Advance directive refers to a description of the treatment method a patient wants to be provided with in case where the person is unconscious or lacks an ability to decision making in a future period or a declaration of intention that delegates and appoints another person who makes a decision regarding a treatment method on behalf of the person. Advance directive is usually a document form, but oral statement is acceptable as well. Advance directive may have a variety of forms though, it basically consists of two basic forms. That is, one is a living will, and the other is a surrogate decision making. Though the importance of advance directive has been emphasized, and the necessity of adopting the system has been strongly argued for so far, the debates on criteria, method, and procedure alike have not yet reached an agreement. It is because even the concept of advance directive is more or less ambiguous, and each specific method has its own theoretical limitations and practical constraints. Thus the inquiries on advance directive raised in the study are summarized as the meaning, practicability, and philosophical foundation of the advance directive. Firstly, the theoretical limitations of Advance directive may be categorized into conceptual and moral limitations. In case of conceptual limitations, authors of advance directives may not be well aware, in advance, of the particular situation in which he or her will experience in the future, and patients may experience the change in his or her values and lack the understanding and information about the future situation due to the changes in treatment methods. In case of moral limitations, a patient has a limited moral autonomy right and self identity that have an impact on his or her preference. Secondly, in case of practical constraints for advance directive, there exist cultural features, low ratio of documentation, as patients themselves admit, and low predictability and stability of patient's own preference regarding life-sustaining care. And the problem of validity and accuracy in proxy's decision making is also raised. Those who administer a living will, especially, may have a difficulty in understanding the directive by a patient, so that the accuracy of execution cannot be secured. In the sense, it is needed to implement a legal device in order to solve such problems. In summary, it is urgently required to understand the limitations and explore desired alternatives to overcome the relevant problems in advance, which must contribute to successfully adopting and effectively operating the advance directive system in Korea.

The purpose of this study is as well as Body decoration is a means to identify self-expression from the original nature of an individual freedom and originality, so there remains a race has not a cloth on, but there is no race does not pierce, it has been done with the beginning of a mankind. Subjects for this study were 202 persons, who experienced body piercing with twenties as the central figure. Statistical analysis was done by using SPSS 10.0 version and included AVOVA, Cronbach ${\alpha}$ realbility, Multiple Regression Analysis, Duncan's multiple range test, and Cross tabulation analysis. The result are as follow, The difference of self-conception classified by body piercer's sex distinction did not show significantly. Of the body piercer's feeling of depression to a sex role, neuter gender's feeling of depression showed highly in case of the physical self and the moral self and in case of the social self neuter's feeling and feminine gender's feeling to a sex role showed high. For the reason why he/she did body piercing, neuter gender's feeling showed high in case of influenced by the fashion and masculine gender's and feminine gender's feeling showed high in case of influenced by the curiosity. The body decoration classified by self-conception of body piercer did not show a significant difference.

We have witnessed several kinds of new discourses and practices in health and medicine since the 1970s, such as popular concerns with alternative or complementary medicine, inordinate attention to the promotion of 'healthy' living, rapid resurrection of traditional medicine and ecological management of health. Four structural and situational factors are discussed to underlie these new trends：(i) as 'crisis' in health care of the 1970s was translated into health care reform of the 1980s backed up by neo-liberal political philosophy, the state responsibility for nation's health is being transferred to the individual ；(ii) it resulted from the limits of biomedical paradigm in dealing with chronic diseases；(iii) medico-scientific knowledge of disease is transformed into the subjective discourses and technologies of health in postmodern society ； and (iv) it is deeply associated with the considerable increase in environmental risk perception of health and disease. There are some inherent countervailing forces in these new discourses and practices. First, while they derive from lifestyle-oriented behavioral change, medicalization of life and death is still consolidated in the new trends. Second, inasmuch as new tides are reliant upon science, they. are likely to be remote from techne that means not the practical application of theoretical knowing but a special form of practical knowing. Third, as new discourses and activities accomplished＇in the name of health＇increasingly occupy important strategies in forming the self-identity, they serve as moral apparatus which involves prescriptions about how we should live our lives and conduct our bodies, both individually and collectively. Therefore, two points are suggested to consider seriously whether these streams will succeed in improving the‘healthy’living of all the people. Instead of limiting tile perspective to medicine, healing and health care, a new matrix that interweave welfare, ecology and labor along with them is timely needed for enhancing the health for all. In addition, as the World Health Report fm strongly shows, inequality in health heavily depends upon socio-economic development of a society, and it is not the richest countries that have the best health status, but those that have the smallest income differences between rich and poor.

