LSI 기법을 이용한 전자상거래 추천자 시스템의 시뮬레이션 분석 (Simulation Study on E-commerce Recommender System by Use of LSI Method)

  • 추천자 시스템은 전자상거래 사이트에서 고객의 상품 구매 정보를 수집하여 고객에 대한 예상 구매 상품을 추천하는 목적으로 개발되었다. 본 연구는 대형 전자상거래 사이트에서 고객의 상품 구매 이력이 활용 가능한 경우에 전통적인 통계기법인 군집분석 및 고객 간의 상품 구매 상관성을 이용하는 기존 추천자 시스템(협력적 필터링 기법)과 문서 검색에서 사용되는 LSI분석에 기반한 협업 필터링 기법을 상품 추천에 적용하여 각 기법의 상품 추천 효율성을 비교 분석하였다. 문서-용어 행렬과 유사한 구조를 가지는 고객-상품 구매 행렬에 문서 검색에 사용되는 LSI 분석법은 고객의 상품구매 경향을 원 상품 수보다 축소된 차원의 변환 상품을 통하여 파악함으로써 목표고객에 대한 인접고객군의 생성 노력을 현저히 감소시킬 수 있어 결과적으로 실시간으로 적용되는 추천자 알고리즘의 효율성을 개선할 수 있을 것으로 기대할 수 있다. 가상적인 고객-상품 구매 리스트를 대상으로 실행한 시뮬레이션 실험 결과에서도 알고리즘의 효율성 평가측도인 recall과 정확도 및 F1에서 LSI 기반 협력적 필터링 기법이 기존의 방법보다 우수한 결과를 나타내었다. 시뮬레이션 결과, 인접고객 군의 크기가 일정한 수준에 이르면 그 크기를 증가시키더라도 알고리즘의 효율성은 별로 개선되지 않으며 또한 추천 상품 수가 일정 수준에 도달하면 추천 정확도가 낮아지는 정도에 비해 recall의 개선도는 별 변화가 없는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 추천자 시스템을 구현하는 용도에 따라 이러한 정보는 유용하게 사용될 수 있다고 판단된다.

여성의 건강을 위한 간호전달체계 모형개발 - 조산원 중심으로 - (Model Development of Nursing Care System for Women's Health : Based on Nurse-Midwifery Clinic)

  • The purposesof the study are to analyze the community nursing center in U.S.A and to develop the model of nursing care system based on nurse-midwifery clinic in community for women's health in Korea. 1. In America nursing center is defined as nurse-anchored system of primary care delivery or neighborhood health center. Nursing centers are identified the following four types: (1) community outreach centers, which are similar to traditional public health clinics: (2) institutional-based centers following the mission of a large institution, such as a hospital or university: (3) wellness/health promotion centers, which offer screening, education, counseling, triage, and health maintenance services: and (4) independent practice. Nursing centers are a concept of services provided by nurses in practice arrangements in a community. Nursing centers offer a variety of services, ranging from primary care provided by advanced practice nurses with medical acute management and nursing care to the more traditional education, health promotion, screening wellness and coordination services. Some services, such as the care provided by advanced practice nurses are reimbursed under various insurance plan in some instances and states, where as others, such as preventive and educational services, are not. Thus, lack of reimbursement has threatened the survival of some centers. Licensing of nursing centers varies by state and program and accreditation of nursing centers is also limited. 52% of centers are affiliated with another facility and 48% are freestanding centers. The number of registered nurse at the nursing centers ranges from just one to 115, with a mean of eight RNs peragency and a median of three. Nursing centers avail ability varies: 14% are open 24 hours, 27% have variable short hours, 23% are open 6-7 days per week, and 36% are open Monday- Friday. As the result of my visiting three health centers in Seattle and San Francisco, the women's primary care nurse practitioners focus on a systematic and comprehensive assessment of the health status of women and diagnosis and management of common physical and psychosocial health concerns of women in ambulatory settings. Therapeutic nursing strategies are directed toward self-care, risk reoduction, health surveillance, stress reduction, healthy nutrition, social support, healthy coping, psychological well-being, and pharmacological therapy. They function as primary care providers for the well ness and illness care of women from adolescence through the older adult years and pregnant families. 2. In Korea a nurse-midwife practices independently for pregnant women's health including childbearing family at her own clinic in community. Her services are reimbursed under national health insurance but they are not paid on a fee-for-service schedule covering items. Analyzing the nursing centers in America, I suggest that nurse-midwifery clinics offer primary care for women and home care for chronic ill patients. The health law and health insurance policy should be reovised in order to expand nurse-midwife's and home care nurse's roles at nurse-midwifery clinic.

