In the modern society where information system based on the computer in organization have been developed over again. A decision support system is one of the most popular topics. The computer have been discussed in relation to management strategy between enterprisers and researchers so far, but the accumulation of data resource and communication foundation have not been attended in actuality. The organic connection between business and information technique have been less progressed than our expectation. At this point of time. such a technical restrution getting removed, We have closed a gap between management strategy and computer. Now we are taking a growing interest in computer use for supporting proceedings decision, a lot of strategic marketing decision is wifely used in such a case, and the technical development is comming to advanced. In this study, I Investigate such a new tendency as strategic program and proceedings decision system. I will especially focus my study on a strategic program and a budget control corporation, so to speak, on strategic budget management system. Concretely the purpose of this study is to investigate what functions the proceedings decision support system requires in order to deal with the problem of strategic level and to practically establish the system with the use of DSS GENERATOR/ARISTOTLE in my laboratory.

The present study examines the effect of naloxone, mu-opioid receptor antagonist, on prolactin (PRL) gene expression and secretion induced by estradiol (I) treahent in vivo. Adult rats were ovariectomized (OW) and implanted with Silastic capsules containing either vehicle (oil) or E. Three days later, NAL (2 mg/kg BW) or saline urere injected 30 min prior to sacrifice. To examine PRL secretion in vitro, the pituitaries were incubated in the superfusion system for 3 hrs. Superfusates were collected at 10 min intenrals on ice and subjected to PRL radioimmunoassay. Endogenous release of PRL in OU( + I rats was signifcantlv higher than that in OVX rats (mean $\pm$ SE; 24.5 $\pm$ 3.1 vs 14.5 $\pm$ 2.9 ns/10 min). A single injection of NAL clearly inhibited PRL release in Nitro from pituitaries derived from OW + I rats, but not from OW group. PRL myNA was determined by RNA-blot hybridisation assay with nicktranslated PRL CDNA. E stimulated PRL mRNA about 3 fold over that shown in OW group. Treahent of NAL suppressed the I-stimulated PRL myNA in OVX + I group, but not in OVX group. These data clearly showed that the NAL-induced inhibition of PRL secretion was well correlated with changes in PRL mRNA level and this inhibitory process appears to be mediated in I-dependent manner.

While a lot of comparisons of DBMS performance for processing large scale database are given as results of bench-mark tests, there are few comparisons of DBMS performance for processing small scale database. Therefore, in this study, we compared and analyzed on the performance of commercial DBMS and public DBMS for small scale database. Analysis results show that while Oracle has low performance on the operations of update and insert due to the overhead of rollback for data safely, MySQL and MS-SOL have good performance without additional overhead.

The purpose of this study is to understand the experience how children are receptive to their parents' imprisonment, adaptation from their painful experience and crisis. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, six youth participants were selected. We carried out in-depth individual interviews and the collected data from the interviews and the case study were analyzed. The commons subjects are like 'Sudden separation and shock', 'Glad to be unhappy', 'Wretched my life', 'The way of the far-away meeting', 'The one who gave me hope', 'Live my life'and so on. Based on the result of this study, policy and practical guideline were discussed and suggested to help children of the incarcerated in addition to the limitations of the study and the recommendations for further study.

Purpose: This study aims to be used as a reference for setting the direction of university major education & policy. Research design, data and methodology: The satisfaction survey were nine major curriculum surveys for each college, targeting students enrolled in a university. One university consisted of 9 colleges and 49 departments or majors. The survey period is approximately one month. Results: The highest item in the major curriculum reflects the educational goal of the department, with a score of 3.95. Conversely, the lowest item is 3.65 points, indicating that the major curriculum offers a wide range of subjects to choose from. As the questions are higher than the average score (3.83 points), the major curriculum is helping me grow my competency through academic achievement (3.90 points), the major curriculum is helping me set my career and finding a job (3.88 points), The major curriculum suggests specific performance standards for judging the achievement of a set target competency (3.88 points), and the major curriculum reflects social demands and changes (3.85 points). Conclusions: Students want that their major education faithfully reflects the educational goals of their major and that major education helps their ability to grow for academic achievement.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the meaning of the driving force of life experienced by the elderly and the realistic structure of their experience. Methods: The research question was "What is the essential meaning of the driving force experienced by the elderly?". Data were collected from individual in-depth interviews between March, 2017 and May, 2017 and analyzed using Van Manen's hermeneutic phenomenological methodology to identify the essential themes of their experience. Results: Through the analysis process, 22 themes and 14 essential themes were derived. The 14 essential themes of the driving force of the life of elderly were as follows: 'Memories from the past', 'Poverty to escape', 'Hand down family's heritage', 'A body bound by marriage', 'A body necessary for old age', 'A dignified body even if they grow older', 'A body that does not want to fall', 'A fruit of my life', 'Mature real love', 'Unchanging fraternity', 'Extended family', 'An old friend with whom share my heart', 'Satisfied with the situation', and 'Expanding the breadth of life'. Conclusion: Nursing programs that assess the driving force of life supporting the elderly and supports the driving force of such a life should be developed.

The traditional dress of a nation represents that nations organic culture. The traditional Hanbok dress has become our traditional wear through many centuries of history. This paper studies the real world use of daily Hanbok and provide comparative data and compares the traditional and daily Hanbok with focus on the basic Hanbok. It will also present my views on the future of daily Hanbok design with beauty as an emphasis.

The $^{13}C-chemical\;shifts$ of the phenolic coumarine derivatives, aesculetin, daphnetin and herniarin were studied on the basis of my previous report. All spectral data found in this report could be utilized to the structure elucidation of the unknown phenolic coumarine derivatives and other phenolic compounds. In addition, it is suggested that a long range coupling may occur in the following structure as represented by arrow.

Quality in agriculture statistics at the international level is very important to all countries in the world. We investigate international organizations which produce worldwide agricultural statistics. The UN-FAO is one of the most important organization in agricultural statistics fields. We first introduce the Statistics division in FAO and present some considerations like production, reliability, quality of the agriculture data from my own experience as a consultant in FAO and Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry in Korea.

It is predicted that the existing backbone network has encountered its limit due to massive growth in data traffic. Perhaps new WDM methods utilizing optical fibers are desirable. Also to assure reliance of the network detour routes fur collision recovery must be considered. But due to the redundancy occurred by allocating bandwidths to the detour route, the efficiency of the link my decline. In this paper, we designed a detour route to minimize the redundancy.
