In order to determine the effect of tomato(Lycopersicon escylentnm mill ssp.) on the yogurt quality, skim milk powders were added with tomato juice of 0%, 1%, 3%, 5% and fermented by mixed culture(Streptococcus salivarius subsp. thermophilus and Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus. The results were summarized as follows: 1. Addition of tomato juice in skim milk decreased pH(4.3) and increased acidity(0.93%) more than control did(pH 4.6, titratable acidity 0.85%). By the addition of tomato juice, acid production was increased and pH was decreased in proportion to concentrations of tomato juices added to skim milk. 2. The number of lactic acid bacteria in yogurts added with tomato juice ($4.59{\times}10^{12}cfu/ml$) more increased than those in control yogurt($8.96{\times}10^{11}cfu/ml$). By the addition of tomato juice, the number of lactic acid bacteria counts increased in proportion to concentration of tomato juices added to skim milk. 3. As fermentation time goes by, the Brix degree sugar content in skim milk were decreased more rapidly than control. 4. The pH, titratable acidity, Brix degree and lactic acid bacteria were not significantly changed for all yogurts for the storing at $5^{\circ}C$ for 14 days. 5. In yogurt fermentation, addition of tomato juice with glucose (1% tomato juice + 4% glucose, 3% tomato juice + 2% glucose, 5% tomato juice + 0% glucose) decreased pH and increased acidity than control(5%glucose) did. In addition of tomato juice, acidity was increased and pH was decreased in proportion to concentration of tomato juices added to skim milk. 6. In yogurt fermentation, the number of lactic acid bacteria of yogurt added with tomato juice(1% tomato juice+4% glucose, 3% tomato juice+2% glucose, 5% tomato juice+0% glucose) increased than control(5% glucose). In addition of tomato juice, the number of lactic acid bacteria increased in proportion to concentration of tomato juices added to skim milk. 7. As fermentation time goes by, the Brix degree were decreased more rapidly than control(5% glucose). By the change of pH, titratable acidity, Brix degree and lactic acid bacteria, in yogurt fermentation, we definited that the promotive effect of tomato(Lycopersicon escylentnm mill ssp.) on the yogurt.
This study investigated provenance of raw materials and making technique of lime-based materials used in the tomb barriers of the Yesan Mokri tombs from Joseon dynasty on the basis of analysis to material characteristics and physical properties. In the barrier materials, dry density and porosity are the highest value ($1.82g/cm^3$) and the lowest value (25.20%) in the south wall of No. 1 tomb, respectively. Dry density and porosity are inversely proportional in all barrier materials, but unconfined compressive strength, which is the highest value of $182.36kg/cm^2$ in the No. 2 tomb, does not show an interrelation with porosity and density. Mineral components in the lime-soil mixtures of the tomb barrier are mainly quartz, feldspar, mica and calcite about 200 to $600{\mu}m$ size with yellowish brown matrix. Hydrotalcite and portlandite are detected in the lime mixture, and kaolinite in the soils. The lime materials of the tomb barrier occurred in large quantities weight loss and variable endothermic peaks caused by decarbonization reaction of $CaCO_3$ in the range from 600 to $800^{\circ}C$ in thermal analysis. Making temperature of lime for the tomb barrier is presumed approximately about $800^{\circ}C$ based on the occurrences, compositions and thermal analysis. The tomb barriers are revealed to very wide composition ranges of major elements and loss-on-ignition (22.5 to 33.6 wt.%) owing to mixture of the three materials (lime, sand and clay). It is interpreted that low quality construction technique was applied as the limes are very heterogeneous mixture with aggregates, and curing of the lime was poorly processed in the tomb barriers. Possible limestone sources are distributed in many areas around the Mokri site where limestone conformation and quarries for commercial production are found within Yesan and Hongseong areas. Therefore, we estimated that raw materials were possibly supplied from the local mines near the Mokri site.

We conducted a sensitivity test of Joint UK Land Environment Simulator (JULES), in which the influence of biophysical parameters on the simulation of gross primary productivity (GPP) and ecosystem respiration (RE) was investigated for two typical ecosystems in Korea. For this test, we employed the whole-year observation of eddy-covariance fluxes measured in 2006 at two KoFlux sites: (1) a deciduous forest in complex terrain in Gwangneung and (2) a farmland with heterogeneous mosaic patches in Haenam. Our analysis showed that the simulated GPP was most sensitive to the maximum rate of RuBP carboxylation and leaf nitrogen concentration for both ecosystems. RE was sensitive to wood biomass parameter for the deciduous forest in Gwangneung. For the mixed farmland in Haenam, however, RE was most sensitive to the maximum rate of RuBP carboxylation and leaf nitrogen concentration like the simulated GPP. For both sites, the JULES model overestimated both GPP and RE when the default values of input parameters were adopted. Considering the fact that the leaf nitrogen concentration observed at the deciduous forest site was only about 60% of its default value, the significant portion of the model's overestimation can be attributed to such a discrepancy in the input parameters. Our finding demonstrates that the abovementioned key biophysical parameters of the two ecosystems should be evaluated carefully prior to any simulation and interpretation of ecosystem carbon exchange in Korea.

