사이버대학교 사회복지학 전공자들의 학습참여동기와 학업만족도 (A Study Exploring the Relationship of Educational Participatory Motivation and Educational Satisfaction among Adult Social Work Students of a Cyber University)

  • 연구는 서울시내 소재의 사이버대학교 사회복지전공자들을 대상으로 학습참여동기 유형의 수준과 학습참여동기가 학업만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보기 위해 수행되어졌다. 본 연구는 총 196명의 자료를 실증적으로 분석함으로써, 사이버대학교 사회복지전공자들의 학업만족도를 향상시키는 방안에 대한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 주요한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습참여동기의 수준은 목적지향동기, 학습지향동기, 활동지향동기의 순으로 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 학습참여동기가 학업만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 연령, 그리고 세 가지 유형의 학습참여동기가 모두 학업만족도에 영향을 미치고 있었다. 그리고 설명력의 크기는 목적지향동기, 학습지향동기, 활동지향동기의 순이었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같은 제언을 하였다. 첫째, 사이버대학교 사회복지전공 성인학습자들은 목적지향동기를 충족시킬 수 있는 교과과정의 충실을 포함한 교육환경개선 방안에 대한 노력이 필요하다. 둘째, 비교적 학업만족도 수준이 낮게 나타날 수 있는 젊은 연령층 학생의 학업욕구의 파악과 반영이 필요하다. 셋째, 배움과 자격증, 학위 등의 동기 외에 사회복지전공자들의 이타적인 성향을 반영한 활동지향적 동기를 충족시킬 수 있는 방안 등의 모색이 필요하다.

여행경험이 직장인의 근로의욕과 행복감에 미치는 영향 (Impact of travel experience on employee's happiness and motivations to work)

  • 본 연구는 여행경험이 직장인의 근로의욕과 행복감에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 대구광역시, 경상남도, 경상북도의 직장인 남녀 405명을 대상으로 SPSS Statistics 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 첫째, 연구대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 여행경험은 성별, 학력, 직업에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었으나 연령, 결혼여부, 평균소득에서는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 둘째, 국내여행 횟수에 따라 여행경험은 차이가 있었으나, 체류기간에는 차이가 없었다. 반면, 국외여행 횟수에 따른 여행경험은 하위요인인 관계적 경험만 유의한 차이가 있었다. 그리고 국외여행은 체류 기간에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 여행경험은 직장인의 근로의욕과 행복감에 유의한 정(+)적인 상관관계가 나타났다. 넷째, 여행경험이 직장인의 근로의욕과 행복감에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 여행경험의 하위요인인 감각적, 행동적, 관계적 경험이 근로의욕에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 감성적, 인지적 경험은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 그리고 여행경험의 하위요인인 감성적, 인지적, 행동적 경험이 행복감에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 감각적, 관계적 경험은 무의미하였다. 이상의 연구결과를 보면, 여행경험은 직장인에게 행복감을 주며, 이는 근로에 대한 긍정적인 의식과 의욕을 높여준다고 볼 수 있다.

중학생의 휴대전화 이용 동기 및 성별에 따른 부모와의 의사소통 수준 (Motivations for Cellular Phone Uses and Parent-Children Communication by Gender among Middle School Students)

  • This study examined factors related to the motivation for the uses of cellular phones and the relationship between motivation for cellular phone use and parent-child communication among middle school students. A total of 223 questionnaires were submitted and analyzed. The characteristics of motive structure of the middle school students were found as recreation, time management, information-seeking, reassurance and fashion/showing off. Among those motivations, these middle school students examined here were found to use cellular phones in similar ways to how conventional telephone is used such as work/instrumental reasons and socializing/entertaining. The motivations showed a significant association with the level of parent-child communication. Information-seeking and time management motivation were positively related with an open communication level while fashion/showing off and recreation were negatively related with an open communication level.

어린이집의 교사전문성 지원환경이 초임교사의 전문성 인식에 미치는 영향: 직무수행동기의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of a Professional Learning Environment at a Day Care Center on the Professionalism of Beginning Teachers: Focusing on the Mediating Role of Their Work Task Motivation)

  • Objective: This study aimed to determine the effect of a teacher professional learning environment at workplace day care centers on the professionalism of beginning teachers and also to verify the mediating effects of the beginning teachers'work task motivation on that relationship. Methods: The participants were 129 new teachers currently employed at workplace day care centers. The Current Status for Professional Competence was used to measure the teachers' professionalism. The Professional Learning Environment Inventory assesses the professional learning environment of day care centers. To measure the work task motivation, the Work Tasks Motivation Scale for Teachers was used. Results: Firstly, positive relationships were identified between a professional learning environment and their intrinsic motivation and identified motivation. However, there were also negative relationships between the professional learning environment and their introjected motivation and amotivation. Secondly, this study partially verified the mediating effects of the beginning teachers'work task motivation on the relationship between the professional learning environment and teachers' professionalism. Conclusion/Implications: The relationship between the professional learning environment and the professionalism of beginning teachers was mediated by the teachers'own intrinsic motivations, identified motivations, and amotivation.

  • The psychological work environments which facilitate technology innovations in organizations are divided into two dimensions of supportive work environments and challenging work environments. The confirmatory factor analysis confirmed the construct validity of two work environments. And simple and hierarchical regression analysis confirmed the significant effects of two work environments on motivations to the technology innovations. Therefore, Both of the challenging work environments(uncertainty of exta- organizational environments and tasks) and supportive work environments(managerial environments of intra-organizations) are the two important psychological work environments which facilitate technology innovations in organizations.

