웹 서비스 사이트들의 급속한 증가에 따라 수많은 유사 웹 서비스들 중에서 최적의 서비스를 찾는 방법이 문제가 되고 있다. 매치메이커는 주어진 질의에 적합한 서비스 사이트를 찾아주는 일종의 에이전트 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 분산 시각 미디어 검색 프레임워크인 HERMES를 위한 매치메이커를 제안하고, QoS를 기반으로 결과 서비스 사이트의 순위를 부여하는 방법을 설명한다. 또한 실험을 통해 제안 방법의 유용성과 정확성을 보인다.

As the traffic environment gradually changes to autonomous driving and intelligent transport systems, vehicles are becoming increasingly complicated and intelligent, and their connectivity is greatly expandinged. As a result, attack vectors of such vehicles increasing, and security threats further expanding. Currently, various solutions for vehicle security are being developed and applied, but the damage caused by cyber attacks is still increasing. In recent years, vehicles such as the Tesla Model S and Mitsubishi Outlander have been hacked and remotely controlled by an attacker. Therefore, there is a need for advanced security technologies to cope with increasingly intelligent and sophisticated automotive cyber attacks. In this article, we introduce the latest trends of autonomous vehicles and their security threats, as well as the current status and issues of security technologies to cope with them.

The steady growth of seaborne trade has resulted in the further development of container ships, ports, and container terminals, and the operating efficiency of a container terminal is a decisive element for its competitive ability in international markets. The aim of this research is to evaluate the relative efficiency of Russian and South Korean container terminals. For this purpose, the output-oriented DEA was applied to 31 container terminals of Russian and South Korean seaports for the years from 2012 to 2014. The results indicate that Korean container terminals exhibited higher efficiency scores than their Russian counterparts.

Nesidioblastosis in one of the causes of hyperinsulinemic hypoglysemia in infancy. The most important goal of treatment for persistent hypoglycemia is the prevention of permanent brain damage. The early surgical management is satisfactory to this goal in nesidioblastosis and maintains normal blood sugar level without administration of drugs or supplement of sugar postoperatively in many cases. We experienced a female infant of 3 months old who has suffered from persistent hypoglysemia due to hyperinsulinism and was suspected nesidioblastosis for its cause clinically. She underwent 95% distal pancreatectomy. The histologic findings of nesidioblastosis was confirmed postoperatively. No postoperative complication was occured and her blood sugar levels were maintained within normal range without medical treatment.

An Optimal shape design of the boom system in high ladder vehicles is performed using 3-D finite element method (FEM). Results of structural analyses providing displacements, stresses are implemented for the optimum shape design. Lanzcos algorithm is used for the modal analysis in order to find natural frequencies. The optimal shape including cross sectional thickness and length of the boom system is controlled by the subproblem method besed on displacement and Von Mises stress. It is found that a plenty of materials can be saved by using shape design optimization in high ladder vehicles. It is also found that the natural frequency is increased until 6th mode and maintained similarly or decreased after 6th mode.

A new composition of paper coating adhesives was prepared by using a nano-filler of an organically-modified montmorillonite (O-MMT). The new O-MMT coating adhesives were applied to the paper, and the properties of coated papers including surface morphology, optical and physical properties, and printing properties were investigated. The use of O-MMT improved the mechanical properties, such as folding endurance, tearing strength, and tensile strength, while the surface smoothness decreased. It decreased especially when the dosage was high enough, approximately above 6 parts. The printing properties such as wet- and dry-pick were enhanced with addition of O-MMT.

본 논문에서는 검색 빈도가 높고 검색 형태가 다변적인 멀티미디어 응용 분야에서 간단한 질의어만을 사용해 멀티미디어 데이타가 포함된 질의 검색 결과를 멀티미디어 답게 시공간상에 배치해 프레젠테이션해주는 멀티미디어 검색 질의어(SQL/MR:SQL/Mulitimedia Retrival)를 제안하였다. 특히, SQL/MR의 주요 구문과 질의에, 그리고 SQL/MR이 사용하는 주요 태그의 처리 방법을 제시하였다. SQL/MR은 SQL의 SELECT절만을 확정한 것으로 사용자가 매번 질의마다 저작 도구를 사용해야 하는 번거로움을 제거해 준다. SQL/MR은 모노미디어 데이타 타입(또는 클라스) 형태로 멀티미디어 데이타를 분리 저장하는 대부분의 현존 관계 DBMS, 객체지향 DBMS, 객관관계 DBMS에서 모두 활용될 수 있다.

Melt blending of Bisphenol A polycarbonate (PC) and poly(trimethylene terephthalate) (PTT) was carried out over the entire composition range. The mixing time was varied up to 90 min. The resulting samples were analyzed by FT-IR, DSC, XRD, DMTA, $^{1}H NMR$, and SEM. The process of transesterification between the two polymers and their resulting compatibilization were observed. The behaviors of the PTT-rich and PC-rich blends were different and an equilibrium was found to exist. Peculiar behavior, which was different from that of the PTT-rich and PC-rich blends, was exhibited by the 50/50 (PTT/PC) blend.
