Carcinosarcoma is an unusual and rarest neoplasm in man, consisting of carcinomatous parenchyme and sarcomatous stroma. Two clinical types of carcinosarcoma were present. One type of tumor was centrally located [endobronchial type], infrequent metastasis, and better prognosis than parenchymal type. The other type was peripherally located [parenchymal type], frequent metastasis, and poor prognosis. The histogenesis of carcinosarcoma is many hypothesis, but controversial; 1] sarcomatous degeneration of stroma, 2] intermingling of simultaneously arising carcinoma & sarcoma, 3] multiple primary tumor, 4] blastomatous changes in hamartoma, 5] stromal reaction to squamous cell carcinoma, 6] true & collision carcinosarcoma. In this case, 52 year-old male patient was hospitalized due to intermittent hemoptysis & known pulmonary lesions. Since 1968, chest PA showed round haziness within cyst & multiple cyst on RUL & RLL. Radical pneumonectomy was performed and histopathology showed carcinosarcoma, surrounded by bronchial epithelium. The patient maintain general well-being without clinical evidence of recurrence till now.
With the rapid development of digital media, there has been a huge change in a way of communication, a process of information diffusion and a role of traditional media. Not like mass media, social media enables users to generate and tap into the opinions of a larger world. From that reason, social media is impacting marketing strategies. However, still social media marketing researches just focus on case study, analysis of users motivation or analysis of power user's usage pattern. Word-of-mouth has always been important especially in marketing area. In social media, word-of-mouth depends on each user that's why this research focuses on individual user's activity in SNS. I defined 4 factors (produce, diffusion, network size, activity of network size enlarge) that are effect on activity and verified hypothesis by multiple regression analysis, hierarchical regression analysis and moderated multiple regression.

In this paper, we propose a real-time people tracking system with multiple CCD cameras for security inside the building. To achieve this goal, we present a method for 3D walking human tracking based on the IMPRESARIO framework incorporating cascaded classifiers into hypothesis evaluation. The efficiency of adaptive selection of cascaded classifiers has been also presented. The camera is mounted from the ceiling of the laboratory so that the image data of the passing people are fully overlapped. The implemented system recognizes people movement along various directions. To track people even when their images are partially overlapped, the proposed system estimates and tracks a bounding box enclosing each person in the tracking region. The approximated convex hull of each individual in the tracking area is obtained to provide more accurate tracking information. We have shown the improvement of reliability for likelihood calculation by using cascaded classifiers. Experimental results show that the proposed method can smoothly and effectively detect and track walking humans through environments such as dense forests.

