In a cloud computing environment, various solutions were introduced to provide the service to users such as Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS) and Desktop as a Service (DaaS). Nowadays, Mobile as a Service (MaaS) to provide the mobility in a cloud environment. In other words, users must have access to data and applications even when they are moving. Thus, to support the mobility to a mobile Thin-Client is the key factor. Related works to support the mobility for mobile devices were Mobile IPv6 and Proxy Mobile IPv6 which showed performance drawbacks such as packet loss during hand-over which could be very critical when collaborating with cloud computing environment. The proposed model in this paper deploys middleware and replica servers to support the data transmission among cloud and PMIPv6 domain. It supports efficient mobility during high-speed movement as well as high-density of mobile nodes in local mobility anchor. In this paper, through performance evaluation, the proposed scheme shows the cost comparison between previous PMIPv6 and verifies its significant efficiency.

This research empirically analyzes, from an ecological perspective, whether socio-economic factors of the regions in which the elderly live have any actual influence on thoughts of suicide on the part of the elderly. Microscopic data either included outliers in part of the variables, including income and other variables of that type, from among source data from investigations into actual conditions of the elderly in 2014. Regarding macroscopic data, the indices that represent social and economic situations in each region, which were provided by KOSIS, were selected. Regarding the method of analysis, hierarchical or multi-level analysis models were applied by considering special hierarchical characteristics and heterogeneity at the personal and regional levels. The analyses showed that the following had statistically significant influences: 1. the cost-of-living index and the national basic supply and demand rate of the region; 2. the extent of natural disaster damage; and 3. the number of leisure and welfare facilities for the elderly, compared to the elderly population. Based on the results, proposals are made for systematic and practical endeavors in the community.

This study was conducted to investigate the association of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) with all-cause mortality among populations. The data used were from a Korean Genome and Epidemiology Study (KoGES) based on health examinations and questionnaires. The subjects consisted of 10,110 persons aged 40 and over. Hazard ratio was analyzed using Cox's proportional hazard model. The hazard ratio of AST (${\geq}50.0\;IU/L$) was 2.198 (95% CI: 1.217-3.971) after being adjusted for age, sex, education, regular exercise, smoking, drinking, WHR, and TG. In conclusion, AST was an independent significant risk factor of all-cause mortality, and ALT showed a tendency to increase. Overall, these findings indicate that AST and ALT may be useful tools for predicting mortality.

This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between interest in smoking cessation and factors that define this interest. The study subjects were 593 male civil servants who work at D metropolitan city and were smokers at the time of the survey. The research method was a survey using a self-administered questionnaire in October 2015. Interest in smoking cessation of study subjects showed that 28.3% had no interest in smoking cessation, 45.7% were interested in smoking cessation, but had no intention to quit within six months, and 26.0% were interested in smoking cessation and intended to quit within six months. Multiple regression analysis revealed that the factors influencing interest in smoking cessation with explanatory powers of 23.6% were employment type, age when first starting smoking, number of cigarettes smoked per day, time from when you wake up until you smoke your first cigarette, recognition of susceptibility to lung cancer, and benefits to smoking cessation. Logistic regression analysis revealed that the odds ratio of recognition of susceptibility for lung cancer, benefits to smoking cessation, and barriers to smoking cessation were significantly increased in the group with interest in smoking cessation and intention to quit within six months vs. the group with no interest in smoking cessation. Taken together, these results suggest that cancer prevention due to smoking and awareness of the seriousness of health problems caused by smoking were factors increasing interest in smoking cessation.

