외식 소비동기가 레스토랑 선택속성 중요도에 미치는 영향: 패션 프리미엄 아울렛을 중심으로 (Motivations of Selecting Restaurants for Eating-out: Focus on Fashion Premium Outlets)

  • Purpose - This research examined the effect of hedonic and utilitarian eating-out motivations on the evaluation of restaurant selection attributes in a fashion premium outlet. Additionally, the influence of experimental and functional attributes on customers' preference for hedonic eating-out motives and utilitarian eating-out motives, and variation of moderating effects through the gender was examined. Research design, data, and methodology - A survey was conducted to verify the established research hypothesis. The questionnaire items for the research were modified to fit the situation of the present study. In order to elaborate the questionnaire, the literature of the previous researchers was reviewed and supplemented. The survey conducted 207 online questionnaires for consumers who have visited domestic fashion premium outlets from July 4, 2017 to July 27, 2017. A total of 207 questionnaires were collected, and a total of 206 questionnaires were used for the empirical analysis after excluding one inappropriate response. In order to verify the reliability and validity of the measured variables, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis were performed using SPSS 20.0. Next, the structural equation model (SEM) statistical method was used to test the hypotheses of the study. Results - Hedonic motivation had more influence on experimental attribute importance than the functional attribute importance of the restaurant. However, this result was different depending on the gender. The effects of hedonic motives on empirical attributes were more influenced by female groups, and when influencing functional attributes, male groups were more influenced. However, it was statistically significant (p <0.05) in the female group only when the hedonic eating out motives influenced empirical attributes. Conclusions - This study analyzed the effect of eating-out motivation on the restaurant preference attributes and suggested practical implications. First, customers with hedonic eating-out motivations were evaluating experiential attributes to be more important than functional attributes. Second, for customers who are motivated to use practical eating-out habits, companies should provide services that meet practical and economic needs. In particular, female customers visiting restaurants need differentiated marketing strategies that make them feel new experiences rather than practical ones. In addition, it is necessary to study more complex and integrated studies which will influence restaurant selection attributes of premium outlets customers by adding various eating out motives and selection attributes.

  • This paper analyzes the main factors affecting user selection of a small-sum electronic payment system using survey data of 396 users. Several findings emerge. First, users consider three pillars and eight factors in adopting a new system : system features(stability, security, and flexibility), transaction cost(payment commission and settlement period), and financial capability of provider(stability of financial structure, risk management capability, and funding capability). Second, the stability of the financial structure of the system provider is the most important factor to user acceptance of a new e-payment system. Users tend to consider uncertainty risk more seriously than transaction cost. This reflects the reality that electronic payment system service industry has not fully fledged yet. Third, some moderating effects exist according to payment methods and business usages. As for payment methods, speedy settlement cycle for wired/wireless phone payment, system stability for credit card and account transfer payment, and security for advance payment means are crucial factors. As for business usages, the stability of financial structure for online game content, system stability for music and video content, proxy payment commission for e-learning content, flexibility of the payment system for digital adult content, and security for public services are decisive ones.

도서 정보 및 본문 텍스트 통합 마이닝 기반 사용자 맞춤형 도서 큐레이션 시스템 (Personalized Book Curation System based on Integrated Mining of Book Details and Body Texts)

  • The content curation service through big data analysis is receiving great attention in various content fields, such as film, game, music, and book. This service recommends personalized contents to the corresponding user based on user's preferences. The existing book curation systems recommended books to users by using bibliographic citation, user profile or user log data. However, these systems are difficult to recommend books related to character names or spatio-temporal information in text contents. Therefore, in this paper, we suggest a personalized book curation system based on integrated mining of a book. The proposed system consists of mining system, recommendation system, and visualization system. The mining system analyzes book text, user information or profile, and SNS data. The recommendation system recommends personalized books for users based on the analysed data in the mining system. This system can recommend related books using based on book keywords even if there is no user information like new customer. The visualization system visualizes book bibliographic information, mining data such as keyword, characters, character relations, and book recommendation results. In addition, this paper also includes the design and implementation of the proposed mining and recommendation module in the system. The proposed system is expected to broaden users' selection of books and encourage balanced consumption of book contents.

HS 최적화 알고리즘 성능 향상에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Performance Improvement of Harmony Search Optimization Algorithm)

  • Harmony Search(HS) 알고리즘은 음악 즉흥 연주 프로세스에서 영감을 받은 메타 휴리스틱 최적화 알고리즘으로 다양한 최적화 문제를 해결하는 데 성공적으로 적용되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 HS의 성능을 더욱 향상시키기 위해 FSH(Fast Harmony Search) 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 HM을 이용하여 목적 변수의 경곗값을 새롭게 정의하여 독립적인 두 개의 화음개선과정을 하나로 통합하는 방법을 제안하였다. 그 결과 알고리즘의 처리 시간이 단축되고 대역폭의 명시적인 결정이 더이상 필요하지 않게 되었다. 또한, 무작위 선택의 활용능력이 향상되었다. 수치적 예시 결과는 제안된 알고리즘이 기존의 HS에 비해 더 나은 해를 찾을 수 있으며 속도 또한 빠르다는 것을 보여준다.

