Although the development of digital technology and network has brought great convenience in modern lives, amongst the aggravated complexity in the contemporary society, modern minds who have failed to create genuine relationships undergo a sense of alienation and solitude that may appear as a type of social pathology called cellular-phone addiction. Also, while the emergence of the information age seemingly brings about benefits including diverse acquisition regarding knowledge and broader communication, underneath exists side effects involving leakage of private information. Especially, being excessively addicted to relationship network may induce one to become insensitive towards leakage of private information without recognizing, and thereby instigating yet another social problem. Media art is very practical in terms of suggesting a critical perspective concerning social phenomena and elevating them into a work of art by rendering them artistically. Particularly, when social problems of the modern days are expressed through digital technology, media art provides the audience with a foundation that will enable them to sympathize without hostility. This dissertation calls attention to the contemporary problems regarding cellular-phone addiction and possible hazards of information leakage based on media art, while at the same time proposing the production process of a media art work that attempts to raise awareness and sympathy on such social issues.

Contemporary hotels adopt distinctive designs in order to symbolize themes of various spaces they consist of. This phenomenon shows that the importance of spiritual values reflected through themes of spaces is emphasized as much as those of basic functions and structures of hotels. Above all, a variety of expression methods pervading throughout spaces of guest rooms consist of thematic spaces, visualization of emotions, as well as mixture of artistic genres, ones that are originated from unconsciousness of symbolic theory of C.G. Jung and widely perceived as variations of archetype. Meanings of symbolic expressions derived from the analysis of various hotels can be defined by attributes of local cultures as well as propensities of mythicism, which feature local pride enlightened by natural environments, the spirit of the times, historical events and other transcendental and fantastic topics. These symbolic expressions are metaphysical forms that are made unconsciously and such symbols are far beyond mere historical and cultural signs which require us profound and mature methods to approach. It is pleasing to know that we are living in the modern society in which progresses are being made to better understand minds and metal states of human beings. Given such a circumstantial advantage, researches on meanings of symbolic expressions should not be limited to only those of hotel designs, but also those of religious architectures and museums in which spiritual values are emphasized throughout designs of the spaces they consist of.

The purpose of this study is to understand North Korean female defectors' survival strategies in China. In this research, 13 female defectors in China were interviewed. There seemed to be 6 survival strategies in the interview. They disguised themselves as if they were Chosunjok；they tried to wear fashionable clothes, to mimic Chosunjok dialect, to speak mingling Chinese words with Korean words, and to get counterfeit ID cards. They suppressed themselves from showing their angers or resentment against Chinese who looked down on them due to their illegal status, but they would seek chances to revenge on them in the future. They have survived by gelling married to Chinese, but they were reluctant to have a baby because it was not for sure what their future lives are going to be like. They were alert against people around them all the time, especially against North Korean defectors, and were conscious of their competitive relationship among themselves. Finally, some of them appeared to seek routes to immigrate to South Korea, but others who didn't yet make up their minds to immigrate to South Korea had vague anticipations of North and South Koreas to be reunified.

A new kind of tide is rising in the area of architecture nowadays, and the young architects throughout the world are making their move here and there. This acquires a new trend in viewing new kinds of constructions. Following study is to analyze relationship between abstract arts and the formative characteristics of contemporary architecture. Architecture, as with pictures and sculptures, are traditionally in the category of art. The flow of pictures that had mostly given influence to modern architecture should be cubist and futurist of early 20C. Although cubists had given much importance to shape itself and futurists had given much thoughts to conceptual basis, which is mind of the century and flow of cultural aspects, these two movements had risen at almost the same time and have established two of most famous views of avante-garde, which is geometrical abstraction and mechanical beautism. These characteristics of abstraction arts had given much influence to modern architecture in point of shape both in and out and had become the reason of searching for the new style of architecture which could represent the culture and minds of the time.

This research focuses on the relationship between mathematics and visual art from a perspective of chaos theory which emerged under the influence of post-modernism. Culture and history, which transform dynamically with the passing of time, are models of complexity. Especially, when the three periods of Medieval, Renaissance, and 17-18 Centuries are observed, the Renaissance period is phase transition phenomenon era between Medieval and 17-18 Centuries. The transition stage between the late Medieval times and the Renaissance; and the stage between the Renaissance and the Modern times are also phase transitions. These phenomena closely resemble similarity in Fractal theory, which includes the whole in a partial structure. Phase transition must be preceded by fluctuation. In addition to the pioneers' prominent act of creation in the fields of mathematics and visual an serving as drive behind change, other socio-cultural factors also served as motivations, influencing the transformation of the society through interdependency. In particular, this research focuses on the fact that scientific minds of artists in the Renaissance stimulated the birth of Perspective Geometry.