A Study on the POE (Post Occupancy Evaluation) according to the Residential Environment of Mixed-use Apartment Complexes In Seoul

  • In this study, POE(Post Occupancy Evaluation) evaluation indexes were selected into six categories through the consideration of theories and prior research. Therefore, qualitative supply can be achieved through POE according to the aspect of residential environment after the quantitative supply of mixed-use apartment complex by the population concentration in Seoul due to industrialization and urbanization. As the evaluation elements, detailed survey contents were selected for livability, convenience, comfort, safety, economy, and sociality. Based on the survey contents, six elements were evaluated and analyzed using Data coding and Likert scale after surveying 12 complexes (Urban areas and non-urban areas) in Seoul. As a result of the study, six categories selected as the POE showed that importance of quality of life and safety was developed in high recognition according to high satisfaction with convenience and safety. Sociality showed the lowest satisfaction in the following order : livability, comfort, economy and sociality. Residents' sense of community, interaction with neighborhood, etc., showed low satisfaction, and it seems that it is necessary to improve and supplement the system for the development of mixed-use apartment complex in the future. The detailed characteristics of livability showed high satisfaction of the living room, the front door and the main room which are main uses of housing, and low satisfaction in storage size. The analysis of convenience is that convenient public transportation was the highest, and educational environment and additional facilities were the lowest, showing the advantages and disadvantages of location characteristics. As a result of the analysis of comfort, satisfaction with the landscape area was low and it seems that green space is needed for the development of mixed-use apartment complex in the future. Lastly, regarding the safety, the satisfaction of the access control, the location of security office, etc. were high, however separation of circulation was low. Therefore, it is necessary to clearly separate the circulation between the residence and other facilities in the mixed-use apartment complex.

공공임대주택이 주변 전세시장에 미치는 효과: 서울시 장기전세주택(SHIFT)의 경우 (The Spillover Effect of Public Hosing Policy on Rental Housing Market: The Case of Seoul, Korea)

  • 본 연구에서는 서울시 장기전세주택(SHIFT 이하 시프트)이 주변 아파트의 전세가격에 미치는 영향을 분석했다. 시프트 공급단지 5km 이내에 위치한 아파트들의 전세 실거래가 데이터를 이용하여, 시프트로 인한 주변 아파트 전세가격의 변화를 추정했다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시프트 공급 이후 2-3km 이내 아파트들의 전세가격은 공급 이전을 기준으로 4.4% 하락했다. 반면 그 보다 근접한 1-2km 이내 위치한 아파트의 전세가격은 유의미한 변화를 확인할 수 없었다. 그 이유는 시프트 단지의 공급으로 주변지역이 함께 개발되면서 아주 근접한 아파트들의 경우 시프트 공급으로 인한 가격하락 요인을 입지환경 개선으로 인한 가격상승 요인이 상쇄한 것으로 해석된다. 시프트 단지별 분석에서는 천왕2지구1단지와 서초네이처힐 1, 3, 6단지에서는 주변 아파트 전세가격을 하락시키는 효과가 나타났다. 그러나 양재1단지, 묵동리본타워, 신내3지구2단지에서는 유의미한 효과를 확인할 수 없었다. 단지별 효과가 상이한 이유는 해당 지역의 전세수요와 시프트 공급물량 등의 차이로 인한 결과로 판단된다.

An Energy Efficient Interference-aware Routing Protocol for Underwater WSNs

  • Interference-aware routing protocol design for underwater wireless sensor networks (UWSNs) is one of the key strategies in reducing packet loss in the highly hostile underwater environment. The reduced interference causes efficient utilization of the limited battery power of the sensor nodes that, in consequence, prolongs the entire network lifetime. In this paper, we propose an energy-efficient interference-aware routing (EEIAR) protocol for UWSNs. A sender node selects the best relay node in its neighborhood with the lowest depth and the least number of neighbors. Combination of the two routing metrics ensures that data packets are forwarded along the least interference paths to reach the final destination. The proposed work is unique in that it does not require the full dimensional localization information of sensor nodes and the network total depth is segmented to identify source, relay and neighbor nodes. Simulation results reveal better performance of the scheme than the counterparts DBR and EEDBR techniques in terms of energy efficiency, packet delivery ratio and end-to-end delay.

Combining Model-based and Heuristic Techniques for Fast Tracking the Global Maximum Power Point of a Photovoltaic String

  • Under partial shading conditions (PSCs), multiple maximums may be exhibited on the P-U curve of string inverter photovoltaic (PV) systems. Under such conditions, heuristic methods are invalid for extracting a global maximum power point (GMPP); intelligent algorithms are time-consuming; and model-based methods are complex and costly. To overcome these shortcomings, a novel hybrid MPPT (MPF-IP&O) based on a model-based peak forecasting (MPF) method and an improved perturbation and observation (IP&O) method is proposed. The MPF considers the influence of temperature and does not require solar radiation measurements. In addition, it can forecast all of the peak values of the PV string without complex computation under PSCs, and it can determine the candidate GMPP after a comparison. Hence, the MPF narrows the searching range tremendously and accelerates the convergence to the GMPP. Additionally, the IP&O with a successive approximation strategy searches for the real GMPP in the neighborhood of the candidate one, which can significantly enhance the tracking efficiency. Finally, simulation and experiment results show that the proposed method has a higher tracking speed and accuracy than the perturbation and observation (P&O) and particle swarm optimization (PSO) methods under PSCs.