음악저작 우선표제 기술 지침 개발시 고려사항에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Considerations in Developing Guidelines for Recording Preferred Title of Music Works)

  • 본 연구는 음악저작의 우선표제 기술 지침 개발시 고려사항을 제안하고자 RDA 규칙을 분석하고, 여러 국가 도서관의 지침을 분석하였다. 우선, RDA 규칙을 분석하고, 규칙의 별법 및 선택사항별로 자체적인 지침을 개발한 8개 국가도서관에서 RDA 적용 지침을 조사하여 주요 고려대상 규칙을 살펴보았다. 이후 규칙별로 MLA, LC-PCC, DACH의 지침 내용을 분석하여 고려사항을 실질적으로 제시하였다. 첫째, 우선표제 선정과 관련하여 원어표제를 채택하도록 하되 원어표제가 국내 이용자에게 적합하지 않은 경우, 다른 언어의 우선표제를 사용하도록 할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 우선표제 기술과 관련하여 한 파트 저작, 둘 이상의 파트를 가진 저작, 한 저자의 전집, 특정 작곡유형명의 전집, 불완전한 합집, 여러 작곡가의 합집으로 나누어 살펴보았다. 셋째, 추가요소로 연주수단, 숫자표시, 음조, 기타 식별특성을 우선표제 기록시 고려사항으로 제시하였다. 넷째, 작곡유형명과 연주수단을 위한 통제어휘집을 지정하거나 제시할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 RDA 음악저작의 우선표제 기술 지침 개발시 고려할 사항을 제시하였으므로 음악저작의 우선표제 관련 규칙 개발과 도서관에서 음악저작의 우선표제 기술 지침 작성에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

제7차 초등학교 교육과정의 보건교육 관련내용 분석 (Analysis of the contents related to health education of the 7th education course for elementary schools)

  • This study was attempted to offer the basic data required for composing a systemic education contents for health by analyzing the contents related to health education shown in the guidebook for teachers and the schoolbook for students of all grades in the current 7th education course for elementary school. The objectives and data were totally 162 copies which were 90 copies of national schoolbook for 1~6 grades and 72 copies of guidebook for teachers used in elementary schools in the 7th educational course. The standards of selection for the contents related to health education including in each schoolbook were divided into 11 themes using the health care model suggested by Kim, Hwa Joong(1995) in the guidebook for health curriculum for elementary middle high schools. The results of this study are as follows: Firstly, the total hours of health education suggested in the 7th educational course for elementary school were 274 hours and it was 6.2% of the total class of 4,442 hours. Secondly, the contents about health education were distributed into 9 subjects of The right livelihood, The wise livelihood, The cheerful livelihood, Korean, Morals, Society, Science, Physical education, and Practical course etc. Physical education had the most contents about health education and there was nothing in Mathematics, Music and Arts. Thirdly, contents about health of regional society and environmental health were the most of 53 hours(19.3%), and contents about understanding of health were the least of 4 hours(1.4%). Fourthly, contents included equally in every grades were those about safety and emergency response, health of home and society, health of regional society and environmental health.

반자율주행 맥락에서 AI 에이전트의 멀티모달 인터랙션이 운전자 경험에 미치는 효과 : 시각적 캐릭터 유무를 중심으로 (The Effect of AI Agent's Multi Modal Interaction on the Driver Experience in the Semi-autonomous Driving Context : With a Focus on the Existence of Visual Character)

  • 대화형 AI 스피커가 보편화되면서 음성인식은 자율주행 상황에서의 중요한 차량-운전자 인터랙션 방식으로 인식되고 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 반자율주행 상황에서 음성뿐만 아니라 AI 캐릭터의 시각적 피드백을 함께 전달하는 멀티모달 인터랙션이 음성 단일 모드 인터랙션보다 사용자 경험 최적화에 효과적인지를 확인하는 것이다. 실험 참가자에게 주행 중 AI 스피커와 캐릭터를 통해 음악 선곡과 조정을 위한 인터랙션 태스크를 수행하게 하고, 정보 및 시스템 품질, 실재감, 지각된 유용성과 용이성, 그리고 지속 사용 의도를 측정하였다. 평균차이 분석 결과, 대부분의 사용자 경험 요인에서 시각적 캐릭터의 멀티모달 효과는 나타나지 않았으며, 지속사용 의도에서도 효과는 나타나지 않았다. 오히려, 정보품질 요인에서 음성 단일 모드가 멀티모달보다 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 운전자의 인지적 노력이 필요한 반자율주행 단계에서는 멀티모달 인터랙션이 단일 모드 인터랙션에 비해 사용자 경험 최적화에 효과적이지 않았다.

