By the expanding of infrastructure caused by urbanization, new technologies are required to manage various kinds of facilities. GIS has been appraised as valuable technology for facilities management since the 1990s. Therefore, the long and mid term GIS construction plan has been established by the national government and the local government. Some facilities management systems have been built and developed for suppling user-friendly functions. From this point of view, the information system based on the video sequences is considered a more effective way to improve the defects of conventional GIS using the digital map or the image as the base map. Using the video sequences as a base map, the availability of the system ill be increased because the real world information can be furnished to the users. In this study, through the connection between the GIS data, the digital map and the attribute data, and the video sequences taken from the airship using the video geo-referencing and the object tracking, we developed the facilities management system as a prototype which can effectively manage the road utilities. We also presented potentialities of the suggested system for facility management based on the video sequences.

Dynamic aeroelastic behavior of structurally nonlinear Joined Wings is presented. Three configurations, two characterized by a different location of the joint and one presenting a direct connection between the two wings (SensorCraft-like layout) are investigated. The snap-divergence is studied from a dynamic perspective in order to assess the real response of the configuration. The investigations also focus on the flutter occurrence (critical state) and postcritical phenomena. Limit Cycle Oscillations (LCOs) are observed, possibly followed by a loss of periodicity of the solution as speed is further increased. In some cases, it is also possible to ascertain the presence of period doubling (flip-) bifurcations. Differences between flutter (Hopf's bifurcation) speed evaluated with linear and nonlinear analyses are discussed in depth in order to understand if a linear (and thus computationally less intense) representation provides an acceptable estimate of the instability properties. Both frequency- and time-domain approaches are compared. Moreover, aerodynamic solvers based on the potential flow are critically examined. In particular, it is assessed in what measure more sophisticated aerodynamic and interface models impact the aeroelastic predictions. When the use of the tools gives different results, a physical interpretation of the leading mechanism generating the mismatch is provided. In particular, for PrandtlPlane-like configurations the aeroelastic response is very sensitive to the wake's shape. As a consequence, it is suggested that a more sophisticate modeling of the wake positively impacts the reliability of aerodynamic and aeroelastic analysis. For SensorCraft-like configurations some LCOs are characterized by a non-synchronous motion of the inner and outer portion of the lower wing: the wing's tip exhibits a small oscillation during the descending or ascending phase, whereas the mid-span station describes a sinusoidal-like trajectory in the time-domain.

The urban park provides a safe rest and leisure area, and offers the beauty of nature to counter the drearyness of urban space. It can provide benefits such as the reduction of environmental pollution, the regulation of the local climate, and it can also provide a safe area during times of disaster. However, there was no interest in urban park development and control in Korea during the economic boom of the mid 1960s. Furthermore, during the industrialization process, the population grew significantly in the cities and the cities' scales were noticeably extended; as a result of this, the living environment and the natural environment in the cities worsened. With rapid urbanization and industrialization, urban green area diminished, and it became necessary to organize the urban park system to improve quality of life. 45% of south korea's population lives in 6 cities, which is only 4% of Korea's land size. The Urban park system has to be considered in the urban planning process. Paris' urban green system can be a role-model for Korea's urban green development plan to function organically. Urban public park concepts have been used in Paris's urban planning since 1850. There were hardly any parks, gardens and squares for the public before the middle of the 19th century. For improving life-styles for the poor, Napoleon III strongly supported the development of green space systems in Paris by G.E. Haussmann. Napoleon III and Haussmann established and applied the urban green regulation within Paris urban planning. The purpose of this study is to investigate the green regulations Haussmann's Paris urban plan and urban green space system: and as a result of this, it can be an indicator for urban green space development in Korea.
The study analyzed the frequency of simultaneous occurrence of keywords presented in a total of 805 papers published in domestic journals from 1995 to 2019 by social network analysis(SNS) method, and examined core keywords of each period(5 years), in order to understand the research trends of the rural residential environment. The main results are as follows. First, as a result of the analysis of centrality, 'Community', 'Tourism' and 'Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project' were the top 3 keywords. Second, examined by each period, the top keywords are 'Eco Friendly' in 2000~2004, 'Tourism' in 2005~2009 and 2010~2014, 'Community' in 2015~2019. Third, comparing the structural characteristics of core keywords 2nd, 3rd, and 4th period, a network centering on 'Tourism' was clearly formed in the 2nd period. 'Tourism' was divided into 'Community' and a movement to form a separate group appeared in the 3rd period. In the 4th period, 'Community' was found to form a network without direct connection with 'Tourism'. The results of this study suggest the trend change of viewpoint for the rural area in the domestic research on rural residential environment. It has been confirmed that while the research had been carried out with the viewpoint of rural area as a 'tourist attraction' or 'sightseeing spot' for the urban citizens until the mid-2010s, in the research of late 2010s the viewpoint has settled down as a 'residential space' or 'space for new economic activities' of a variety of rural residents.
Finally, Musan-Bongdong section in Kyeong-Ui corridor opened on 11. DEC.2007, which is a historical event, because this connection means the restoration of 56 yrs' disconnection since 1951 and also starting point launching to connect china, Mongolia, Russia for continental railway logistic infrastructure. This is also one of master plans about the northern line in TAR, carried out by UNESCAP, so this study will touch up each country's railway status and the next tasks related with trans-continental railway such as North Korea, Russia, China. Also, this study reveal a mid-long term development strategy to improve the North Korea railroad for a continent rail link and international railroad transportation between China and Russia, and also checks the way of confrontation to the domestic infrastructure for the activation of the continent railway and the north and south, investigates concretely how to establish TAR northern part routes as soon as possible.