Relation in the new IT environment, such as the SNS, Cloud, Web3.0, has become an important factor. And these relations generate a transaction. However, existing relational database and graph database does not processe graph structure representing the relationships and transactions. This paper, we propose the technique that can be processed concurrently graph structures and transactions in a scalable complex network system. The proposed technique simultaneously save and navigate graph structures and transactions using the Topic Maps data model. Topic Maps is one of ontology language to implement the semantic web(Web 3.0). It has been used as the navigator of the information through the association of the information resources. In this paper, the architecture of the proposed technique was implemented and design using Cassandra - one of column type NoSQL. It is to ensure that can handle up to Big Data-level data using distributed processing. Finally, the experiments showed about the process of storage and query about typical RDBMS Oracle and the proposed technique to the same data source and the same questions. It can show that is expressed by the relationship without the 'join' enough alternative to the role of the RDBMS.
Background: Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a commonly encountered large intestine disease in the contemporary world that terminates into colorectal cancer; therefore, the timely treatment of UC is of major concern. Panax ginseng Meyer is an extensively consumed herbal commodity in South East Asian countries, especially Korea. It exhibits a wide range of biologically beneficial qualities for almost head-to-toe ailments in the body. Epimedium koreanum Nakai (EKN) is also a widely used traditional Korean herbal medicine used for treating infertility, rheumatism, and cardiovascular diseases. Materials and methods: Separately the anti-inflammatory activities of both red ginseng extracts (RGEs) and EKNs had been demonstrated in the past in various inflammatory models; however, we sought to unravel the anti-inflammatory activities of the combination of these two extracts in dextran sulfate sodium (DSS)-induced ulcerative colitis in mice model because the allopathic remedies for UC involve more side effects than benefits. Results: Our results have shown that the combination of RGE + EKN synergistically alleviated the macroscopic lesions in DSS-induced colitic mice such as colon shortening, hematochezia, and weight loss. Moreover, it restored the histopathological lesions in mice and decreased the levels of proinflammatory mediators and cytokines through the repression of nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B cells (NF-κB) and nucleotide-binding domain (NOD)-like receptor protein 3 (NLRP-3) expression. In vitro, this combination also reduced the magnitude of nitric acid (NO), proinflammatory mediators and cytokine through NF-κB and mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathways in RAW 264.7 mouse macrophage cells. Conclusion: In the light of these findings, we can endorse this combination extract as a functional food for the prophylactic as well as therapeutic treatment of UC in humans together with allopathic remedies.

