한국인 조종사들의 문화적 특성에 관한 연구;선호가치 유형을 중심으로 (A Study on the Cultural Trait of Korean Pilots;Focused on the Typology of Preferring Value)

  • The purpose of this study was to classify the cultural traits of Korean pilots who worked in two airlines in Korea. This study measured the typology of preferring value(horizontal-collectivism, horizontal-individualism, vertical-collectivism, vertical-individualism) with thirty two items developed by Triandis(1995), and analysis based on the target of 135 samples using SPSS 8.0. The result of this study shows that horizontal-collectivism were to predominant overall. It was also founding the captain had the collectivism oriented behavior, and the first officer had the individualism oriented behavior. Another finding of this study is that vertical oriented behavior were majority among the former military trained pilots, and horizontal oriented behavior were majority among the civilian trained pilots.

  • This paper propose an interested digital rights protection scheme to address problems facing contemporary DRM approached : static digital rights management, and limited application to on-line environment. We introduce a dynamic mission control technology to realize dynamic digital rights management. And we incorporate license agent to on- and off-line monitoring and tracking. The proposed system prevent illegal access and use by using PKI security method, real time action monitoring for user, data security for itself.

Trend Analysis of Unmanned Technology Using Patent Information

  • Artificial intelligence and robot technology have been received attention as core technologies of the 4th industrial revolution. This paradigm change of science technology raises the importance of unmanned technology field. This paper categorizes unmanned technology as unmanned ground system, unmanned maritime system, and unmanned aircraft system, And it analyzes 557 cases of open patents and classifies each sort of specific technology elements. After then patent information, which were classified by technology, by patent assignees, and by IPC codes, covers unmanned technology maturity, development direction of research and core technology trends. This research provides directions of unmanned technology research and diverse field technology development through cooperation with various perspectives of quantitative analysis of patents.

  • Defense analysis & evaluation includes menace analysis, validation analysis, problem analysis, scientific technical analysis, technical trade-off analysis, alternative analysis, cost analysis, etc. Reliable related data is required to perform these analysis activities efficiently. but in case of these defense analysis & evaluation data acquisition system, the data is insufficient and scattered about each organization. The data of database system is also not utilized sufficiently. Abroad technical data is also low level data such as catalog or military officer's collection. Therefore, this paper propose defense analysis & evaluation data acquisition system by systems engineering process. we also propose construction method of data acquisition system.

Trend Analysis of Artificial Intelligence Technology Using Patent Information

  • In this paper, we propose wide range of categorizes Artificial Intelligence technology as Learning, Inference, and Cognitive. Also, it analyzes 758 cases of open patents. For an analysis, target technologies were selected and categorized into specific areas to collect information about the patents. After removing noise, the patent information for each technology such as patent assignees and IPC code, was analyzed to evaluate the maturity of technology, the way ahead for research and development and the trends in core technology. This research presents directions of Artificial intelligence technology research and trend analysis of core Artificial Intelligent technology using quantitative analysis of patent information. Also Artificial intelligence technology requires technological development necessity through close cooperation in diverse fields.

  • Measurement of network traffic have shown that the self-similarity is a ubiquitous phenomenon spanning across diverse network environments. In previous work, we have explored the feasibility of exploiting the long-range correlation structure in a self-similar traffic for the congestion control. we show that a multiple time scale TCP endows the underlying feedback control with proactivity by bridging the uncertainty gap associated with reactive controls which is exacerbated by the high delay-bandwidth product in broadband wide area networks. Third, we investigate the influence of the three traffic control dimensions-tracking ability, connection duration, and fairness-on performance.

  • In this paper new, inverter control system for TG feedback a formula Control was developed. The motor control system with TG feedback controller as an effect of load disturbance, it is very difficult to guarantee the robustness of control system. The function of the implementation are TG feedback type, and temperature scheme. The Inverter Control System approach is based on master-slave control concept. To show validity of the developed new inverter control system, severial experiments are illustrated.

  • 육군 간부선발 면접은 면접질문과 시사성 있는 내용들이 방대하여 군 간부 지원자들이 준비하는데 애로사항이 있었다. 필기평가를 통과한 지원자들은 마지막 면접을 통과하면 최종 선발된다. 하지만 병사들 처우개선으로 상대적으로 지원자가 감소하고 있어 장차 첨단장비를 운용할 간부가 부족할 것으로 예상된다. 우수한 지원자들이 최종면접에서 탈락하지 않도록 면접과 관련된 자료를 제공하고 지원자들의 개성 있는 면접방향을 제시하고자 한다.

  • This study is focused on a space for man in upper classes house that is one of appeared characteristics as Korea, China and Japan imported Confucianism become common cultural base in these countries. Because a space for man in these countries has the same nature represented as a typical space in a upper classes house, and this space is differentiated by regional features, a way of thinking, a way of life and social structure as well, these characteristics are compared one another. Import of Confucianism influenced formation of a upper classes house and the spaces of the house are divided by generation, sexuality and classes. A space for man become a center of the house as well as a space for reception in accordance with patriarchism because this space stands for hierarchy of the house. A space for man of each country, Korea, China and Japan, has differences; that is, Chinese Jeongbang is used as a space for family as well as for guests; Korean Sarangchae is for only men and used as a reception space; Japanese Zasiki is used just for reception. These differences among countries are caused by owner's class, a civil officer or a military officer, and this class differentiated the characteristics of reception for guest. Even though the these countries take the space for man for meeting, Chinese is for family, Korean is for ancestors and Japanese is for guests.

셀프리더십이 문제해결력에 미치는 영향 : 부사관과 일반과 대학생 비교 (The Effects of Self-Leadership on Problem-Solving Ability : A Comparison of College Students in the Department of Noncommissioned Officer and Those in the General Program)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 부사관과 교육이 셀프리더십 향상에 영향을 미치는지를 분석하고 그러한 영향이 문제해결력에 긍정적인 효과가 나타나는지 규명하는 데 있다. 연구대상자는 부사관과 317명, 일반과 263명의 부산경남소재 대학생이 참여하였다. 연구 결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전공별 셀프리더십의 차이는 부사관과 학생이 일반과 학생보다 높은 유의수준으로 나타났다((t=5.60, p=.000). 둘째, 전공별 문제해결력 차이에서도 부사관과 학생이 유의하게 높게 분석되었다(t=6.54, p=.000). 셋째, 셀프리더십과 문제해결력의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 유의한 정적인 상관(r=.631, p=.000)을 가지는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 연구결과 학 군렵약에 의한 부사관과 교육대상자에게 효율적으로 학습할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대하며, 이러한 교육이 부사관 전문인력의 수급에 기여할 것으로 예상된다.
