By the trends of electronic package to be more integrative, the fine Cu trace pitch of organic PCB is required to be a robust design. In this study, the short circuit failure mechanism of PCB with a Cl element under the Temperature humidity bias test ($85^{\circ}C$/85%RH/3.5V) was examined by micro-structural study. A focused ion beam (FIB) and an electron probe micro analysis (EPMA) were used to polish the cross sections to reveal details of the microstructure of the failure mode. It is found that $CuCl_x$ were formed and grown on Cu trace during the $170^{\circ}C$/3hrs and that $CuCl_x$ was decomposed into Cu dendrite and $Cl_2$ gas during the $85^{\circ}C$/85%RH/3.5V. It is suggested that Cu dendrites formed on Cu trace lead to a short circuit failure between a pair of Cu traces.
Chondrosarcomas are malignant cartilage-forming tumors of bone which exhibit resistance to both chemotherapy and radiation treatment. miRNAs have been well demonstrated to regulate gene expression and play essential roles in a variety of biological processes, including proliferation, differentiation, migration, cell cycling and apoptosis. In this study, we obtained evidence that miR-100 acts as a tumor suppressor in human chondrosarcomas. Interestingly, cisplatin resistant chondrosarcoma cells exhibit decreased expression of miR-100 compared with parental cells. In addition, we identified mTOR as a direct target of miR-100. Overexpression of miR-100 complementary pairs to the 3' untranslated region (UTR) of mTOR, resulted in sensitization of cisplatin resistant cells to cisplatin. Moreover, recovery of the mTOR pathway by overexpression of S6K desensitized the chondrosarcoma cells to cisplatin, suggesting the miR-100-mediated sensitization to cisplatin dependent on inhibition of mTOR. In summary, the present studies highlight miR-100 as a tumor suppressor in chondrosarcoma contributing to anti-chemoresistance. Overexpression of miR-100 might be exploited as a therapeutic strategy along with cisplatin-based combined chemotherapy for the treatment of clinical chondrosarcoma patients.

Exosomes are small membranous vesicles which contain abundant RNA molecules, and are transferred from releasing cells to uptaking cells. MicroRNA (miRNA) is one of the transferred molecules affecting the adopted cells, including glioma cells. We hypothesized that mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) can secrete exosomes loading miRNA and have important effects on the progress of gliomas. To determine these effects by treating exosomal miRNA in culture media of miRNA mimic transfected MSCs, we assessed the in vitro cell proliferation and invasion capabilities, and the expression level of relative proteins associated with cell apoptosis, growth and migration. For animal studies, the mice injected with U87 cells were exposed to exosomes derived from miRNA-584-5p transfected MSCs, to confirm the influence of exosomal miRNA on the progress of glioma. Based on our results, we propose a new targeted cancer therapy wherein exosomes derived from miRNA transfected MSCs could be used to modulate tumor progress as the anticancer vehicles.

Cellulose is a beneficial material that has low cost, lightweight, high compatibility and biodegradability. Recently electroactive paper (EAPap) on cellulose base was discovered as a smart material and actuator through ion migration and piezoelectric effect. Furthermore cellulose has a potentiality to apply the display material, because of its high reflectivity, flexibility and high transmittance. The various shapes and height patterns of the Cellulose acetate (CA) solution, such as circle and honeycomb patterns, were fabricated and observed by field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM, S4300 Hitachi). The resulting pattern showed uniform size in the large area without defect. After stretching the CA film with saponification process in the sodium methoxide in methanol solution, Most of the compositions become one directional ordered nanofibers below 50nm.
This study surveys the fiber behavior in yam formation and the Physical properties of Solo-spun yarn. The specimens were made by six types of Solo-spun rollers with fixed twist multiplier In the previous part, the physical properties such as yarn count, evenness, strength, and breaking elongation of these yams were compared with the properties of ring shun yarns and analysed with the mechanism of Solo-spun yarn formation. In the second part of this report, the abrasion resistance and hairiness were discussed wish respect to the micro yarn structures. The narrower the groove width of Solo-spun roller is, the more active the bulk fibers migration is. The Solo-spun film structure has two groups. One is shorter than the others one in longitudinal direction of yarn and has the same structure as ring-spun yarn, which is derided from the smooth zone on the surface of Solo-spun roller. The other one is longer than the former and there are the wrapping fibers. This part is derived from the conflicted grooves on the surface of Solo-spun troller.

The purpose of this study is to analyze Phenomenon of the residential movement and important factors in the city of Seoul. First, The patterns of residential location during 1975-1994 in terms of macro aspects are to be investigated. Second, Residential patterns among households based on the literature survey data in terms of micro aspects are to be indentified. Methodology applied to the study is regression analysis using 1975-1994statistical data and content analysis based on the literature survey. The results of this study are as follows : 1) The factors of residential movement in the city of Seoul are explained by the changes of the economic structure, residential environment, individual characteristics, and housing policy. That is. the development of transportation systems, the number of homeownership scheme holders, crime rates, increase of residential areas effect on the decrease of the population in the city center of Seoul 2) According to the income groups and resident characteristics, Residential location patterns are different in residential location choice and the scope of spatial migration.
The paper highlights technical advances and introduces recent innovations such as smart curing laminating adhesives for flexible packaging with low migration rates of aromatic isocyanates and amines. Latent reactive one-part systems on the basis of surface deactivated solid isocyanates open up new dimensions for heat setting adhesives and waterborne PU dispersions. The new generation of Purmelt Micro Emission adhesives contains less than 0.1% of MDI monomer, thereby drastically reducing the emission of hazardous isocyanate vapors during processing and setting a significantly improved technical standard in occupational safety. Once again, polyurethane adhesives have demonstrated their unique ability to adapt to new process, product, safety and environmental requirements.
Cell adhesion is a coordinated process involving initial binding of integrin receptors to extracellular matrix (ECM), recruitment of adhesion proteins, and focal adhesion assembly. The formation of mechanically stable focal adhesion assembly of cells within surrounding ECM is a key parameter to direct numerous cellular functions including cell migration, differentiation, and apotosis. With current cell adhesion assays, it is difficult to understand contributions of each coordinated event on evolution of cell adhesion strengthening since cells spontaneously spread upon their adhesion to the substrate, thus remodeling their cytoskeletal structure. In this presentation, novel approaches for analysis of cell adhesion strengthening process based on the combination of mechanical device, micro-patterned substrates, and molecular biological techniques will be discussed.

The purpose of tissue engineering is to repair or replace damaged tissues or organs by a combination of cells, scaffold, suitable biochemical and physio-chemical factors. Among the three components, the biodegradable scaffold plays an important role in cell attachment and migration. In this study, we designed 3D porous scaffold by Rapid Prototyping (RP) system and fabricated layer-by-layer 3D structure using Polycarprolactone (PCL) - one of the most flexible biodegradable polymer. Furthermore, the physical and mechanical properties of the scaffolds were evaluated by changing the pore size and the strand diameter of the scaffold. We changed nozzle diameter (strand diameter) and strand to strand distance (pore size) to find the effect on the mechanical property of the scaffold. And the surface morphology, inner structure and storage modulus of PCL scaffold were analyzed with SEM, Micro-CT and DMA.
