Ferrography에 의한 마멸분 정량분석

  • In contacting between surface, there is wear and the generation of wear particles. The particles contained in the lubricating oil carry detailed and important information about the condition monitoring of the machine. Therefore, This paper was undertaken for Ferrography system of wear debris generated from lubricated moving machine surface. The lubricating wear test was performed under different experimental conditions using the Falex wear test of Pin and V-Block type by Ti(C,N) coated. It was shown from the test results that wear particle concentration(WPC) ; wear severity Index(IS) and size\distribution have come out all the higher value by increases sliding friction time. By the Ferrogram a thin leaf wear debris as well as ball and plate type wear particles was observed.

  • In this paper, A hydrostatic bearing spindle for high precision machining and a motor built-in spindle for high speed machining are developed toobtain the high precision machining accuracy of the prototype lathe. The sliding bearing with fluoric resin (turcite) pad is adopted for improving the damping charateristics of guide ways. The funning accuracy of moving elements isestimated to confirm the validity of application on the prototype; the high precision CNC lathe. The surface roughness of Cupper and Aluminum machined by the hydrostatic spindle are 0.07 .mu. m and 0.10 .mu. mRmax. The surface roughness of Aluminium machined by the built-in spindle are 0.10 .mu. mRmax. From this results, it is venified that the prototype lathe is effective to high precision maching.

화상해석에 의한 윤활운동면의 마멸분 형태 분석

  • This paper was undertaken to analyze the morphology of wear debris generating from moving lubricated machine surfaces by image processing. The lubricating wear test was carried out under different experimental conditions using the wear test device was made in our laboritory and wear testing specimen of the pin on disk type wear rubbed in paraffine series base oil, by varying applied load, sliding distance. The four parameters(50% volumetric diameter, aspect, roundness and reflectivity) to describe the morphology have been developed and are outlined in the paper. A system using such techniques promises to obviate the need for subjective, human interpretation of particle morphology in machine condition monitoring, thus overcoming many of the difficulties with current methods and facilitating wider use of wear particle analysis in machine condition monitoring.

  • A two-dimensional Euler code based on flux vector splitting scheme has been developed to simulate the behavior of supersonic shock wave over the cylinder. AF+ADI scheme was used for time integration. The sliding multiblock technique was implemented to handle the relative motion of the moving cylinder and the stationary tunnel. The code is validated with a problem of subsonic flow around a Naca-0012 airfoil. The Computation results show complex phenomena of the propagation of shock waves and the reflection as expansion wave at tunnel exit.

  • In this report, We compared the actual test with the result of pow calculation and Resistance/Self-propulsion of the ship using STAR-CCM+ which is the commercial Reynolds Averaged Navier-Strokes(RANs) Solver. The calculation model was the KRISO Container Ship and 205K Bulk Carrier of Sungdong shipbuilding company. For this calculation, We used Realizable K-Epsilon model for flaw analysis, VOF method for the free surface creation, Moving Reference Frame method for reducing the POW calculation time, and Sliding Mesh method for Self-Propulsion analysis. Calculation of Resistance and Self-Propulsion includes the free-surface. And all calculations in this report were based on unstructured grids.

  • Recently PZT is used in ultra precision mechanism field. PZT itself has a small driving range although it has a high resolution. Many methods, such as inchworm, impact driving, inertial sliding method, etc., have been applied for moving range expansion. In this study, a new actuating mechanism for rotational motion with two driving PZT is proposed. The Fixed-Fixed beam support is applied for compensation of the difference in driving force between expansion and contraction of PZT. The behavior and design parameters of the proposed mechanism are analyzed for improving performance.

  • In this study, we have designed and fabricated the slidacs type automatic voltage regulator(AVR) that is able to control the output voltage continuously according to road variation. Especially, the frictions between the surface of contact of the slidacs coils and the output wire moving rod are reduced by transforming the mechanical configuration of surface of contact of slidacs from the conventional sliding one into the proposed rotary one composed of cylindrical bearing. Thus, the slidacs type AVR using cylindrical bearing proposed in this study has less noise than conventional one owing to the reduction of frictions, and its breakdown ratio caused by the abrasion of contact materials is reduced. 시간 지연을 고려한 해상 크레인의 상하 동요 보상 시스템의 강인 제어 (Robust control of a heave compensation system for offshore cranes considering the time-delay)

  • 이 논문에서는 해상에서의 환경 하중과 외력을 고려한 해상 크레인의 상하 동요 보상 시스템에 대해 연구한 내용을 소개한다. 이를 위해 강체라 가정된 해상 크레인과 유압 구동식 윈치, 탄성력을 갖는 로프, 그리고 로프 끝단의 중량물로 구성된 동역학 모델을 먼저 살펴본다. 중량물의 상하 동요 움직임을 보상하기 위해, 선형화를 통한 PD 제어를 적용했다. 또한, 비선형 시스템에 맞춘 슬라이딩 모드 제어기 및 시간 지연을 고려한 비선형 일반 예측 제어 알고리즘을 사용한 제어를 적용했으며, 그 결과 진동폭이 줄어듬을 확인할 수 있다. 결과적으로, 1초의 시간 지연을 고려하여 설계한 강인 제어기를 활용하게 되면, 상하동요 보상시스템에서 오차를 가장 많이 줄여서 본 시스템에 적합한 제어 알고리즘으로써 활용할 수 있음을 볼 수 있다.

애드혹 네트워크에서 임시 경로 설정 유니캐스트를 기반으로 한 향상된 멀티 홉 전송 기법 (Enhanced Packet Transmission in Ad-hoc Networks using Unicast with Temporary Routing)

  • 스마트 패킷 에이전트는 유비쿼터스 네트워크 환경에서 사용자들의 단말에 라우팅 프로토콜 실행모듈과 서비스 실행모듈을 동적으로 제공해주기 위해 제안된 어플리케이션 서비스이다. 하지만 기존의 스마트 패킷 에이전트는 브로드캐스트 멀티 홉 전송기법을 사용함으로 인해 네트워크 내 트래픽 증가, 구성 노드들의 불필요한 참여, 낮은 전송 속도 등의 문제점을 발생시켰다. 본 논문에서는 브로드캐스트 멀티 홉 전송기법의 패킷 전송 소요 시간을 줄이고 네트워크 트래픽을 개선하기 위한 유니캐스트 기반의 멀티 홉 전송기법을 제안한다. 유니캐스트 기반의 멀티 홉 전송기법은 u-Zone Master가 이동 노드와의 Hop Counter 계산을 통하여 임시 라우팅 경로를 설정하게 함으로써, 스마트 패킷 에이전트의 네트워크 트래픽과 패킷 재전송률을 감소시킨다. 또한 본 논문에서는 슬라이딩 윈도우 기반의 UDP 전송 방식을 제안하여 기존의 Stop&Wait 방식이 지니고 있던 낮은 전송 속도 문제를 개선하였다. 제안 방식의 개선 사항은 성능 분석의 결과로 입증한다.
