Heungdukwang'(興德王) costume ordinance(834A.D.) is a very important written historical record because it reveals Tongil Shills's(統一新羅) costume. But among the clothing pieces that appeared in Heundukwang'(興德王) costume ordinance, classification of Naeoe(內衣) and Danoe(短衣) is not clear. This study focuses on the categorization of Naeoe(內衣) and Danoe(短衣). Upper garments included among costume ordinance were Pyooe(表衣), Naeoe(內衣) and Danoe(短衣), Pyooe(表衣) and aeoe(內衣) were unisex, while Danoe(短衣) was worn only by women excluding the lower class. Pyooe(表衣) is applicable to Po(袍), Naeoe(內衣) is aplicable to Yu(유). Shilla'(新羅) upper garments appearing in visual records are as follows: -With the exception of Pyooe(表衣), the length of men's upper garments were between hip and knee length. These upper garments featured V-neck and round neck styles with the left side of the garments folded over the right side. -Again excluding Pyooe(表衣), women's upper garments were similar to men's upper garments having V-neck and round necklines. We know this to be true from the relics found during the excavations of Hwangsungdong and Yonggangdong, as well as from the women in the stone reliefs of Sangju. Although we know the shape of necklines. the length of upper garments remained a mystery because women of that tome tucked in their upper garments into the skirts and/or wore an over garment. However a clay doll found around Bulguksa(佛國寺) wearing a knee length garment with V-neck. The upper garment was opened in the front and was worn over another garment with same length and round neckline. At that time, The upper garments found in China and Japan. were not much different than those found in Shilla (新羅). They also included garments that were waist length, had peach-shaped necklines, or were worn over head. Shilla's(新羅) traditional upper garment was between hip and knee length, but with the introduction and influence of Chinese costume. upper garments with a length coming down to the high waist line began to appear. In addition to Chinese influence, because Shilla's(新羅) women wore the upper garment first and then the lower garment, a long upper garment was not necessary. These shorter upper garments came to be known as 'Danoe(短衣)'When we perceive clothing. we look at silhouette first and then the details. Silhouette is much determined by length and neckline or the front of the garment determines the details, So we need to attention to the basis of ancient dress classifications. These classifications were according to first length [Po(袍), Yu(유)] and then neckline [Danryoung(團領), Jingryoung(首領)]. As a result. Naeoe(內衣) and Danoe(短衣) are classified by the length. The length (內衣) was between hip and knee length while Daneoe(短衣) was waist length. Danoe(短衣) was worn by putting the bottom of it inside skirt naeoe(內衣) was worn over a skirt or plant. But both had V-neck and round neck styles, and styles with the left side of the garments folded over the right side.
The purpose of the study was to research science gifted students' learning styles and perceptions on subject matter content. The data was collected from primary science and mathematics classes of a University Center for Science Gifted Education, science classes of a Metrocity Primary Gifted Education Institute, and classes of a normal school. The results of the study were that gifted students perceived the school curriculum much easier than non-gifted students did, ($X^2(4)=33.180$, p<.001), and that levels of interest in the content did not differ between the groups, but 34.6 percent of the total students responded that they found the content uninteresting. Gifted students did not see the content as being important compared to the non-gifted students, ($X^2(4)=12.443$, p<.05), and gifted students valued the methods used higher than the actual content of the textbook. The most helpful activities for their teaming that gifted students chose were projects, listening to teachers, and conducting experiments, amongst others. They also preformed 'teaming at their own speed in a mixed group'" for the study of social studies, science, and mathematics, whereas non-gifted students preformed teaming at the same speed. The two groups of science gifted students varied especially in their perceptions of most helpful activities. It is suggested that special programs for fulfilling gifted students' needs and abilities need to be developed and implemented.