3D입체영화의 만족에 관한 탐색적 연구 (An Empirical Study Approach to Investigating Impact of 3D Stereoscopic Film's Customer Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 3D 입체 영화의 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 탐색적 연구이다. 본 연구 방법은 기존 선행연구를 바탕으로 3D 입체 영화에 영향을 미치는 요인들로 인물, 스토리, 대사, 음악, 3D 기술적 요인을 도출하고 이러한 요인들이 3D 입체 영화의 만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지에 대하여 분석해보고자 하였다. 또한 영화에 대한 관여도에 따라 3D 입체 영화의 만족에 어떠한 요인이 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 연구해 보고자 하였다. 이에 본 연구의 결과는 크게 다음과 같이 요약된다. 첫째, 3D 입체 영화의 만족에 높은 영향을 주는 영화의 속성은 스토리와 3D 기술적 요인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 영화의 관여도에 따라 3D 입체 영화의 만족에 영향을 주는 요인을 분석해 본 결과 저관여 집단에게서 3D 입체 기술적 요인이 높은 상관관계를 나타냈다. 반면 고관여 집단에서는 3D 입체 기술적 요인과 스토리가 영화의 만족도에 높은 영향을 나타냈다. 이러한 연구결과는 향후 3D 입체 영화에 대한 연구에 있어 변수의 선정에 유용한 시사점을 제공해 줄 것으로 기대된다.

다문화가족 아동과 청소년에게 적용된 건강 관련 중재연구의 동향 : 간호교육에의 시사점 (Trends in Health-Related Intervention Research Applied to Children and Adolescents in Multicultural Families)

  • 본 연구는 다문화가족 아동 및 청소년에게 제공된 건강관련 중재 연구들의 동향과 효과를 분석함으로써 간호 중재 및 교육방안의 근거를 제공하고자 시행되었다. Scoping 방법에 따라 8개의 국내외 전자데이터베이스를 통하여 검색된 604개의 문헌 중 선정기준과 제외기준에 따라 최종 12편의 문헌을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 초등학생 대상의 연구가 대부분이었고, 중재 프로그램의 유형은 미술 활동, 음악 활동, 심리 치료 및 상담, 신체 활동이며, 중재 효과는 신체적, 심리사회적, 발달상의 변수로 분류되었다. 본 연구를 통해 다문화가족 아동 및 청소년의 주요 건강 문제 예방 및 증진을 위한 중재 연구의 필요성이 제기되었으며, 더불어 신체적, 심리사회적, 발달적 영역을 포함하는 포괄적인 중재 전략 마련이 요구됨을 확인하였다.

체인 패밀리 레스토랑의 고객 만족 및 고객 충성도에 미치는 요인 분석 (Analysis of the Factors Affecting Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty in a Family Restaurant Chain)

  • Purpose - When it comes to first impressions of family restaurants, people basically think of the following factors: cozy, a refreshing space, indoor lighting, atmospheric music, the best-quality service through mutual interactions with employees, birthday events, follow-up customer management, brand image, and many others. Focusing on such family restaurants characteristics, with consumption experience and customer satisfaction determined as mediator variables, this study looks into the selection factors that affect customer loyalty when choosing a family restaurant. Subsequently, the study conducts an empirical analysis of these selection factors with the greatest influence. Research design, data, and methodology - This study analyzed 200 total surveys of family restaurant customers including college students, workers, housewives, and others. The survey was conducted over two weeks in May 2014. For statistical processing, SPSS 21 was used for factor analysis and reliability analysis as well as AMOS for structural equation analysis. In terms of a variable that would influence either consumption experience or customer satisfaction at the restaurants, the study introduced the concept of customer equity. The study designed a model based on a hypothesis developed using the following factors: customer encounter service value, customer convenience value, brand equity, relationship equity, and other factors defined as components of customer equity by Rust et al. (2000) determined as independent variables as well as with customer experience and customer satisfaction set as mediator variables. The hypothesis, after all, assumed that customer loyalty would be positively (+) influenced. Results - The analysis results from the study reported that brand value, customer encounter service value, and relationship value have positive (+) effects on consumption experience and customer satisfaction. However, as for customer convenience value, this turned out not to have a statistically significant influence on consumption experience and customer satisfaction. In regard to a relation between consumption experience and customer satisfaction, the results showed that the former affects the latter, and in terms of intervening variables, both of these appeared to have a positive (+) effect on customer loyalty. Conclusions - This study suggests that family restaurants should look for strategies that focus on how to promote customer relationships. For example, restaurants could try birthday events or discount events to achieve this goal. Since the study ended up realizing relatively low levels of suitability and statistical significance, the path of the study changed. After all, in order to increase suitability and statistical significance, the study had to eliminate factors such as service quality and others and for this reason the study was unable to conduct the analysis as initially planned. In addition, the data samples of the research were mainly gathered from students, which made it hard to say that the analysis was carried out on samples from every different group. Future research should analyze the characteristics of each group of customers for factors affecting customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in the family restaurant chain.