This article examines the historical view of Benito $P{\acute{e}}rez$ $Gald{\acute{o}}s$ in his historical novel named "Zaragoza" and "$C{\acute{a}}novas$" by comparing with Numancia of Cervantes. In front of the national survival crisis, $Gald{\acute{o}}s$ recognizes that it is necessary that Spain should recover humanity and morality on basis of the krausist ideal. The krausists warned subjective idealism, stressing on free-will and moral conscience in a harmonious balance of rationality. Without refusing patriotism, they warned egoistic patriotism deformed by national selfishness or nationalism. Giner de los Ríos insisted on a necessity of harmonizing national inclination and universal one. $Gald{\acute{o}}s$ emphasizes that the identity of Spain is not possession of privileged class but sweat and tears of the mass of people in daily life. He represents Efemera as the ideal history on the basis of Unamuno's 'intrahistoria', by which, instead of $Luk{\acute{a}}cs^{\prime}$ progressive history, we can peep into a historical poetics of human free nature and vividness of discontinuous and endless shifting. According to the sub-history, we come to the conclusion that $Gald{\acute{o}}s$ and Cervantes would lay emphasis on sub-history, aiming to essence of Spanish soul originated from national landscape and people's daily life.

문화를 경제의 수단으로 여겨서는 안 된다. 특히, 문화적 정체성을 제품의 형태에 담는 일은 가능하지도 않겠지만 또 그것으로 국제 경쟁력이 제고될 수도 없다. 그것은 정체성이 언어와 같아서 축적된 경험을 공유하고 있는 집단 내에서만 읽혀지는 상징의 체계를 따르기 때문이다. 반면에, 기술 또는 기술이 공여하는 사용가치는 문화적 색깔을 띠지 않기에 국제양식의 조형언어로써 보편적으로 수용될 수 있다. 따라서 디자인의 경쟁력은 기술과의 관련에서만 획득될 수 있는 특성이라 하겠다. 예컨대, 우리의 휴대전화기가 세계적으로 인정받을 수 있는 까닭은 그 형태가 한국적이기 때문이 아니라 경쟁력 있는 기술력을 갖추고 있기 때문인 것과 같다. 디자인에 대한 일반의 인식은 사용가치를 배제한 '시각'적 조형성에 국한되어 있어 형태와 기능의 유기적 연관성이 상실됨에 따른 사회윤리적 역기능의 원인이 되고 있다. 단순히 조형적 특성만으로 국제 경쟁력을 높이려 한다던가 제품을 예술적 조형실험의 대상으로 여기는 등의 일탈이 허용될 여지를 제공하고 있다는 것이다. 그리고 탈기능적인 과도한 형태가 블랙박스 제품류의 확산에 힘입어 디자인 행위 본연의 결과로서 소비 대중에 각인됨으로써 디자인에 대한 인식적 왜곡의 정도를 더하고 있다. 디자인 영역을 새롭게 획정하는 것은 이러한 인식적 혼란에서 비롯된 제반 오해를 불식하고 인간과 사회에 대한 디자인의 이념적 역할을 다하게 하는 출발점이라 하겠다. 그리고 이를 통해 스타일을 경쟁의 수단을 삼으려는 도덕적 해이와 치열한 경제행위를 문화화하려는 맹목에 경종을 울림과 더불어, '기능이 보이지 않는 제품'의 확산이 가져올 제품의 시각화에 제동을 걸 수 있는 인식적 바탕을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

디자인원형은 조형원리인 성상적인 면과 물리적인 성격의 형상적인 면으로 설명되어진다. 원형은 문화전반의 사상과 배경의 핵심으로 생활 공예 및 건축, 미술의 제작의도와 작업 행위에 해당되는 것으로 한 민족의 문화와 예술 그리고 생활 전반에 내재한 공통분모라 할 수 있다. 우리는 새로운 문화를 흡수, 통합하는 과정에서 시 공간을 축으로 하여 디자인 원형을 형성시켜왔다. 현대 한국 디자인의 원형은 조선 후기로 볼 수 있는데 상층문화와 기층문화가 융합하면서 활발한 문화가 전개되었고, 이런 조선의 문화와 예술은 오늘날 우리 디자인과 한국 미의 근간이 되어 있음은 부정할 수 없다. 디자인 원형을 형성시킴에는 지형과 기후 등과 같은 자연 환경적 요소가 무엇보다 중요하며 이런 자연 환경적 요소는 건축과 실내 환경의 형태뿐만 아니라 예술과 생활 공예 전반의 디자인 의식을 주도해왔다. 한국디자인은 우리 민족의 기질과 정서로서 명분과 본능에 충실한 장인 정신을 낳았고 이성보다는 감성적 유희성의 작업을 가능하게 하여, 재료와 형태감에 순응하게 하는 자연주의를 형성시켜왔다. 이와 같은 우리의 디자인 원형의 경로 추적과 연구는 미래 사회의 새로운 디자인 identity의 에너지로써 우리의 디자인 발전에 중요한 테마라 할 수 있다.

