물리치료사의 직무 및 조직특성이 전문직업성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relation Between Physical Therapist Professionalism and Organizational and Job Characteristics)

  • Purpose: This study was designed to measure the level of professional autonomy regarding physical therapists and to determine the association of organizational and occupational characteristics of the profession with its professional autonomy. Methods: We utilized a structured questionnaire survey of physical therapists (280 persons) in Jeju province. Data were collected from June 25 to July 14 in 2012. An additional 173 (63%) of them were used in the final analysis. Using PASW 18.0, descriptive and Hierarchical Linear Model were performed. Results: Regression analysis Result of Factors influencing Physiotherapist Professionalism, refresher training course (t=4.27), formalization (t=3.13), task significance (t=3.39), and autonomy (t=4.17) had a positive effect. Autonomy (${\beta}$=0.33) and formalization (${\beta}$=0.33) exerted the greatest influence. Conclusion: The survey regarding organizational and job characteristics showeds that occupational reeducation, formalization, and self- regulation constitute a positive part of what the professional autonomy is to be upheld. Results of the survey imply that in order to establish professional autonomy for the profession of physical therapist, the organization must make various efforts to beef up the exclusive knowledge and technology, and professional norms of the occupation that are considered essential for specific problem solving.

Steroid를 첨가한 Cardioplegic solution의 심근보호효과에 관한 실험적 연구 (An experimental study on the myocardial protection effect of the steroid mixed cardioplegic solution)

  • The increasing use of cardioplegic solution for the reduction of ischemic tissue injury requires that all cardioplegic solution be carefully assessed for any protective or damaging properties. This study describes functional assessment of the efficiency of steroid in cardioplegic solution by using a Langendorffs perfusion model. Isolated rat heart were subject to a 2 minute period of coronary infusion with the steroid mixed cold cardioplegic solution immediately before and also at the midpoint of a 60 minutes period of hypothermic [10\ulcorner\ulcorner] ischemic arrest. The result of this study were as follows: 1.Spontaneous heart beat after ischemic arrest occurred 14 second later Langendorffs reperfusion in the steroid mixed Young & GIK group and 16 second later in the control group. [Young & GIK without steroid] A good recovery state of spontaneous heart beat was shown in both groups. 2.The percentage of recoveries of heart rate during the 30 minute after postischemic Langendorffs reperfusion was; at first 5 minute 106.3\ulcorner.7% [P<0.05] in the steroid mixed Young & GIK group. This percentage of recovery of steroid mixed Young & GIK group was significantly greater than the control group during the first 5 minute course. 3.The percentage of recovery of coronary flow during the 30 minute after postischemic Langendorffs reperfusion was; at first 5 minute 101\ulcorner.2% in the steroid mixed Young & GI K group. This percentage of recovery of the steroid mixed Young & GIK group was not significantly than the control group during the first 5 minute.

Indoleamine 2,3-Dioxygenase in Hematopoietic Stem Cell-Derived Cells Suppresses Rhinovirus-Induced Neutrophilic Airway Inflammation by Regulating Th1- and Th17-Type Responses

  • Asthma exacerbations are a major cause of intractable morbidity, increases in health care costs, and a greater progressive loss of lung function. Asthma exacerbations are most commonly triggered by respiratory viral infections, particularly with human rhinovirus (hRV). Respiratory viral infections are believed to affect the expression of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO), a limiting enzyme in tryptophan catabolism, which is presumed to alter asthmatic airway inflammation. Here, we explored the detailed role of IDO in the progression of asthma exacerbations using a mouse model for asthma exacerbation caused by hRV infection. Our results reveal that IDO is required to prevent neutrophilic inflammation in the course of asthma exacerbation caused by an hRV infection, as corroborated by markedly enhanced Th17- and Th1-type neutrophilia in the airways of IDO-deficient mice. This neutrophilia was closely associated with disrupted expression of tight junctions and enhanced expression of inflammasome-related molecules and mucin-inducing genes. In addition, IDO ablation enhanced allergen-specific Th17- and Th1-biased CD4+ T-cell responses following hRV infection. The role of IDO in attenuating Th17- and Th1-type neutrophilic airway inflammation became more apparent in chronic asthma exacerbations after repeated allergen exposures and hRV infections. Furthermore, IDO enzymatic induction in leukocytes derived from the hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) lineage appeared to play a dominant role in attenuating Th17- and Th1-type neutrophilic inflammation in the airway following hRV infection. Therefore, IDO activity in HSC-derived leukocytes is required to regulate Th17- and Th1-type neutrophilic inflammation in the airway during asthma exacerbations caused by hRV infections.