  • Recently, appearance is recognized as competitiveness as well as self expressing means, so understanding of general people have been rapidly changed. Also, since modem people have interest in an operation as well as various cosmetic treatment fields, a plastic surgery clinic is expanding its region to laser treatment and skin care for modem people. However, the plastic surgery clinic is not located in a building for only hospitals, but located in general neighborhood living facilities or an office building, so medical treatment is performed at the place. It is often found that a building plan can not conform to conditions that the hospital requires. This study is to understand a plane deciding factor of the plastic surgery clinic by analyzing it in a limit of building space and functional aspects of the plastic surgery clinic. A study method is first to investigate space composition according to the function, area allocation according to the function and a space privacy region after classifying study objects into large, middle, small scales so as to understand a functional role of the plastic surgery clinic, and secondly to analyze on the base of length of long and short edges of space and a moving line system after classifying common space types of the plastic surgery clinic through plane analysis of the study objects. As a result of the study, functional space difference according to the scale was shown, and the common space types were affected by length of the long and short edges, and it can influence space composition.

  • Our nation has a problem with discrimination of income distribution and inefficient of resources distribution caused by real estate price rising from a sudden economy growth and industrialization. Specially, in recent years, there is a great disparity of apartment price between the north and south of the Han river. Because the housing price is decided by the immanent value of a house and neighborhood effects of the regional where the house is situated, the housing price is occurred difference. The purpose of study was to analyze the influence of various factors of housing price. Also, this study tried to predict real estate market and to establish previous effective real estate policy. In this study, we analyzed the differences of housing price determinants about apartment developments between the north and south of the Han river, and found the important factors that affect the housing price using Structural Equation Modeling(SEM). As a result of this study, the older the buildings are, the more the housing price and the housing price rising ratio have increased, in Gang Nam area. This reason is that these have large possibility to be reconstructed and many convenient facilities, in this area. In the case of Kang Buk area, the increase rate of housing price are so low that they couldn't take effect on the housing price and they were declined. So to speak, constructing the infrastructure which takes effect on the increase rate of housing price is very urgent.

  • 최근 제시되고 있는 역 중심 개발모델은 저밀확산형 도시에 적용할 수 있는 모델이므로, 고밀다핵도시를 지향하는 서울시에서는 적용이 어렵다. 이러한 배경에서, 본 연구는 서울시 역세권 지구단위계획의 운영실태를 분석하여 역 중심 개발정책의 문제점을 분석하고, 대중교통이용률이 높은 싱가폴 홍콩의 역 중심 개발정책을 분석하여 서울시의 역 중심 개발 유도방안을 제시하였다. 우선은 고용중심 역세권과 근린중심 역세권의 역 중심 개발방안을 달리 마련해야 하며, 고용기능을 육성할 필요가 있는 역세권을 대중교통 중심의 전략 육성중심지로 지정할 것을 제시하였다. 또한, 역 주변 낙후지역의 정비를 유도하여 복합개발 및 환승시설을 설치할 수 있도록, 재개발사업 추진이 가능한 균형발전촉진지구로 지정하고, 환승시설 설치를 촉진할 수 있는 인센티브제도 도입을 제시하였다.

  • This study is to analyse the transformation process of spatial structure of traditional small city structure in Jeollabuk-Do in the process of modern urbanization between 19th century and the year 2000. The small cities, IM-PI, YONG-AN, YEO-SAN, OK-GOO, GO-SAN, MU-JANG, GUM-MA, GO-BU, which have been local administrative center in CHO-SUN dynasty, have role of local administrative center of subdivision of country-myon, except OK-GOO. The method of this study is to investigate the transformation process of spatial structural elements of with the actual field surveys, the analysis of Gunhyun map made in 1872, land registration maps in 1910s and 2000, and various topological maps. The elements of analysis are the topological site and geographical situation conditions, the urbanized areas, the street systems, the function of streets, the focal points of urban land use, the land use systems, and the location of major facilities such as administration facilities, markets, bus terminals. The analytical point of view and the results are as follows. There is strong relationship between the transformation of internal matrix route system and the growth pattern of urbanized areas, Especially on the contrary to the matrix route with East-West direction which has the role of checking the growth of urbanized area, the South-North direction route acts as the leading line of the growth. The focal points structure of urban land use shows transformation process from the point of central space of administrative district in front of Nae-A, to the access point to administrative district or to the access point to housing and neighborhood commercial area. From the point of functional area structure and major facilities location, line-type commercial area is developed along the line of central axis route and access route to administrative district. Especially direction of the growth of commercial area is strongly connected with the interrelationship between the study area and its neighboring cities. Pattern of commercial district development is varied with the direction of matrix route. That is, commercial district, which shows one side development pattern along the East-West direction route, is developed on both sides of street along the South-North direction route.
