  • This paper introduces LnCP(Living Network Control Protocol)-based home network system and proposes high level message which is utilized between LnCP Home network Server and User Control Point. LnCP is very optimized protocol for digital home appliances. Then proposed system and implementation of these ideas are presented.

Business Collaborative System Based on Social Network Using MOXMDR-DAI+

  • Companies have made an investment of cost and time to optimize processing of a new business model in a cloud environment, applying collaboration technology utilizing business processes in a social network. The collaborative processing method changed from traditional BPM to the cloud and a mobile cloud environment. We proposed a collaborative system for operating processes in social networks using MOXMDR-DAI+ (eXtended Metadata Registry-Data Access & Integration based multimedia ontology). The system operating cloud-based collaborative processes in application of MOXMDR-DAI+, which was suitable for data interoperation. MOXMDR-DAI+ applied to this system was an agent effectively supporting access and integration between multimedia content metadata schema and instance, which were necessary for data interoperation, of individual local system in the cloud environment, operating collaborative processes in the social network. In operating the social network-based collaborative processes, there occurred heterogeneousness such as schema structure and semantic collision due to queries in the processes and unit conversion between instances. It aimed to solve the occurrence of heterogeneousness in the process of metadata mapping using MOXMDR-DAI+ in the system. The system proposed in this study can visualize business processes. And it makes it easier to operate the collaboration process through mobile support. Real-time status monitoring of the operation process is possible through the dashboard, and it is possible to perform a collaborative process through expert search using a community in a social network environment.

사회네트워크 분석을 이용한 수산경영학 관련 연구의 추세와 내용분석 (A Study on Contents and Trends of Fisheries Management Research with Social Network Analysis)

  • The major purpose of this study is to find and analyze the characteristics of Fisheries Business Administration Research based on using social network analysis. This study examines every paper of The Journal of Fisheries Business Administration from 2007 to 2016. This study analyzes fisheries business administration research through bibliometric data including research trends, researcher characteristics, and key words. The 229 source articles are all papers published from 2007 to 2016 in The Journal of Fisheries Business Administration in Korea. Comparing with previous research, the major research areas of Korean fisheries business administration have a little changed and the topics of recent research are much diversified. Through basically based on frequency analysis and SNA(Social Network Analysis) method, most of the bibliographical characteristics were founded. And based on the result of this study showed that 1) increasement on number of researcher and organization 2) climate change and economic related topics are most popular terms 3) DEA is most adopted methodology in recent papers 4) joint research among the organizations has somewhat been increased 5) human resource management, history of fisheries management and education still have been conducted in terms of sustainability.

A Comparison of Structural Position and Exploitative Innovation Based on a Patent Citation Network of the Top 100 Digital Companies

  • Knowledge drives business innovation. However, even if companies have the same knowledge element in the business ecosystem, innovation performance varies depending on the structural position of the technical knowledge network. This study investigated whether there is a difference in exploitative innovation according to the structural position of the AI technical knowledge network. We collected patents from the top 100 digital companies registered with the US Patent Office from 2015 to 2019 and classified the companies into knowledge producer-based brokers, knowledge absorber-based brokers, knowledge absorbers, and knowledge producers from the perspective of knowledge creation and flow. The analysis results are as follows. First, a few of the top 100 digital companies disseminate, absorb, and mediate knowledge, while the majority do not. Second, exploitative innovation is the largest, in the order of knowledge producer, knowledge absorber-based broker, knowledge absorber, and knowledge producer-based broker. Finally, patents for industrial intelligence occupy a large proportion, and knowledge producers are leading exploitative innovation. Therefore, latecomers need to expand their resources and capabilities by citing patents owned by leading companies and converge with existing industries into AI-based industries.

  • Mobile communication technology is advancing forward to deliver more connected devices and richer content and applications. The number of subscriptions continues to grow along with an explosive increase in the mobile data traffic demand. Thereby, it creates a significant network capacity shortage concerns for mobile network operators. In order to address this problem, it is essential to increase the network capacity at a low additional cost. The device-to-device (D2D) communication based proximity service is believed to have a promising future mobile communication technology that is capable to create new mobile service opportunities and offload traffic to the eNB. In addition, it is also required to develop new mobile communication services and its business models not only to accommodate the increasing mobile traffic demand but also to foster profitability of mobile business service providers such as the network providers, contents providers and platform providers. In this article, we first analyze current mobile business eco-system in the context of CPNT based value chain. Then, propose service development framework and business model creation methodologies for the device-to-device communication based services in the beyond LTE/LTE-Advanced systems.

홈네트워크 산업의 비즈니스 모델과 전략적 제휴 : 분석과 제안 (A Study on Business Models and Strategic Alliance : An Analysis and Suggestion)

  • Increasing attention has been paid to the home network business in Korea. The rate of growth of the business, however, has not been as high as it was expected. In this study we first categorize the business into three classes of services, with five distinct players. The business models of the five players differ from each other, which in turn keeps the business from visible growth. Based on this observation, we applied business alliance theories to the home network business to find out ways to make the players cooperate with each other. And we proposed five cooperation strategies for three different classes of home network services. Finally we made some suggestions to remove obstacles against business cooperation among the players.