협동학습 전략의 교수효과: 고등학교 화학 수업에 STAD 모델의 적용 (The Instructional Influences of Cooperative Learning Strategies: Applying the STAD Model to High School Chemistry Course)

  • The instructional influences of cooperative learning strategies, which emphasize mutual interdependency of learners, group goal, and individual accountability, upon students' achievement, the attitude toward science instruction and the perception of learning environment were investigated. Before instruction, the prior knowledge test about atoms and molecules, the test of attitudes toward science instruction, and the perception questionnaire of learning environment were administered, and the grade in the previous mathematics course was obtained. These scores were used as covariates. Mid-term examination score was used as blocking variable. For instruction, three different strategies-traditional individual learning, small group learning, and cooperative learning-were used and teaching materials for the units of mole and stoichiometry were also prepared. After instruction, the researcher-made achievement test, the test of attitudes toward science instruction, and the perception questionnaire of learning environment were administered. The perception questionnaire of group activities was also administered to the two treatment groups. In the quantitative subtest, the scores of cooperative learning group and small group learning group were significantly higher than those of traditional individual learning group. However, the cooperative learning group's scores in the achievement test and the qualitative subtest were significantly higher than those of small group learning group and traditional individual learning group. The students in the cooperative learning group were found to have the most positive perception of learning environment but to have similar attitudes toward science instruction. No interaction between the treatment and the level of the previous achievement was found in any of the analyses. In the perception questionnaire of group activities, students in both small group learning group and cooperative learning group exhibited positive perception of group activities. However, students in the cooperative learning group tended to think that their activities were related with their group's success. Educational implications are discussed.

2005 수능 직업탐구영역의 과목별 성취기준과 평가기준 개발 - 식품과 영양 과목을 중심으로 - (A Study on Development of Achievement Standards and Assessment Standards of Vocational Inquiry Section for 2005 College Scholastic Ability Test - Focus on Food and Nutrition Subject in the Field of Home Economics Order -)

  • 본 연구는 실업계열 전문 과목 중에서 범계열적으로 선택 이수되고 있는 식품과 영양 과목의 성취기준 및 평가기준을 국가 교육과정에 근거하여 개발하고, 활용 가능한 예시 평가 도구를 개발하여 식품과 영양 과목 교육과정 운영의 내실화와 평가 기반 구축에 목적 두고 수행하였다. 주요 연구 결과로는 먼저 문헌 및 자료 분석을 통해 성취기준 및 평가기준의 개념과 필요성, 식품과 영양 과목의 성취기준 및 평가기준, 예시 평가도구 개발에 적용될 개발 절차와 제시 모형 등을 고찰하였다. 두 번째로는 식품과 영양 과목의 교육과정 및 교과서 내용 체계를 분석하여 성취기준 및 평가기준 개발을 위한 내용 요소를 6개 대영역, 32개 중영역, 70개의 내용 요소로 선정 구성하였다. 성취기준은 이 내용 요소에 기초를 두고 내용 특성과 학습자의 도달점 행동을 고려하여 총 89개로 세분화하여 개발하였다. 또한 평가기준은 각 성취기준을 기초로 성취수준과 활동 수준에 차이를 두어 상${\cdot}$${\cdot}$하 3단계로 제시하였다. 셋째, 예시 평가도구는 개발한 성취기준과 평가기준의 구체적인 예로서 단위학교의 실정에 맞게 적절하게 변형하여 사용할 수 있는 참고 자료임을 전제로 개발하였으며 서술형, 보고서법, 실험${\cdot}$실습법, 포트폴리오, 단답형 등의 유형을 적용하여 총 100개 문항을 개발하였다. 끝으로 개발한 식품과 영양 과목의 성취기준 및 평가기준, 예시평가 도구를 단위학교 수준에서 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

인문사회의학 교육과정에서 사회봉사체험실습 프로그램에 대한 학생 인식 (Students' Perspectives on Integrating a Social Service Program into a Medical Humanities and Social Science Curriculum)

  • Medical education can provide students with an opportunity to encounter marginalized communities and motivate them to become involved with the needs of disadvantaged people. The College of Medicine of The Catholic University of Korea includes a social service program in the medical humanities and social sciences curriculum. The course has lectures on social welfare, human rights, and social service, as well as four days of social service in 'Flower Village,' which is a Catholic social welfare institution. This study analyzes the satisfaction, feedback, and reflection papers of students who completed the social service program and provides an educational model for the medical humanities and social sciences. Students' satisfaction with the program was scored at 4.23 out of 5. A qualitative study of students' reflection papers derived 7 key phrases, among which 'nature and practice of social service,' 'holistic understanding of humans,' 'empathy and communication,' and 'social responsibility' are identified as goals of this program and 'happiness,' 'respect for human life,' and 'compassion' are good indicators of students' compassionate participation. Encounters with marginalized communities within the medical curriculum allows students to serve people with social difficulties and work for the improvement of their living conditions. Students learn to approach social needs with concern and empathy and seek ways to contribute to those communities.

