  • The purpose of this research is to analyse the relationship between the types of supplied apartment plans and the dweller's remodelling of their housework space. Major findings of this research are as fellows: 1. The concept of house wort space has been greatly changed according to the evolution of socio-economic situation. 2. Increasing trend of remodelling activities for house work space is closely related with the housewife's changing attitude on the concept of house work, that is, the change from hard labor to enjoyable object. 3. The concern for house work space remodelling has been increased since 1980's, which is closely related with the appearance of consumer oriented housing market environment.

  • This paper presents the efficient plan for the EMI improvement from of TFT-LCD Module. It investigates the frequency characteristics of Power/Ground Plane of TFT-LCD drive circuit PCB concretely. After the frequency characteristics is reviewed, EMI improvement is tried to insert to RC termination between Power/Ground Plane and to shift resonance frequency. It is confirmed by a simulation result and RC Termination which is inserted the point where the resonance characteristics change is necessary. It applied in 19 "SXGA TFT-LCD drive circuits and the EMI improvement verification is described.

  • 현대 사회의 기술 발달에 따라서 회로의 집적도 대비 이용하는 주파수가 매우 높아지고 있다. 즉, 회로의 이용 주파수가 높아짐에 따라서 파장이 신호를 전달하는 전선만큼 짧아져 기존의 회로이론을 기반으로 하는 집중 정수 회로적 관점으로 해석할 수 없다. 따라서 전송선로 이론에 따라 해석하여야 하지만, 최근 전자기기들은 높은 집적도나 여러 모듈(Module)을 종합해서 만들기 때문에 전기적 특성이 일정한 전송선로의 이론을 적용하기가 힘들며, 따라서 이는 불연속을 고려한 전송선로의 분석이 이루어져야 함을 시사한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 전송선로에서 불연속 구간이 존재할 경우 기존의 전송선로 이론을 적용한 전기파라미터 변환에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해서 불연속 구간이 존재하는 마이크로 스트립 구조를 설계해 VNA(Vector Network Analyzer)를 이용해서 산란계수(S-Parameter)를 측정 및 분석하였다.

A STUDY ON RADICULAR CYSTS OF PRIMARY TEETH MIMICKING DENTIGEROUS CYSTS (함치성 낭종으로 오인되는 유치의 근단성 낭종에 관한 연구)

  • 20 radicular cysts of primary teeth mimicking dentigerous cyst were reviewed. The following results were obtained. 1. The patients' age ranged from 7 to 14 years. Males(60%) were more involved than females(40%). 2. The mandible(85%) was affected more frequently than the maxilla(15%) The mandibular deciduous molar area(80%) was the most frequently involved. 3. The diameter of the cyst varied from 10 to 30㎜. 55% of permanent successors showed underdeveloped roots less than one-third. 4. The etiologic factors were pulp-treated teeth(65%), severe caries (20%), trauma(10%), deep amalgam filling(5%).

Metastasis of breast carcinoma to the whole mandible

  • Metastatic tumors to the jawbones are an infrequent but not rare phenomenon. The most common site of distant primary tumor metastasis to the jaw bones is the breast. The clinical signs and symptoms, and radiographic appearance of these lesions can be quite variable. In this report, an invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast that metastasized to the whole mandible is presented. The patient's medical history revealed that she had undergone a modified radical mastectomy on the right breast eight years ago.

  • The purpose of this paper is to quantitatively investigate aging state of epoxy coating on containment structure at nuclear power plant. In order to evaluate an physical bonding of the epoxy coating, adhesion test was performed on a degraded epoxy coating on concrete specimens fabricated by accelerated aging experiment. In addition, impedance data by ultrasonic test were measured to compare with adhesion data. From almost 50 % of the specimens, aging phenomena of epoxy coating such as pin hole, blistering was discovered. To improve reliability on quality degradation of epoxy, co-relation between two kinds of different data was analyzed. By tracing co-related these data, it was possible to figure out physical state of as-built epoxy coating. The possibility to develop new methodology of time - dependent aging state on epoxy coating was found and discussed.

  • 최근 유지관리 단계에서 BIM (Building Information Modeling)을 이용하여 시설물 유지관리 효율성과 성능개선을 도모하기 위한 연구들이 시작되고 있다. 현행의시설물 유지관리 업무에서는 준공도서를 효과적으로 활용하고 있지 못하고 있으며, 유지관리 단계의 의사결정을 위한 정보체계 미흡, 자산관리 체계 미흡 등으로 효율성 측면에서 유지관리 운영의 한계를 나타내고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 시설물의 3차원 형상정보 관리체계와 능동적 의사결정 모델 등 BIM기술을 활용한 유지관리 방법론을 제시한다. 제시된 방법론의 핵심인 BIM모델을 활용함으로써 시설물의 유지관리 정보의 통합관리와 시설물 성능관리에 대한 효율적 의사결정을 지금보다 쉽게 할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 국민의식 수준이 높아지면서 도로교통 등 SOC 시설물 이용에 대한 서비스도 다양화 고도화되면서 사용자 가치를 반영한 서비스수준 요구가 커지고 있다. 본 연구는 국내외 선행 연구사례 고찰을 통해 정보시스템과 터널시설물의 서비스수준 등의 평가항목을 도출하고 AHP기법을 사용하여 평가항목들 간의 상대적 중요성을 계산하여 정보시스템과 터널시설물의 서비스수준간의 중요도 관계분석을 통한 연구사례가 많지 않은 국도상의 터널시설물을 대상으로 향후에 사용자중심의 시설물유지관리정보시스템 개발 방안을 마련하였다.

  • This paper is to propose a hybrid memory adaptor using next-generation nonvolatile memory devices such as phase-change memory to improve the performance limitations of OpenStack-based object storage systems. The proposed system aims to improve the performance of the account and container servers for object metadata management. For this, the proposed system consists of locality-based dynamic page buffer, write buffer, and nonvolatile memory modules. Experimental results show that the proposed system improves the hit rate by 5.5% compared to the conventional system.

  • This paper describes on the leakage inductance calculations of superconducting (s/c) tranformer. When s/c transformer quenches, the magnetic energy stored in the leakage inductance dissipates in the form of Joule heating. So, it is highly desired to estimate the leakage inductances of a s/c transformer as it is designed. In this paper, we calculated the leakage inductance of sic transformer, using zeroth and first order model, and the calculated results were compared with the measured ones. It shows that 1st order model is enough to estimate the leakage inductacne of s/c transformer.