문학 교육을 통해 중 고등학교 학생들의 일상생활과 삶을 들여다보고, 그들의 아픔을 치유하고 그들이 건강한 삶을 영위하도록 해야 하느냐에 대해서는 여러 가지 의견이 있을 수 있다. 하지만, 문학이 근본적으로 놀이이고, 만들기이고, 언어 예술이었다는 점에 대해서는 이론(異論)이 없을 것이다. 이러한 관점에서 과도한 입시경쟁, 맞벌이 가정의 증가, 가정 해체, 부모의 잦은 간섭과 무리한 통제 등으로 스트레스를 받고 있는 청소년들을 치유하는 일 역시 문학이 주도적으로 담당해야 한다는 논의는 반드시 필요하다. 시조는 우리 청소년들의 정신적 심리적 외상을 치유하는 효율적인 기재이다. 따라서 시조 교육을 통해, 좀 더 구체적으로 말하면, 시조에 담긴 전통의 전수와 창조적인 계승을 통해, 시조가 지니고 있는 세계 인식 능력과 세계를 재구성하는 능력의 함양을 통해, 시조에 면면히 흐르고 있는 생태주의와 대상에 대한 인식 태도의 복원을 통해, 그리고 시조에 쓰인 음성 언어의 회복을 통해, 우리 청소년들이 겪고 있는 정신적 심리적 외상을 치유하고 올바른 자아 정체성을 함양할 수 있는 시조 교육을 고민해야 한다. 시조 교육을 통해 시조에 대한 올바른 이해와 청소년의 트라우마를 치유하기 위해서는 '시조에 대한 이해와 학습자의 주관적인 경험과 상상력 선이해 활용하기 - 시조에 구현된 세계를 구체적으로 이해하고 형상화 방식에 대한 근본 태도를 경험하기 - 학습자의 생각과 느낌을 자유롭고 적극적으로 표현하기 - 학습자의 비판적 생각 표현을 중심으로 한 표현 활동하기 - 자아 정체성을 향상시키기 위한 학습자 활동 중심의 감상 표현 활동하기'의 수업 모형을 구안하여 한다. 그리고 학습 활동을 포함한 올바른 질문 제시의 기법도 필요하다. 그래야만이 학습자들이 시조를 통해 나를 표현하고 나를 절제할 수 있으며 나의 삶을 어떻게 설계할 것인지 '분명한 지도(Clear-Map)'를 그릴 수 있다.

본 연구는 직장 내 괴롭힘 주변인 행동을 측정하는 척도를 개발하고 타당화하는 것을 목적으로 실시되었다. 이를 위해 직장 내 괴롭힘 관련 선행연구를 참고하여 문항을 개발하고, 친가해행동, 방어행동, 방관행동으로 하위유형을 규정하였다. 전문가를 통한 내용 타당도 확인 후 총 31문항의 예비문항을 구성하였다. 지난 3년간 직장 내 괴롭힘을 직·간접적으로 목격한 민간기업 사무직 직장인 288명의 설문자료로 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하여 최종문항 26개를 선정하였으며, 이 과정에서 방어행동이 적극적 유형과 지지적 유형 두 가지 구인으로 변별됨이 확인되었다. 지난 1년간 직장 내 괴롭힘을 직·간접적으로 목격한 민간기업 사무직 직장인 518명의 자료로 확인적 요인분석을 실시하고 개발된 척도의 타당성과 신뢰성을 확인하였다. 하위유형의 재확인을 위해 경쟁모형 비교를 실시한 결과 적극적 방어행동과 지지적 방어행동이 변별됨이 재차 확인되었다. 직장 내 괴롭힘 가해행동, 조직 내 이타적 행동, 친 사회적 행동, 개입에의 공포, 도덕적 이탈, 죄책감, 도덕적 정체성의 준거변인을 설정하여 모든 하위유형의 준거 관련 타당도를 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 직장 내 괴롭힘 주변인 행동과 관련된 후속 연구 과제와 직장 내 괴롭힘 예방 및 개입에 있어 주변인 행동을 활용할 방안에 대해 논의하였다.