치의학 교육의 새로운 트렌드 : 구글 클래스룸을 이용한 플립드 러닝(Flipped learning)의 적용 및 평가 (New trend of dental education: flipped learning for dental classes using Google classroom platform)

  • 플립드 러닝(flipped learning)은 온라인 및 오프라인을 포함한 둘 이상의 상이한 학습 환경을 혼합하여 학습 효과를 극대화 할 수 있는 새로운 학습 테크닉으로써, 최근 등장한 'Google classroom' 서비스는 플립드 러닝에 최적화된 토탈 솔루션이다. 본 연구는 국내 최초로 D 치과대학 치의학과 본과 2학년 학생들 70명에게 구글 클래스룸 플랫폼을 이용한 플립드 러닝을 적용 후 학생들의 만족도를 평가하였다. 치주과학 개론 및 치과보존학 아말감 수복학 두 과목을 선정하여 6회의 강의 중 3회는 전통적 수업방식으로, 나머지 3회는 구글 클래스룸을 포맷으로 한 플립드 러닝으로 진행하였다. 만족도 평가는 강의가 모두 완료된 후 설문을 통해 진행되었다. 본 연구를 통해, 치과대학 수업에의 플립드 러닝 적용은 이해도, 자기주도적 학습과 학습 동기면에서 높은 효율 및 만족도를 보였고 학생들은 매우 긍정적인 학습효과를 보였다. 결과적으로, 구글 클래스룸을 활용한 플립드 러닝은 치과대학 수업에서 효과적인 플랫폼임을 알 수 있었다.

지속가능 발전교육 연구학교 적용 과정에서의 참여 경험 이해 (Exploring Experiences of the ESD Model School Teachers)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore their experience through teachers' interviews in research schools for the Education for Sustainable Development(ESD). The first issue for ESD in school was about how to approach ESD and how to combine it with the school curriculum. Of course, ESD can be approached through both subjects and discretion, which are operated with focus on experiential study. Most teachers approached ESD through subjects, but they had a lot of difficulties in its implementation because of insufficient understanding. The advantage of ESD programs is to provide students with an opportunity for experiential activity based on localization. However, difficult parts in applying ESD to school education were matters of budget for invitation of experts or for the experience learning as well as overworking of the teachers with conceptualization of ESD. Consequently, there has been change in the perception of teachers and students through ESD in schools, which have influence on the integrated thinking from diverse perspectives. Stories of research school teachers offered through categorization of interviews will provide a lot of help in the process of applying ESD to school education in the future.

고등학교 생물I의 세포분열, 생식, 수정개념에 대한 오인 분석 (An Analysis of Misconceptions about the Concepts of Cell- division, Reproduction and Fertilization in High School Biology Textbook I)

  • The rectnt studies on the learning of the scientific concepts have suggested that most students have misconceptions related to the contents to be learned and that those misconceptions exert their influences on the subsequent learning of the content Those facts necessitate the identification of the misconceptions before the instructions and the preparation of the instructional materials based on those misconceptions identified. Several studies also revealed that such biological areas as cell division, reproduction and fertilization were ranked among the most difficult areas for high school students to learn. Therefore, this study had its triple objectives as follows: (1) Identification of misconceptions in such areas as cell division, reproduction and fertilization. (2) Investigation of the current high school biology textbook I's as the sources of those misconceptions. (3) Development of teaching materials based on the misconceptions identified and the problems in the textbooks analyzed. This study identified several misconceptions held by high school students of biological concepts related to the conceptual areas of life-continuity, and found the problems in learning of the high school biology textbooks. Based on the misconceptions and the problems, a teaching/learning model and its content material were developed at the final course of this study.

보성 표준기상관측소자료를 활용한 국지예보모델 대기경계층 유형 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study of the Atmospheric Boundary Layer Type in the Local Data Assimilation and Prediction System using the Data of Boseong Standard Weather Observatory)

  • 대한민국 기상청에서 사용하고 있는 UM (Unified Model, UM) 모델의 국지예측시스템(Local Data Assimilation and Prediction System, LDAPS)은 수치모델 모의 시 대기경계층 유형에 따라 물리과정을 다르게 계산하기 때문에 이 과정을 검증하는 것은 모델의 정확도 향상에 중요하다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 수치모델의 대기경계층 유형을 관측자료를 기반으로 검증하였다. 관측자료를 기반으로 대기경계층 유형을 분류하기 위해서 보성 표준기상관측소에서 수행한 여름철 집중관측자료(라디오존데, 플럭스관측장비, 도플러 라이다, 운고계)를 활용하였으며, 2019년 6월 18일 부터 8월 17일 까지 61일 동안에 총 201회의 관측자료를 분석하였다. 또한 관측자료와 수치모델 결과가 다른 경우를 보면, 관측자료를 기반으로 한 대기경계층 유형 분류 결과에서 2유형으로 분류되는 사례가 수치모델에서는 1유형으로 분류된 사례가 53회로 가장 많이 나타났다. 그 다음으로는 관측자료를 기반으로 한 대기경계층 유형 분류 결과에서 5유형과 6유형으로 분류되는 사례가 수치모델에서는 3유형으로 분류된 사례가 많이 나타났다(각각 24회, 15회). 관측결과와 수치모델 모의 결과가 일치하지 않은 사례는 모두 층적운 접합 여부 및 적운 모의 등 수치모델의 구름물리 부분의 모의 성능에 기인하여 발생한 것이라고 분석된다. 따라서, 대기경계층 유형 분류의 구름물리과정의 모의 정확도를 개선하면 수치모델 성능이 향상 될 것으로 판단된다.