The objective of this study was to evaluate the stream depletion from groundwater pumping in deep aquifer using the Ward and Lough's analytical solution (2011) which considers a two-layer leaky aquifer system. The calculated results for each pumping from the 110 wells beside streams showed a wide range of non-dimensional stream depletion, that is the streamflow depletion rate divided by the groundwater pumping rate, from lower than 0.1 to more than 0.9 on average for 5 years depending on the specific properties of well location. From the comparison with Hunt's solution (1999) of a single layer aquifer, the Ward and Lough's solution showed about 50% lower than the Hunt's solution due to the difference of hydraulic properties between the first and second layers as well as the lagged effect of vertical leakance. It was also found that the groundwater pumping has a minor effect on the stream depletion if the stream depletion factor (SDF) of the 1st layer is higher than about 1,000 or the SDF of the 2nd layer is higher than about 100, or the vertical leakance is smaller than $10^{-5}s^{-1}$. Furthermore, in the present study, the variations of the stream depletion were assessed according to the magnitude of unmeasured hydraulic properties such as transmissivity and storage coefficient of the 1st layer, vertical hydraulic conductivity of the 2nd layer, the streambed hydraulic conductance.
The purpose of the study are summarized as follows : First, it has researched the possibility of the Distribution Information application in Sea Food Wholesale Market. Second, the effects which the Wholesale Market Company and the Intermediary Wholesaler Corporations can obtain in Sea Food Wholesale Market by building up a Distribution Information are classified into the effects of task, cost, and competition. It has analyzed the influence of these effects in direct and indirect Trust between the Wholesale Market Company and the Intermediary Wholesaler. Third, it has recognized the upcoming problems in Sea Food Wholesale Market by building up a Distribution Information, and it has suggested a plan to make the Distribution Information application successful in Sea Food Wholesale Market. This study has used a questionnaire to verify 5 hypotheses. Research model, factor analysis, correlation relationship analysis. The result of this study are summarized as follows : Building up the Distribution Information influences positively on the effectiveness of task, cost and competitiveness regardless of it being the Wholesale Market Company or the Intermediary Wholesaler corporation. However, the results of this analysis are to verify differences according to the degree of construction of the Distribution Information and the degree of the perception of the problems between the Wholesale Market Company and the Intermediary Wholesaler corporations have shown that there were distinct differences in the degree of computerization and of efforts to build a Distribution Information. Also there were distinct differences according to the degree of perceiving problems relating to building up the Distribution Information and the stages of the Distribution Information between the Wholesale Market Company and the Intermediary Wholesaler corporations. This study suggest three important steps that will help to establish a successful Distribution Information. First, the Wholesale Market Company and the Intermediary Wholesaler corporations should make efforts to increase mutual profits in partnership, and make direct Trust by sharing mutual information. Second, the lack of understanding of the Distribution Information between departments within the company requires educating employees about the Distribution Information. It is necessary to expand the communication networks of the Distribution Information between the Wholesale Market Company and the Intermediary Wholesaler. Third, mutual exchange of Information should be possible to offer systematic exchange of Information between the Wholesale Market Company and the Intermediary Wholesaler corporations.
Objectives : Indirect moxibustion is one of the thermotherapy in Korean medicine and buffer of ginger and mankshood slice are common materials to be used. However it is difficult to control the power of thermal stimulation and the stimulation is greatly influenced by the characteristic of buffer. So we research on the buffer characteristic of indirect moxibustion according to the thickness, diameter and water content changes. Methods : We used thermocouples to measure temperature from surface to depth of 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14mm on tissue model and calculated peak temperature($^{\circ}C$). The data were analyzed with student t-test and one-way ANOVA(p<0.05). Results : 1. The peak temperature of indirect moxibustion with ginger were determined by thickness of ginger slice and temperature changes according to the thickness at intervals of 1mm but according to the diameter at intervals of 4mm. 2. The peak temperature of indirect moxibustion with mankshood were determined by thickness of mankshood slice also. The peak temperature of mankshood moxibustion was higher than that of ginger moxibustion. 3. In this study, 2mm-thick-ginger slice and 3mm-thick-mankshood slice were suitable for indirect moxibustion. Variation in the thickness of which is more efficient to control the power of thermal stimulation on indirect moxibustion. 4. The more water loss we got on ginger slice, the higher peak temperature we measured at the surface of moxibustion. But the thermal stimulation was not conducted more than 2mm in the depth. 5. The thickness and water content of buffer are important in indirect moxibustion. Conclusions : The temperature of indirect moxibustion depends on the thickness of buffer than the diameter of it. Therefore, it is more efficient according to the thickness of buffer so that we control the power of thermal stimulation. And water content of buffer is one of the important factor in indirect moxibustion.
This study investigated the specific effects of dance themed movies on dance students in their passion for dance and affect. The related data is generated by choosing a method of Convenience Sampling and used a sample of 112 dance students in high school of arts which located in Seongnam-si, South Korea. The dance students divided into 3 group of school year and also 2 group of gender. The dance themed movies which are used in this research are First Position, Billy Elliot and Mao's Last Dancer. Also, the dance students were asked to answer the survey which are based on the Self-administration. In order to obtain several findings below, Frequency analysis, Exploratory factor analysis, Reliability analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Correlation analysis and Linear structural relation model were applied to the gathered data using statistics utility SAS 9.4. First, there was a significant difference between the school years in the passion for dance and affect of students after watching movies. Second, there was a significant difference in students' affect depended on their majors (dance major is divided into three specialized major which are ballet, korean dance and modern dance). Third, there was a significant difference in the passion for dance and students' affect which is irreverent to their dance career (such as years they have learned dance). Forth, there was a significant difference in the passion for dance and negative affect of 'dance' students after watching movies. To summarize, the findings demonstrate that there is a partial difference, specially significant effects on their negative affect in the dance passion and affect of dance students depended on their characteristics after watching dance themed movies.