In this study, the sludge that occurs in the initial operation of coagulation system developed for the treatment of CSOs were returned to the flocculation reactor. The purposes of this study were to analyze the Characteristics of flocs that are generated through the recycling sludge and settling characteristics of sludge, and to evaluate the possibility that high concentrations of particulate matter in the initial inflow of CSOs could be used as an weighted coagulant additive. As a result, the concentration of treated CSOs pollutants at the beginning of the CSOs influent with a large amount of particulate matter over 20 ${\mu}m$ was low, after gradually increasing the concentrations of them. The flocs generated from the sludge return were similar in size compared to flocs generated through injection of micro sands, and settling velocity in case of return sludge injection was decreased from 55.1 cm/min to 21.5 cm/min. SVI value of the sludge accumulated at the bottom of the sedimentation tank was 72, and settled sludge volume decreased rapidly due to the consolidation of sludge to the time it takes to 10 minutes. these mean that sludge used for recycling has good settling characteristic. A condition of returned sludge which is 0.1% return of 0.3% extraction was formed in the balance of settlement and extraction. In this case, This condition was to be adequate to maintain the proper concentration such as 100~200 mg/L of TS and 50~100 mg/L of VS in the flocculation reactor. The usage of the return sludge containing particulate matters of CSOs as an weighted coagulant additive was able to secure a stable treated water quality despite the change of influent water quality dynamically. Furthermore, it can be expected to reduce the alum dosage along with the sludge production.
Distribution of marine algae is diverse in Korea and the resource of edible algae is abundant marking 239,037 tons of yearly production in 1976. They have been known as a protein source and used as a supplement in Korean diet. It is necessary to estimate the potentiality and properties of usable algal proteins especially as food resources and studies of extraction and separation of the proteins, therefore, are basically required for this purpose. In this study, the influence of various factors including the sample treatment, extraction time and temperature, sample us extraction solvent ratio and pH upon the extractability of the water soluble protein was determined. And the effect of precipitation treatment for isolation of the algal protein from the extracts was also tested. Nine species of algae, the major ones in consumption as food namely Porphyra suborbiculata, Undaria pinnatifida, Hizikia fusiforme, Sargassum fulvellu, Enteromorpha linza, Codium fragile, Sargassum kjellmanianum and Ulva pertusa were collected as fresh from Kijang, Yangsan Gun, in the vicinity of Busan city. The content of crude protein $(N\times6.25)$ of the algae ranged from $9.46\%\;to\;24.14\% showing the highest value in Porphyra suborbiculata and the minimum in Hizikia fusiforme. In the effort of maceration of blending methods on the extractability, immersion freezing in dry ice-methanol solution appeared most effective yielding 1.5 to 2.5 times extractability than that of the mortar grinding method. The effect of the ratio of sample vs solvent on extractability differed from species. It was enhanced at the ratio of 1:20 (w/v) in Ulva pertusa and Enteromorpha linza while the ratio was 1:30 (w/v) for Cedium fragile, Undaria pinnatifida, Hizikia fusiferme, Sargassum fulvellum and Porphyra suborbiculata and 1:40 for Sargassum kjellmanianum respectively. The effect of extraction time and temperature was revealed differently from species which might be caused by differences in the constitution of algal tissues resulting in that the extraction for 1 hour at $50^{\circ}C$ gave the maximum extractabilily in Ulva pertusa and Enteromorpha linza, 2 hours in Porphyra suborbiculata, Hikikia fusiforme, Undaria pinnatifida, Sargassum kjellmanianum and 3 hours in Codium fragile. And the extractability was higher at $50^{\circ}C$ to $60^{\circ}C$ for the most of the tested samples except Hizikia fusiforme. The optimum pH for the extraction was 9 to 12. The recovery of extractable nitrogen to the total nitrogen was $63\%$ in average with the first extracts and $8.6\%$ with the second extracts respectively. Both extracts were prepared by 2 hour extraction at $50{\pm}1^{\circ}C$ with dry ice-methanol frozen and seasand macerated materials. And these conditions assumed to be an optimum for the extraction of water soluble algal proteins since the nitrogen content after the first extraction covered $90\%$ of the total water extractable nitrogen. In the precipitation of the extracted proteins, Barnstein method and methanol treatment seemed to be more efficient than other precipitation methods.
The activities of pectolytic and cellulolytic enzymes produced from slices of ginseng root infected with Cylindrocarpon destructains(Zins.) Scholtern were proportional to each concentration and reaction time. Activities of cellulase(Cx), endo-polygalacturonase(endo-PG), endo-polymethylg-alacturonase(endo-PMG), exo-polygalacturonase(exe-PG), and exe-polymethylgalacturonase(exo-PMG) were maximum on the 4th day after inoculation. No endo-PG and endo-PMG were detected at the first and second days, while exo-PG exo-PMG were active. On the 6th day, all pectic enzymes were completely lost, whereas Cx remained at a high concentration. pH optima of Cx, endo-PG, endo-PMG, exo-PG, and exo-PMG were 6.0, 5.5, 8.0, 7.0 to 7.5, and 8.5, respectively. Temperature optima of Cx, endo-PG, endo-PMG exo-PG, and exo-PMG were $66^{\circ}C\;53^{\circ}C\;41^{\circ}C\;37^{\circ}C\;and\;40^{\circ}C$, respectively. Cx was only inhibited by $0.05M\; Hg^{++}$ among 16 ions tested. Inhibitory effects of ions on pectolytic enzymes varied, however$M Fe^{+++}\;and\;0.05M\;Al^{+++}$ were the best in general. Among 8 fungicides, none of them inhibited all the enzymes studied at $0.1\%$, active ingredients. Exo-PG were highly inhibited by all of the fungicides, of which difolatan was the most inhibitory to all the pectic enzymes. $Ca^{++}\; at\; 0.02M\; and\;Fe^{+++}\;at\;0.02M$ completely inhibited all the pectolytic enzymes, and Cx was inhibited $30\%$ and $70\%$ at the same concentration, respectively Formalin almost inhibited exo-PG and exe-PMG at $0.8\%$ but not the other enzymes especially Cx. Difolatan at $0.8\%$ inhibited all the enzymes concerned above $80\%$. The cellulolytic and pectolytic enzymes of C. destructans must be closely associated with the ginseng root rot and should be inhibited to control the disease effectively.
This study was carried out to investigate effect of $GA_{3}$ foliar application on the growth and flowering of Limonium spp. 'Ocean Blue' to develop an effective $GA_{3}$ treatment method for a year round commercial production. Plants were treated with different concentrations of $GA_{3}$ 0, 100, 200, 400, and 800 mg.$L^{-1}$ in summer, and 0, 100,200, and 400 mg.$L^{-1}$ in winter at seven weeks after transplanting. The effects of $GA_{3}$ treatment time (0, 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 days after planting) and plant age (raising during 3, 5, 7, and 9 weeks) was investigated. The $GA_{3}$ treatment advanced bolting and flowering with little difference between the two seasons. In a summer culture the effective concentration of $GA_{3}$ ranged from 200 to 400 mg. $L^{-1}$, while in winter it was found to be 400 mg. $L^{-1}$. The $GA_{3}$ treatment at 10 days after planting significantly reduced days to flowering. However, the greatest cut flower yield was observed in plants treated at 20 days after planting. The $GA_{3}$ treatment to different age plants did not show a significant effect, except in the oldest (nine weeks old plants). In conclusion, to induce early flowering in Limonium spp. 'Ocean Blue', the proper concentration and time of application of $GA_{3}$ was 400 mg.$L^{-1}$$GA_{3}$ treated to nine weeks old plants at 20 days after transplanting.

