Measurement is a essential part in all kinds of industry, especially in manufacturing. But until now, measurement hasn't been located to the core of manufacturing in domestic. This study suggests improvement guide line for the multilateral problems of measuring instrument operation based on the investigation of small and medium-sized enterprises. To use measuring instrument correctly, man who treat it must be accustomed with the structure, the performance, the method. The measuring instrument must be corrected periodically. The correcting-schedule is established with environments with considering accuracy, stability, purpose, condition, and frequency.

공급사슬의 구성문제는 주문의 동적환경를 고려하여 전체 관점에서 스케줄링되어야 한다. 이러한 공급사슬구성문제를 본 연구에서는 에이전트 협상 방법론을 통해 해결하고자 한다. 에이전트 협상은 공급사슬망을 경쟁적 관계로 이해하고 개별목적을 가진 구성원 에이전트간의 협상과정을 통해 재스케줄링이 발생되어 공급사슬을 구성하게된다. 지금까지의 연구는 공급사슬 상에서 수직적 통합(vertical integration)을 중심으로 조직의 유연적 조정에 초점이 맞추어졌다. 그러나 본문제에서는 다수의 구매자, 제조자. 공급자간의 3 단계 과정에서 협력적 관계를 통해 개별적 이익을 최대화하면서 공급사슬 전체의 관점에서도 비용 최적화를 이룰 수 있는 다자간 협상방법론을 제안한다. 본 협상방법론의 최적화 여부와 효율성을 Branch & Bound 알고리즘과 비교하여 검증하였다.

This research surveys how much firms are satisfied with the graduates of the MIS Department of C University. The subjects of this research are the graduates of the department who are working as full time workers and their supervisors, coworkers and subordinate workers evaluate how much they are satisfactory regarding their ability and knowledge to do their jobs successfully. The subjects are classified into IS practitioners and non-IS practitioners based on the tasks they are currently taking charge of. The results show that the IT - related part of the curriculum of the department provides a relative advantage for non-IS practitioners and that the management-related part of the curriculum provides a relative advantage for IS practitioners. The results also show that the curriculum does not provide the graduates enough technical proficiency to develop a successful carrier as IS specialists.

전자 상거래의 증가에 따른 물적 흐름의 증가와 기업의 경쟁력 확보를 위한 물류비용 최소화는 이미 큰 이슈가 되었다. 또한 성공적인 비즈니스를 수행하기 위해 전통적인 기업프로세스에서 벗어나 기업간 경계를 뛰어 넘는 기업간의 물류업무에 대한 협업은 필수 요소가 되어가고 있다. 물류 처리의 효율성 향상과 기업간의 협업을 위해서는 개방형 정보 인프라를 통한 물적 흐름의 가시성과 즉시성이 확보되어야 하는데 이러한 것은 정보통신 기술을 이용한 다자간 협업 물류 기술로 해결할 수 있다. 하지만 전자상거래에 참여하는 상당수의 기업은 그 규모가 크지 않아 이러한 정보시스템을 구축하기가 쉽지만은 않은 상황이다. 본 기고에서는 다자간 협업 물류의 정의와 다자간협업 물류를 개발, 운영하고 있는 선진 물류사업자와 국내의 사례를 분석하여, 이후 관련 시스템 개발에 분석 및 비교 자료로 활용되고자 한다.

