behavior through safety culture was not significant. Logistics companies can improve logistics safety performance through the utilization of new logistics technologies such as intelligent logistics robots, autonomous driving technology, and artificial intelligence, etc. Originality/value - This is the first study to analyze the relationships between the acceptance of logistics technology in the 4th industrial revolution and logistics safety. In addition, previous studies analyzed mediating effects or moderating effects, but this is the first study to identify the moderated mediating effects of safety behavior through safety culture. In other words, it has originality in terms of research methodology.

Prospects For The Development Of Distance Educational Learning Technologies During The Training Of Students Of Higher Education

  • This article identifies the problems and substantiates the directions for the development of distance learning technologies in the training of personnel. An example of using digital media to create a remote access laboratory is given. The article is devoted to the definition of the main aspects of the organization of distance education. Rapid digitization, economic, political and social changes taking place in Ukraine necessitate the reform of the education system. First of all, it concerns meeting the educational needs of citizens throughout their lives, providing access to educational and professional training for all who have the necessary abilities and adequate training. The most effective solution to the above-mentioned problems is facilitated by distance learning. The article analyzes the essence and methods of distance learning organization, reveals the features of the use of electronic platforms for the organization of this form of education in different countries of the world. The positive characteristics of distance learning are identified, namely: extraterritoriality; savings on transport costs; the interest of modern youth in the use of information tools in everyday life; increase in the number of students; simplicity and accessibility of training; convenient consultation system; democratic relations between the student and the teacher; convenience for organizations in training their employees without interrupting their regular work; low level of payment for distance education compared to traditional education; individual learning pace; new teacher status. Among the negative features of online education, the author refers to the following problems: authentication of users during knowledge verification, calculation of the teacher's methodological load and copyright of educational materials; the high labor intensity of developing high-quality educational content and the high cost of distance learning equipment; the need to provide users with a personal computer and access to the Internet; the need to find and use effective motivation mechanisms for education seekers.

  • Due to COVID-19, all activities in society are emphasized non-face-to-face, and the educational environment is changing without exception. Looking at the results of the survey after conducting non-face-to-face education, there was a lot of rejection of non-face-to-face practical education. The biggest reason was that instructors were not familiar with the non-face-to-face education method, and feedback was not smooth during or after education. In particular, software practice education was not easy to share the software development environment, but communication and feedback on class contents and tasks were important. In particular, if face-to-face and non-face-to-face are alternately variable, it is not easy for practical education to be consistently connected. Even if non-face-to-face hands-on education is changed to face-to-face hands-on education, we will present a plan to use a data sharing system such as question-and-answer, assignment, practice content, and board content so that it can proceed smoothly. This study presents an efficient software education process that can provide learners with a software integrated practice environment based on a shared server, question-and-answer between instructors and learners, and share feedback on tasks. For the verification of the presented process, the effectiveness was confirmed through the survey results by applying the face-to-face/non-face-to-face education process to 220 trainees for 30 months in software education classes such as A university hands-on education, B company new employees, and ICT education courses.

프랜차이즈 기업의 그린리더십과 환경매력도가 환경마케팅 전략과 전술 및 환경성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Franchise Firm's Green Leadership and Environmental Attractiveness on Environmental Marketing Strategy and Tactics, Environmental Performance)

  • Purpose - As environmental issues, along with the growth of companies, are accelerating, social interests in eco-friendly management that requires corporate social role and responsibility are increasing. The eco-friendly management activity reflects the changes in environmental awareness of consumers. Therefore, the eco-friendly images of companies influence consumers, and the establishing of eco-friendly management strategy has become a very important factor in the greenmarket. In this regard, this study examined the impacts of green leadership and environmental attractiveness on strategic environmental marketing, tactical environmental marketing, and environmental performance towards the employees of franchisee headquarters. Research design, data, and methodology - The survey was conducted towards the 800 headquarters among 2,600 brands that are registered with the Fair Trade Commission of Korea by mail. Among the total of 162 questionnaires collected, 7 respondents were excluded for their incompletion, and thus 155 responses were used in this study. The data were analyzed with SPSS 21.0 and SmartPLS 3.0. Frequency analysis was carried out to understand the general characteristics of the subjects, and confirmatory factor analysis to measure the reliability and validity of the measurement. Correlation analysis was conducted to identify the correlation between constructs, and structural equation modeling to examine the structural relationships among the constructs. Result and Conclusions - First, green leadership had a positive impact on strategic environmental marketing, tactical environmental marketing, and environmental performance. Second, environmental attractiveness had a positive effect on strategic environmental marketing, tactical environmental marketing, and environmental performance. Finally, strategic environmental marketing and tactical environmental marketing had positive impacts on environmental performance. This study can be recognized for proposing new perspectives on eco-friendly management strategy for firms to be able to win competitive superiority and performance by embedding awareness of the importance of environmental market and suggesting practical implications on understanding of environmental attractiveness, strategies and tactics of environmental management, and environmental performance in the franchise industry.