Additionally, due to the increasing supply of smart phones and wide usage of social networking services, the ability to utilize such global and regional information has increased a coperation's competitiveness in its market, and even the business models have evolved from the conventional "production and distribution" to E-commerce, through which either a direct or a non-direct transaction is possible. My hypothesis is that the ability to adapt to this trend is possible through transfer of learning, and consequently, this will have an impact on company's performance. Thus, this thesis analyzes the mid- to the long-term impact of such ability and environmental factors on the performance and technology innovation of Korean companies in China. Ultimately, this study intends to engender a basic foundation for a corporation's management strategy in China. Finally this research focuses on those Korean companies in China only and on the proof of influential factors' impact on technological innovation and technological innovation's impact on those corporations' future performances. Section I is an abstract and section II, the case examines the uniqueness and current status of Korean companies in China identifies the concept and the definition of influential factors such as education-orientation, technological innovation, and performance, and then scrutinizes each factors through a closer look at their past researches. Section III explains the thesis model, the survey's method and target, the thesis, variable factors, the content, and the method of analysis. In section IV, the thesis is proved based on the outcome of the survey. The result in Section V highlights the high comprehension of technological innovation: both education-orientation and technological innovation prove to have a positive (+) correlation with the performance. The vision on education orientation proves to have a positive (+) influence on technological innovation. The effects of ginseng saponins and some phenolic acids on the in vitro biosynthesis of prostaglandins was examined in order to identify the role of some ginseng components on the regulaion of arachidonic acid metabolism. The productions of prostaglandin $E_2(PGE_2).$ prostaglandin $F_2{\alpha}(PGF_2{\alpha}).$ thromboxane $B_2(TxB_2)$ and 6-keto-prostaglandin $F_1{\alpha}(6-keto-PGF_1{\alpha})$ from $[^3H]-arachidonic$ acid were evaluated with rabbit kidney microsome. human platelet homogenate and bovine aortic microsome. The amounts of the total cyclooxy-genase products from arachidonic acid did't show significant changes in the presence of ginseng saponins. Panaxadiol. panaxatriol and all of the ginsenosides used in these experiments reduced the formation of $TxB_2.$ while increased the $6-keto-PGF_1{\alpha}$ production dose dependently. Ginseng saponins did't inhibit the ADP($10{\mu}M$) induced platelet aggregation. but sodium arachidonate (0.5 mM) induced platelet aggregation. but sodium arachidonate (0.5 mM) induced platelet aggregation was signiticantly inhibited. These findings suggest that ginseng saponins seem to playa role in the regulation of the arachidonate metabolism. probably by affecting the divergent biosynthetic pathway of prostaglandins from endoperoxide.