The aesthetic attitude, in general or in particular, represented in matters of taste through aesthetic ideas and value judgments postulates a certain literary logic. And this literary logic reveals itself a sense of morality, philosophy, or moral aesthetic consciousness through the moments of act and thought demonstrated in the characters invented in literary works. Henry James, among many others, offers a very special cultural paradigm for transnational argument because of his diverse ways of shaping transatlantic relations in terms of aesthetic consciousness. And this international paradigm produced varied expressions referring to Henry James as "an American expatriate," "an Anglicized American artist," "a Europeanized aesthete," "a cosmopolitan intelligence," "a bohemian cosmopolitan" to designate his literary career and its characteristics shaped in Europe. Such expressions resonate with Transatlantic Sketches, James's first collection on travel and cultures in 1875 which heralded his long "expatriation" in terms of self-distantiation. James's temperament of mind, far from being always identified with shared values within an ideological framework, never avoided friction with fixed ideas but rather absorbed it fully for another friction which intervenes in his house of fiction. My question arises here regarding his cultural belonging or dislocation: where is the place of his mind or what could be his ultimate destination? In this essay, I'd like to define a place or rather the place of James's literary mind by proving a certain "sympathetic justice" for his literary logic. For this purpose, I'll try to examine: how James used transatlantic perspective, a spatio-temporal assessment to formulate his moral aesthetic consciousness; and how the aesthetic framework functions in assessing his literary logic of aesthetic consciousness. To start with the first argument, I'll analyze some essential aspects of aesthetic attitude of his characters to postulate a persona capable of theorizing James's aestheticism conditioned by the transatlantic context. And for the second argument, I'll examine how the persona functions in formulating a proper cultural stance of James's aesthetic consciousness in transatlantic perspective to illuminate the way of how Jamesian individuality reflects the American mind. This process of theorizing a place of James's own will lead, I hope, to our discovering James's ultimate destination on the assumption that it'll prove or create a certain "sympathetic justice" for his humanist aestheticism, a Jamesian absolute morality.

마케팅관리자들이 글로벌 시장에 혁신을 성공적으로 진출시키기 위해서는 개인적 저항과 집단 저항에 대하여 이해하는 것이 중요하다. 우리가 제한하기로는 소비자들은 개인으로서, 집단의 한 구성원으로서 혁신에 저항하며, 의사결정의 다른 단계에 다른 방법으로 저항한다. 개인적인 저항은 초기저항(initial resistance)의 형태에서 시작하여 급박한 저항(emergent resistance)으로 발전하고 최종적으로는 늦은 저항(belated resistance)으로 발전한다. 또한, 개인의 도덕적 기준이 혁신수용 의사결정에 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 때때로 개인적 저항은 집단저항에 의해서 수반되거나 집단저항으로 진화한다. 우리는 혁신에 대한 소비자저항을 개인에 대하여, 개인이 속한 집단에 대하여, 다른 개인과 집단에 대하여 작용하는 사회정체감의 결과로서 생각하는 체계를 제시한다. 어떤 집단 구성원인 소비자들은 사회비교과정을 통하여 자아존중감을 증가시킨다. 소비자들이 어떤 집단에 대하여 강한 정체감을 가지고 결속하면 할수록, 내부집단 결속력과 외부집단 배타성이 더 많이 나타난다. 외부 집단 배타성은 집단 구성원들에게 외부 집단과 관련된 제품과 서비스에 대하여 강한 저항을 나타낸다. 개인적인 저항과 집단 저항은 마케팅관리자들을 위협하고 성과를 침해한다. 혁신에 대한 저항의 존재를 고려하고, 극복하려는 전략을 추구함으로써 마케팅관리자들은 이러한 위협을 새로운 기회로 전환시킬 수 있다. 소비자저항에 대한 이해는 혁신의 소비자수용에 대한 연구를 보완하고, 소비자행동의 보편적인 모형을 개발하는 데 도움이 될 수 있다.