생성형 인공지능 초기 단계의 사용자경험(UX): Q-방법론을 통해 살펴본 30-40대 직장인의 편의와 우려 (User Experience (UX) in the Early Days of Generative AI : The benefits and concerns of employees in their 30s and 40s through the Q-methodology)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to examine the customer experience of generative AI among office workers aged 30 to 40, investigating usability, usefulness, and affect, and understanding concerns and expectations. Design/Methodology/Approach This research used Q methodology to assess the customer experience of generative AI. Users are engaged in a problem-solving journey, and data is collected by having participants rank 36 statements based on usability, usefulness, and affect, referred to as the three goals of User Experience. Participants use a forced distribution table with a scale from -5 to +5 to indicate the subjective importance of each statement. The results identified four groups, reflecting different perspectives and attitudes toward generative AI. Findings Participants express overall comfort with generative AI, perceive AI as more knowledgeable in unfamiliar domains, but harbor doubts about AI's understanding. Disagreements emerge on AI replacing humans, the value of unique human roles, data confidentiality, fears of AI advancement, and emotional impacts. Identified four groups: Users who treat AI as a soulless assistant and are active in business use, Uncle users who want to use new technologies properly and are not afraid of technology, users who recognize the limits of AI despite its efficiency, and users who require strong verification in the future. It has the potential to guide future guidelines, ethical codes, and regulations for the appropriate use of AI. In addition, this approach lays the groundwork for future empirical analyses of generative AI.

IT-BSC와 AHP를 사용한 유통매장 전자가격정보시스템 도입 전후 성과요인의 Priority-Gap 측정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Priority-Gap Measurement of Performance Factors Before and After Introduction of Electronic Price Information System in Retail Stores using IT-BSC and AHP)

  • 본 연구는 유통매장의 새로운 가격정보시스템으로서 국내 오프라인 매장으로 확산되고 있는 전자가격라벨(Electronic Shelf Labels; ESL) 시스템의 도입성과와 관련한 탐색적 실증연구이다. 연구의 수행을 위해서 성과요인으로서 8개의 측정항목을 IT-BSC 관점에서 도출하였고, 각 항목들 간의 우선순위를 상대 평가하기 위한 방법으로서 AHP 기법을 사용하였다. 약 1년 6개월 동안 진행된 설문조사를 통해서 ESL 시스템 도입 전후의 성과요인 측정항목들에 대한 매장 직원들의 우선순위 인식변화를 조사하였다. 조사결과 도입 전과 도입 후 사이에서 우선순위가 높은 항목들에 차이가 발생한 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 제품과 서비스에 대한 기대 요인과 사후 성과 간의 인식의 변화를 측정하는 데에 AHP 기법을 활용했다는 점에서 학술적 시사점을 제시하며, 사용경험의 성숙도에 따라 변화하는 고객가치제안을 위해 제품과 서비스의 지속적인 개선 필요성을 제기한다는 점에서 실무적 시사점을 제시하고 있다.