The title of a document is the brief summarization of the document. Readers can easily understand a document if we provide them with its title in their preferred styles and the languages. In this research, we propose a cross-lingual and style-based title generation model using multiple adapters. To train the model, we need a parallel corpus in several languages with different styles. It is quite difficult to construct this kind of parallel corpus; however, a monolingual title generation corpus of the same style can be built easily. Therefore, we apply a zero-shot strategy to generate a title in a different language and with a different style for an input document. A baseline model is Transformer consisting of an encoder and a decoder, pre-trained by several languages. The model is then equipped with multiple adapters for translation, languages, and styles. After the model learns a translation task from parallel corpus, it learns a title generation task from monolingual title generation corpus. When training the model with a task, we only activate an adapter that corresponds to the task. When generating a cross-lingual and style-based title, we only activate adapters that correspond to a target language and a target style. An experimental result shows that our proposed model is only as good as a pipeline model that first translates into a target language and then generates a title. There have been significant changes in natural language generation due to the emergence of large-scale language models. However, research to improve the performance of natural language generation using limited resources and limited data needs to continue. In this regard, this study seeks to explore the significance of such research.
Through the comparative analysisand inductive research on main creation styles of Chinese, American and Japanese animation films, a conclusion can be given out, which means that the animation film style of each country can hardly be formed without their own traditional painting art, aesthetics habits and ways of thinking. It is these characteristics that form their unique animation film style. America emphasizes realism art, development and utilization of new technology, Japan pays sepcial attention totraditional painting art and comic stories. In business aspect, they bring about different business models relying on the experience of satisfying the diverse needs of domestic and global entertainment markets. When it comes to the content field, they carry forward universal values and meet the individualistic heroismso that a variety of business animation films and art animation films find their ways into the global market and acquire great popularity among audiences from all over the world. Through the comparasion of American and Japanese animation films, a new view to analyze the animation films of China is created. Animation creation is largely based on the need of socialist ideology from 50s to 80s. Even though the purposes of animation film creations returned to satisfying the diverse requirements of commercial markets and audiences, the consequences, such as the break gap of creations and talents, the lack of diverse creative styles and commercial market operation mechanism, sitll affect China's animation films today. Japan found thier position from the American model and became successful. Nowadays, China need find our own creative style and position from American model and Japanese model. And the systematic reformings that are detailed in the government managements, industry standards, internationalized talents cultivation and accumulation are the essential point.
The purpose of this study was to examine the household characteristics, the actual residential environment of the elderly living with their offsprings together in Gwangju. We also evaluated their satisfaction with the needs for remodeling of their houses and the different opinions about those things between the elderly and their off springs. We used comparative and descriptive T-test in statistical analysis. The results were as follows. There were more families living in the detached houses than those living in the apartments. The average size of the houses was 100.8 square meters. The mean residence period was 13.5 years. The sons were usually the legal householders. The residents who experienced remodeling before reassigned the furniture and installed the bathtub, which was designed to be sat on comfortably in a common. A few residents installed safety system such as alarms for incident fire or gas, convenient knobs for handling and faucets for running hot or cold water separately. After the installation of alarms, convenient knobs of windows or door, Customer satisfaction for those things were quite high. But that for the installation of safety bar were the lowest in contrast. The most things the old wanted to change were to rearrange bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor and to decorate them in westernized styles. They didn't need to set up safety bars or shower instrument for modulating heights. The second generation wanted to install the blinds or curtains more than the third generations.
