CNN기반 굴삭기용 부하 측정 시스템 구현을 위한 연구 (A Study of Weighing System to Apply into Hydraulic Excavator with CNN)

  • A weighing system calculates the bucket's excavation amount of an excavator. Usually, the excavation amount is computed by the excavator's motion equations with sensing data. But these motion equations have computing errors that are induced by assumptions to the linear systems and identification of the equation's parameters. To reduce computing errors, some commercial weighing system incorporates particular motion into the excavation process. This study introduces a linear regression model on an artificial neural network that has fewer predicted errors and doesn't need a particular pose during an excavation. Time serial data were gathered from a 30tons excavator's loading test. Then these data were preprocessed to be adjusted by MPL (Multi Layer Perceptron) or CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) based linear regression models. Each model was trained by changing hyperparameter such as layer or node numbers, drop-out rate, and kernel size. Finally ID-CNN-based linear regression model was selected.

Simulation Study for Performance Measures of Resources in a Port Container Terminal

  • In order to measure the performance of resources in a port container terminal, we conducted a state transition network simulation to model various equipment processes. The processes that container cranes and transfer cranes perform are idle, wait, move, and work. Vehicles perform idle, wait, empty travel, and full travel. Because cranes, vehicles, and vessels are movable entities and all equipment is classified as either a customer or server, we separated the various stages of the process based upon the state transition network To validate the simulation results, a real system was used to illustrate the use of various measurements using the state transition network.

  • The Partial Discharge Monitoring System is technology which is available to measure & analysis the partial discharge of Power equipment. This technology is in the limelight as a pre-forecast system of equipment defect but there are some problems like no protocol standard, layered network management and the limitation of physical size. This paper presents whole system structure includes engineering centers, LN(Logical Node) to apply PDMS for, base-digital substation system, ICE61850 compatible Condition Monitoring &Diagnosis (CMD), Local Unit(LU), Intelligent Electronic Device (IED) for the solution scheme of these limitations.

  • To improve equipment throughput and device yield, a malfunction in plasma equipment should be accurately diagnosed. A recognition model for plasma diagnosis was constructed by applying neural network to scanning electron microscope (SEM) image of plasma-etched patterns. The experimental data were collected from a plasma etching of tungsten thin films. Faults in plasma were generated by simulating a variation in process parameters. Feature vectors were obtained by applying direct and wavelet techniques to SEM Images. The wavelet techniques generated three feature vectors composed of detailed components. The diagnosis models constructed were evaluated in terms of the recognition accuracy. The direct technique yielded much smaller recognition accuracy with respect to the wavelet technique. The improvement was about 82%. This demonstrates that the direct method is more effective in constructing a neural network model of SEM profile information.

Copper cable communication network is run by KNR, but it is processing installatio optics cable in connection with the implemental plan for high-speed network from n And, the capacity of communication channel will be guaranteed much more than een station and station, station and central headquarters when fiber optics cable is This study analyzes the image equipment of field for transmission and estimated m transmit image information of accident field to headquarters with using communicat ucture. And, the study considers implemental method of communication network for nce image transmission from dozens to hundreds kilometers.

전력선 통신 시스템의 구내 네트워크 데이터 처리량 연구 (Study on Network Throughput of Power Line Communication System in In-Building Network)

  • 본 논문에서는 전력선 통신 (PLC: Power Line Communication) 시스템의 네트워크 데이터 처리량 (throughput)을 구내 (In-building) 환경에서 연구하였다. 전력선 채널은 주파수 선택적 페이딩 주파수 응답을 가지므로 감쇠 및 잡음의 영향을 최소화하기 위해서 adaptive bit loading 방식을 적용한 OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) 변조 방식을 사용하였다. 구내 네트워크의 게이트웨이/CPE (Customer Premise Equipment) 전력선 통신 모뎀 사이의 전력선 통신 구간에서 처리할 수 있는 최대 데이터 처리량을 측정하기 위해 iperf 네트워크 성능 측정 툴을 이용하였고, TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) 윈도우 사이즈별 throughput을 분석하였다.

  • '모바일 디바이스가 급속도로 증가하고 있고, 단말의 잦은 핸드오버로 인한 망 과부하 문제가 발생하고 있다. 이에 대한 해결방안으로 LTE 기반의 D2D 통신을 이용한 핸드오버를 통하여 망 과부하 문제와 핸드오버 딜레이를 줄일 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 LTE 네트워크의 핸드오버 방식에서 LTE 기반의 D2D 통신을 이용한 선행 단말을 통하여 핸드오버를 지원하는 방안을 제시하였다. 기지국과 단말 사이의 핸드오버 시 사용되는 중복신호를 줄이기 위하여 선행 단말을 통하여 단말의 핸드오버 상황을 효율적으로 해결할 수 있는 방안에 대하여 제안하였다. 단말의 개수 변화에 따른 핸드오버 딜레이는 제안한 방안이 기존 LTE 핸드오버에 비하여 감소한 결과를 확인할 수 있었다.

  • The primary purpose of a computer room of data center and associated infrastructure is to support the operation of critical IT equipment. Traditionally, most owners of large critical data centers have been more than willing to accept a reasonable amount of computer room worker discomfort if necessary to support critical IT systems. All electrical equipment produces heat, which must be removed to prevent the equipment temperature from rising to an unacceptable level. Most information technology equipment and other equipment found in a data center or network room is air-cooled. Sizing a cooling system requires an understanding of the amount of heat produced by the equipment contained in the enclosed space, along with the heat produced by the other heat sources typically encountered.