This paper presents the coordinate systems used for trawl doors modeling, and provides matrix equations of connection between these systems. The projections of the forces acting on the door into axes of various coordinate systems were obtained, which were used in the door equilibrium equations. Six equilibrium conditions for the door as a solid were obtained: formulas that allow for the door area in plan to be determined; its weight in water; its mass; three moment equations for determining the position of the warp and backstrops fastening points to the door with triangular and quadrangular backstrop arrangements. It was found that the moment equilibrium equations of trawl doors are generally incompatible, which was not found by any of the authors who have previously conducted research into trawl doors. Using the Kronecker-Capelli theorem, the compatibility equation is obtained. This equation includes the coordinates of the backstrop fastening points to the door, which means that these points cannot be randomly selected. The technique of determining the warp and backstrops' fastening points position to the door is described. Conditions of directional (by angle of attack) and roll (in angle of roll) stability of the doors' equilibrium are presented. The equations presented in this paper comprise a mathematical model that allows, when designing the doors, to select optimal parameters, as well as to carry out adjustments for trawling purposes to ensure the stable movement of the doors and the entire trawl system.

Many engineers find the way of improving the old building's structural behavior in the remodeling project which is performed using artificial openings for merging two houses. This test was performed to verify the characteristics of coupling beams according to the shape of the openings. One of test specimen has rectangle shape and the other was made by the circle shaped opening and one has coupling member only as slabs. Additionally, three specimens which have openings have 23% ratio in opening area to total wall area. Consequently, solid type which have no opening area shows shear failure. In the case of CW-RBS which have rectangular shaped opening, cracks are developed in coupling beam significantly. And CW-CS which has circular opening failed in shear showing development of diagonal cracks at wall toes and wall mid-height. It is thought that degradation of the wall strength is under the control of the opening shape and coupling beam-wall connection area.

Thought-action fusion (TAF) is a tendency to blindly assume causal relations between their thoughts and external reality. On the other hand, cognitive fusion (CF) is a tendency to take internal experiences, such as thoughts and feeling, literally rather than view them as random events. However, these two terms are often confusedly used and, in fact, have conceptual overlaps. Therefore, this study aimed to identify their distinctive features through a comprehensive review of the definition, origin, measurements and clinical implications especially on the understanding of obsessive-compulsive symptoms. The cognitive-behavioral concept of TAF is confined to erroneous and maladaptive beliefs about the connection between thoughts and behaviors. The CF is a broader construct that entails taking thoughts and feelings as facts and engaging or struggling with them such that the quality of life is lowered. They also have different theoretical backgrounds, developing processes and therapeutic approaches. From the perspective of the obsessive-compulsive disorder, both concepts have been studied as mid-structures for this illness. Recently, the effectiveness of psychological therapies related to these concepts such as defusion therapy has been tested. However, it is yet still in its infancy. In the future, complementary advances between the two concepts with studies on biological substrates is needed.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to derive a plan to establish a more sophisticated master plan so that the direction of master plan study can be sustained in the mid to long term. Methods:: Compare and analyze the differences between the master plan and the design to identify causes and problems. First, after establishing the master plan, compare the expansion area, net area per bed, and service area with the design drawing of the first project to determine the degree of recovery to the level required by the recent medical environment. Second, the possibility of responding to future internal changes is reviewed by comparing and analyzing the arrangement and connection method of extension buildings. Third, comparing the difference between the project following the first project and the phased of masterplan. Results: The first one is that continuous participation of person or group with high understanding of the master plan. Second, establishing a master plan and proceeding with the project through the determination of the correct business budget. Third, a specific area of the mechanical and electrical room suitable for the size and purpose of the hospital should be presented, and research on the arrangement method should be conducted. Finally, the feasibility of the hospital's own plan for securing parking facilities should be accurately investigated. Implications: It is important for the hospital to recover from the past to the present and respond to the future that the direction of the master plan continues after the establishment.
This paper examines the correlation between midterm and final evaluations using quantitative assessment data from an online liberal arts course titled "Software and Computational Thinking" over four semesters. The course was conducted through pre-recorded video lectures, and the same conditions were maintained throughout the four semesters. The study results showed that the course satisfaction rate in the final evaluations was lower than that in the midterm evaluations across all assessment items. This is likely because improvements based on student feedback from the midterm evaluations were not implemented within the same semester, and the rate of insincere responses increased in the final evaluations. Moreover, objective evaluation items such as "Adherence to Syllabus" and "Relevance of Lecture Content" showed a statistically significant correlation between midterm and final evaluations. However, for assessment items where subjective judgment, such as "Lecture Comprehension", is important, no significant consistency was observed between midterm and final evaluations over the four semesters. The evaluation of subjective assessment items is closely related to the perceived difficulty of the lectures by the students, and in engineering-related courses, this connection is even stronger. Therefore, in the case of liberal arts courses in engineering, where students from various majors are enrolled, it is natural that the perceived difficulty of the lectures differs among students as the course progresses, and that the change in perceived difficulty between the midterm and final evaluations also varies. As a result, it is understandable that there is a lack of consistency in subjective evaluation items between the midterm and final evaluations. These findings suggest that to enhance student satisfaction and maintain consistency in course evaluations throughout the semester in engineering liberal arts courses, it is necessary to design and operate the lectures with differentiated practical content tailored to the academic backgrounds of the students.