A variable dress design can be an alternative to satisfy a consumer need for diverse expression and self-realization at a lower cost factor. In the area of wedding dress, the change in the trend of wedding culture (which tends to demand more units of wedding dress) makes the cost factor more important in the purchase selection. A variable design has a clear advantage for wedding dresses and the wedding industry. This is the first research on a variable design that focuses on wedding dresses. This research develops a variable wedding design which respects consumer preferences independent of a variable wedding dress design that presents a new shape of silhouette or the development ofa new wedding dress materials. A survey on the supply side was conducted to examine market preferences by first browsing the Naver portal site and then checking the websites of major wedding dress suppliers. A questionnaire survey was conducted with a sample of 348 brides-to-be that inquired on wedding dress selection factors and purchase patterns. The survey shows that consumers prefer mermaid and A-line silhouettes, silk material, white-ivory color, and tube top necklines. The result conforms to the types commonly found in the designs of suppliers. We apply a detachable design to a basic mermaid silhouette and implemented change for 7 kinds of styles -based on the result of the survey. We suggest a variable wedding dress design as a new means to solve the cost concern and the customer need for diverse expression. The research represents a new life style for wedding culture and facilitates the development of the wedding industry.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to measure the level of stress and symptoms of stress (SOS) in soldiers and to investigate the factors that have effects on the symptoms of stress. Methods: Data was collected from soldiers of two military units located in north Kyounggi-Do from August 2 to 9, 2006 by using the survey instruments. Results: This research found that the average values on the level of stress and symptoms of stress were about $2.53{\pm}0.60$ (range 1.00-4.35) and $0.95{\pm}0.55$ (range 0.04-2.83), respectively. The things which affected symptoms of stress, according to this study, were the external factors in the military (${\beta}=.28$, p<.001), role and relation factors (${\beta}=.21$, p<.001), work factors (${\beta}=.15$, p=.01) and passive coping styles (${\beta}=.19$, p<.001). These variables explained 28% (F=36.68, p<.001) of the variance of the total symptoms of stress. Conclusion: This study suggests that soldiers need to under go stress management.
Multimodal interfaces are recognition-based technologies that interpret and encode hand gestures, eye-gaze, movement pattern, speech, physical location and other natural human behaviors. Modality is the type of communication channel used for interaction. It also covers the way an idea is expressed or perceived, or the manner in which an action is performed. Multimodal Interfaces are the technologies that constitute multimodal interaction processes which occur consciously or unconsciously while communicating between human and computer. So input/output forms of multimodal interfaces assume different aspects from existing ones. Moreover, different people show different cognitive styles and individual preferences play a role in the selection of one input mode over another. Therefore to develop an effective design of multimodal user interfaces, input/output structure need to be formulated through the research of human cognition. This paper analyzes the characteristics of each human modality and suggests combination types of modalities, dual-coding for formulating multimodal interaction. Then it designs multimodal language and input synchronization method according to the granularity of input synchronization. To effectively guide the development of next-generation multimodal interfaces, substantially cognitive modeling will be needed to understand the temporal and semantic relations between different modalities, their joint functionality, and their overall potential for supporting computation in different forms. This paper is expected that it can show multimodal interface designers how to organize and integrate human input modalities while interacting with multimodal interfaces.
The purpose of this study was to small house plans according to the preferred type of emotional design. The human emotions was a major factor for small houses plan's needs. In this study is direction of the basic plan for the small houses of the spatial planning and services and the needs of community facilities. Preferred types of emotional design was identify the propensity of consume, adjectives, colors and forms. For this study, survey methods were used for data collection. The effective numbers of survey questionnaire was 183, and the survey analysis has been made by using of SPSS win 18.0. The major findings were as followings: 1) Preferred types of emotional design were "Eco-Classic oriented group", "Unspecified commonness group", "Creative design oriented group" classified. 2) "Eco-Classic oriented group" wanted Eco-system and the community space. "Unspecified commonness group" wanted Simple and universal style. "Creative design oriented group" wanted flexible styles and various items. Therefore, depending on need group is the main target-specific as well as flat planning and interior style facilities and the provision of services to be competitive in the small house could indicate. These results can provide improvement guidelines for the small house plans.

Today's health care environment is rapidly changing and nurse administrators' leadership styles need to identify in nursing organization to achieve organizational objectives. By Bass(1985), transformational leadership stimulates the subordinates to be creative and achieve organizational objectives and is related to job satisfaction, job involvement, productivity, and organizational commitment. Transformational leadership process consists of charisma, intellectual stimulation, individual consideration. The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of transformational leadership and personal characteristics on nurses' organizational commitment. The subjects for this study consisted of 594 nurse from 8 University Hospitals and General Hospitals. The data were collected by personal characteristics scale, transformational leadership scale, and organizational commitment scale. The factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and hierarchical multiple regression analysis were used for the statistical method. The results of this study were found that (1) charisma dimension of transformational leadership has positive influence on nurses' organizational commitment; but another two dimensions(intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration) did not showed significant effect on organizational commitment (2) nurses' personal characteristic(internal locus of control) moderated the effect of transformational leadership on organizational commitment.