  • 네트워크 패러다임의 변화 속에 새로운 제품, 기술, 서비스와 더불어 비즈니스 모델을 제시하는 기업이 새로운 강자로 부상하고 있다. 기업들은 네트워크가 가져온 시공간의 제약 해결 등을 얻기 위해 기존의 비즈니스를 네트워크 공간으로 옮기기 위한 노력을 진행하였으며, 이러한 과정에서 기업들은 전에 없던 새로운 비즈니스 모델을 출현시키고 있다. 본 연구에서는 비즈니스 모델 변화를 위해서는 고객이 아닌 새로운 네트워크 가입자 개념으로 비즈니스 모델에 대한 재해석이 필요함을 강조한다. 비즈니스에 대한 근본적인 변화 없이 네트워크의 특성만을 이용하고자 하는 기업들은 고객의 니즈를 잃어버리는 구조적 관성에 빠질 수 있다. 하지만, 사례 기업은 고객이 원하는 가치가 무엇인가에 주목하였으며, 이를 통해 고객을 새로운 네트워크 가입자의 개념으로 살펴봄으로써 기존 비즈니스 모델을 새롭게 변화시키고 나아가 기업간 관계 형태를 변화시켰다. 본 연구에서는 사례분석을 통해 네트워크 관점에서 비즈니스 모델의 변화과정 및 가치곡선과 고객경험사이클을 적용하여 이에 따른 성과를 설명함으로써 네트워크 관점에서의 비즈니스 모델에 대한 재해석의 필요성을 제시하였다.

EPC Network 기반의 비즈니스 서비스 지원을 위한 프레임워크 (Framework for Supporting Business Services based on the EPC Network)

  • 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경을 실현하기 위한 핵심 기술로 자동화된 개체 식별, 분산 컴퓨팅 기술 등의 연구가 다양한 분야에서 이루어 지고 있다. 라디오 주파수를 이용해서 개체를 식별하는 RFID 기술은 EPCglobal에서 표준을 제시하고 있고 EPC Network를 기반으로 구축된 인프라를 바탕으로 응용 시스템을 개발하고자 하는 경우, RFID 미들웨어로부터 대규모의 EPC정보를 처리해야 하고, EPC를 기반으로 EPC와 관련된 고유 정보와 이력 정보를 수집해야 한다. 또한 정보획득 및 가공에 관한 인과관계 처리가 분명히 이루어져야 하고, 비즈니스 룰에 따른 이벤트의 발생 조건에 관한 처리를 고려하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 EPC Network 기반에서 응용 시스템 개발을 지원하기 위해 비즈니스 서비스를 제공하는 미들웨어 플랫폼을 제시하고 이에 관한 효용성을 검증한다. 비즈니스 서비스란 추가적인 정보 획득이나 가공 과정 없이 응용 시스템에서 바로 이용이 가능한 이벤트를 전달하는 서비스를 의미한다. 미들웨어 플랫폼에서는 정보 획득, 정보 가공 과정을 지원하며, 또한 비즈니스 룰 처리를 지원한다. 미들웨어 플랫폼은 비즈니스 서비스를 기반으로 응용 시스템의 빠른 개발을 가능하게 하고, 유지보수를 용이하게 한다.

  • 소셜네트워크게임(SNG)은 말 그대로 사회적인 연결망이나 관계에 기반한 게임이다. 사람들과의 관계가 게임에 있어서 중요한 요소가 되어 이를 잘 활용해야 원활한 진행을 할 수 있다는 점이다. 소셜네트워크 서비스에 바탕을 둔 소셜네트워크 게임의 활동은 실제 기업상품과 연결시켜 구매를 유도할 수도 있고 또 소셜네트워크 게임 상의 가게를 기업의 웹사이트나 쇼핑몰과 연결하여 게임 속에서 광고를 통한 마케팅도 가능하다. 본 연구에서는 개발게임을 사례를 들어 소셜커머스에 기반한 새로운 SNG 비즈니스 모델을 제안하고 차후 SNG 수익모델 연계방식을 제시하였다.

사회네트워크 분석을 활용한 비즈니스 모델 지식구조 분석 (A study of business model research knowledge structure based on social network analysis)

  • Business environment is shifting from industrial economy to knowledge based economy. Enterprises go through numerous trials for successful management in changing environment. Along with trial tests, research area has been growing simultaneously. Unlike initial research which focused on basic concepts such as: form of business model and success points. Current research emphasizes on actualization of business that enterprises plan, which brought academic research with perplex form of knowledge structure. On the other hand, there is limitation in understanding business model systematically due to preceding research primarily centered on analyzing definition and case study. In order to analyze knowledge structure, this study utilized social network analysis based on "relationship". For the analysis, 13,412 keywords were extracted from 36years worth of article or research related to business model stored in SCOPUS database. From the analysis, it was shown core research subject was INNOVATION and the number of co-authors has increased due to the academic diversity. Business model research is divided into five sub-categories (E-commerce, SMEs, sustainability, open-source, and e-book). Through cognitive map analysis on each of research characteristics of sub-category, it has shown that E-commerce, SMEs, sustainability, and open-source are core categories.