This study deals sith some problems of foreign direct investment and seeks for the ways of activating foreign direct investment (hereafter F.D.I.) by analyzing the Korean economic structure that is faced with the neo-protectivism and nationalism of the advanced or foreign countries currently. During a transformational process in the transitional period of world trade environment, it is necessary for Korea not only to learn the higher technology for advanced countries, but also to apply techonology to their economic structure in order to enter into competition with the advanced countries. Based on the experiences and accomplishments from their investments, Korean enterprises should turn their business into F.D.I. and act appropriately in order to keep the balance between indoor and outdoor investment. At present, communication network for subway is making use of the train radio system for main network and normally established a base station every three subway station. It is talk over the telephone between a locomotive and the traffic control for careful train service. Besides, mobile telephone equipment is using for service improve and convenience to passengers such as 011, 016, 017, 019 and what not. However, the train radio system has been occurring a various problems when a state of emergency because it is able to compose only one communication route each base station zone. We could have improving like this problems through induce the TRS(Trunked Radio System), though because have been able to compose multilateral communication route in case of linking with LCX(Leaked Coaxial) cable which is established. Therefore, we could be able to a fitting meet the emergency as train firing etc.. and efficient use of limited frequency resources.

In the early 1990s, as Korean automobile industry has made rapid progress due to favorable trend in domestic demand and steady increase of export it is very important to analyze the extents of competitiveness and the trends of change in the field of production. In this dissertation, the current situation of our competitiveness and its changes in the field of production are synthetically reviewed through examining productivity and quality, that is output, as well as other overall factors related in the process of production. And this analysis reassures that first of all, our prior tasks lie in the quality and volume of production, and we should develope competitiveness through multilateral innovation of management Now in order to meet these prior tasks, we must secure our own technology design and ability for innovaton ; enlarge overseas local production technical tie-up with leading companies and develop M&A for globalization ; improve price competitiveness, construct cooperation of labor and capital, and improve the structure of finance for innovation of management saving the cost ; establish the new method of production for the preparation of increasing overseas investment in near future.

Waterprooping Method with sheet need to study technology and multilateral verification considering the arctic conditions as low temperature and humidity, which is the result only considered of material aspects without environmental condition in construction But there are no measures up until now. To solve this problem by using high frequency induction heating method developed waterproof sheets, cold (5 ℃ or less) can be applied in a more stable environment, water-resistant materials and construction methods were studied for development. The results of the test showed that high frequency induction heating method is effective for usability in low temperature condition and securement of proper quality than existing Waterprooping Method with sheet need.

Yeongnyeon-euisaeng (永年醫生) was a licensed Euisaeng (醫生) without time limit. Yeongnyeon-euisaeng was a member of bridging the gap between Joseon Dynasty and the Japanese colonial period in hanuigye (韓醫界). This study aims at better understanding the Yeongnyeon-euisang. In methods, several statistics have been served about Yeongnyeon-euisaeng on the basis of the Official gazette. The following facts have been found through the Official gazette. First, the time limitted licenses have been issued mixed with a permanent license. Secondly, Yeongnyeon-euisaeng lived longer than other people. Third, the residence of Yeongnyeon-euisaeng was a very high proportion in South Hamgyong Province. Fourth, Yeongnyeon-euisaeng played an important role in Korean medical doctor (韓醫師) system after the liberation. In addition, the correlation of multilateral for Yeongnyeon-euisaeng and Confucian doctor were examined. Area of the Confucian doctor decreased since the 17th century. Confucian doctor's region and position declimed during the Japanese occupation. But Confucian doctors were also culled as status of Korean medicine and Neo-Confucianism declimed.

본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경의 전자상거래에서 다자간 협상을 효율적으로 수행할 수 있는 협상 시스템을 제안하였다. 다자간 협상으로의 확장성을 높이기 위하여 중개 에이전트 개념과 선형계획법 기반의 효율적인 양자간 협상 기법을 제시하였다. 또한 제안한 다자간 협상 시스템을 위하여 동적으로 커뮤니티에 참여 및 탈퇴할 수 있는 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 에이전트 프레임워크를 제안하였다. 제안한 협상 시스템과의 비교 실험을 위하여 기존의 협상 시스템을 구현하고 다자간 협상 시스템으로 확장하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 협상 시스템은 협상결과 및 수행시간, 그리고 다자간 협상으로의 확장성면에서 제안한 협상 시스템이 보다 효율적인 협상 수행 능력을 보여주었다.