예비유아교사의 교직 선택동기, 교육신념과 자기주도학습준비도의 관련 및 효과 분석 (Analysis of Relationships and Effects of Pre-service Early Childhood Teacher's Motivations of Choosing a Teaching Profession Related to Educational Belief and Self-directed Learning Readiness)

  • This study was conducted to examine the relationship between pre-service early childhood teacher's motivations of choosing a teaching profession, educational belief, and self-directed learning readiness. The sample included 308 early childhood education major students, and the data were collected using the Modified Orientation to Teach Survey (MOTS), Teaching-belief type scale, and self-directed learning readiness scale. A statistical analysis included correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows: 1) analysis of the relationship between pre-service early childhood teacher's motivations of choosing a teaching profession, educational belief, and self-directed learning readiness conveys that intellectual stimulation and self-directed learning had the strongest relationships while nature of work had the weakest. For educational belief and self-directed learning readiness, maturationism and interactionism showed significantly positive correlations while behaviorism displayed a negative correlation. Behaviorism had a significantly negative correlation with openness for challenge, a sub-factor of self-directed learning. 2) Analysis of the effect of pre-service early childhood teacher's motivations of choosing a teaching profession and educational belief on self-directed learning readiness indicates that pre-service early childhood teacher's motivations of choosing a teaching profession had a stronger effect on self-directed learning. These results suggest the following: successful performance as an early childhood teacher not only requires receiving institutionalized education but also self-directed learning while working as an early childhood teacher.

블록체인에 있어 다수 공격에 대한 타당성 분석 (Feasibility Analysis of Majority Attacks on Blockchains)

  • In this research, 51% attack or majority attack is becoming an important security issue for proof of work based blockchains. Due to decentralized nature of blockchains, any attacks that shutdowns the network or which take control over the network is hard to prevent and assess. In this paper, different types of majority attack are summarized and the motivations behind the attacks are explained. To show the feasibility of the majority attack, we build an example mining machines that can take control over two of the public blockchains, Vertcoin and Monero.

기술혁신을 촉진하는 심리적 작업환경의 측정-척도의 신뢰성과 타당성 검증을 중심으로- (Measurement of Psychological Work Environment for Technology Innovation)

  • The psychological work environments which facilitate technology innovations in organizations are divided into two dimensions of supportive work environments and uncertain work environments. The measurement variables have significant reliability. And the confirmatory factor analysis confirm the construct validity of two dimensional work environments. Two work environments have the significant effects on motivations to the technology innovations. So, simple and hierarchical regression analyses confirm criterion-related validity. Therefore, Both of the uncertain work environments(uncertainty of external-organizational environments and tasks) and the two important work environments(supporting idea, resource supply, job autonomy) are the two important psychological work environments which indicate technology innovations in organizations. Measures for innovative psychological work environments are provided.

조직공정성이 산업보안담당자의 보안정책 준수의지에 미치는 영향 : 조직애착과 임파워먼트를 중심으로 (A Study on the Influence of Organizational Justice on the Industrial Security Supervisors' Compliance Motivations towards Security Policies: With a Focus on Organizational Attachment and Empowerment)

  • 본 연구는 산업기술을 보유한 기관의 보안담당자를 대상으로 실시한 보안정책 준수의지에 대한 연구이다. 보안정책 준수의지는 구성원 개인이 형성하는 태도 및 신념이기 때문에 조직적 차원뿐만 아니라 개인적 환경에 의해서도 영향을 받으리라 예상하여 조직공정성, 조직애착, 임파워먼트를 중심으로 가설을 설정하였다. 가설검증을 통해 각 요인들의 중요성을 확인하고 영향관계를 규명하여 향후 산업기술유출을 방지하기 위한 관리보안의 방향성을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 연구목적을 위하여 한국산업기술보호협회에서 실시하는 산업보안교육 수강생들을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하여 자료처리는 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 및 요인분석, 상관분석, 구조방정식 모형을 사용하였다. 이상의 연구방법과 절차에 따른 자료 분석을 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 조직공정성 중 절차공정성은 임파워먼트, 조직애착, 보안정책 준수의지에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 임파워먼트는 조직애착에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 조직애착은 보안정책 준수의지에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 조직애착은 완전매개효과로써 절차공정성과 보안정책 준수의지 간의 관계에서 유의한 영향력을 가진다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 평상시 보안정책 준수의지 및 태도를 함양할 수 있는 관리보안의 방향성을 제시하였다.

지속적 한부모가족 청소년의 학교생활적응 변화궤적과 관련 요인 (School adjustment trajectory of adolescents from continued single parent family and its associated factors)

  • Objectives: This study aims to examine a school adjustment trajectory of adolescents from continued single parent families and its associated factors by comparing it to that of adolescents of two-parent families. Methods: We selected 4th grade students from Korean Youth & Youth Panel Survey (KCYPS). Using a multi-level growth modeling, we followed the trajectory of school adjustment until 9th grade and the effects of family income, parenting styles, and academic motivations of adolescents on the intercepts and the slopes. Results: Adolescents' school adjustment were decreased from 4th grade to 7th grade and then increased from 7th to 9th grade. The adolescents of continued single parent families showed a lower school adjustment than those of two parent families and this trend remained constant during the period. The effects of family income, parenting style, and academic motivation were confirmed to explain the gap between the adolescents of single parent and two parent families. Conclusions: The results imply that an earlier intervention is necessary to reduce the gap. We need to offer income support and decent quality of work for single parent family to reduce the economic hardship and also provide parental education that is designed to enhance academic expectations and motivations.