To improve the utilization of the domestic plant Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge (Danshen), this study investigated changes in the physicochemical qualities of Danshen extracts obtained from low-temperature extraction using the enzymes amylase, cellulase, pectinase, and protease. Changes in the yield, pH, sugar content, and chromaticity were investigated. The changes were found to be highest in the amylase-treated extract with the following values: yield, 58.3%; pH, 6.04; sugar content, $5.97^{\circ}Brix$. With regard to antioxidant properties, Danshen extracts treated with amylase showed the highest DPPH and ABTS scavenging activities of 84.25% and 74.11% at 55 ppm. The total phenolic compound content was highest in the group subjected to enzyme treatment at $60^{\circ}C$. The salvianolic acid B level of the Danshen extract was the highest in the amylase-treated group, with a value of 3,002.6 mg/100 g. Cryptotanshinone level was the highest in the amylase- and protease-treated group with a value of 3.8 mg/100 g. Tanshinone I was the highest in the protease-treated group, with a value of 14.2 mg/100 g. The results showed that the indicator components of Danshen were detected as stable in the extracts after using amylase for low-temperature extraction; therefore, it would be possible to use Danshen industrially as a functional ingredient through mass production. Furthermore, the enzyme-treatment extraction could be utilized for a variety of natural products.

① 당 사이트는 회원이 서비스 이용내용에 있어서 본 약관 제 11조 내용을 위반하거나, 다음 각 호에 해당하는

- 기타 정상적인 서비스 운영에 방해가 될 경우
② 상기 이용제한 규정에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 회원에게 서비스 이용에 대하여 별도 공지 없이 서비스 이용의
일시정지, 이용계약 해지 할 수 있습니다.
제 17 조 (전자우편주소 수집 금지)
회원은 전자우편주소 추출기 등을 이용하여 전자우편주소를 수집 또는 제3자에게 제공할 수 없습니다.
제 6 장 손해배상 및 기타사항
제 18 조 (손해배상)
당 사이트는 무료로 제공되는 서비스와 관련하여 회원에게 어떠한 손해가 발생하더라도 당 사이트가 고의 또는 과실로 인한 손해발생을 제외하고는 이에 대하여 책임을 부담하지 아니합니다.
제 19 조 (관할 법원)
서비스 이용으로 발생한 분쟁에 대해 소송이 제기되는 경우 민사 소송법상의 관할 법원에 제기합니다.

1. (시행일) 이 약관은 2016년 9월 5일부터 적용되며, 종전 약관은 본 약관으로 대체되며, 개정된 약관의 적용일 이전 가입자도 개정된 약관의 적용을 받습니다.