Working Anytime and Anywhere -Even When Feeling Ill? A Cross-sectional Study on Presenteeism in Remote Work

  • Background: Working despite feeling ill - presenteeism - is a widespread behavioral phenomenon. Previous research has shown that presenteeism is influenced by various work-related and personal factors. It's an illness behavior leading to a range of negative but also positive consequences. Due to coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, remote work has become the "new normal" for many employees. But so far, little is known about presenteeism in remote work. This study aims to investigate presenteeism in remote work by looking at the extent of remote presenteeism, differences to presenteeism in on-site work, and associated factors. Methods: A nationwide cross-sectional online survey was conducted in Germany with N = 233 participants. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, and correlation analysis. Results: The results reveal that presenteeism is prevalent in remote work x = 4.13 days (Md = 3; D = 2; s = 4.95). A low ability to detach from work (r = -.17; p = .005) and low supervisor support (r = -.14; p = .02) is associated with more remote presenteeism days. Remote working conditions seem to facilitate presenteeism. Conclusion: This study provides empirical insights into a subject area of great societal relevance. The results show that awareness should be raised for presenteeism in remote work. It should be regarded as a behavior that can be functional or dysfunctional, depending on the individual situation. Supervisor support and detachment should be fostered to help reduce dysfunctional presenteeism. Promotion of health literacy might help remote workers to decide on a health-oriented illness behavior. Further research is vital to analyze to what extent and under which circumstances presenteeism in remote work is (dys)functional and to derive clear recommendations.

AI 활용 무인 매장 서비스의 사용자 경험특성이 감정반응을 통해 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of User Experience Characteristics of AI Cashierless Store Service on Revisit Intention through Emotional Response)

  • AI의 발전으로 빠르게 확산하고 있는 무인 매장 서비스는 고객에게 새로운 쇼핑 경험을 경험하게 하였다. 그러나 기존의 소매업 서비스 연구는 종업원(사람)을 기준으로 한 평가가 주를 이루었다. 본 연구는 이러한 서비스평가를 무인 매장의 특성에 맞춰 재구성하여 서비스를 평가하고자 시작되었다. 또한, AI 무인 매장이 제공하는 서비스 경험특성이 고객의 긍정 또는 부정적인 감정에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 최종적으로 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향까지 살펴보려 한다. 본 연구 결과로 AI 무인 매장이 가지는 서비스 경험특성이 감정반응에 일부 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, AI 무인 매장 서비스 경험특성이 불러일으키는 긍정적 감정반응은 재방문을 유도하지만, 부정적 감정반응은 재방문을 저해하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 앞으로 더욱 발전하게 될 AI 무인 매장 서비스의 연구 발전에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

IT 기반의 공공서비스 혁신: 서울도시철도공사의 모바일 오피스 사례 (How IT Drives Innovations for Public Service: Mobile Office for Seoul Metropolitan Railway)

  • 안정적인 무선 네트워크 환경과 이동성이 강화된 스마트 휴대용 매체 보급에 힘입어 산업 경쟁력을 강화할 기술로서 모바일 오피스 시스템(Mobile Office System)이 주목받고 있다. 모바일 오피스 시스템이 기업 내 외부의 커뮤니케이션과 실시간 정보 공유 및 업무처리를 가능하게 함으로써 업무 효율성을 증진시킬 것이라는 기대하에 국내외적으로 공공기관과 대기업, 중소기업에 이르기까지 그 활용범위가 점차 확산되고 있다. 본 연구는 업무 특성을 고려하여 적합한 모바일 오피스 체계를 자체적으로 개발하여 활용한 사례를 선정하여 심층분석 하였다 사례 분석 대상으로 선정된 서울도시철도공사는 모바일 오피스 시스템 활용을 통해 직원들의 이동시간(10%)과 행정시간(10%)을 현저히 줄일 수 있었고, 그로 인해 근무시간의 대부분(80%)을 필요한 작업에 효율적으로 활용할 수 있게 되었다. 업무 생산성의 증가는 원가절감으로 이어졌고, 무엇보다 중요한 지표인 지하철의 안전도를 대폭 향상시켰다. 본 사례분석의 결과는 향후 모바일 오피스 시스템을 도입하고자 하는 기업들에게 업무특성과 기술 및 서비스의 적합성의 중요성을 이해하도록 함으로써 사용자의 능동적이고 주도적인 설계와 참여를 통한 성공적 모바일 오피스 시스템 구축 및 활용을 위한 시사점과 지침을 제시하고 있다.