In this paper, a tracking algorithm for a maneuvering single target in the presence of multiple data from multiple sensors is investigated. Allowing individual sensors to function by themselves, the estimates from individual sensors on the same target are fused for the purpose of improving the state estimate. The filtering method adopted in the local sensors is the variable dimensional filter with input estimatio technique, which consists of a constant velocity model and a constant acceleration model. A posteriori probability for the maneuvering hypothesis is newly derived. It is shown that the relation function of the a posteriori probability is a function of only the covariance of the fused estimates. Simulation results are provided.
Zoospore progenies of Phytophthora cactorum were relatively uniform and similar to their respective parent in the rate of linear extension, whereas oospore progenies were greatly various. Also, the character of colony pattern was quantitatively various in oospore progenies but not zoospore progenies. Therefore, these results suggested that multiple genes were involved in determining growth rate and colony morphology of P. cactorum, and support the hypothesis that species of Phytophthora are diploid during the vegetative phase.
Research with parents of children with Asperger Syndrome was conducted to assess whether the level of positive parental attachment correlated positively with positive parenting behaviors and negatively with negative parenting behaviors. Participants were recruited from internet. The Parental Bonding Inventory measured parents' perception of their bonding or attachment with three aspects of their own parents: warmth, control, and care. In the Parenting Behavior Inventory, parents reported recent interaction/reaction behaviors with their child, and results focused on two aspects of parenting, supportive/engaged and hostile/coercive behaviors: each identified as problematic to parenting and attributable to a variety of specific parenting behaviors. Analysis of demographic variables for correlations with positive parenting behaviors and negative parenting behaviors were carried out by Pearson correlations. Two separate standard multiple regressions, one for positive parenting behaviors and one for negative parenting behaviors, were conducted. Findings support the hypothesis that positive early attachment experience of parents has a significant impact upon their own positive parenting skills with their child with Asperger Syndrome. However, multiple regression of negative parenting behavior found no significant negative contribution by parental attachment. Demographic variables proved to be important.
This study was conducted to examine the influence of different styles of attribution to fine dust on preventive behaviors. In addition, the mediating effect of risk perception on the relationship between attribution styles and preventive behaviors was examined. Survey data was collected from 930 Korean people from a variety of ages and regions, and a hierarchical multiple regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis. The results indicated that both external and internal attribution to fine dust had a significant positive effect on preventive behavior. The multiple regression analysis revealed that both knowledge and dread had a significantly positive effect on preventive behaviors. In addition, risk perception (knowledge and dread) partially mediated the relationship between the external attribution to fine dust and preventive behavior. However, internal attribution showed only a direct effect on protection behaviors. The significance and limitations of the study were also discussed.
The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of income inequality on consumption expenditure in other to understand income-led growth policy. This is basically resulted in the income inequality had gotten worse since global financial crisis in many economies. Malthusian hypothesis which signifies the relationship between the income inequality and the consumption expenditure revisited for this purpose. The paper utilizes multiple break points regression and TGARCH model, and these methodologies are tentatively applied to the case of U.S and U.K. This is because that long-run time series data enables to formulate a stylized fact in general. Empirical evidence suggests that there does not exist a solid relationship among APC, income inequality by Gini coefficient, and consumption expenditure before the year of 2000, but Malthusian hypothesis is supported by weak basis in U.S while strong basis in U.K after since then. It implies that the income inequality has to be alleviated to maximize its effectiveness of the income-led growth policy.

The world dairy industry has long been challenged by bovine mastitis, an inflammatory disease, which causes economic loss due to decreased milk production and quality. Attempts have been made to prevent or treat this disease with multiple approaches, primarily through increased abuse of antibiotics, but effective natural solutions remain elusive. Bee venom (BV) contains a variety of peptides (e.g., melittin) and shows multiple bioactivities, including prevention of inflammation. Thus, in the current study, it was hypothesized that BV can reduce inflammation in bovine mammary epithelial cells (MAC-T). To examine the hypothesis, cells were treated with LPS ($1{\mu}g/ml$) to induce an inflammatory response and the anti-inflammatory effects of BV (2.5 and $5{\mu}g/ml$) were investigated. The cellular mechanisms of BV against LPS-induced inflammation were also investigated. Results showed that BV can attenuate expression of an inflammatory protein, COX2, and pro-inflammatory cytokines such as IL-6 and TNF-${\alpha}$. Activation of NF-${\kappa}B$, an inflammatory transcription factor, was significantly downregulated by BV in cells treated with LPS, through dephosphorylation of ERK1/2. Moreover, pretreatment of cells with BV attenuated LPS-induced production of intracellular reactive oxygen species (e.g., superoxide anion). These results support our hypothesis that BV can decrease LPS-induced inflammatory responses in bovine mammary epithelial cells through inhibition of oxidative stress, NF-${\kappa}B$, ERK1/2, and COX-2 signaling.
In this paper, performance of a maximum-likelihood modulation classification for quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM) is studied. Unlike previous works, the relative classification performance with respect to the available modulations and performance limit with single-sample observation are presented. For those purposes, all constellations are set to have the same minimum Euclidean distance between symbols so that a smaller constellation is a subset of the larger ones. And only one sample of received waveform is used for multiple hypothesis test. As a result, classification performance is improved with increase in signal-to-noise ratio in all the experiments. Especially, when the true modulation format used in the transmitter is 4 QAM, almost perfect classification can be achieved without any additional information or observation samples. Though the possibility of false classification due to the symbols shared by subset constellations always exists, correct classification ratio of $80{\%}$ can be obtained with the single-sample observation when the true modulation formats are 16 and 64 QAM.