Even though civilization is developing at a fast rate, human beings and their living environments do not look happy. Given that the civilization comes from the human mind, which is changing in interaction with human body, society, and nature, it is hard to think that the human mind is changing in the desirable direction. This paper described a whole changing paradigm of the human mind and its causes through the cognitive mechanism in the brain from which all the diverse minds are formed. According to the cognitive mechanism, the human mind can change from the first free and peaceful mind through the middle mind to the last obsessive and anguish mind in accordance with the change of one of the factors in the origin of the human mind. Today's unfavorable changes in human beings, society, and the natural environment including the excessive development of civilization are the results of the undesirable changes of the human mind. This paper specified the respective characteristics of the first, middle, and the last mind and discussed where individuals' minds are and where they are going. Lastly, this paper suggested the specific ways to return to the first original mind based on the cognitive mechanism.

Objectives The aim of this systemic review was to summarize medical records of Korean medicine based psychotherapy and investigate its therapeutic mechanism.Methods We searched articles on Korean neuropsychiatry in Korean databases. Subsequently, we selected and analyzed medical records on Korean medicine based-psychotherapy that met inclusion criteria.Results Fifty-five medical records were included. They were classified into the following 5 categories. Five minds mutual restriction therapy in 19 medical records; counseling and persuading therapy in 12 medical records; moving essence and changing Qi therapy in 10 medical records; Kyungjapyungji psychotherapy in 2 medical records; and suggestion psychotherapy in 11 medical records.Conclusions The results indicated that emotion is mainly used for cure. Buddhism affects Korean medicine based psychotherapy. Korean medicine based psychotherapy corresponds to western psychotherapy such as short-term dynamic psychotherapy (STDP), supportive psychotherapy, cognitive therapy, behavior therapy, and guided imagery.

This study intend to make easy modification, even if there is a new job or structure change, by modularizing program and computerize and automation of production control management used in CIM. under the condition where manager control production on the job-site, for increasing connection with other operation and management on the computer by monitoring center computer, recognizing information by computer is needed, it is possible by converting transaction. So this study goal is to make delivery control and order control fast and accurate by finding dynamic history of machine and production information in enterprise without input production and quality information by themselves with quality information system. So production increase and quality improvement are possible by diminishing manager's and producer's work with the result of the study combining POP and CIM, after that, in e-business and m-business period that every enterprise must pass, customer satisfaction and sales promotion are possible with employee's computerizing minds. these study result also can knowledge process condition with theoretical class and have a power in finding a solution with foundation of theoretical knowledge.

This study attempts to identify the level of conflicts occurring between foreign and domestic chefs, and to suggest the way of controlling those conflicts in order to well manage human resources, foreign chefs. Based on the empirical research, the research findings shows that in terms of targeting and achieving objectives different level of conflicts are experienced when age, hotel type, position varies. For example. purchasing excessive foreign foods may cause undesirable stock which will lead to considerable loss. In order to overcome this problem the advantages of the chain-operated and the independent hotel's food purchasing system must be incorporated. Secondly, another conflicts arise when the architecture and system of a kitchen is different from what foreign chefs are familiar with. Kitchen architecture and system should be well-designed in terms of delivery channel, sanitation, safety, food control, banquet etc.. In developing menu, chefs often have different criteria in the scale of sweet and salt of a particular dish. Foreign chefs often blame his subordinates for not meeting his requirements without proper training or education. Finally, because of the different culture, communication as well as the lack of mutual understanding problem occur. Even though today is called global town. some chefs do not seem to open their minds to learn other developing countries' culture. In diversity management aspect, chefs need to put much effort to be aware of other countries' culture, history, political and economic situation. In prior to employing foreign chefs, the job enrollment and description must be prepared so as to minimize the conflicts, which otherwise will create poor job performance.

Until now, There have been few studies to investigate a degree of abilities or interesting about mathematical problem-posing of first and second grades in elementary school. This is due to the fact that this students(1st and 2nd grades) have a limited amount of study time and their minds are not fully developed, and are lacking in their representation of ability to use the national language. This being the case, it is difficult to investigate their Mathematical problem-posing in a practical manner. However, our 7th elementary school Mathematics curriculum emphasizes the teaching and learning of Mathematical problem-posing from a basic level of first and second grade with emphasis on activity in teaming Mathematics. Through this study, having analysed the problems those children posed, I have found out they improved in numbers and correctness of their posed problems. And I too could found out showing to their much interesting and confidence to mathematical problem-posing and could confirmed for the children to admit themselves its merits through analyzing some questions to ask their opinions to it. I expect that this study can help to develop the teaching and learning materials for mathematical problem-posing and also to improve its methods of elementary school mathematics. The next study task is, I think, that it is necessary to accumulate the studies to investigate and analyse the practical learning activities of children for problem-posing contents of mathematics text books.
