Jat and Choudhari defined a near-ring R with left bipotent or right bipotent condition in 1979. Also, we can dene a near-ring R as subcommutative if aR = Ra for all a in R. From these above two concepts it is natural to investigate the near-ring R with the properties aR = $Ra^2$ (resp. $a^2R$ = Ra) for each a in R. We will say that such is a near-ring with (1,2)-potent condition (resp. a near-ring with (2,1)-potent condition). Thus, we can extend a general concept of a near-ring R with (m,n)-potent condition, that is, $a^mR\;=\;Ra^n$ for each a in R, where m, n are positive integers. We will derive properties of near-ring with (1,n) and (n,1)-potent conditions where n is a positive integer, any homomorphic image of (m,n)-potent near-ring is also (m,n)-potent, and we will obtain some characterization of regular near-rings with (m,n)-potent conditions.

In this paper, we discuss in detail some of the properties of the new kind of (∈, ∈ ∨q)-fuzzy ideals in Near-ring. The concept of (∈, ∈ ∨q^δ₀)-fuzzy ideal of Near-ring is introduced and some of its related properties are investigated.

In this paper, we denote that $R$ is a near-ring and $G$ an $R$-group. We initiate the study of faithful $R$-group, the substructures of $R$ and $G$, also quotients of substructure relations between them. Next, we investigate some isomorphic properties of near-rings and $R$-groups.

We will introduce some properties of strongly reduced near-rings and the notion of left $\pi$-regular near-ring. Also, we will study for right $\pi$-regular, strongly left $\pi$-regular, strongly right $\pi$-regular and strongly $\pi$- regular. Next, we may characterize the strongly $\pi$-regular near-rings with related strong reducibility.

We consider 𝒩 to be a 3-prime field and 𝒫 to be a prime ideal of 𝒩. In this paper, we study the commutativity of the quotient near-ring 𝒩/𝒫 with left multipliers and derivations satisfying certain identities on 𝒫, generalizing some well-known results in the literature. Furthermore, an example is given to illustrate the necessity of our hypotheses.

In this paper, we introduce the notion of a ${\ast}$-semiderivation on ${\ast}$-rings, and we try to extend some results for derivations of rings or near-rings to a more general case for ${\ast}$-semiderivations of prime ${\ast}$-rings.

In this note we study the structures of power-serieswise Armendariz rings and IFP rings when they are skewed by ring endomor-phisms (or automorphisms). We call such rings skew power-serieswise Armendariz rings and skew IFP rings, respectively. We also investigate relationships among them and construct necessary examples in the process. The results argued in this note can be extended to the ordinary ring theoretic properties of power-serieswise Armendariz rings, IFP rings, and near-related rings.

Numerical simulations based on the smoothed particle hydrodynamics (SPH) is performed to investigate the dynamical properties of barred galaxies that have nuclear rings. The nuclear ring morphology depends on the relative strength of bar potentials. Nuclear rings form between the two ILRs and align perpendicular to the bars unless the bar potentials are strong enough to allow the x1 orbits near the ILRs. Shock dissipation plays a critical role in the formation of nuclear rings.
